Department was on patrol when he
observed an individual sitting in an
area marked with no trespassing signs.
The officer made contact with the
suspect, later identified as a
36-year-old male named Jamal.

In the end, Jamal was charged with two
counts of resisting an officer with
violence and resisting an officer
without violence. He also received a
citation for a municipal ordinance
violation. He was determined to be an
incompetent adult, so some of the court
records are inaccessible. However, at
some point he was released from custody
and arrested again on August 12th, 2024.
