I'm going to start this video by going out on a painfully obvious limb and stating a physical reality and truth. If it's a bad thing for one guy to be going 90 in a 75, then it's doubly bad for two men to now be going 90 in a 75. And it's even worse when that guy who was going 90 in a 75 is going 131 in a 75. And it's even worse when the guy who's traveling and tailing the guy doing 131 is also doing 131 and then proceeds to initiate a pit maneuver putting everybody on the roadway in danger. And this is just the catastrophic result of the danger that the guy who decided to pursue put everybody in. And the vehicle of the innocent party is still rolling. So, just to paint a picture, let's go ahead and start from the top. According to the authorities, a driver was arrested after a 130 mph pursuit leaves two seriously injured near Truman. It says Arkansas State Police dashcam video shows a 130 mph pursuit. It did get up to 132 mph on Interstate 555 ending in a tactical vehicle intervention or TVI and a crash that sent an uninvolved SUV rolling off the highway seriously injuring two people. And those two innocent people were a 68-year-old woman, Carmela Catros, and 73-year-old George Catros, a Jonesboro couple who sustained serious injuries on August 5th, 2026 on this incident near Truman, Arkansas. Police identified the driver of this vehicle as Llawd L. Hamilton III of Forrest City. Police say the pursuit began about 6:56 p.m. Wednesday, August 5th after Corporal Logan Hall clocked a black Hyundai Sonata traveling only 90 mph in a 75. That's only 15 mph over the speed limit. I don't know about you, but here in Oklahoma, troopers routinely exceed 100 mph as they cruise down the highway without lights, without sirens in violation of their own policy. In 75-mph zone near the 23-mi marker, according to ASP incident reports, Hall made a dangerous U-turn on the freeway and began following the Hyundai. The report says that Hamilton activated the vehicle's hazard lights and moved into the outside lane, leading Hall to believe that he was preparing to take exit 24. Hamilton allegedly passed the exit, continued traveling about 90 mph, and then accelerated to 122 mph as Hall closed the distance, which means he had to go faster, much faster than 90 mph. If the problem with going 90 in a 75 is you're putting people in danger, now there are two people on the highway exceeding the speed limit, putting everybody in danger, making it twice as dangerous. Hall notified dispatch that he was in pursuit after the Hyundai reached 130 mph and began passing other motorists on the right. As the pursuit approached the Truman city limits, Hall wrote that Hamilton was driving recklessly. That makes two of you, Corporal Hall, and without regard for other motorists. That makes two of you, Corporal. Hall said that he decided to end the pursuit before it entered a more populated area and performed a TVI near the 28-mi marker. What they don't say is that he initiated that TVI at Before we Before we a look at this video, my research indicates that at 130 mph, a PIT maneuver is extremely dangerous. You think? Highly unpredictable, no doubt, and treated by most police agencies as a use of deadly force or prohibited outright. It is a use of deadly force to perform a PIT maneuver above 45 mph. Some say 35 mph is too fast. It's not the controlled, relatively low-risk technique designed for lower speeds. Standard policy limits, most major departments and training guidelines restrict PIT to roughly 35 to 45 mph, sometimes lower on curves or in certain conditions like oh, I don't know, say people are driving on the road, other innocent people. Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Highway Patrol generally at 35 mph max. That's the California Highway Patrol, guys. Those guys are known psychopaths, and they won't even perform a PIT maneuver above 35 mph. Many others 40 to 45 mph with anything higher classified as potentially deadly force requiring the same justifications as get this, shooting someone. Imminent threat of death or serious injury that cannot be stopped another way. He could have backed off, slowed down, get a chopper in the air, taken the guy's tags, gone to his house that night, nice and peaceful like, not putting anybody else in danger. Training, including at federal centers, is typically done at 25 to 40 mph. The technique relies on a controlled contact that induces a predictable spin and loss of traction while kinetic energy remains manageable. What happens at extreme speeds like 130 mph? Kinetic energy scales with the square of velocity. At 130 mph versus a typical 30 to 40 mph speed limit, the energy involved is roughly 10 to 14 times higher. The intended precision spin becomes chaotic. And that is what the Arkansas State Police excel at, chaos. The target vehicle is far more likely to roll over, become airborne, strike barriers, trees, other cars at high energy, or cartwheel, which is exactly what happens in this case. The police vehicle can also lose control. Outcomes are no longer immobilization, they become high energy crashes involving everyone in the path, including Carmela and George. So, let's look at this psychopathic state trooper's actions, and let's note the speed in the lower left-hand corner of your screen. 