So, just can you just tell me what happened before I got here? >> Yeah, no problem. >> So, I came out to the lobby. There was her sitting over there and then another guy that was sitting over there that was uh I guess he was homeless or something like that. >> Mhm. >> And then there was a family over here. So, I do our rounds. Every 30 minutes we have to do our rounds. I let the customers know, "Hey, good morning. Um you have a 30-minute time frame where I can consume food and then, you know, you have to be off the property. It's a 30-minute time frame." >> Mhm. >> She didn't even consume any food. She was just sitting here using the Wi-Fi. And so she was like, "Who are you? The white gatekeeper." Ma'am, I I I Ma'am, this is not even a confrontational thing right now. >> Right. >> I'm just letting you know the rules is 30 minutes. Well, I traveled the world and blah blah blah. Okay, well, congratulations that you're traveling the world. I I don't need to know all that. I just need you to know that there's a 30 minute time frame and that's it. That's all I'm coming here to do. And then that's when she just got all enraged. She started calling me names. Ma'am, I don't have time for that. hate your mother. Oh, you you need to go get some peen all this and that. >> What names was she calling you? >> called me a a black And then she called me a black gay dude. Ma'am, she's like, "Oh, you need to be in jail somewhere where all the black people is. You know where they want you." I'm like, Ma'am, I don't care about all that. I have a degree. I I just applied for law school. I'm just waiting for them to say Yeah, I'm just waiting for my acceptance letter. That's it. So, um all that unnecessary stuff, ma'am, I can't you know, I can't engage in that. I you know, there's ethical things that I have to you know, maintain. I can't you know, I can't do that. So, it's like the things that you're saying is very hateful and I really want to react, but in the back of my head I'm thinking like, you're just applying for law school. So, you know, there's certain standards that you have to go by things. So, um then I just called 911 to say, "Can you guys just come and remove the lady?" And by the time you got here, she was already back here trying to report me. And I'm like, "Ma'am, stop recording me. You don't have permission to record me. Stop recording me." >> Okay. >> Oh, I'm recording you blah blah. And that's what happened. >> Okay. Um I just need Are you the manager? >> Yes, I am. >> I just need to get your quick ID. >> problem. Let me go get my ID. >> And then uh I'll have you on your way. >> Okay, no problem. >> Thank you so much, sir. Okay. >> Um Clearly, she's acting disorderly in a licensed establishment. >> Exactly. >> Um and like I said, I know you want to press charges for trespassing. >> Mhm. >> Would you also be okay with the disorderly conduct? Is that okay? >> I'd be fine with that. Yes, that's not a problem at all. >> No one said you don't need to do this to me. I'm a 25-year Florida resident. I own three, four homes here. >> No one gives a crap, man. The way you treat people is insane, nasty, nasty attitude. And you know, it's like, damn, if you think like that, you know, then, you know, >> [clears throat] >> who knows? Did you Did you Did you teach your kids to think like that? Like how to You know, it's just It's sad, you know? That's like the number one thing. You get Oh, [ __ ] Like it's just like it it's it's really sickening, you know? Um, but whatever. I commend that dude for uh holding it down, you know what I mean? He held it down, held his composure, you know? Just because somebody is working at McDonald's, that doesn't mean that they're they don't have nothing going on or no motion, you know? You know, hey, at least they got a job, you know what I mean? Right? At least you doing something productive. Um something so simple just say, "You got a 30-minute window." Now, I've never heard of that. I've never heard of that. Um Now, I could understand it being maybe them enforcing that if it's a busy restaurant, you know, to to get everybody in and rotated and stuff, but it's empty. You got three people in there. Come on, man. But hey, he doing his job, you know? He doing his job. You guys can't be over there sucking up the Wi-Fi. You didn't You guys didn't even buy anything. You guys couldn't even get a dollar sweet tea, okay? It's a dollar, all right? It's a dollar. You couldn't even come in in and spend some money with McDonald's. You just want to soak up all the Wi-Fi. No, no, no, no. Yeah, give her get her the boot, man. >> Okay. Let me see. Where did the uh Where did >> He hurt my arm. He threw me down. I hope you have body cam footage of all that. He broke my glasses. There was no need to get that kind of aggressive with me. I'm a kitchen woman. I'm 5'3. I'm not dangerous. I don't own firearms. I was a victim of domestic violence in the state. My ex-husband spent 6 months in the Sarasota County jail for smashing his wife into his third into his third wife's face and I was the second wife. You don't need to do this to a woman who whose mother was murdered also. >> [laughter] >> You don't need to do this to women. >> Okay, so listen. I'm going to take some pictures. >> [crying] >> Um Can I see you? Let me see your back to me. >> Why do you have to put these on so tightly? >> They should be pretty loose right now. >> They're not loose, sir. They're They're actually cutting into my wrists. The body cam footage will tell everything. They won't use force on me. >> Okay. All right. You can face forward for me for one more second, okay? >> Please loosen these so that they don't cut into my wrists. Please shift a little bit. >> Okay. Keep your hands together like you're praying and they're they're real loose, okay? >> They're not. They're They're driving into my wrists. Can you please give me water, please? Can you get me some water, please? >> How about a muzzle, man? Just put a Just put a lid on it. Just zip it. >> Where's my phone? Where are my broken glasses? I need my broken glasses as evidence of excessive force, sir. Where Where are my glasses and where's my phone, sir? Is this Is this what you do? So, sir I'm a I'm a mother of two sons. 25 years living in Florida. >> I am a mother of two. And this is how you This is your big accomplishment [laughter] OF THE DAY, IS IT? IS THIS YOUR BIG ACCOMPLISHMENT OF THE DAY, a 5'3" woman brutalizing a 5'3" woman? Did you take PLEASURE IN THAT? >> [laughter] >> YOU TAKE SADISTIC PLEASURE IN AND brutalizing 5'3" 50-year-old women, huh? Is that each of your mama's? Is that what you do? Why? Oh. Oh, the irony of the Afroman being on the the radio. That's the irony, huh? That's the sweet irony, really? You're listening to Afroman? Dude, that is the epitome of hypocrisy. YOU GUYS JUST LOST A case against Afroman. >> Police said the woman continued yelling, flailing her arms, and [music] resisting as officers tried to place her in handcuffs. A second officer arrived, warned her she would be tased, and used a single drive stun before officers were finally able to secure her. She continued resisting on the way to the patrol car. Police also contacted animal services to take custody of a dog that had been left inside her rental van. She was arrested and charged with resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, disorderly conduct on the premises of an establishment, and trespassing. >> [music] [music]
