Department were on patrol when they
observed a bicycle going down the street
without lights. Officers made contact
with the suspect, later identified as a
32-year-old male named Tracy.

to the report, Tracy kicked one of the
officers several times during the
encounter. He was charged with battery
on a law enforcement officer, possession
of drug paraphernalia, resisting an
officer with violence, and two counts of
resisting an officer without violence.
About one month later, he plead guilty
to battery on a law enforcement officer,
and possession of drug paraphernalia. He
was sentenced to 270 days in jail with
