Hey, welcome back to the channel. I really appreciate you being here. A wise man once said, "It is no measure of good mental health to be considered well adjusted to a profoundly sick society." And we all know the fact is the majority is usually filled with wrongheaded people thinking they're right but traveling in the wrong direction. And that's really typically what we see with order followers. Order followers just do what they're told regardless of what is right instead of doing what is right regardless of what they're told. That's kind of the key characteristic of order followers. So when we go over these videos right here, I just want to highlight the fact that there are still a lot of people who some would call bootlickers, people who will roll over and just comply and just submit with the authoriti or to the authority because they think, you know, this is the best way to go. this is the best way to do society. You know, we got law and order. The problem is who makes the laws and who follows the orders and should you follow any order? And before we get started with this right here and a couple videos from now, I'm going to show you this tech that they're unleashing on us. And it's pretty terrifying actually if you think about it because it gives godlike power to the officers who are asking you questions that they already know the answer to. So when we have these uniformed officers that a large swath of people already think are heroes and warriors and then you add to it this crazy seemingly alien technology where they know where you've been. They know what time you left. They pretty much know where you're going and they've compi compiled a file against you and they know what you've been up to, where you stopped for gas, when you entered into a certain state, when you left that certain state, how long you've been on the road. When they know all the answers to these questions and then you combine it with this other tech that I'm about to show you, it becomes almost like that scene in Star Wars where they fall down into that garbage shoot on the Death Star and the walls start just closing in on them and there's nothing they can do. They're getting these steel posts and try to put them up and the it just keeps closing in and just bending and all this trash is just trying to compact them. But I I'm I I'm not blackpilled. Not to the point where I think it's hopeless because I feel like you have to have hope. You have to realize, hey, there's got to be a way out of this. Otherwise, what use is there in living? You've got to have hope. But in that hope, we also rest on knowledge and the understanding that a large amount of people still believe in the thin blue line gang of violence. And before we get started with this particular video right here, I just want to say this. Is it ever, and I mean ever, is it ever right to initiate force and violence on peaceful people who haven't harmed other people? They haven't jeopardized the freedom of somebody else. They haven't threatened those people. They haven't damaged or stolen property. Is it ever right to put your hands on people no matter what? I'm talking about this is an absolute because I'm saying no, it is not ever right for me to put my hands on somebody that doesn't want my hands placed on them who hasn't committed a crime. Now, if they've committed a crime, if they've stolen something, you can put your hands on them and recover that property. If they've harmed somebody, you can put your hands on them to stop that harm. But if they haven't done any harm, then they shouldn't be putting their hands on anybody. But what if somebody what if a whole group of people, a massive amount of people, uh, made a law to tell you, hey, it's okay for you to put hands on people. And if you put hands on somebody, it's not it's not a crime. It's actually going to be legal. Whereas, if somebody else did that exact same thing without being sanctioned by or supported by this law, that would be criminal activity. But you can do it because we're actually codifying it and putting into law. And then they put it into law. these politicians and then a whole bunch of people get on board with it and go, "Yeah, it's okay for you to put your hands on that person because that politician said that they crossed over this line." And if they crossed over this line, they deserve to have hands placed on them. And not only do they deserve to have hands placed on them, they deserve for somebody to kidnap them and to put these these ratchets on their their wrist and these torture cuffs and, you know, give them possible nerve damage. And it's okay for these people to put these other people who haven't harmed anybody into the back of a car and to lock them in some dungeon, some basement. If you did that exact same thing, you would be considered a criminal. You know why? Because you'd be a criminal. And you'd be a criminal because you engaged in criminal actions. I don't care. That's why I started this video out. It's no measure of good mental health to be considered well adjusted to a profoundly sick society because a profoundly sick society calls for you to put your hand or a certain group of people to put their hands on other people who haven't actually committed crimes. And by committing crimes, I mean leaving a victim. If there is no victim, there is no crime. That is a an ironclad argument. If there's no victim, if nobody's been victimized, there's no person who suffered any harm or any damage or any loss of property, then there is no crime. And if there is no crime, then there is no just reason for another man to put his hands on another man who didn't commit that crime. And that leads us to this video right here. This video right here, underneath this video, there's a whole bunch of people. And I would venture to say upwards of 98% of the responses under this video applauds what these cops do because they can't stand this kid. They say this kid is obnoxious. They say he's a know-it-all. They say that he deserves what he got. What do you expect? You need to comply with the authoriti. And I'm saying that's a profoundly sick society that's in the corner of the cops who violate this kid's will under the color of traffic law. I don't care if you broke a traffic law, if you broke a drug war law, if you broke some other law of the land. You don't deserve for somebody to put their hands on you. We're going to get into this. We're going to make some comments along the way. I really appreciate you being here. Let's go ahead and start this. And I want to know what you guys >> under arrest for obstruction. Get out of the car. I'll go. I'll go. >> No, we're past that point. >> In a parking lot near a busy intersection, police pulled over a 20-year-old driver for a loud muffler. But the stop quickly changed when he refused to get out of his truck, making officers wonder what he might be hiding. >> Hello. >> That's all it is, a loud muffler. You've got to be kidding me. People who drive patrol cars with blaring sirens and break the speed limit, putting others in jeopardy, are gonna pull this kid over for a high decel muffler when their sirens are far louder than his muffler ever could be. >> Hey, can you turn the truck off? >> Yeah. >> Awesome. All right. You got your license on you by chance? >> Appreciate it. >> I'm back. >> I got you. Awesome. >> Insurance? >> I would appreciate it. You got it on your phone? >> Yeah. >> Awesome. All right. Let me uh get it real quick. >> I see like all the performance stickers. Do you like you put stuff on the truck? >> I know. No, I haven't put nothing on the truck. It's just >> You haven't put nothing on the truck? >> Headers. That's it. >> Yeah, cuz I can hear the exhaust. The exhaust is loud. >> I know. I already got a ticket for it. >> Yeah, that's the thing. >> I'm not going to lie. Either way, I could hear it down the street and everything. I knew you were driving fast, dude. I just couldn't get behind see how fast you were going. And that is pitiful that any law enforcer would dare give a ticket to anybody with a loud muffler. It's pitiful. It's pathetic. It's disgusting. It's unconstitution. Unconstitutional. It's anothetical to anything that resembles freedom. >> I was going 55. I know it's loud, but >> uh you were pulling away from traffic pretty fast. I don't know if it was 55. >> All right. Good till November of this year. >> Awesome. Who's the other name on this? Uh my mom. >> Mom. Okay. Do you still live on Ant Street or you live somewhere else now? >> An Street. >> An Street. Okay. What are you heading into that area for? >> What area? >> You were heading into like the Providence area for a little bit. You turned over into Target. Is this where you're originally going or? >> No, I was I'm going to uh Burlington. >> Oh, you turned here to go up to Burlington. Okay. All right. Yeah. First I thought you going to the neighborhood and I lit you up. So then you turn at Target. I thought that's what you're doing. Okay. >> No, I don't live here. >> Okay. Perfect. Okay. Um so just a housekeeping >> officer. Does that question pertain to this traffic stop? If it doesn't, do you think it's advisable for me to answer your question? >> Questions. Is there any kind of crazy drugs or weapons in the car that I need to be worried about at all? >> Crazy drugs or weapon? No. Well, actually, I do have something illegal in this car. It's It's in the back seat there. Oh, what is it? It's a whole trunk full of freedom. >> Anything in here that you're not supposed to have at your age or anything? >> Nope. >> Nothing. >> Watch this. >> How old are you, man? 20. >> 20. All right. So, just so you know, you can't have nicotine at the age of 20. So, all right. >> What a tyrant. Well, I got you on the nicotine. See that? I got you. I've got my foot in the door. Now you're mine, boy. >> So, is that that the only thing or is there something else or >> All right. So, go ahead and toss me that. Go ahead and toss me that. Thank you. >> Yep. I got to take that. So, uh, can are you able to roll it? Is that a >> I know this kid's smiling, but it's not funny. None of this is funny. >> Sub back there. >> No, it's my uh >> Oh, okay. I was like, good lord. Oh, what the hell is that? >> I don't got like uh I don't got like uh my radio doesn't work. >> Okay. All right. I got you. All right. So, uh give me a second. I'm going to go back to my squad, run a few things, make sure everything's looking good. Um obviously, I'm taking this just because you can't have it. Uh do you have any questions about the stop so far? >> Nothing. All right, man. Just chill here for me till the total otherwise. Okay. So, here's the thing. Just because I found the nicotine and you're not supposed to have it, I gotta make sure you don't have anymore. I gotta make sure there's no more in the car. Okay. So, I'm gonna ask you to step out, please. >> Yeah. So, basically now this cop is saying now what? Because I saw nicotine, which is neither here nor there. Come on, give me a break. Land of the free, home of the brave. No way in hell. So, because I saw that nicotine, that's going to give me the justification that I need to put my foot further in the door, fling the door open, and remove you from any semblance of freedom. >> I mean, don't you need like >> That's not probable cause though. >> It is. Can you please step out? >> Probable cause of what? Probable cause reasonable, articulable suspicion of what? Probable cause of what? That a crime has been committed. Can you show me the verified complaintant officer? No, you can't. Have a good day. this cop, if he was truly constitutional. See, this is tyrannical. This is the same as what the red coats did to the colonists. This is the same kind of action that provoked and caused the colonists to throw a bunch of tea in the harbor and put the middle finger up to King George III and say, "Screw you. I don't care how powerful your army is. What you're doing is not right. We won't stand for it. Come and get us." >> Come on, dude. Don't be like, "Come on." Hey, supervisor. >> No. So, >> you're going to want a supervisor for me to make sure you don't have any more nicotine vapes in your car right now. >> If it's nicotine, >> my god. >> Yeah. And I got to make sure you don't have any more. There's no more in the car. That is literally what this is right now. >> I mean, do it. >> So, here's the thing. I'm asking you to step out. >> Here's the thing. That's Here's the deal. In other words, >> can you please step out? That's a lawful order. Please step out of the car. >> You need like a real probable cause. >> And that's it. That is it. I have to make sure you do not have anymore. nicotine. >> So if you obstruct investigation, >> it's truly not constitutionally. Yeah, maybe by today's laws of the land, but this is tantamount to a political parasite telling a a brainless order follower who's not thinking for himself, "Hey, I want you to go and threaten this kid. I want you to go and take this kid's rights away on American soil, and I want you to go ahead and attack this kid if he gives you any lip." and and everybody in the comment section, 98% are saying or they're applauding this and saying this is exactly what we want. This is exactly consistent with Land of the Free, Home of the Brave. And they cheer it on. >> What this is, you can be arrested right now. I'm just thinking about giving you a ticket for the nicotine vape right now. That's where I'm at. >> I'm saying and it's cool. It's cool that. All right. You can give me a ticket, whatever, >> but that's not a probable cause for you guys to search my whole car. >> Okay. Yeah, the kid's right. Not constitutionally. Now legally, yeah. But even in their own laws, they have 18 USC 242, deprivation of rights under color of law. This is exactly what the cop's trying to do. The cop is clearly trying to deprive this kid of his rights under the color of I got to save you from nicotine. You're under 21 law. >> Are you refusing to step out of the car? >> Uh, no. I mean, I guess. Yeah. >> Okay. >> It's like you can call police. >> My name is Officer Police Department. Okay. >> I am. Did they blurp that out? So, we don't get to know who the officer is. We don't get to know who the violator of the Constitution is. We don't get to see who the actual criminal is. >> Ordering you to step out of the car or you will be placed under arrest for obstruction. >> Boss, I have a right. >> Final warning. Step out now or you will be placed under arrest. >> Boss, must I read you on this cuz if I I want a supervisor if >> you want a supervisor, I will call supervisor. You still have to step out though. Okay. >> No, I don't. I can step out when your supervisor gets here. >> Can you keep your hand up, please? Not hand by the door. Thank you, >> boss. You think >> driver's requesting a supervisor refusing to step out? >> So, what's your argument on why you do not want to step out? >> Okay, here's >> uh I stand on the Constitution. There's something called the Fourth Amendment, and I don't see how what you're doing is consistent with protecting my right to be secure in my person. How are