Am I bothering anyone? >> Yes, you are, man. Choose your arrest. >> I don't care if it's your name. I didn't ask for your name or bachelor. >> I'm advising you what it is. Okay. Go ahead. I'm being arrested. This is an out of service. >> Close the door. Close the door. >> The train is out of service. >> Close the door, >> bro. Okay. >> Why are you touching? >> Because you are not touching. That's an assault. Emergency. You have other people on the train. You have >> Sorry. It's emergency situation, >> sir. It's emergency situation. >> Wait one more time, Sergeant. This is an emergency situation. >> We have other people in the >> It's emergency situation. >> We all know if we let them violate our rights in times of emergency, then they will continue to create more emergencies in order to violate more of our rights. We all know by now that you can record anything you see in public, right? You can record everything in public, you dumb asses. >> See, this is an exclusive video from Surveillance and Control Ground Zero Central in New York City from Random NYC 2024 over on the X platform. And the reason I call it surveillance and control central is because the city's public and police accessible network is conservatively estimated at around 80,000 cameras. Yeah, I said 80,000. And these cameras feed realtime footage into the NYPD's domain awareness system or DAS, which also pulls in license plate readers, sensors, and other data. And this excludes cameras from Flock in the area. It also excludes private cameras that are not linked to the police like store CCTV footage, building systems, and ring cameras. As a matter of fact, Comparex 2025 global surveillance ranking put New York City at roughly 80,33 cameras or about 10 cameras per 1,000 residents. That's 16th worldwide on the entire list. So, the bottom line is that New York City is one of the most surveiled pieces of real estate on the planet. So, why would people freak out over an additional man filming as he walks on the subway platform with a camera? On Friday, October 2nd in New York City, random NYC 2024 observed emergency vehicles out on the street and then he entered the subway terminal near 71st and Utre Street to exercise his right to film in public. He paid his fair, entered the platform area, and boarded an open subway car while somebody was in the middle of a medical emergency. You can see from the video that clearly random NYC was filming at a safe distance, not interfering with operations, and that's when he was approached by Sergeant Abato with the NYPD. We're going to watch this video together and observe what control freak psychopaths these cops are for. absolutely no reason and how willing they are to trample an American's unalienable right to record whatever he sees in public. And we'll make some comments along the way. Now, take note of this ebike right here. We're going to talk about the law on subway platforms about ebikes here in a second. I I just need >> the screen's closed right now. >> So, close the door. You want to arrest me now or later? >> Oh my god. The guy's dying and you're >> I don't give a [ __ ] I don't give a [ __ ] >> He's dying. You need to let us interfere with your right to record what you see in public. I know it's your unalienable right, but for God's sake, we have an emergency here. This guy's dying. You have to let us interfere with your rights. No, I don't think so, officer. >> I'm not even any anywhere close to that [ __ ] location. >> You want to arrest me? Arrest me now. Give me so appreciate. >> I don't give a [ __ ] >> Yeah, you don't care. >> I don't care. I don't care. I don't care. Nobody cares about my life. So, [ __ ] you, too, man. >> [ __ ] subhuman creatures. >> [ __ ] out of here. >> Subhumans. Relax. Who would Talk to me. What's going on? >> Out of service. The train is out of service. >> The door's not open, right? >> Yes, sir. >> The door's not open, right? >> What's that for? The train's out of service, man. Do you see them working on something over there? >> Am I bothering anyone? >> Yes, you are, man. >> Who's the arrest? >> I don't care if it's your name. I didn't ask for your name or bachelor. >> I'm advising you what it is. Okay. >> Go ahead. I'm being arrested. arrest. >> This is an out of service. >> Close the door. Close the door. >> The train is out of service. >> Close the door, >> bro. >> Get off the train, man. Okay. >> Why are you touching? >> Because you are not following. >> I'm not touching. That's in the soul. >> That's enough instructions. >> I don't need to follow instructions. >> No. >> S. Yeah. He spoke to me already. >> I like to make drama. >> Okay. >> He already spoke to me. >> Well, I didn't I didn't finish. I ran back to the guy on >> this is out of service. You cannot train right now. >> I mean, let's be honest. Ben Chamil here, the cameraman, random New York City 2024, is not doing anything wrong. He's exercising his rights. He's out of the way. He's not interfering with anybody and he's recording