51, 57, 61. He is now exceeding the speed limit. 100 mph. I'm going to do 100 mph. I'm going to exceed 100 mph so I can stop the guy doing 90. That makes a whole lot of sense. 108, 110, 111. Now we got other vehicles on the road with two vehicles going 107 mph. This is truly worthy of ridicule. 112, 114, 116. Now, why were you doing 120 mph? Cuz he was doing 90, Sarge. Carmela and George have no idea what's about to hit them. No idea at all. No idea that their SUV is going to flip more than eight times on the side of the highway. And it's all thanks to Corporal Logan Hall. Could have backed off. Already got the license plate. 132, there it is, 132. Is he actually crazy enough? Does he have enough insanity to actually attempt a PIT maneuver at 132 miles per hour? No way. No way. He's not going to do it. Incredible. They're doing it over 50 miles an hour over the speed limit, both of them. There you go, 132 makes contact right here to 131. And there it goes. >> Jonesboro, we got a rollover. Semi 10-16. >> Carmela's car was still flipping and then landed in the side position. Let's go back over this in slow motion and just note the idiocy. 132 makes contact at 131 miles per hour. This, according to the testimony of most police departments, is deadly force. Now, Carmela and George get struck right there. This is just horrible. They began flipping. Hamilton's car begins flipping. Counted more than eight times Carmela and George flipped in their SUV right there. Now we pick up with the aftermath. >> Get out of the car. Get out OF THE CAR. SHOW ME YOUR HANDS. GET OUT OF THE CAR. GET out of the car. Show me your hands. Show me your hands, dude. Jonesboro, I need I need a 10-16 for a They hit somebody else. They rolled over. >> They hit somebody. They rolled over and you caused the accident, Logan Hall. It's all on you, buddy. >> Show me your hands. STOP MOVING. SHOW ME YOUR HANDS. >> MEANWHILE, Carmela and George are inside this SUV right here suffering. >> Show me your hands, dude. Show me your hands. Show me your hands. Jonesboro, I need some backup. There's There's accidents happening behind me. >> Oh, I didn't hear that in the report. So, now there's accidents happening present tense behind the wreckage that he just caused? >> WALK UP HERE. >> WALK THAT'S NOT Protection and Service. >> WALK UP HERE NOW. WALK UP HERE NOW. TALK TO ME. DO IT NOW. WALK TO ME. WALK TO MY VOICE. JONESBORO, let me turn around here. I got I got an off-duty deputy with me. >> Hey, I'm going to check on this car over here. Is anybody else in there? >> I don't know. I can't see. Crawl to me. Crawl to me. DO IT NOW. CRAWL TO ME. FRIGGING CRAWL TO ME. DO IT NOW. I DON'T CARE. CRAWL UP HERE. CRAWL TO ME. KEEP COMING. You better crawl to me or you're GOING TO GET SHOT, DUDE. Crawl to me. That's no excuse. Get up here. Crawl up here. Face down. Face down. DO IT NOW. FACE DOWN. DO IT NOW. SHUT YOUR [ __ ] mouth and stay face down. Put your hands behind your back. Both hands. >> And this entire time there's still no aid being rendered to this elderly couple. None. >> Is she in the car? >> No, she she is in the >> Then you need to pull over and say that. That's why you stay down. Did I tell you to get up? Shut your mouth. I don't know. Come clear it with me. Stay down. Hold on. Why I cover him for a second. Cover him. All right. Here. Let's clear the car. All right. You got two people behind you there. All right, ain't worried about you. You see these people you hit cuz you acting stupid. >> You see these people you hit? >> [laughter] >> But I tell you what, Logan, you you take the cake, man. You made all of this happen. He was just going 90 in a 75 and you should have just let him go. This would have never happened if you didn't do what you did. >> You should have pulled over. >> You [ __ ] >> You were going 90 miles an hour and you speed up to 130. That's stupid. >> Oh, oh, it is stupid? Uh so, tell me, Logan, if we pulled your records and we looked at your GPS record on the