you, officer, making me secure in my person when you just stole my nicotine pen? How are you making me insecure uh secure in my person's houses, papers, and effects in in concert with the Fourth Amendment, which you swore to uphold, protect, and defend? How are you doing that when you're actually putting me in fear for my life? You're a you're an armed road pirate willing to economically terrorize me, willing to drag me out of my vehicle because I have something that your political parasitic masters told you that I shouldn't have. >> I never argue with God, boss. Yeah, we've been super We've been super cool at this point. I thought we were cool. >> I know. >> I'm a super cool road tyrant. Road pirate. I'm a super cool carjacker. >> Pulled over by your school. >> Uhhuh. >> But and they see the nick in my hand and I'm 20 years old and they don't say nothing. I don't know. >> I could probably head out there. >> They've never told me to step out. I need to search your car because you have a nicotine on you. >> Yep. So, here's the thing. It'd be the same thing as if you had alcohol, right? So, it's under the same thing because you're not 21. You can't have it. >> I feel you. But like a nicotine, I've never had that. And I've smoked nicotine in front of cops. >> I can't answer for them. I can't I don't know what they do, right? >> Like, >> first of all, smoking nicotine is just stupid in my opinion. But guess what? You are free to be stupid. You are free to put whatever you want to in your body. And nobody has the right to interfere with that freedom to put whatever you want to in your own body. I don't think it's a probable cause for you to search me. I can I can head out there. Do you have 81 call me? >> So, here's the thing. They're all tied up on other stuff. I'm going to give one of them a phone call right now. >> Here's the thing. Here's the deal. You're about to lose your rights. I'm an armed man. You will submit to me or this could end with the ending of your life. >> Okay. So, here's the thing. You can keep recording all you want. This officer is going to hang out with you. >> All right. So, nothing's changing. So, they're on the way. Would you like? >> In other words, I'm an order follower and my command staff told me I could commit this tyranny on you. So, I'm just going to go ahead and do it because I've got no conscience. >> Just step out and let us just take a look through. Make sure there's nothing else crazy in here. >> I'm sorry. >> Joshua, is there something else in here besides just the vape? Is that why we're worried? >> You can bring whatever. >> Okay, then I'm not understanding the issue then. If there's nothing in here, why are you so upset about it? that like how you going to make me step out my car >> is because you search it because you seen >> well thing is I wouldn't even have to find the vape in in all respect we I could have found nothing I still could have had you step out of the car >> so I could have just >> I could have asked you to step out before I found >> only if you're a psychopath only if you're a psychopath only if you're a control freak would you want to make somebody step out of their car when they haven't victimized anybody >> that's what I'm saying >> exactly But if you didn't find the babe, if you asked me to step out, that's even crazier cuz it's like >> God, I'm not understanding the confusion. >> Like if you're if you didn't find a Nick on me, right? >> Okay. >> And you're saying I would have still probably asked you like >> No, I didn't say I still probably would have. I said I had the power too. Like I could. Right. So that's the thing. >> You got the power or >> Yeah. Like so there's there's case law to where it's driver stops are very unsafe for officers. I'm going into a car that I don't know of. I don't know you. It's like I don't know, man. So that's the thing is we can go up to a car and said, "Hey, can you please step out?" And you have to step out. Okay? >> You don't have to. >> You do. You have to step out. >> You have to. You know why you have to? Because my political parasitic masters. I'm just a puppet on the string. You know, I'm just doing what they tell me to do. Even though, you know, these officers could exercise discretion. They could have never pulled this this kid over in the first place for a loud muffler during the day. I could understand if he was going, you know, through town or through some subdivision at night at midnight with this loud muffler waking everybody up who's got to wake up and go to work the next day. That would be actually infringing on the freedoms of other people. Your freedom to sleep. You cannot interfere interfere with the freedom for somebody to sleep. This is this is broad daylight. What time is this? uh 7:49 p.m. People ain't getting in bed at 7:49 p.m. This is just tyrannical nonsense. >> And we got to stop supporting it. We've got to stop supporting it. That's why I just ask you to like these videos and share these videos with everybody you know because this is this is common sense and these are issues of morality versus immorality. >> To you have to or you could be arrested. That's what I'm trying to explain to you. >> If there's nothing else in this car and that's fine. That's cool. That's great. I'll go through. It's like, "Yep, nothing else in here. There's nothing else on him. All right, we'll go right through like a regular traffic stop." [laughter] >> So, I I don't know if you've had like a past bad experience. I don't know. Like I said, we've had a very friendly conversation. >> I feel like even this part, it's really not that bad. We're just having a conversation. >> Not that bad. What I'm saying, I don't know. All the cops, not even all the cops, but all the cops on everybody in South knows. >> South Elen does. >> I'm not very familiar with South cops, unfortunately. I'm really familiar with cops. That's it. Will you please step out of the car? >> They bleeped that out, too. >> Your supervisor is coming, right? >> And like I said, they're going to be a while. They got a lot of stuff going on over on the east side of the city. >> I got your >> Do you understand that this is arrestable? If you don't step out, you will be placed under arrest. >> It's obstruction. >> Now, what if people started saying, and I'm not advocating for this. I'm not advocating for this. I want to be very clear. But what if people started saying, "I'll tell you what. If you lay hands on me when I haven't victimized anybody, you lay hands on me just because your political parasitic masters told you to, I may have to defend myself by all means necessary. And what if people started doing it? What? I'm just asking what if. >> Obstruction. No, I'm not saying wait for Zuba. I'm saying if you don't if you still refuse to step out of the vehicle, it's obstruction. >> But you have >> obstruction of what? Oh, yeah. That's right. Obstruction of injustice. What if we guard with jealous attention the public liberty? What if we suspect anybody who comes near that precious jewel? And what if people start using downright force to protect that liberty? Now, I'm just telling you what Thomas Payne was suggesting. >> I'm not a cop. I respect you. [laughter] >> I respect you, road pirate. I respect you, carjacker. I respect you, violator of my rights. I appreciate you just having a conversation with me. I'm just make sure you understand this with you not listening and you just like disobeying what I'm saying >> because you seen that my car was loud and I was pulling >> further. >> Yeah. So, the reason for the stop was because your muffler was excessively loud and like you said, you've been pulled over before for the exact same thing, right? And yes, I did notice you pulled away from everyone very quickly, making me think you're speeding, but I don't know the exact number. Okay. So, that's not the reason. It's just something I saw. >> Three and a half. >> Yeah. So, like I said, I don't know your exact like the speed. I don't know because I couldn't clock you. You were too far ahead of everybody. But yes, you were pulling away from everyone very quickly. >> But the reason for the stop is the muffler. Okay. And then the reason why I'm wanting to search you in the vehicle is because you had a nicotine vape on you. All right. >> The reason I'm wanting to search you is because you thought you could exercise some American freedom, didn't you? Well, that's why I'm going to search you cuz you thought you could. And I can't let you get away with exercising American freedoms. Look at me. Are are you you who are watching this video, are you really on board with this? Are you really on? Is this in concert with exercising freedom, safeguarding freedom, honoring an oath to the Constitution to protect and defend it against all enemies, foreign and domestic? Or is this not rather becoming the very domestic enemy these cops swore to protect everybody from? >> So I got to make sure there's nothing else in the car that you can't have. >> Does that make sense? >> I promise you all my life it's just crazy. It's like dude that nicotine I've had you know how many times I had nicotine like >> Here's the thing. This is to my knowledge >> underage whatever. >> Here's the thing. To my knowledge this is the first time me and you have had a conversation. I don't think I've ever met you. >> I can't answer to those other officers. I don't know how they do things, okay? But I know what I know, right? So, this is our first interaction. This is what I saw. You had a nicotine vape there. You had it in your >> I know what I know and I do what I'm told cuz I'm a faithful little order follower and I'll be rewarded for being a tyrant. >> Then you moved it to the middle console. Then you handed it to me and you confirmed your age to me. You confirmed that, yeah, I can't have this. I would have had more [ __ ] I've never done anything else. >> And like I said, I haven't accused you of having anything. I just have to go through these steps to ensure that you don't. >> Right. >> You're not accusing me, but you think I might have something else. >> No, I didn't. I said I have to ensure that you don't. >> You have to ensure it, right? So, you might think there's something else. >> No, I have to ensure that you don't. That means I have to cross have to cross the tees, dot the eyes. >> How long is your supervisor going to be here? Like I said, dude, they're dealing with a lot of stuff on the east side of the river. So, that's why I'm saying we could be out here a while. >> One supervisor. >> No, we've got multiple. That's how much stuff we have going on over there. We actually The supervisor I talked to >> Let me get my sister here, too, so she can >> Don't Please don't call other people because they're not allowed to come up to the traffic stop. If they start interfering, then they'll get arrested. >> This is my traffic stop. You don't have any freedom right here in my zone of influence. This is my safety bubble. >> And I feel like this is a lot. See, there's a lot of We're throwing a lot of variables in here. don't need. >> I mean, I'm not doing anything wrong. It's, you know, >> you are you're obstructing at the moment, >> but if I need a supervisor if I want supervisor. >> Yeah, you can call for a supervisor. I'm just saying you're supposed to get out of the car. >> And I'm I'm actually being way nicer than other officers. >> I'm being way nicer than other officers. >> Yeah, that's what I'm saying. There people ripping you out of the car right now. >> It's like before the guy who steals your catalytic converter. It's like I'm I am the nicest catalytic converter thief you will ever meet. I'm talking to you nicely. I'm talking to you respectfully, but I am going to walk away with your catalytic converter. >> I'm trying to be nice with you. Trying to be respectful and basically trying to get you >> nice tyranny is still tyranny. I know we've we've said this so many times, but there are so many people who haven't heard it. Nice tyranny is still tyranny. And respectable tyranny is still tyranny. By the way, there's no such thing as respectable tyranny. Yeah, you can be nice while you're committing tyranny, but you can't be respectable while you're doing it. Tyranny is oppression against people who don't want to be messed with. That's the long and the short of it. You just exit the car without you being arrested. >> Cuz like I said, at this very moment, at the very most, I'm looking at two tickets, one for your muffler, one for your fate. Right? >> That's cool, >> right? But the thing is, why would you push it to where you're getting arrested? I'm not understanding. Why would you want to do that? >> Wait a minute. Why would you arrest me when I haven't even harmed anybody in the community? But you're willing to harm a whole bunch of people in the community under the color of law. >> Like, why do you want me to get out the car for a nick? >> Because I have to search the car to ensure there's nothing else in the car and nothing on you. >> Boss, look, boss. I've got him pulled over and I've got literally stopped by the street, too. >> And like I've said to you, I can't answer for the other officers. I can answer to what I saw. >> Let me say this real quick. They just take the neck away from me. That's it. I lit Dude, I was at the park this one time with my nick inside my car. South. >> All right, here's the deal. So, you step out of the car right now or you are under arrest for obstruction. >> There we go. And that is why I named my channel. Here's the deal. Because after you hear those three words from a guy who's supposed to be protecting your rights, he's going to with violence take those rights away. >> Final warning. >> That's crazy. >> Do it now or you're under arrest. >> So, I need to step out. Wait, can you can you repeat that again? I need to step >> you need to step out right now or you're going to be under arrest for obstruction. >> I'm sorry. Cuz I told you to step out. >> No, just because you told me. Just because. >> All right. You're under arrest for obstruction. Get out of the car. >> I'll get it. I'll get out. >> No, we're past that point. Get out of the car. You're under arrest. >> Oh, we've heard it. We We've heard it all today. We've heard here's the deal and it's going to go one of two ways and we're past that point. No, actually, we're really not past that point. You just want to be past that point because you want to put your hands on a 20-year-old dude. >> Hands behind your back. >> This is disgusting. >> What's the question? >> This is disgusting. And if you're for this, if you support this, if you're on board with this, you are disgusting. >> Saying, "Do I like my job?" >> Like my power. >> Listen to this. >> I'm If the question is, do I like my job? Then yes. authority. >> Listen to this kid. Do you like your authority? Do you like your power? This kid has more wisdom than all of these cops put together. Listen to this. >> What's the question? >> You like your authority? >> Are you saying do I like my job? >> You like your power? >> Like my power? >> I'm If the question is, do I like my job? Then