what his eyes can see in public. This is just a control move. They want to control him. They want to overpower him. They want to intimidate him with their badges and their uniforms and their guns and he's not standing for it. >> Okay. >> Close the door. >> We are not going. >> No, we can't close the doors. It's emergency. >> You have other people on the train. You have >> sir. It's emergency situation. >> It's an emergency situation. You have to understand if we continue to allow them to trample our rights under emergencies. They will continue to create and fabricate emergencies in order to take away more of our rights and then you're left with no rights. I'm minding my own business. What? Minding your own business. Yeah, minding my own business. >> Like you care if if you're minding your own >> You're recording. You're recording. So what the what's addition what's additional camera he's going to do to guys? I don't want to talk to you, man. I don't I don't I I don't want to engage with your conversation. >> Okay, >> dude. I don't want to engage in your conversation. >> Now, he might not be minding his own business, but he is exercising his rights in public. And as the courts have clearly established, you have no expectation of privacy in public. They don't have crime scene tape up. They haven't locked the subway doors. He was able to ex access and enter and exit at will. There's no indication that this subway car is off limits. >> Sir, we're going to give you one last warning. Do not back onto this car. That's your last warning. Okay. >> And that's under the threat of arrest. That's implied. >> Bunch of tyrants. [ __ ] >> Yeah. You forgot about the whole co [ __ ] piece of shits. >> So now the cameraman has complied. He's not on the train. The train is what they said is off limits. You can't be on the train. We've closed this train down for an emergency situation. So let's see if that's good enough for him. >> Oh, [ __ ] you too, [ __ ] There you go. Now I have a better uh location. Dumb asses. You can record everything in public, you dumb asses. >> You got to leave the station. >> Now he's got to leave the station. So he was on the train, but the train's closed off. You got to get off the train. He complied. He's off the train. Now he's on the subway platform where they said he could be. Now he's recording from the subway platform into the window of the train where he's got a better vantage point of what's going on. And now the cops don't like that either. So, it's really not about this emergency situation. It's about controlling the guy with the camera who's exercising his rights. And the reason I wanted to play this video is because we see that time and time again. They will always offer up as a justification. It's the safety of the people. We got us an emergency. It's officer safety. There's one ridiculous justification after another on why they can trample your rights and get away with it. >> You're being fair. You're being ejected. Your curses out. You're inv you're >> It's a freedom of speech. >> Okay. It's a freedom of speech orderly right now. >> You're being disorderly. >> It's freedom of the press is what it is. >> Yes. That's I'm glad you're like I said, you're being disorderly. You're being ejected to the station. So, I have to keep walking. >> You're being disorderly. How am I being disorderly, officer? By exercising my right. How does it even make sense? What is going on here? >> Hold on a second. >> Okay. What happened? >> Well, there you go. That That was the smartest thing you can probably do. >> You're still being ejected. Time to leave the station. >> Really? Yes, sir. >> How? How? I'm based on what? >> Being disordered. >> How I'm being thoroughly >> cursing yourself while we're in the middle of >> cursing is a freedom of speech. >> You're being ejected. Okay, >> dude. Don't Don't I What? You Whatever. >> You want to arrest me? >> You're not being arrested. Go ahead. Arrest me. No. Arrest. Arrest me. Arrest me. Arrest me. This guy with a bicycle with motorcycle here. >> Okay. Understood. You're being >> Arrest me. I insist you arrest me. >> I'm insist you're leaving. >> I I I insist you arrest me. >> You're not being arrested. Where's my [ __ ] car? >> Train station. >> I insist. I insist you arrest me. >> Fantastic. >> And I have the reference. >> Fantastic. >> Arrest me now. Arrest me now. >> Arrest me now. Go ahead. I'm going to put my hands behind. Good. I'm going to call my person now. We're going to have to >> just leave me alone. You'd be better off. >> Are you refusing to leave? >> Are you refusing to leave the station? Yes. >> Are you talking on behalf of me? >> Let me ask you a question. Are you refusing to leave? What's going to happen? Yes or no? Are you going to refuse to leave? Are you refusing to leave? You're refusing to follow lawful instructions under arrest. I'm giving you a lawful instruction. You have to leave the station. >> Really? >> Yes, sir. >> Are you refusing to leave? Yes or no? >> I