vehicles that you drive, have you ever exceeded 90 miles an hour in a 75 not going to emergency? I know Oklahoma troopers do it around here all the time. They exceed well over 100 miles an hour in 75 and 80 mph zones. So, have you done it, Logan? You going to lie to us? >> Pull over. Where's your ID? Yes, we have an ambulance on the way. I don't care. Get up. Well, that's what you get for running, dude. Pull over and say that. How hard is that? daughter is there. Well, you ain't going to now. You going to jail. >> Corporal Logan Hall should go to jail. He should be stripped of his certification and he should be charged and have his pension liquidated and given to the Cottrills couple. >> Huh? Uh see see for for more. Uh I keep on the other side. See. Gracias. >> Oh my Check on my daughter. >> Okay. Yeah, see see see see. >> Oh my my daughter over here is having a heart attack, please. >> Sit back. Sit back. I want to Jones Road 10-13. Uh TBI. You got another person they rolled I need 10-16. Scoot back. Scoot back. You They coming. I know. I know. Get in there, dude. Push yourself in. Get in. Yeah, everyone's coming. How many? Two? Hi hi. Listen, we're coming. We're coming. Yep. Hi. Yep. Listen, sir, I'm going to unbuckle you, okay? >> Yes. >> I'm going to unbuckle him first. Yep, I got you, sir. All right, you see if I can unbuckle you. Are you able to move at all? >> I can't. >> You can't? Okay. >> It's hurting my stomach. >> It's hurting your stomach? >> Yeah, but >> That's Carmela screaming for relief and screaming for help and Corporal Logan Hall cannot render aid. He's completely incapable of helping this elderly couple he just ran off the road. >> Yep. >> She would She would roll the car over. >> Man, I don't know. I'm scared, too. >> Yeah. Hey, listen. Listen, we got to get the fire department to help you get out, okay? >> You got him un- un- >> Yeah, he's unbuckled. >> Let's see if we can get him out. And then we can try to get her unbuckled for you. >> Sorry, can you move your legs up here? >> No. >> No, you can't move them? >> They're talking to George right there. >> He can't sit up? Hey, hey, hey, listen, listen. Please help us. Hold on, we're trying to figure out how to help you, okay? Yeah. >> Yeah, I know what We got to get him out. >> We need to uh >> I can figure out how you can help them. Stop with the stupid, insane, high-speed chases, you psycho. >> He can't breathe? Okay. You Hey, listen, man. Yours is cuz your seat belt, okay? Yours is your seat belt is off? Listen, your seat belt's on your stomach, okay? We got [snorts] Sir, you you're nothing's on your chest. So, you're fine, okay? You'll be fine. You'll be fine. Yep, I'm working on I got to We got to have something to brace her, okay? >> If a cop tells you you're going to be fine, you're probably going to die. It's not looking too good for you guys. And they are in some serious conditions right now. >> And you're kind of in the way right now. >> Please get off the radio. >> What happened, man? >> Jonesboro, I'm Trooper Hall right now. >> I'm just >> I need I need people to get her out of this vehicle. No, you're not Hey, listen. Listen, I'm Trooper Hall with the State Police. Listen. >> I'm Trooper Hall with the State Police. I'm the one who caused all of this chaos right here. No apologies. >> Yeah, they're entrapped. Uh I'm talking >> to them in their conscious. They're tensed up. Just in trapped. >> They're just about to We've got a ETA on the way. >> Yes, sir. Yes, sir. I'm going to help you. Listen, my name's Trooper Hall. Somebody just hit you, okay? >> I just ran somebody into you, George. I did it. It's my fault. >> Hey, we need to No, you need to Hey, listen to me. What's What's your name, ma'am? Kirby? Listen, I'm Trooper Hall. You're not going to die, okay? No, you're not. Yeah, hey, it's okay. It's just cuz it's a head injury, all right? Hey, she's fine. Yeah, I I Well, he's got something with his knee, but he's >> He's conscious. Everything else he seems to be when I was talking to him, but I can go check one more time if you want. >> Dude, I What? I don't know how to get them out. >> I don't either. We got I know that We got the ambulances and the first responders. >> Hot. Yeah. >> But I've got They're coming. >> Hey, listen. Keep talking to me, okay? Listen Hey, listen. I have to have the fire department come. They've got to cut this roof so they can get to you, okay? Hey, listen. Yes, ma'am. Yes, ma'am. [music] You're going to make Hey, listen. Hold on. Listen here. I'm going to pray for you, okay? Listen. We got you, okay? >> Lord, I just pray God put your hand on this on this on