yes. >> No, I didn't ask. >> Like I said, dude, we were just dealing with a muffler ticket so you wouldn't get out of the car. Yeah. Then why wouldn't you get out of the car? If if all it is is a muffler ticket, then why wouldn't you get out of the car? If >> it's just a muffler ticket, then you need a muffler ticket. That's what >> Exactly. If it was just a muffler ticket, you would just give a muffler ticket. You wouldn't perform these stupid psychological operations on this kid. Come to his the door of his car and intimidate him. You're an armed man intimidating him and abusing your authority. If it was just a muffler ticket, then write me a stupid muffler ticket. That is antithetical to Freeman as well. But at least you're not taking somebody to prison. The Listen to the admission of this cop. It was just going to be a muffler ticket, but you decided to challenge my authoritie. And I can't have you challenging my authoritie because I have a very thin skin and a very fragile ego. >> Dude, I was just going to hand you warnings all around. >> Then why do you need me to step out of the car? Because I got to do >> I was just going to hand you warnings all around >> this stuff. I have to make sure you don't have anything. Like I said, man. >> What the You want like >> which one? >> The right one. Both of them. Actually, >> both of them. All right. >> My hands right here, Bob. Don't worry about it. >> Well, you got to let them go so I can unlock them. >> My hands right here. I don't want no more problems. >> The suspect was arrested for obstruction. >> The suspect. What's he suspected of? Well, you got a loud muffler. Then give him a stupid ticket so he can fight it in court. Stop with all these head games. Suspect >> an officer and illegal possession of alcohol by a person under 21 and was also cited for multiple traffic violations. >> All right. So that's it right there. Let me just This kid right here, >> this kid exercised more wisdom and knowledge on this traffic stop than any of these cops ever could. And I truly want to hear your thoughts about this in the comment section below. Before we go to the next one, I want to just give a shout out. I saw some super chats coming in. I was putting them up on the screen. I just didn't want to interrupt the flow. And if you give super chats, if you support this channel, I will definitely give you a shout out. I truly truly appreciate it. If I ever miss anybody, let me know. I'm going to go and start with stay tuned because we've got some more videos that I really want you to see, specifically the high-tech gadgetry that cops have that kind of make them look like omnisient gods. So, let's start with uh Northeast Colorado Cop. Thank you, man. You've been a member for 31 months. I I don't even know what to say. I appreciate that. Same with Joseph Doe. Joseph, you've really come through in so many live streams gifting people uh memberships. I really appreciate it. If you've become a beneficiary of one of those memberships, uh, make sure you give Joseph a a thanks. Gary says, "Long live the audit and accountability act activists." Yeah, I'm It's not It's not been lost on me what's happening with this community and the fact that they're being economically terrorized by the YT platform for very, very vague reasons. And I may cover that in a live stream in the future. I just want to kind of sort out what's going on. I want to gather the emails that are coming out from the YouTube platform and what they're actually saying so that I can, you know, be a little bit more informed on it. Clapjack just became a YouTube member, a channel member for this channel. Gary Marx just became a YouTube member. Thank you very much, Gary. And Grave Graves says, "Well, Shi, you graveyard dead if you do to us what we do to you." Brevard Sheriff Wayne Ivy, I agree that the government should be the ones who fear assaulting us or depriving freedom. Police must be replaced by self. Self-governance is really the way to go because it's the only moral way to go. Somebody else who wants to govern you, govern you. And by the way, government, the word govern is in there. Govern to govern means to control. Do you really want to control another human being who doesn't want to be controlled? If you do, you've got mental problems. >> Well, but it's legitimate. It's legalized. I'm the authority. It's recognized by the politicians. And you know, look, everybody understands that I got a badge. And that badge means something. I got a uniform. And this uniform symbolizes authority, which means I have authority over you. I don't care how much fiction you pile on top of fiction. And I don't care how many people you get to buy into your fiction. It's still not reality. Yeah, you might believe it is. It might look like it is because there's a whole lot of people slinging the crap, but it doesn't make it true. If everybody believed in Santa Claus, would that make it real? Or the Easter Bunny? No, really. The reason why that Easter basket was placed behind that curtain, the reason it's there is cuz the Easter Bunny, the magical Easter Bunny did it. Oh, okay. So, because of millions and millions of people believe it, it's true. I didn't know truth was by majority vote. So, thank you, Grave. Thank you, Clawudette, for becoming Oh, Claudet's become a member for eight months or been a member for eight months. Thank you very much, Claudette. And Clapjack uh slap down a $10 bill. Man, I really I really appreciate that. Thank you guys for the support. Thank you for being here. Uh it wasn't Oh, okay. So, let's go to this next thing right here. I want to show you a similar traffic stop where this 18 or 19year-old girl schools these deputies who don't know what the freak what the difference is between freedom and tyranny. You know why? Because they truly believe I really believe this. I believe that most law enforcers believe that the tyranny that they inflict on the rest of us equals liberty. And if we didn't have that tyranny that they're inflicting on the rest of us, they I believe that they believe that we wouldn't have law and order, that we would have chaos. We'd have blood in the streets, broken windows, tires, flipped over vehicles. We'd just have mayhem and chaos. And really, it would be the opposite because we would have a truly free market. We would have and it's not to say that there wouldn't be irresponsible human beings doing really evil things, but people would be empowered. You know why? Because they wouldn't be waiting for a hero. There wouldn't be one of us or there would be very, very few of us who would opt to pick up a phone and dial 911 when they could reach for their 1911 or their Glock 22 or their favorite choice of weapon to defend themselves. Because let's be honest, we all know this. It sounds cliche, but it's true. When seconds count, police are minutes away. So, watch the reason this girl was pulled over. What was the infraction? Are the cops saving society by throwing this girl into a dungeon? >> That is the law. >> Who do you think knows the law better, me or you? No problem. [laughter] >> I would say she does because there are very few people, well, I can't even say that because there's a lot of people who don't know the law. But a lot of these people that the cops pull over actually know the law, i.e. the constitution, which is supposed to be the supreme law of the land, way better than any cop. Get a cop to try to articulate the five main topics and main points of the first amendment. They cannot do it. They can't. They couldn't do it to save their I'll give you a million dollars if you can tell me the five points, the five main points that you're supposed to be protecting found in the First Amendment. Just name them. >> Go up. >> What you see on Facebook and Tik Tok reals is not real life. This is real life. >> On January 20th, 2026, a deputy in Washington spotted a Toyota Camry drifting to the far right lane before swerving back across traffic to make an illegal wide turn. The deputy initiated a stop and approached the driver's window to request her documents, but he quickly realized this driver was more interested in debating the law than following it. >> That's all it was, an illegal left turn. And how many times has the cop done an illegal left turn or blown through a traffic light or a stop sign or far exceeded the speed limit or didn't activate their turn signals when they want you to activate the turn signal. He could have just pulled her over and said, "Hey, for the interest of safety, because we are all about public safety, not officer safety, I just want to let you know you made a really wide left turn. Have a good day." Nope. Got to do the economic terrorism. Got to extract that ID because it's like it's like the white powdery substance going right into the nose and into the system. Man, we got to have that. >> Hey there. Do you have your information, license, registration? I have a picture of my insurance because it's >> Yeah, that'll work. >> If you're talking to me, I I can't hear you. >> You're You're speaking like really little and then I got lots of lots of cars. >> Can I ask why I'm getting pulled over? >> Sure. Can I see your ID? Your license, sir? >> Uh I'm going to >> It's just It's such a simple thing. And what a power play. Can I just ask why I'm being pulled over? Yeah, just give me your ID first. That's not how it works. You got to give me your ID, then I'll tell you. It would be kind of like a box. Surprise. Surprise. I pulled you over for this very simple thing. But they don't want to do it. Why? Because they want to withhold the Oh, I've got the power. I've got a secret and I'm going to keep my secret and I'm not going to release that secret until I want to. Not because you ask me to. That's how far gone mentally these law enforcers are. >> No, that's not how this works. >> So that's not But it could work like that, right? The reason it's not working like that is cuz you don't want it to work like that cuz you got to be in control. You freaking control freak power tripper. >> Oh, it is. >> Yeah. >> No. All right. So, just this works. >> So, let's go back to it. >> I'm going to need a reason first. >> No, that's not how this works. So, >> it is though. >> Oh, it is. >> Yeah. >> No. All right. So, just so you're aware, the whole traffic stops being audio and video recorded. So, I stopped you for a lawful reason. I am requesting your driver's license, your registration, and your insurance. >> Lawful reason. >> Yep. And I'll explain that lawful reason as soon as I get the documents in which I'm requesting. It's actually not technically a lawful reason. It's kind of like a legal reason. Legal versus illegality. Remember, it used to be legal to own slaves. It used to be illegal to free slaves. So if these cops lived pre-19 or 1860s, they would actually arrest you for freeing slaves because the law said freeing slaves is illegal. That's how far gone the if they lived in the 1920s, they'd be arresting you if you tried to transport, buy, or sell alcohol or if they caught you at a speak easy. That's how far gone these people are right here. Everybody knows how failed the alcohol prohibition laws were. And Telina believes she has the legal right to know why she was stopped before identifying herself. >> She has the constitutional right to know why somebody's interfering with her life, liberty, and happiness. You schmuck. >> She does not. [laughter] >> Like I said, I'm not going to have this back and forth of you arguing with me of why I'm stopping you. I stopped you for a lawful reason. There's nothing that says that I have to tell you why I stopped you. That is >> Oh, but see that's what I hate about cops. They got to have it down on paper. And even when it's on paper, if it's not suitable them for them, they won't do it if they think it's going to benefit you. If they think it's going to benefit them, they'll do it. But they got to have a law written down on paper. Well, they told me to do it, so I'm going to do it. They told me not to do it, so I'm not going to do it. It's kind of like when the, you know, they relaxed the gun laws in Florida and then the sheriffs came out and go, "Well, I knew that was unconstitutional." If you knew it was unconstitutional, then why did you enforce those unconstitutional laws until the politicians said until the Supreme Court said, "Yeah, that's not very constitutional. We need to stop that. Go ahead. You can open carry now." And all the sheriffs are like, "Yes, we're so for the Second Amendment." No, you aren't. If you really, you had your chance to show us if you were for the Second Amendment by ignoring an unlawful uh command by the legislators. Because you know when a law becomes uh injustice resistance becomes duty. It was actually your duty officer. When a law became was unjust or uh injust there was injustice done because of this law. It was your duty to get in the way of that injustice and protect the people. But you didn't do it, did you? Now that they've changed the laws, you're like, "Yeah, oh yeah, it was. Don't worry. We're going to make sure that you can open carry now." Well, then why were you arresting the armed fisherman for open carrying >> the law? He can drive. >> Who do you think knows the law better, me or you? >> During a lawful traffic stop, driver >> Is that a trick question? Cuz it seems like the answer is obvious. >> Are required to provide their license and registration upon request. The deputy doesn't have to explain the reason first, though many do it as a courtesy. >> This guy's not even a the law. It sounds like we just got the a call center from a different country. You know, this is not ille this is not legal. You don't need to be doing this like you need to submit to the authoritized. >> Okay, here's the deal. Your ID is right there. >> He said it. He said here's the deal, too. >> So, you can either hand it to me or we can go a different route. >> I'll give you my ID. >> I pulled you over for a lawful reason. Okay. >> Lawful reason. >> All right. Here. >> Okay. So, you turned on onto 23rd and you went into the furthest lane and then you came back to the left lane. You can't do that. You can't turn into both lanes. Now, please provide me your identification. >> What do you think would happen if you pulled the cop over for doing this? Hey, I noticed that you did this wide left turn and you went into the other side lane and you can't do that. I noticed that you're double parked here. Well, you can't do that. Boy, they don't like that at all. >> Even after the deputy decides to deescalate and tell her the reason for the stop, an improper turn, she still refuses to hand over her ID, >> license, >> and registration, please. I'm getting pulled over, but >> she refuses to hand over ID. I.e., she wanted to make sure that she if the cop's not going to protect her right to be secure in her persons, then she's going to stand up to try to protect her right. That's that's the translation on that >> license and registration, please. >> I'm getting called over, but you want to tell me why. >> Instead of taking this final opportunity to cooperate, Antonina