cannot. Right now, you're being ejected from the station. >> Are you trying to intimidate? >> I'm trying to make some situation right now. >> 20969. >> Man, I want to flex. Is it me or is it super ironic that a guy with a camera who's recording on a subway platform is ejecting a guy with a camera who's recording on a subway platform? Is that just the pinnacle of hypocrisy? >> My uh privileges, but I'm going to let you go. I'll let you go this time. >> Oh yeah, let me go. >> Meanwhile, we have the we have the bicycle home >> now. Now, not only that, look at this ebike. This ebike is blocking. It's bottlenecking this platform where people have to clo walk closer to the subway. You're not supposed to be blocking a platform in any way. And while there are MTA rules about ebikes, you can have them on a platform. You can't have this one. And I'll show you why in a minute. >> Motorcycle on the train platform, which is illegal. And this isn't Ben saying, "I want you I want men with guns to come and arrest this guy right here because he's breaking the rules." This is just highlighting the hypocrisy of the NYPD. They actually have rules and laws against what this guy with the ebike is doing. But we have a constitution that protects what random NYC 2024 is doing. And they choose to try to victimize random NYC >> which is illegal to have this going to have this thing about yourself. Come on. >> What about myself? >> Now this bike right here is called the Oxi T2000 or it's also known as the GT2000. It's an electronic dirt bike and it weighs between 103.5 and 125 lbs. And the limit according to MTA rules and regulations with the which the NYPD law enforcers are supposed to be enforcing and upholding this bike right here, this specific bike at this specific weight is against the law. But the law enforcers aren't going against the guy who's breaking one of their laws. And neither me nor Ben are saying that he they should, but they're hypocritically going after the guy who should be defended and protected in the exercise of his first amendment rights. But the exact opposite is happening. >> We have the bicycle, the whole motorcycle on a train platform, which is illegal. >> Which is illegal to have this. Keep going. Keep going. >> To have this thing by yourself. Come on. Keep going. >> What about myself? What about everyone else? >> By yourself. Keep going. Come on. So they they allow that motorcycle. >> He's not bothering anybody. >> He's not what? >> He's not bothering anybody. >> You're not supposed to have that. >> He's not bothering anybody. Keep going. >> Not supposed to have that. Not only you're not supposed to have that particular ebike cuz it weighs more than MTA allows you to have on the platform. It's also kind of in the way in the walkway where it could potentially interfere with people going to and from the subway. >> A bunch of tyrants. Munch of business. Munch of business. Don't we need a pedigree information for an injection kit? All right. So, we're going to need your pedigree information. >> Really? >> Now, we need to see your ID. Now that we're violating your right to be the press, we want to violate your Fourth Amendment right to be secure in your person. You you are some great officers. >> Ejected. Yes. >> I'm being ejected. I'm being you you told me to eject. I'm not going to give you my ID. What are you talking about? >> I need your pedigree information. >> No, you're not going to get it. >> We need your pedigree. >> I got arrested. >> What? >> We need to see your pedigree. We need to see your papers. >> You really Hello. >> You don't have to show me anything. Just got to verbalize it. >> Verbalize it. >> Yes. Like say it. >> What's it going to do to you? >> It's just an injection report. >> I'm leaving the station. >> Yeah, that's correct. You are leaving the station. Just so we're clear, we're ejecting a fellow American from the land of the free, home of the brave, in the exercise of his constitutionally protected rights, which they swore to protect, defend, and uphold. >> It's infuriating. Earning the hate. Earning the hate, man. >> Bunch of tyrants, man. Bunch of bunch of criminals. >> Shut the [ __ ] up. Keep moving. >> Keep moving. What happened? >> Yo, keep moving, [ __ ] >> Keep moving, you dumbass [ __ ] Tyrant criminal. You're a [ __ ] criminal. Shut the [ __ ] up, you bunch of corrupt [ __ ] Shut the [ __ ] up. IF I SEE A TIRE, I CAN handle you, [ __ ] >> You know how we know that these cops are working for one of the largest organized crime rings in the entire world, not just in the United States, cuz they're part of the NYPD. The NYPD employs over 38,000 people. It's the largest police department in the world, not just in this country. And if you want to find out exactly how corrupt they are, just do a Google search on the Knap Commission from the 1970s and the Mullen Commission from 1994 that concluded that the NYPD from the top to the bottom is continually engaged in widespread police criminality, theft, and abuse.
