now imagine sending your dog to a trusted training service only to have them returned in a horrifying State covered in feces severely underweight with rashes missing fur and in one shocking case filed teeth this was the reality for hundreds of pet owners who fell victim to a couple running a fraudulent dog training scam they swindled over $300,000 betraying the trust of loving pet owners and