decides to call her mother. By doing this, she forces the deputy's hand. She didn't cooperate with the Nazi Gestapo. So, you know, obviously the hammer needs to fall. >> Okay, go ahead and hop out. Mom, >> hop out. >> Oh, God. Hands on. >> Cuz I will give him my ID. I can't. >> You want to play games? I'll play games with you. >> I'll play games with you, says the man. Says the older man who's touching a younger girl. >> You're under arrest. Put your hand. >> You try touching a younger girl in your neighborhood. And you see how fast the cops get called on you. you back. >> Look at these guys. They're so proud of themselves. I can't look. Look at the look on this guy's face. Oh, I'm doing such a good job. I'm keeping the community safe by putting my hands on young girls inside the car. >> That's grab my phone. >> Nope. You're going to stay right there and do not move. >> Are you serious? >> Yeah, I am serious. That isn't how this works. >> Oh, look at his face. Look, look, look, look at his face. Look at his face. What if he's going to do this in public on camera without shame? What skeletons do you think are in his closet? When I see these people do this evil out in the open, and this is evil. Yes, granted, it's legalized evil, but it's evil nonetheless. And when I see these people doing this evil, I think, you know what? It's not just limited to this. How many people have they abused? How many people have they kidnapped? How many people are sitting in cages right now who have done no wrong? Are you >> serious? >> Yeah, I am serious. That isn't how this works. >> Are you dead? Cuz you can't tell me why you pulled me over. >> I told you why I pulled you over. Back here to my car. >> Start walking to my car. >> Stay in the car. Do not get out of the car. >> Holy [ __ ] >> Are you a [ __ ] idiot? >> Yeah, I must be. Turn to face my car. Spread your feet. >> I love her spirit. Her spirit is the the spirit of American resistance and rebellion to the modern-day red coats. Bring it on, gal. I'm in your corner. >> You have anything on you I need you to be aware of? Anything that could poke me? Sick and stab me. >> After being searched, Antelina is secured in the back of the patrol vehicle. >> Pop inside my car. Just so you're aware, everything's being audio and video recorded. What the hell? >> That's my second one in like two weeks. >> I had one up on Wishcot. He did the same thing. >> Like for real? >> I even told him. I was like, "Hey, man. I stopped you for speed." >> They're They're so appalled that anyone would dare attempt to resist their authoritie. And it happens so infrequently, it just shocks the hell out of them. >> You want to book her for the obstruction failed ID? >> I probably should. >> So >> now they're going to conspire. This is a violation of 18 USC 241. This is conspiracy against rights as they've already violated her rights under the color of traffic law in violation of 18 USC 242. >> For you, >> look at her. Look at her. She's, you know why she's shaking her head? She's shaking her head because she's sane and the inmates have been let out of the asylum doing insane things to sane people. >> You want to make the call and see if they'll get old? >> Hey, Tom one has one at Cussy for failed ID and obstruction. Do you carefully book her? Sweet. As long as you're good with it. We just want to make sure before we transport. >> All right. Thanks, man. >> What started as a simple traffic infraction has now escalated into two criminal misdemeanor charges. Failure to identify and obstructing a law enforcement officer. >> You want to go see what the deal with the passenger is. See if he's of age. >> Hey, I'm Deputy Taylor. You're being audio video report if you didn't hear that already. Uh, do you have a license? >> You don't have a license, then you can't drive? >> Yeah. >> Okay. How old are you? Now, do you have a permission slip from government? Ma'am, if you got a permission slip from government, then me being an agent of government will allow you to drive. Yeah, I know you're an adult. I'm an adult, but I'm going to go ahead and play your governmental parent today. Do you have a permission slip, >> dude? Okay. Is that the owner on the phone? >> All right. So, you're 18. Um, the owner said you can stay here with the car. Okay. And then you're good with that. And then the owner, is she gonna? She's on her way. So, can she take the car then? Okay. Who's the owner? Do you know the girl? Cassandra. Okay, cool. I appreciate it. Thank you. Hey, guy. One second. Okay. >> Back at the cruiser, Deputy Byron steps in to explain the reality of the situation, and he specifically addresses where Antelina got her legal advice. All right. So, here's the deal. You're getting charged. >> God, my god. Oh, I just hear it so often. Here's the deal. >> Charged with improper turn. Okay. Failure to identify and then obstructing my investigation. >> Wow. All All none of that is unconstitutional. None of what she did is immoral. None of what she did created a victim. But now she's being victimized by an agent of the state who put his hand on a Bible one day. no less and said, "I will protect and defend Angelina's rights against all enemies, foreign and domestic." What a liar. >> I don't know where you get your information, but your information is not correct. >> Well, it's real simple, officer. I got my information from the Second Amendment, the Fourth Amendment, and the Fifth Amendment. Are you familiar with those? Are you familiar with my right? My right? My unalienable right which wasn't given to me by government agents and can't be taken away from me legitimately by government agents. My right to be secure in my person. What about that? Does that count in your book? Well, the Supreme Court says that it doesn't violate your rights if we pull you over for a traffic infraction. Oh, it doesn't. What do you think the founding fathers would say about that? Do you think think they'd be kind of shining and sharpening their bayonets and their Gatlin guns and their puckle guns or whatever they were? Do you think they'd really tolerate this from the British crown? I mean, be honest, officer. I'm looking for some serious honesty here and cander. >> Okay, this isn't uh what you see on on Facebook and Tik Tok reals is not real life. This is real life. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Unfortunately, he's right. This is real life. There's real tyranny going on under the color of traffic law constantly, incessantly to the point where guys I I feel like I have to keep repeating this. 6.2 to 6.8 billion of American tax cattle is generated by all law enforcement agencies every 365 days just in speeding tickets alone. 6.2 to 6.8 billion. That equates to equates to about $11,795 every single minute of every single day. >> There's nothing on on the books on the state of Washington that says that I have to give you a reason why I stopped you. I do that as a courtesy, but I do that after I get the information. Courtesy, you know, because it's it's important to be courteous when I'm trampling somebody's rights. It's important to be courteous as I as an armed road pirate is out there economically terrorizing somebody. But I am being courteous >> because I don't want to have the back and forth like you are going to to have with me. Okay. So, you have a mandatory court appearance >> on I believe it's the 1st of excuse me the 2nd of February at 100 p.m. Okay. As far as the traffic infraction, you have 30 30 days to respond to it with these four options up here. You can choose the one that best fits you. Fill this out and send it to this address right here. So, let's go ahead and hop out. >> That's all they are. They're revenue generating agents of the states. What else can you say? What other descriptor can you give them? And they're very willing, more than willing to sign on the dotted line to commit violence against whoever, for whatever. It's tanamount to me just writing something on a piece of paper, handing it to you, and saying, "Hey, will you put your hands on that individual over there? What if I gave you 300 bucks? Would you do it? If you would do it for any sum of money, you've already shown me that you don't have any morals. >> We're going to slot cuffs out. >> Notice her demeanor now. The confidence she had during the traffic stop is completely gone. >> The confidence she had is completely gone. That's quite subjective. How about the immorality that was just committed is completely clear. Can Can you say that? Can you admit that? Do you really want to stand on the side of this >> reality of going to jail sets in? >> So because of the decisions that you made today, you're being booked into Grace Arbor County Jail because >> that's a lie. It's not because of the decision she made. It's because of the decision he made. He decided to abuse his authority. He decided to pull her over and give her a hard time. He decided to economically terrorize her. It wasn't her choice. She didn't ask to be pulled over. This is called law enforcement gaslighting. If there was anything that cops are good at, it is gaslighting. They are professionals. >> These are criminal charges. Do you understand that? >> Criminal charges. Criminal. >> Walk over my car. >> I mean I I mean real crimes are being committed, no doubt, in this city right here. But they're going to pin her with criminal charges cuz she decided to question authoritize. Wow. What do you think? >> Oh, he's so proud. Look at him. That's my boy. Can you see? Can you see? Here's grandma. That's my boy right here. Oh, yeah. What does your boy do for a living? Well, he puts his hands on little girls, little help girls, and then he calls his buddies and gangs up on those little girls. I'm so proud of this guy. I'm so proud of him. He used to be a little kid that got picked on at school and now he's in a position of authority. He gonna take a badge to somebody. I'm proud of little Billy. You guys s if you are for this, if you promote this, if you support this, if you got a thin blue line flag, if every every, you know, quarter when they, you know, bring out the boot or they have this this little um what do they call it? A a cop fund fair where they're looking for handouts. If you're supporting this stuff in any way, you're literally supporting organized crime. >> You are. No worries. You got to >> It's not hard, right? >> It's not hard, man. They need to just obey us. They need to comply with our short time. >> I I don't know if this music is copyrighted. Let me know what you guys think about this. If you think I'm off base at all, I really want to know about it. If you think that I have said something that that crosses the line from morality to immorality by criticizing these cops, I want to know about it. And if you actually are in the corner of these cops, I want to know what your moral underpinning is. What's the foundation, the springboard from which you operate? I mean, is it ever right to initiate unjust force and violence on peaceful people who haven't done anything wrong? Are you saying that it is right to do that if the political class decides to write laws and if you break if you go against the laws of the politicians and what is a law anyway? It's the opinion of politicians backed by the threat of force. And who brings that force anyway? It's the law enforcement class. So the political class makes the law, the edict, the opinion, codifies it, and the law enforceer goes, "Yep, this is what we got to do right here. We don't care who we harm. They just told us to harm them and we'll just call it something else. We'll call it uh traffic law. We'll call it a traffic violation and then we'll stra uh criminality on these innocent people who haven't done anything wrong, haven't left a victim. It's truly disgusting. It's psychopathic. We live in a world of illusion where people would rather believe fiction than reality. and then they call that fiction reality and then they gaslight you saying you're the one who did something wrong when they're the ones engaging in criminal activity. The state will always be that great fiction by which everyone seeks to live at the expense of everyone else. And if you disagree with me, I want you to hit me hard in the comments section. Let me take a break before we go over this next one where I show you how law enforcement agents are basically the the new gods with this new technology they have. But before I do that, let me go and give some shout outs to the last couple super chats because I saw them rolling in here. And guys, you do not have to do this. You don't have to support this channel monetarily. The best way you can support this channel, it's not that I don't appreciate it. I just know times are hard. Food is expensive. Gas is off the charts. There are people losing their jobs. They can't pay their mortgages and all that kind of stuff. I really do appreciate you guys doing this. But the best way you can help this channel is by liking, sharing this video, subscribing to the channel, and hitting the bell notification icon. Clabjack also jumped in to the fray and gifted 10 here's the deal memberships. Uh Pebble from Elsenor became a channel member. Thank you, Pebble. Is that Pebble or Pebbles? Pebble. And Barry says, "Sup troop." I don't know what that means. And then we're back to ClapJacks. Auditron, what's up, Audron? Auditron just uh gave a here's the deal membership to somebody and who got that? Damn Suzanne got it. Appreciate it, Audron. Thank you very much. All right, in this video right here, I want to show you something startling because I was not aware of the technology that cops have that actually gives them somewhat of an omnisient edge. And by omnisient I mean they appear to be all knowing with infinite knowledge where you've been. So when they ask well hey where are you coming from? Where are you going? How long are you going to stay? Did you stay in a hotel last night? What time did you leave Phoenix? The Phoenix area you know just round about. They already know. Where do you work? Do you have any felonies on your record? So it used to be where they ask these questions and they might try to guess at the answer. In this day and age with ALPRs, which is the automated license plate readers, they along with Palunteer technology where this is it's basically this intelligence hub that scrapes all this data from all these places and then creates a dossier on you. They pretty much know where you've been. They pretty much know where you're going. They know where you stayed last night. They know how many times you filled up, where you filled up, how much you spent, maybe what your credit card number is or your social security number. They have the answers thanks to Flock Safety cameras or Axon or Motorola or Genetic or Palunteer. So, they've already got these answers and now they've got this new technology that I'm going to show you right here. I have never seen a stash of D R U GS in any more secret compartment than in this video right here and I'm going to show you what I'm talking about. It's going to take us a second to get through this and we're