This is a follow-up video to the last one where I show you that Carl and his wife got invaded by armed, badged, unformed, well, partially unformed home invaders where they came into this guy's house. They had guns. They were going to attack him because they suspected that he might be involved in the drug trade. Well, Carl wouldn't have it. He went ahead and defended himself. He took the Second Amendment up on what it actually says, right? to keep and bear arms and that right shall not be infringed. These people were trying to infringe on his right to actually live a peaceful life in pursuit of life, liberty, and happiness. And Carl fought back. But one of the suffocating things to think about in this country is that the reason these cops continually get away with what they're getting away with, that is active police criminality, is because of the consent of the governed, the consent of the enslaved who just roll over and think these thin badged tyrants are the heroes and warriors that are protecting society. They did absolutely nothing to scratch the surface of the drug trade by terrorizing these two elderly people. But I want to show you the good and the bad comments. This guy says, "Man, I don't know what anybody says when they first made entry. The officer with the shield has some balls. He sat there and held that shield out trying to protect everyone that is the armed home invaders behind him. He didn't move until the gunfire stopped. That was badass. It was criminal. It was a criminal invasion of a home, an American home on American soil. Should have honestly pulled this guy over on his way to the local Walmart. Why? He didn't commit a crime. He didn't leave a victim. That search warrant almost got that whole team killed. Not worth it. And that was the point that I made in the last video. When the judge signs the warrant, he doesn't care what happens to the law enforcement agency. He doesn't care what happens to the person who's in the home. He's not going to be knocking at the door. He's not going to be barging into somebody's house who might be armed. And he's not putting his life or his family into jeopardy. Of course, it's going to be easy for a judge, a black robe tyrant, to sign a warrant when he's his life's not even going to be at risk. This was horribly conceived. Zero tactical thinking. I agree. As well as zero constitutional thinking. Complete tyrannical thinking. Midwest and East Coast cops are terrible. Amen. This feels like a bigger mess than it needed to be. That's an understatement. This one speaks partially on behalf of Carl. To be fair, he's right. That's Carl's right. And he thought they shot first because the officer kicked the door, making a gun-like sound. There was no reason to do this that way. Just go with two officers, knock on the door, and that would have been fine. horrendous display of force. No, don't go to the door in the first place unless you know you have probable cause and you can prove that there's been actual criminal activity. Single file into a narrow quarter seems like a pretty bad idea. And I was thinking about this when I was going over this guy was wasting all this time while his buddy, his thin blue line buddy, was bleeding out putting these gloves on. As a former army medic, I would absolutely not waste precious seconds to glove up before applying a tourniquet. That was painful to watch. If it's one of your guys, insisting on gloving up like that almost implies that you think they have something like hepatitis. Kind of rude. Well, with as promiscuous as I hear cops are, I wouldn't doubt that a lot of those cops have hepatitis as well as a bad case of narcissism. At least they got the right address this time. And isn't that sad because so often they do get the wrong address. Pizza delivery drivers don't get the wrong address. UPS drivers don't get the wrong address. But when lives hang in the balance, cops get the wrong address. And why is that? They can verify, they can double check, they can radio back to dispatch, but a lot of times they just don't care. And they're more than willing to pull the trigger if you come to your door with a gun to defend your household. This person says he was not shot at first. He was also found guilty of selling drugs. His wife said Carl told her it was his day to die and asked her to join him in shooting the officers. It was not self-defense. Carl shot first and he was found guilty. Sentencing happens this October. When armed thugs declare war on you and enter your house with guns, it's war. Carl actually had the guts to stand on his Second Amendment right and repel militarized invaders masquerading as a police force that hasn't protected our rights in over 50 years. I love this. Was it worth getting shot to have literally zero impact on the drug trade? They can't be called peace officers when they don't have any intentions of any kind of peace. I have to agree with Carl. Just because someone yells police then starts kicking in my door, it's going to be a real fight. The correct way should be to establish contact so that the person inside knows your law enforcement. Home invaders use the police search warrant tactics to subdue their victims. I will not be a victim. Your ego or arrogance are not my problem. If you announce yourself and give me a second to look out to verify or call 911 to verify, then I'm coming out every time. But if my door busts off my hinges, my family's lives are at stake in my mind, and I'll meet the devil at the door. This guy right here is still applauding the chains of his own oppression by saying, "This all could have been avoided if they sat on the house and waited for the old tweaker to come outside and fiddle with his multitude of scrap in his yard." And that is anothetical to the pursuit of life, liberty, and happiness. These people might as well live in North Korea. I'm not going to lie, the way we do warrants is suicidal right now. We need to stop placing bodies in the line of fire. Time is on our side. All warrant should be handled by surrounding, using drones to scout every interior space, and calling out or waiting out occupants. Nobody needs to pack a squad into a small space ripe for a fatal funnel. This guy is basically giving tactical ideas to tyrants who will use those tactical ideas to continue to take away our freedoms. Just think this all could have been avoided if you would have knocked on the door like normal people. After dude comes out unarmed, the cops are still scared AF. Pathetic cowards. The biggest mistake Carl made was talking to anyone without his lawyer present. They move fast when it's one of their own. Civilians wait for an ambulance to come to the scene. Did you get your rights restored? The tyrant should read the Second Amendment sometime. Looks to me like the cop with the shield fired one round first. In any case, you bust down the door shouting police warrant with no warning, no chance for someone to verify you really are the police. So then you deserve to get shot. Criminals commonly claim to be police to get you to open the door. Maybe these guys get a head trip busting down the door like tough guys expecting to shock and awe the resident. You have a right to defend yourself from home invasion in some states. How about everywhere? And this was easily confused with the home invasion from the point of view of the resident. And lastly, this is some absolute BS. They did all that just for drug possession. Totally with the old man on this one. I want to hear from you guys. Does anybody in my audience think that these cops were in the right? Who is on Carl's side? I'm not talking about the drug part. I'm talking about the defending your home part and standing on the Second Amendment. Leave your thoughts about this for the world and the global thought police in the comments section below.