this woman and her husband. Lord, I just pray God that you please protect them, Lord. >> Amen. >> Protect us all from these troopers, Lord. They're psychopaths. They have no idea what they're doing out here doing pit maneuvers at 131 mph. Please protect us, Lord. Send your angels of heaven to surround us cuz they ain't going to stop. >> And they're okay until we can get them out, Lord. I just pray that your hand would be on them right now, Lord. Give them protection. In the name of Jesus I pray. Amen. >> Amen. Amen. All right. Listen, the fire department's pulling up, okay? Where they at? >> Uh he says his neck is hurting. >> care. Yeah. >> I ain't worried about that. >> He's fine. He was running from us. He's >> That's right. I I agree. >> Brad, you know Brad, you know more than I should we flip the car over? >> No. >> Okay. >> Yeah, flip the car over so when it gets upright it can jar them and if they have any kind of neck injury you can paralyze them from the next down neck down. Great great logic there, Logan Hall. >> Hey Miss Curtis, they're coming they're almost here, okay? Cur- is is it Carmy? Carmy? >> Carmy short for Carmela. >> I don't know my unit number anymore. Yeah, they don't change my number so many times. Yeah, so my TVI he hit somebody. They rolled over. Meantime um traffic was backed up and a semi had struck another vehicle. >> Oh my god. >> I've already told him that. I've already told him that. They got three ambulances >> So because of this trooper's brain dead and deadly action he caused two people to wreck and now a semi has also gotten into a collision with somebody else as the traffic is backed up on the 555. >> What? Simple. I don't I don't know. I've got them on the way, too. You know how it is. They got to go all the way down there and turn around and come all the way back. Hey, we just we got we got to try to get them out. If he can't move Put a seizure on him. We'll copy a 28 on this vehicle. 536 BMW. 536 Victor and 1 William. Yeah, that seatbelt's cutting off her >> I've got a blood pressure cuff and a stethoscope. Do you want me to grab it? >> No, I don't think we'll need it. Yeah, not yet. I don't know if we'll need two 10-11s out here also. Here you go. Notify someone if you have it already. Notify C5. If you have it already, notify C5. Who's in that one? He's in the back of my car. He's the one I ran. I TVI'd him here at this car. And they flipped. Yeah. >> I TVI'd him at 131 mph, you should say. >> I mean, he was going 90. >> That's the fastest PIT maneuver I've ever seen. I'm talking about a PIT maneuver initiated at the fastest speed I've ever seen. If you've seen a faster PIT maneuver executed at a faster speed, put it in the comment section and put a link cuz I want to see that. >> It would have been a warning. A warning, and he sped up to 130. >> So, it was just going to be a warning, so it wasn't anything real pressing. I mean, it's not like you were chasing an armed bandit. It's not like you were chasing a mass shooter. You were just going to warn him, and you still decided to escalate and use deadly force, putting everybody else's life in danger? >> Hey, listen. I got an ambulance coming. I can't I can't give you a ticket until I get to you. What's your first name? What's your first name? >> L A L O Y D >> L A >> L O Y D >> Last name? What's your birth name? Are you from Arkansas? Where's your dog? Where's your dog? Where she at? You don't know? >> No, I don't know. >> Then why you going to 130? You going to an address you don't know at 130? All right. Are you from Tennessee? Where you from? Hey, listen. Ambulance is coming. Ambulance is coming. Yeah, I got you. I'll roll down the window. Put your foot back in. Put your foot back in. There's you some air, partner. >> I think it's Corporal one by the name of Lloyd. How's the Hamilton coming spelling first name is Lloyd l l o y d? 12 31 93. >> I think it's 93. >> 131. Hey, just They're buckled in. The driver's still buckled in hanging over head injury. Both of them probably. >> So, this right here is Corporal Logan Hall. He's the one who initiated the TBI at 132 miles per hour. And he's the guy that should go to jail. That's psychopathic. That is the use of deadly force just from the word of other police departments. And other police departments don't even dare to do pit maneuvers above 45 miles per hour. And this guy decided to do it at 131. I want you to let me know if you think he should have done that. Is there any other alternative to stop these speeders? Is 90 in a 75 bad? Isn't two people doing 90 in a 75 worse? Or two people doing 131 in a 75 isn't even that even much worse?