going to make some comments along the way and I'd love to hear your comments on this. Let's go ahead and get started. >> Man, there's a kilo right there. Can you see that? >> Yes, sir. See the bricks? >> Look at this. See this technology right here that they got in his hands? He detected it without the arrival of a drug drug dog with near 100% certainty. This is crazy. Never seen this before. Maybe you have. >> I don't see nothing. >> Bro, you're a good dude. >> You got in a bad situation and I really think you can help yourself out to the >> Don't don't believe cops when they say that. >> I think man for you like don't be a sniff but do do something right >> on May. to do something right as they threaten with force and violence and the brutality of the state. >> In 2023, a Fyet County Sheriff's Office investigator assigned to drug and addiction unit followed a suspicious vehicle along Interstate 10 in Texas until the driver committed several traffic violations. The investig >> which he probably didn't. And usually what they get you on is following too close, you didn't activate your turning signal, uh you you made it across the fog line. all a whole bunch of lies as a pretext for the real reason they stopped you. >> Then initiated a traffic stop, unaware that he was about to uncover one of the craziest drug busts in the county's history. >> Hey, thanks for rolling them windows down, man. Hey, a couple thing. The left lane is a passing only lane. Okay, sir. >> I was going to pass the >> and then also your following distance was too close, man. Were you traveling with that other car, too? >> There you go. Following too close. No, it's cuz I seen him and I seen I was getting >> Hey, I noticed you were falling too close, so I thought I'd catch up to you and follow you too close just to show you that you By the way, I was speeding before I I mean really speeding before I caught up to you. >> Close to 18. You got to be 15 ft away. I was like, >> "Yeah, the other passenger vehicle." Okay. So, you were Yeah, you were real close when you you see me back there. >> Yeah, I see. >> Okay. Okay. >> I thought to be honest, I thought you were coming for their car cuz I was going the speed limit and they >> Yeah, this ain't got nothing to do with speeding. He's just following distance man and left lane passing only. So when you when you pass a car, you need to get back over in the other lane, too. >> That's cuz I was I was going to say that I'm here, but I'm getting close to the 18-wheeler cuz I was going to spit limit. >> Oh, okay. Man, >> this is such BS. The only reason they stopped this guy is because they got an ALPR alert. And after they got that ALPR alert, now they're going to run this stupid X-ray machine, giving it giving the appearance that these cops truly do have some godlike power. >> So, is this your car, man? Close my hands. >> I got Okay. Can I see your license, man? >> Yes, sir. >> So, yeah. So, whenever the car seen you, I see them. I see them break on you. >> Yes. >> I see him break. So, that's why I got so close. I mean, >> okay. I didn't want to go like that and then be all I got you, man. Yeah. Yeah, I got you. Get >> Listen how friendly this cop is. It really disgusts me. >> All right, man. You ain't been drinking or nothing. Okay. No alcohol, nothing. Hey, step out. believe it. >> I need my key on you. >> Yeah, that's fine, man. That's fine. That's fine. >> You know, I no weapons on you. >> Oh, no, sir. Me before you >> Oh, no. No. You're all right. Put your hands down. You ain't in trouble, man. You're a trouble. >> You ain't in trouble. You do not trust one word that comes out of a law enforcement agent's mouth. You already know this guy's in trouble. If you got pulled over for following too close, you are in trouble. >> Weapons in the car. >> All right. Just sit up here, man. going to be out your warranty. >> He claims it's just a warning, but his real goal is to keep the driver at ease long enough for backup to arrive. >> Oh man. >> Yeah. So, like I was saying, so I was like at first when you I seen me that you passed me, I like stop the first one cuz I think I seen he I seen him break. >> Uhhuh. >> Cuz he broke he he broke. >> He break too. He probably cuz he seen my car, I guess, man. >> Yeah, cuz I was to be honest, I go on speed control with that uh speed limit thing. >> Uhhuh. and I go listen to I put my other phone to put uh nothing but comedy. >> So I'm the hallway just like that. >> Cops are keen to what this guy's doing. If you start talking too much, if you start filling in the blanks too much, if you start uh running your mouth like a chatter box, they already know you're nervous. You got something to hide. These are all telltale signs for them to look for. That's why what should you do when a cop is around asking you questions? shut the front door. >> Right on. >> And then I seen that and I was like, "Oh, he's coming for the other car." He like, "No way for me." >> Right. >> And I seen him pass. You passed. You went to his side. I was like, "Oh, he got him." And then him this way and then you were going to pass. I was like, "Oh, he got mine." >> Nah, just a warning, man. Just a warning. >> Just a warning, man. Just a warning. It's all right. Hey, I'm one of you, man. I'm just out here making sure the highways are safe. You know, everybody's got a job to do. >> What are you doing? way over here, man. >> I came to San Antonio. >> Okay. >> I came to drop off my cousin cuz my cousin just opened up a company. So, I brought my other cousin. They're going to start with I'm going to go with my my uh what's how do you say it? >> What's that? >> Uh my girl's her mom. >> Oh, yeah. >> My mother-in-law, right? >> You're married? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> I have I have a kid. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> She's working right there in Louisiana refineries. >> In the refineries. Oh, I see. I see. I see. I got you. >> But since they started, they're only paying a hundred bucks a day. >> Who? >> My my cousin. >> Oh, >> they uh open it that thing that they trenching for 5G. They're contracted with Google. >> Mhm. >> They probably have what, like two months, three months open. >> Mhm. >> They probably got their first their first paycheck cuz you got to wait something about 45 days till you get your first paycheck for your company. >> Yeah. >> So, they barely got it, but they're not paying. You know what I'm saying? And I got it a little bit you. He said I >> So I can't I can't I mean imagine working >> even working right now? No. >> No. No. That's where I'm going. >> You're going too. >> It's really It really makes me squirm to watch a guy try to open up. Actually believing, you know, letting his guard down and really believing that this law enforcer is kind of like his temporary buddy. Hey, it's somebody to talk to, somebody that I can I can relate to and open up with >> to to Louisiana. >> To start working or >> Yeah, to start working. I'm I'm barely going to go do application and all that. >> Okay. So, you ain't done the application. >> Oh, no. No. I haven't done >> Okay, that's Yeah. Well, everyone's got to work, man. Yeah. And you're going to do refineries? >> Refineries? >> Reference? >> It's going to be uh the scaffold builder. >> A scaffold. Okay. >> I mean, I don't like that, but that's what it is right now. >> Yeah. >> I usually do boiling. >> How's your morning going? >> Well, I'm just starting. I'm still sleeping. >> Oh, my morning's going great. By the way, by the end of the day, you're going to be in a cage and I'm going to make sure you get placed there. >> So, it's going I mean, traffic starts picking up a little bit in the morning. You know, that morning rush some people, you know, and uh so but but it's good, man. It's good. Uh how old are you, man? >> 22. >> Yeah. I was like, you're over 21. 22. >> Let me let me just say this before I forget it. If all this cop did was steal the dr u gs that this kid has aboard his vehicle. If all he did was take that stuff and then let the kid be on his way. That's theft. He has no business stealing another man's property. No business at all. If he said, "You know what? I'm going to cut you." See, we have we have established such a low bar for freedom in this country that they would think that any cop who would let this kid just drive down the road after he you know, wait till you see how much he has aboard his vehicle and where it is. You got to stay tuned. I've never seen anything close to being hidden this well. As a matter of fact, it was hidden so well they had to take it to a garage and remove a certain part of the car and cut it out after x-raying the vehicle to make sure that it was actually in that compartment. But even if they let this kid go drive down the road after confiscating his stuff, they still committed a crime. We can't even tolerate that. And that it's not a bar you want to arrive at or try to shimmy under to say, "Well, look how good this cop was. He could have ruined this kid's life. He could have put him in jail. No, we can't we can't accept that. Any shade, any level of tyranny has to be soundly and roundly and consistently rejected. If you disagree with that, I really want to hear what you have to say. If you agree with it, put a one in the room. If you disagree with what I just said, put a two in the room. >> Yeah. I'm 0818 2000. I'm a 2000, baby. I I go by the ears. >> Yes, sir. >> 2024, I'll be 24 in August. Yeah. All right. >> My son too. He's 20 2020. So it's 20 2021 he'll be one. >> 2022 he's two. 2023 he's three. >> Yeah. What's his name? >> Joshua Ellie J Rosasos. >> Joshua. >> Like me. I'm Joshua Joe Rosas. But my but my wife. No. My wife. >> They're going to they're going to steal they're going to kidnap a little boy's father and throw him into a dungeon. That's how sick and disgusting these people are. This guy's just trying to make a living. >> I don't like you >> in the free market. You're for the Look me in the eyes. Look me in the eyes. You're for the free market, right? If you're for the free market, you're against this nonsense right here. >> So that's why she put Ellie J Rosas. I'm Joshua Joe Rosas. >> Okay. Okay. >> My god. >> I got you. >> Do you always drive this car? Does any >> Yeah, I Yeah, my Thea My Thea drives it when I'm back home >> cuz I have a truck. I use this like whenever I go to work and >> because I have a lifted truck with mud tires. >> Yeah. Yeah. So that imagine just wastes gas. Imagine that bull over there. >> Uhuh. That one probably gets pretty good gas. >> Oh no, it does. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> I I fill it up with like 30 32 $33. >> This is my friend. This is my homie. He just so happens to wear a uniform. I can speak to him like I don't know like he's my longlost high school best pal. >> Nice. >> It'll last me like a good while. >> Yeah. Nice, man. Nice. >> Yeah. That's why I'm like >> Yeah, I got you. That's weird, bro. I never seen them >> put PO boxes like that on registration on car registration, >> you know. >> I mean the car >> I mean I stolen. Huh? >> Oh no, no, no, no, no, no. You could check that right now. >> Yeah. >> Oh, here here comes backup. Oh, I love it when backup's here. See, that's all this cop was doing. This cop was just delaying and stalling for his buddy to get here. Now they can make their move. They can make their overt tyrannical move. >> He's scared. >> That's just my partner, man. He's cool. >> What's up, man? What's up? >> You scared, man? Like, oh, >> I was like, no, man. He looks scary, but he ain't scared. >> No, no. Not that you look scary. >> Look, they're all laughing. It's just so funny. It's just so fun. I just feel so free and open. Yeah, I'm going to drive down the road. I'm not going to be in a dungeon tonight. This is great. I >> turn around and I see someone standing. With backup now on scene, the deputy can now drop the act and begin asking the driver questions he really wants to ask. >> Let's see. Does this car go across to Mexico, man? Cuz you're right on. >> I I love this. NZ lover says, "This is like a horror movie." Yes, it is. It's exactly like a horror movie. >> My >> Did it go across yesterday to Mexico? >> Not yesterday. Like I said, yesterday I was over there in >> in San Antonio. Yeah. But the night before that you said you or mean the night >> I think I don't know I was with my wife I use my truck then whenever I leave I call I be like hey you know what take my and I'll take your >> Oh and y'all swap cars? >> Yeah. >> I see. All right, man. You ain't got nothing illegal on >> I don't I don't >> You know what I'm talking about. What am I talking about? >> You're going to ask me about guns, coke. If I don't have weed and I don't have If I don't have all that. I I've been through this a thousand times. >> Have you ever been arrested, man? >> No, sir. I'm clean. >> You're clean? Yeah. >> Clean on. I'm clean on background. I'm clean on everything. