horrified by the devastation that the driver left in his wake you want to sit on the C I didn't realize about that until I seen the broken cones and the shoes and and then I thought oh my God that probably was a person so okay on May 25th 2021 Mounds View dispatch received this phone call alerting police to an erratic driver 911 what is the address of your emergency um we are on what road is this count County Road 10ew Boulevard there's a guy like driving all over the road he has a cracked Windfield over okay which direction are you traveling Oh my God I can't no I can't he's coming back over here running he's running like on foot yeah he's running where is his vehicle he literally almost hit up head on and my neighborhood and then he ended up onev right behind us again I don't know like I don't know what's going on okay well I don't know if he hit anybody but all I know is that um when he drove past us his um his car wasn't damaged the caller relayed the license plate and the car's description to the police however 911 quickly got another call confirming dispatch's worst fears a woman has been hit by a a car she's in the road the car has left the scene all right is she injured oh yes extremely she is not moving she's not moving no one could have prepared the officers for what awaited them at the scene of the hit and run her throat's just completely gone so like off wow wow what well one thing I got to say is like man to be a 911 dispatcher has got to be so tough like you know what I mean because you're trying to get information from whoever is calling and whoever is calling is going through why they're calling right now so like they're in the scene or whatever so they're chaotic you know what I'm saying they and it's like come on I need you to like focus and Zone in the second person that called did a much better job than the the first people you know what I'm saying you're just talking about a guy that's driving chaotic whatever but like you got you guys got to focus on you know who you're talking to at the moment man because they need to know you know the right information so that way help can come as fast as possible man her throat is to be traumatic like to actually watch the hit like that's got to be insane because the the officer said that it looked it looked like a doll when she arrived a doll you know how like dogs they like around at the next I was going to church I didn't come back I knew she was okay all right I on the phone check on nope that's that's not your job the fact that you called is appreciative enough and I actions of everyday folks police were able to find the driver blocks away from the hidden run he was easy to spot considering that he plowed through a sign ran off the road and hit the median with such force that his airbags deployed and his right wheel appeared to disconnect from the axle somehow the suspect managed to avoid any injury and police were able to finally get to the bottom of what led to the death of an elderly woman simply out raking leaves in her yard whose car is a black car here bro what is going on did you see the car where what is so important for you to be in such a rush the suspect did not test positive for cocaine and though a small unopened bottle of liquor was found in the passenger seat of his car he did not have any alcohol in his system however once they secured a search warrant to test his blood investigators found a medley of depressants sleep aids and opiates in his system including fenel additionally a small bag containing white powder was found in his vehicle which tested positive for heroin and Fentanyl no go would not make you do that and do you not know that I kill somebody yes yep yeah I killed somebody this lady I didn't know I didn't even know I had even done that then I hit a stop sign and that's when that's when I that's when I I I I came to and knewed that the car you know I had messed up I don't even know what happened it sleeping I can't I can't eat I'm so sorry baby I did this to you I am I will make it up to you I promise you during their investigation officers photographed the scene of the hit and run and the shoes that were left behind indicating the speed at which the driver struck the victim the degree to which the windshield was damaged further demonstrated how dangerously fast the driver was speeding through the residential neighborhood blood found on the windshield was later tested and found to be a match for the victim he was charged with third deegree murder criminal vehicular homicide and felony possession of a controlled substance he refused several plea deals but also did not want a jury trial instead he opted for a bench trial where just a judge would determine his fate he was found guilty on all counts and sentenced to 12 A2 years to be served at St Cloud Correctional facil wow I wonder what the plea deals were because if he declined all plea deals and actually went the TR man 12 and a half years yo that that's bro that's insane bro that's insane dog he he talking about making it up to his wife what what about the victims like you killed a lady what raking her yard bro like