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Don't do any of that, man. Now, can I have your consent to search the car? >> You can search it cuz if I say no, it's going to be a lot more that bring K9. Last time it happened like this. What? Like two months ago. >> Where's that at, man? >> And Rukio. I got stopped by the sheriff. If it was something about, oh, the insurance was not coming out. I'm like, how is the insurance not going to come out? >> It might not, man. Cuz you doing like one month. You know what I'm saying? Not even a month, man. 30-day policies and your name ain't even on here. The car's registered to a P.O. box and >> Oh, yeah. Like I said, but that's insurance for the car. I mean, I'm we're barely going to get the other the other the other insurance with my name. Like, I'm a driver. >> And then the tax force pull up. >> And then he was like, you know why I'm here, right? I'm like, because you got to do your job. >> Yeah. >> Like, well, I I catch people that smoke uh drugs and blah blah blah. And I was like, "Okay, so what's the reason of you wanting to search? Am I being suspicious? Am I shaking or what am I doing? I mean, >> sure. >> What do you think that I'm doing or what?" They're like, "Oh >> my god, this guy is just telling his entire life story." >> It's cuz and I said, "Well, I don't give you permission." >> They were like, "Well, I have to call K9." >> Yeah. >> And I was like I was like I got mad cuz he tried Oh, cuz the other dude told me, "Get the get the picture from your Theas." Cuz I at first I didn't have the paperwork. Yes. >> So, I was on my phone. He tried to grab my phone and he pulled it and I got it back. I'm like, "What are you doing? This is my personal phone." Like, you can't be doing that. >> Like, I told you. >> Bird Reynolds says, "Just shut up." It's like, "God, I'm holding my head going be what are you doing, man? >> Put your phone away." I'm like, "No, you didn't, sir. The server told me to get the picture. Now you're telling me to put it. I'll put it away." Don't think that I'm trying to argue or or fight you or whatever like because I kind of seen everybody over here trying to wanted to tackle me because he thought I was gonna >> Yeah. >> So So he like and then he was like, "Oh, bring K9." So I'm like, "You know what? I'm I'm make >> I brought I brought the he brought the K9. He was like, "Oh, the car smells like in the front door." I started laughing. I'm like, "You're just going to waste your time. Go ahead." I'm like, "I don't smoke weed. I only smoke cigarettes." >> I'm like, "Go ahead." He had me four hours. He brought his tools, took all my seats out. He took all the things from the back, the front, every. And then from there, I guess he stayed mad. So when I was going back to my to, you know, San You look like Mexican. Have you have you gone to the valley? >> Yeah. >> When 7:55, you know, 7:55. As soon as I was I was looking at the building, the real high school. There's a sheriff waiting for me. >> Come on. >> As soon as I passed, turn back around. He stopped me. He like, "Hey circuit, can we search you?" I'm like, "Sir, y'all all cops, bro." I'm like, you search that. >> This guy This guy is gonna sing like a song bird when he goes to jail. You You got to stick around, though. I know this is hard to get through here. I'm going to I'm going to go and fast forward to where they get out of the vehicle cuz he just keeps I just wanted to show you that this guy just he's got diarrhea the mouth. He cannot stop. There's no you a million rolls of toilet paper isn't going to clean this guy's act up. Okay. So, let's go to when when they get him out of the vehicle. Okay. Well, what I have no problem with that. We'll just put you out over here. Okay. >> All right. Sounds good. Yeah. Like I said, I don't really want to waste my time or your time, you know. >> Thank you, man. Thank you. Y'all just go ahead. What y'all going to do? >> Yeah. >> By consenting to the search, the driver waved his Fourth Amendment right to refuse. Giving the deputies permission to thoroughly search the vehicle and examine any area where contraband might be hidden. Although, >> that's another mistake, guys. You do not want to give permission. Now, the reason he gave permission is because he was very confident that even if they ran a drug dog, the they would assume that the drug dog gave a false hit. There ain't nothing here cuz it was so dang concealed. So, well, man, I can't even believe people are this resourceful. >> Though he appeared extremely confident, even voluntarily allowing them to conduct the [music] search, he was about to receive a >> He's like, "Search wherever you want to. You ain't never going to find it, boy." your shock as these deputies were experiencing. >> Look at this. Look at this equipment. >> Have you ever seen this thing right here? It's actually connected to some Android technology, Android phone technology where it looks kind of like a cell phone. Never seen this before. Put a one in the room if you have a two if you haven't. I I just I want to make people aware of the technology. realize when you dare to answer a cop's question, that is the wrong. You should never do that because the cop likely in this day and age with all this technology knows what the answer is. They're just asking you a rhetorical question. >> Equipped and trained to uncover hidden [music] compartments, no matter where they might be concealed within the vehicle. >> And they mean no matter where. >> Before y'all start, can I get my cigarette? >> Oh, wait. >> Did he give you the floor mat here? Give him a floor mat. All right. >> Nah, bro. I don't, man. I don't like that. You're out here in your dang flip flops, bro. We ain't like that, man. >> I don't want you to get ticks and chiggers while we're committing our roadside piracy on you. >> Here you go. >> All right. Appreciate. Oh, I was telling him I got ping back. You can go through it. You're going to ask me. >> Yeah. Thank you. >> Go through it. My blanket and my >> Hey, I'm going to give you this stuff back. Thank you, man. Thank you. >> Want to move? >> Yeah. But don't really mess with that. Ry's going to come too. But just you could we could pop it. But don't touch nothing yet, please. nervous on initial contact of this dude too right here right away. Georgia. I bet he's going to Atlanta. How much money is he going this morning? A lot. >> Look at this. Imagine I I know I say this often, but imagine having a job where they give you the right, you know, I'm saying that in quotes because you don't really have the right, but they perceive that you do. Feeling like you have the right to rifle through someone's belongings, go through their money, go through their wallet, go through their change compartment, rifle through their car, tear things up. >> This is madness on display. Four. Oh yeah. Five 600. >> Oh 700 760. >> Okay. Just give Will you give him his wallet just because say >> that's H Ola >> happened to that? >> Yeah. Hold on. tearing the trim off of his car so they could look under the floorboard. Just looking for those hidden compartments. Huh. Where could that illegal confidence contraband be? >> What is reason for driving? >> See, they're trying they're trying to piece together an investigation based on what this kid rambled on about. >> Not sure if he's going to go. >> Yeah, bro. Did you see his phone? Like,00 miles. He's going way further. >> Look at that. There you go. They're compiling. They're they're just they're building a file against him. Not for him. They're not there to protect him. They're there to claim that they're protecting the community from him. Yeah. This is totally flock. This is totally flock or Axon or Janette or Genitech or um or some of the other companies. Motorola. This is Palunteer in action. And then they use this roadside X-ray machine to detect where in the vehicle it is. Although I'm not certain why they're looking under the floorboard if they know exactly where it is. Wait till you see how much he's got on board. It's just crazy, man. And then you see how he got defensive about it. Having a job like this is just insane. I'm going to go and fast forward it while they continue to tear up this guy's vehicle. >> Now he's got the knife out. Come on, man. We got to find this thing. I don't care if I have to tear the dashboard apart. Get that wrong. Just >> let me be in a trap, buddy. >> I think so. >> Oh, I promise you. He's running out all the way up that far. It's going to be Maybe it'll be one where we get to take the wheels off, man. It's in that real hard spot like the bottom wall of that trunk. Can you tell if it's been altered? >> Like the like if it's that depth there. It It's going to look normal, but you're going to have to hit it or something and see. Tire's running low, >> huh? So, your tire's low. >> There it is. Look at this thing here. Let me go back. >> Look at this big case. They got it protecting. Look at this. God, I wish I could read this little piece of paper right here. What does that say? Straps and harness. Look, look. There's the machine. >> No, I What I don't understand is they're already tearing this guy's vehicle apart. Why didn't they just use this in the first place? >> Yeah. >> What's the uh >> Can you imagine? Yeah, exactly. Could you imagine if we tried to do this to them or even asks the same questions of them that they ask of us? This thing go fire. >> It'd be cool to have like a little handheld EMP and just disable that thing. or when they run the drug dog have some little quiet uh high-pitched uh squealing that only the dog can hear that makes them kind of go crazy. >> That picture looks expensive. >> Them Jay's Them Jay's are sweet. Oh, that >> I'm saying they look expensive. >> They look Yeah, >> I used to have a collection all day. >> Oh, yeah. Let's try that, man. Meanwhile, how many criminals are passing them? How many stock to the gills big pharma 45 foot trailers are passing them at 70 miles per hour heading to Walgreens to CVS to Raid to Walmart so that they can continue profiting off of the op opioid crisis that they created. But but we got to eliminate the middleman here. We can't have we can't have competition for the big pharma corporate industrialists. This should be just a cement. All right. So, see there ain't no little sheet metal. They'll lay they'll lay a piece of this underneath and build it down or up. But you see you can see the the concrete through here. But that's always going to be deep. If I'm looking underneath it, I'm going to say like that either in the dash or that center hump. >> But I don't know really what the this is either, man. >> I don't know what that is either. >> Why this side is different, you know? >> All right. So, let's just fast forward this now. They start talking to this guy. >> Let me ask you this, man. wherever you're supposed to drop this off at. Like if we take if we take it out, they're going to know probably and you're going to get right. If you take it and we can help you, man, you take it where you're supposed to go and then not arrest you. You feel me? See that? >> Yes, sir. See the break? >> This guy just sticks to his guns. I'm telling, bro. I'm not I'm not being I'm not trying. I've been nice to you the whole time. >> Nothing. >> Either you want either you want to help yourself or you don't, man. I can I can help you. >> There's nothing to help you out or >> Where are you supposed to take the car to? >> Like I said, I'm going to Louisiana. >> I know who you Who you leaving the car with? >> Nobody's I use that car. Why would I >> Why would there be packing? Why are they going >> Yeah. Snitch on body cam? That would be a really bad idea. >> I could just hit hide them in there. >> Snitching on body cam is about as bad of an idea, maybe even worse than talking to police. >> That area? >> What area? >> Right there where I scan, bro. Where you just seen me? Where you asked? Like I'm showing you. >> I I don't see nothing. I just see. >> Man, I mean, we're going to we'll have to take it out. But once once we take it out, man, you're burned. You know what I mean? You might not be burned. And I'm telling you, I've seen people where they cooperate and they go do this stuff and then they don't get enough time. >> This cop is such a liar. >> You know, they it helps them out. >> Yeah. Somebody, if you're pro police, how is this liberty? How is this anything but slavery? Why would you be for this? Why would you promote this? Why would you support this? >> Dad, like I said, there's nothing there. You want to move over or what? What do you want to do? >> We'll wait till 89 gets here and Yeah, cuz we're going to have to get on the van. >> Drop that. >> Deputy's contraure band detector, also known as a handheld density meter, detected several brick-shaped objects concealed inside a hidden comp. >> Handheld density meter. I was I I found this out uh three days ago. Prior to three days ago, I did not know there was such a thing as a handheld density meter in the arena of law enforcement. >> Apartment beneath the trunk floor. Although the driver, now clearly a suspect, continued to play it cool. That wouldn't last much. I would not doubt that they start implementing these density meters on, you know, like little attach them to signs so that anytime somebody passes a truck or whatever and they see some uh, you know, something that doesn't look right in the vehicle and just pull somebody over for that, would not put it past them. And it probably radiates people at the same time. Remember how they came out with this thing where the the radar guns was emitting this kind of radiation that was giving cops cancer? The cops would probably still handle this handheld density meter knowing that it gives them cancer. >> Longer. The sergeant was already on the way who would make the hidden bricks so visible even a blind person could see it. >> You see how it's not >> the hidden bricks. >> One, two, three, four. house. It's all up underneath here. >> Right there. Well, that's casting right there, huh? >> Yeah. So, it's probably So, this is one of those cool ones. I think we get to take the tire off. >> I think so. Here's Randy. >> So, bro, I think he found it with the X-ray, but he's pretty confident. I'm trying to tell him, "Hey, man. might be able to help you. >> Act like she wants to help, but he's saying then he looked at it. He's like, "That ain't it." But yeah, you see these boom boom boom boom boom. But I'll show you where I'm looking at is in this this area right here, but it's tuned down. Imagine if they put this kind of effort and technology into nabbing real criminals, real murderers, real rapists, real kidnappers, real thieves. >> I got a water, man. Yeah. Yeah, I got water. Yeah. >> And I know, man. Like, no one wants to be like that, man. And it ain't >> Nobody wants to be like what? Nobody wants to be interfered with as I'm trying to pursue life, liberty, and happiness. The very thing that you said that you would protect and defend at all costs. >> Depending on what it is, I don't know who what the [ __ ] they put in there, man. You know what I mean? It could be. And if it's you're not going to like what the judge is going to have to say to you with all the overdoses, >> the judge doesn't have to hear about it. Just let me be on my way. You know, I'm not doing anything wrong. You know, if it's a little or probably I don't see a lot anymore, but you know what I mean? >> Like I said, just do your job. >> Yeah. Yeah. No, I know you've been you've been straight, >> man. Got to >> I mean, if it is I just I just always felt because >> Wow. >> Huh? >> 100%. >> 100%. >> I mean, this ain't supposed >> Yeah. You see the other side is different too than that. anything that side. >> That's it. I mean, >> jeez. >> The compartment's right there. >> Yeah, that's probably a bundle right there. >> Man, there's a kilo right there. Like we >> What What this sergeant, this arriving sergeant should be saying is, "Hey, I don't see a crime." Is there a verified complaint? Did somebody complain on him or did you just get a a picture from some ALPR and put it together in Palunteer? Because you know we're against that, right? Of course. No cops. No good cops arrive on the scene in this situation. None. >> Verify it. But bro, I'm going to let me Hey, let meandize you real quick. Okay. >> Miranda you. >> I want to help you, man. So, do the No, no, no. Stay there. Stay there, >> bro. >> Why don't they ever say you have the right to uh you have the right to be secure in your person's houses, papers, and effects. They say you have the right to be silent. Yeah, I got other rights, too. I have the right to be secure in my person's houses, papers, and effects. And you have the right to defend yourself against anybody who in interferes with the right uh for you to be secure in your person's houses and effects. Why don't they Why isn't that part of Miranda? >> You're a good dude. >> The cop doesn't think that for a second. The cop think this is the lowife scum of the earth bringing dangerous drugs into the market. >> In a bad situation and I really think you can help yourself out. I know you can. You're a young man. You got a kid, you know. Do do the right thing, man. for you like don't >> do the right thing says the guy who's doing absolutely the wrong thing >> but do do something right right like tell like tell you ain't got to tell me man because that's not what I do I I work the highway but have some people come talk to you man okay >> like I mean I have nothing >> just tell tell them who contact is that contacts you where you're going to drop off at a phone number anything can help no one's not going to say nothing or you're going to go to jail bro for possession of control substance look at the kilo. Come here. There's a trap. That's That's one kilo right there. And then underneath all in here, that's that's a compartment. You see that? >> Oh, it's going to be way more than that. >> I don't even know how they put this volume of you know what into that compartment. I don't even know how they made the compartment. Stay tuned. We're almost there. >> Right there. How all that? That's a compartment. That's one. That's a kilo right there. So, I'm not lying to I showed you the X the X-ray the density meter like so that's why I'm asking like if you want to help yourself out man it would you can >> he's basically saying help me out make my job easier so I can get on to my next bust >> but you don't have to >> no >> you don't know >> nothing >> all right man you have the right to remain silent not make any statement at all any statement you make may be used against you at your trial any statement you make may be used as evidence against you in I'm not going to interview you because you don't want to >> help myself. >> It ain't the blessing in disguise though. This don't make it hurt kids, man. You know, >> in the in the ultimate cuz I don't think you're a user. I don't think you're >> you know, I think you're you don't have a job. Times are hard. Before y'all arrest me or anything, should not call my wife and just let her know. >> Yeah. >> Can I get my phone before you put this or >> call your wife? Yeah. Oh, yeah. Call your wife. Yeah. Just just just one call, man. It's your wife. >> Yeah. >> Where am I? >> You're in flat room. >> Yes. I'm telling the truth. Why the would I lie, >> bro? And I always let everyone like think about it, man. And if you decide to change your mind like hug just one more >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You're cool, man. No. No. You're cool, man. You're cool, >> boy. >> Uh, and I can't have someone if you change your mind, man. And you want to just just just a little bit of information, bro. Like, not you ain't got to like give yourself up and be like, "Oh, I know." But just any information, man. It makes you look so much better. >> Wow. He's itching. It makes you It makes you look so much better to our organized crime syndicate if you just make it easy on us and let us interfere with the free market and you know eliminate competition for the big pharma boys. >> You're good talking right now. He might smoke cuz we got to wait on his dang record, man. >> You know what I'm saying? So just >> I was just I was just I'm ready. Like I said, I ain't got nothing to say >> for now. The deputies knew the vehicle contained a hidden compartment packed with brick-shaped packages, though they had >> it'd be hilarious if they were brick-shaped packages of flour. That would be so what if they did that? What if they just hid these compartments of flour and it's like this this is a secret Betty Crocker stash. This is their new flower recipe. After securing the driver and taking him into custody, they transported the vehicle to a secure workshop to be dismantled where they would soon >> Now watch this. Watch this is crazy. >> Discovered just how massive the drug bust really was and how hidden it's so concealed. >> Had to come off real. >> Okay, you can take the wheel off. You me [clears throat] lift it higher now? >> Uh, that's good for right now. >> Okay, hold on. Let me get it. Make sure it's in a lock position. Hold on. >> All right. Hold on. Let me set it on the lock. >> All right, y'all. Good. Go. >> Here we go. >> Look at that. Watch how many they pull out. What? That's one one of many. >> All right. Wouldn't it be crazy if there was some kind of switch in there where it wasn't deactivated by the people because it didn't arrive at the appropriate location and anybody who would mess with it in between locations in between departure and arrival would get uh oh I don't know this uh massive surprise you know you know what I'm talking about there right there in the garage the police garage. >> Look at that. And they even lined it. I wonder what they lined it with. I wonder if it's I wonder if they could line it with lead. >> Good job. Thanks, man. >> I didn't get too skinny with it. >> I'm just going to turn this down a little bit. Tell me if you've ever seen any stash hidden that Well, >> there's no way they would have found this if they ran the drug dog and didn't have that X-ray machine, that density meter. >> You sure? >> Put a one in the room if you've ever seen a stash hidden better than this. And if you have, give me the link because I want to see it. [laughter] This is ins. It's insane how how much they pull out. This is already like the third brick they pulled out. There's way more than that. Look at this. >> I mean, talk about some good packaging, man. What is that stuff? >> Some kind of high gauge aluminum foil. >> No, it's not weed. >> It's good. >> It's some white stuff. >> [clears throat] >> Will it turn blue? >> Look at that. It's all bricked up. >> Look, they even have What is that? D Y G. What is that? So, we got one, two, three, four, five, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13. >> 13 in that little compartment. that little hidden obscure compartment, >> right, guys? I don't care what you say. I don't care what you say. This is the free market in action. And I love it how the cops are like, "No, we got to keep this stuff off the streets." You can't even keep it out of prisons. You can't keep it out of maximum security prisons. Did you realize I I don't know if most people know this, but they they can get they can bring DRGS's in prison, take it out of prison, make alcohol, ferment things like banana peels. They can create tattoo guns. And people people go into prison without a tattoo. Tattoo guns are illegal. Tattooing is illegal. They they're not allowed to have it. and they walk out of prison with a tattoo and all the drugs they want and all the alcohol they want to drink. That's called the free market. Where even in the most dire, the deepest, the darkest tyranny and oppression, the free market wants to be free. It wants to rival the competition of the state. In total, the Faget County Sheriff's Office recovered 13 bundles that field tested positive for cocaine. The drugs weighed approximately 11 kilos or >> 11 kilos >> 24 and a/4 lb and had an estimated street value of 385 grand. The suspect, 22year-old Joshua Joe Rosas of Rio Grand City, Texas, was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, an enhanced firstdegree [music] felony punishable by 10 to 99 years or less in prison. and a fine >> 10 to 99 years. He's got a little kid. He's going to go away for a long, long time having victimized no one. But he was victimized by the state >> and up to $100,000. [music] He is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a >> Jeez. All right, let me take a brief second here. And I just want to go back to this right here. This just, you know, I I don't ever recommend that anybody take this kind of stuff. It'll wreck your body. It'll ruin your marriage. It'll ruin your family. It'll ruin your life, possibly. But, you know, isn't it better to have dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery? I mean, isn't that truly freedom? Do you really want to be controlled? And how much do you want to open the door to the controllers? Cuz they will take advantage of it. They will abuse their authority and they will abuse their power. Appreciate you guys being here. Let me know if you want me to go over the I have three more stories to share with you that I really feel like are pressing because one of them deals with flot cameras and the fact that law enforcement agents who are supposed to be trusted officials are using these flock cameras to spy on people especially people who you know they got their egos bruised from because they were recording cops. Let me know if you put a one in the room if you want me to continue on. We've already been at this for an hour and 41 minutes. Let me just uh real quick shout out to the people who are really supporting this live stream right here. Uh Northeast Colorado, Joseph Doe, Gary, I've already read all these. Clap Gary again. Thank you, Gary. Grave Claudette Clapjack again. Barry Pebble. Clabjack. He's just putting points on the board all over the place. and Audron. Let me know if you want me to continue on. There's a couple ones in the room. How many people do we have in here? Not really sure. I'm looking at the Streamyard and I guess combined with YouTube and X, it's like 500 or so. I will just go ahead and proceed on. And yes, I am aware of the mass demonetization of a lot of First Amendment auditors. I know the Batusai got demonetized and then he got reinstated after he appealed. Honor your own civil rights investigation. I know he's on the list as demonetized, but he hasn't been demonetized, which I'm glad. I know John Lang was on the list, but he's not truly on the list because he wasn't demonetized. And I don't think that you can take uh the absence of a join button as equaling demonetization because there are some people who don't have a join button that are running ads. So it just may mean that they don't have members hooked up. Jennifer says please Hey, what's up Jennifer Hill? How you doing? Please keep going. Okay, I will. What's up Tashant? Tashans is here. There there were like 37 channels. Interesting. There was one that wasn't and then got hit today and that Oh, it's um Inland Auditing Media. Steve over there at Inland Auditing Media. It sucks, guys. It It is censorship. It is chilling free speech. It is It is saying you will be penalized if you go out there and exercise freedom. I'm not for it. That's tyranny. That's another form of tyranny. Let me talk to you about this right here. This is in Walkshaw County and the headline is lawsuit. Walkshaw County man gets flocked by sheriff's department. Why did he commit a crime? Was he a kidnapper? Was he engaged in illicit drug trafficking? Nope. He filed a complaint against a deputy. Attorney Nate Code said this was someone who said that I don't like the way I was treated by an officer and then they decided that they were going to look into you. says, "A Sussex man says, "Oh, let me let me just let me increase this so you guys can see it. See if I can do that." Yeah, that's better. A Sussex man says, "What began with him recording a traffic stop on his cell phone ended with sheriff's deputies repeatedly searching his license plate in a surveillance database." By the way, if you want to know if you've been flocked, there's a website that is called have I been flocked.com. have been flocked.com. And it's free. It's free to use. All you have to do is put your license plate in there. And from what I understand, it shows if you have been if any law enforcement agency has, you know, issued some kind of a request to scrape your data. basically is what it is. After he filed assistance complaint against one of them, Napoleon Jones is now suing the Walka County Sheriff's Office in federal court. Court records reveal a sheriff's lieutenant authorized searches of Jones license plate in the department's flock safety database. That's scary. You never want anybody to have that kind of power. Why? Because we know time after time it's been proven power tends to corrupt and absolute power corrupts absolutely. and having this flock technology, the axon technology, the genetic technology, palunteer, this surveillance one-stop shop database where they collect all of your information and put it in one nice neat location, the signal trace, the shot spotter technology where they can hear sounds and audio waves and put that stuff together. And if you're near one of these cameras that have this technology, they can hear what you're saying. They can see what's on your phone. They can scrape the data on your phone. Tell me that is not allencompassing power. That is scary. Beyond Orwellian technology power. Jones attorney calls it a second form of retaliation. Let's see. I haven't seen this video right here. Let's see what it says. Not sure if it's going to play. We've reported on four officers in southeastern Wisconsin criminally charged for allegedly using these cameras to stalk dating partners. This case is different. Court >> to stalk dating partners. By the way, this this audio is all the way up. It sounds a little low. Jones began recording in May 2025 when he questioned why a deputy in a Lisbon squad car pulled someone over in Sussex. Man, I could totally see this being misused. After Jones walked back to his car, parked in a private lot, the same deputy pulled behind him. Now, why would he do that? If he was interested in transparency, if he was interested in upholding the Constitution, he would welcome being filmed. He would welcome being questioned. But he's not. Why is that? The deputy, Brandon Shahhorn of Waua County Sheriff's Office, told Jones he was being stopped because his temporary tag was unreadable. The department is contracted to provide law enforcement services in Sussex and Lisbon. Jones refused to hand over his driver's license, insisting he could not be pulled over on private property. And Jones says this, "It just elevated from there." And and why would it elevate? Because if cops specialize in anything, they specialize not in deescalation, but in escalatory practices. That's what they're all about. That's what happens on a traffic stop. Escalation happened and he pulled me out. And he had another deputy arrive and they placed me under arrest, put me in handcuffs, and put me in the back of the squad car. Oh, there's a Let's see if there's a video. Let's see if this continues. I would actually like to see the video of this interaction right here. Let's see. Oh, yeah. Looks like he recorded it. Let's see. >> The department is contracted to provide law enforcement services in Sussex and Lisbon. >> This is retaliatory. >> Jones refused to hand over his driver's license, insisting he couldn't be pulled over on private property. >> Why are you opening my vehicle? >> Cuz you're not giving me ID. >> What are you What are you pulling me out for? >> I want to know what you're pulling me out for. >> And just elevated from there. and escalation happened and he pulled me out and he had another deputy arrive and they, you know, placed me under arrest, put me in the handcuffs and, you know, put me in the back of the squad car. >> Wow. >> After sitting in jail for 5 hours, sheriff's office records show Joan was released without any citations or criminal charges. >> Wow. >> Internal documents also say deputy >> and by the way, advised that this was >> people are saying people are like 5 hours, what's the big deal? It's your life. They took away 100 of your% of your freedoms for five hours. I don't care if it's 5 minutes or 5 seconds. They don't have the right to do that. That is evil. You're doing evil to your fellow human being under the color of what? It's not even under the color of law. It's under the color of well, whatever I feel like doing today. >> Not a legal traffic stop as the parking lot was for a private business. Jones immediately filed this citizen's complaint with the sheriff's office alleging he was arrested without probable cause. This page in the sheriff's response caught Jones's attorney Nate Cade's attention. >> And in the packet was a single photograph of Napoleon's uh white vehicle, white BMW. The incident occurred on May 4th. So that starts me thinking of what's going on. Why do you have a photograph of his vehicle 25 days later? And how many times >> And how many times have you done this to how many other people? And for what reason? Just because you can. Because you got the power to do it. >> Bottom of the image shows it came from a flock license plate reading camera captured three weeks after the traffic stop and two miles away from the parking lot where Jones was arrested. Do you believe this was a proper use of flock? >> No. In fact, it turns out that deputy was one of the ones doing the flock searching. So, the very person who was being investigated was tasked with searching for the complaining person's vehicle on flock. A review of those records show Jones's license plate was searched more than a hundred times by members of the sheriff's department. >> What the hell? I want to know from you guys if you put your license plate in on this website right here. Again, I'll drop the website and when we get off this live stream, I'll try to remember to make sure that I put have I been flocked.com in the description. Check your license plate. See how many times you've been searched and for what in your area? >> What went through your mind when you heard you were being flocked following this citizen complaint that you filed? Shocked. To be honest, I was extremely shocked. I couldn't understand why or how that would even be a possibility. from my understanding is for criminal stuff. >> The sheriff's department's block use policy states department personnel are prohibited from using flock provided data except for legitimate law enforcement purposes. >> Look, they even break their own laws even when it's written. Even when it's like very clear to understand, they still break their own laws cuz they don't care. You have to abide by the laws and if you don't, you'll be punished. But they don't have to abide even by their own laws and policies and codes and ordinances. >> Those black searches now part of an amended federal lawsuit alleging that Jones was being tracked in retaliation for exercising his first amendment right. >> So evil [music] order by Lieutenant Frell to conduct this search. >> So Lieutenant Frell on behalf of the Walka Department asked you to do a search for Mr. Jones. has to do a search to find this white BMW with a improperly affixed plate. >> Even if that was true, you're really going to be so petty as to pull somebody over for an improperly affixed plate. You got to be kidding me. >> As part of the civil lawsuit, >> what's the point? This has nothing to do with the criminal aspect. This has to do with the citizen complaint and whether or not they could either sustain or not sustain the complaint. You'd have to ask Lieutenant Frell of why he wanted that done. >> This flock audit shows it wasn't just deputy. >> No, not it's it's not. Yes, it is a question of why this lieutenant wanted this done. But the other question is why did you go ahead and do it? Did Did you Are you not sensitized to what the Fourth Amendment says? Doesn't this person have a right for you to not do what you actually ended up doing in violation of the Constitution? You buffoon. >> Jayhorn searching for Jones's car in the database. A captain said under oath that she conducted searches as well. >> Any time that I searched for his vehicle on block, it was pertaining to the internal investigation. Captain Lisa Panos echoed Deputy Shahhorn's reason for the search to obtain a photo showing Jones's temporary registration was improperly displayed. >> And I bet it was like pulling teeth to get that information, too, because these people like to hide in darkness. They don't want to be transparent at all. Cuz if they were transparent, then you'd see how dark they were, and they don't want you to see how dark they are. When you have a citizen complaint [music] with regards to a deputy, do you normally allow that deputy to participate in the investigation? >> No. [music] >> Can you explain to me then why Deputy Shahhorn was directed to do flock searches of Mr. Jones's vehicle? >> Whom was he directed by? >> Lieutenant Frell. >> I don't know why Deputy Shahhorn would be involved in the investigation. >> I I don't know. I don't know anything about this. Isn't that interesting? All of a sudden, they develop this law enforcement amnesia when they're about to get rad over the coals. >> A citizen complaint. >> Cade says Lieutenant Cory Frell has not yet testified in the civil case. Frell declined to comment when I called. >> Does the sheriff even know this has taken place? Has he signed off on it? I reached out to the Wakaaw County Sheriff's Office to request an interview to which they declined due to the ongoing litigation. >> How do you hope this situation ends? >> I would definitely like them to be held accountable and to even show some kind of acceptance of it and to at least say, "Yeah, we were wrong." >> The union representing Wakaaw County Sheriff's deputies and the current Wakaaw County Executive declined my interview request due to the federal lawsuit. Reporting in S. Of course they did because unions are going to back the blue no matter what. And you know what's interesting about this all this abuse of flock and palunteer and axon and all this is that cops themselves are working against their own interests their own freedoms their own person and their own families by doing this. The reason the reason tyranny is coming in is for two two purposes. The psychopaths want to rule you and the people who support the psychopaths want you to be ruled. And it's more like number two is the worst thing because if most of us, if the majority of us stood up and said, "No, we want freedom. Even if it's dangerous, even if it's a little bit more dangerous, we want freedom. We want the room to grow. We want to compete in the free market. We don't want competition eliminated. We don't care if this there's drugs as scary as it is or alcohol or anything like that. We don't want prohibitions because we know what prohibition does. We know prohibition gives rise to major crime including on the take and bribe ready cops and it makes us powerless so that you can criminalize us under the color of law. So give me dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery any day of the week. If you happen to go to have I been flocked.com let me know if when you put your license plate in how many times you've been searched. I haven't put mine in. Well, wait a second. Didn't I put mine in? It wasn't called It was something about deflock. I I don't think I've used have I been flocked.com, but I do plan to later tonight. Let me know what you guys come up with and let me know what your thoughts are on this situation right here. Before we go into the next segment right here, I saw somebody questioning why I haven't been uh economically terrorized by the YT platform. Let's put it that way. Uh I don't know. I don't know other than I'm along the lines John Lang hasn't either. Neither has Lackluster or Lackluster clips and some of the other people who do commentaries on this stuff. I think who they hit the worst. And remember they did Batusi too, but Batusi appealed it and got his back. I got his monetization back. And I think one of the reasons is because there are a lot of auditors who go out there and they audit or you know some people say they provoke private businesses and private business owners. Now personally I think you should be free to do anything you want as long as you're not harming threatening to harm or damaging or stealing stealing property. So, I think the whole thing is completely unjust and you shouldn't economically terrorize anybody at all for any reason. But I think that the common denominator is people who instigate situations where there's the release of pepper spray or there's a physical confrontation and YouTube is like, "Well, our advertisers have objected." You know, this is kind of what they're saying. our advertisers have objected even though everything was okay for the last you know 10 years but now it's all of a sudden not so what's going on and I don't really promote any of these channels that go out in front of um private businesses while I acknowledge they are free to do that it's not my cup of tea I'd rather see somebody outside of a you know banks are different because banks receive the TARP pay uh bailout the troubled asset release relief program under Obama and uh you know the centralized banking cartel is basically an enemy of the people of America as they devalue the u the currency that we all use and so I that's criminal enterprise and it's a criminal basically corporation all these zo international banking cartel is what I call them but I see that as completely different from training your camera on a family who's out yeah they're in public and there's no expectation of public and private private private um uh sorry there's no expectation of privacy in a public place. Uh I personally wouldn't want to be videoed. Now if I was I'd be like waving. I'd be like, "Hey, mom." You know, kind of like they did in the 80s. Back in the 80s, if you film somebody in public, they're like smiling and getting all their friends together. Hey, let's get in the frame. This is great. Now all of a sudden, people are freaked out. There's thousands of cameras everywhere. There there's a camera on the There's 12 cameras on the bank. There's 50 cameras or 500 cameras in that Walmart right there. We're being surveiled by Flock, by Axon, by Janette, by Motorola, by body cams, by dash cams all over the place. Tesla's got camera cameras in the sky. There's cameras in the U satellite, but all of a sudden, you're the problem because you're standing on a sidewalk filming my family as we carry our camera and sound devices with us everywhere. So, I I always thought it was weird that people would freak out about one additional camera in the sea of cameras that are surveilling us constantly. It's kind of weird. And you know what's even more weird? When somebody comes up and expresses a strong disdain for being recorded and then they walk up to a cameraman to tell them not to record them. Now, we have a higher res. The closer you come, the higher resolution we have of your face. So, that's really weird. I don't think anybody should be demonetized for doing that stuff, you know. I think it's kind of it's just again it's not my cup of tea. I'd rather see transparency on police departments, on public servants, on uh bank, you know, the banking institutions or, you know, somewhere that's public, not so much private people. So, that's just my that's my thought. Am I against them doing it? Do I want them to be suppressed and economically terrorized by these social media platforms? Do I want somebody's livelihood to be taken away from them? Absolutely not. But I see that there's a a massive difference between what say uh James Freeman does when he goes into a public building to hold public servants accountable and hanging outside of a Dunkin' Donuts or a weed shop recording people going in and out. And I'm not saying the people on the public sidewalk don't have freedom to do that, but I I'm just not as on board with that as I am with holding public servants accountable. And these people that get mad, I'm I'm not down with that either. I just think it's crazy to walk up to a guy with a camera and tell the guy with the camera to stop recording them when if they just walked by they if they just walked into the shop and out and into their car, you you would never remember their faces. They would never become a thumbnail. Or if you just act cool and go, "Man, I am so for your right to record in public. I may not like it, but gosh, it sure is an American freedom that I want to keep around because if there's anybody who shouldn't record you in public, it should be the government. You should, with regard to the government, you should be anonymous. They should know everything about them. That's where I'm at with that. I hate the fact that there was this mass demonization and I sympathize and empathize with it because I have been for the past 12 years since I've been on the internet. I that's kind of been my life every other year that they'll just you know terminate that or shut off this and it's like you know what do you do? You're out there trying to spread brush virus freedom in the minds of men and they're just completely against it. So let me know what your thoughts are before we go on to this next segment. What do you guys think about it? Are you Do you guys like it when auditors go out in front of private businesses and uh train their cameras on those people? Let me know what you guys think. There's some auditors I just don't watch because I don't like their attitudes. I don't like I I don't feel like they're spreading goodwill in in in the world in America. And I feel like um I'd rather do to others what I wouldn't want done to me. And I wouldn't want somebody to be ugly with me. Now, they're free to do be ugly and I can respond accordingly. You know, life is basically 10% what happens to you and 90% how you respond to it. So, it's weird for me to see somebody get offended about being recorded when my god, you walk out of your house, you are you are on the clock. Somebody's surveilling you somewhere. You go inside, if you have an Alexa, which I don't know why you would, but Alexa is spying on you. If you have a home security camera, if you have a Ring doorbell camera, if your neighbor has a Ring doorbell camera, what are you going to do? Are you freaking out so bad that you're going to rip the Ring doorbell camera off of your neighbor? He's recording you, too. It might not be a man behind it holding a camera, but it's the same concept. You're still being recorded. But there's just some auditors and I I don't even have to get into who I don't like or who I feel like is a kind of a a net not kind of a net darkness in the world. You know what I mean? Because I think the world needs more light. I think the world needs more positivity. I think the world needs more goodwill. But also, I'm thankful to watch the overt um bad kind of come out of people because if bad is in you, it's going to come out somehow some way. So, I'll watch, you know, I like I love watching, you know, Lackluster, Audit the Audit, John Lang, uh, uh, Inland Auditing Media. He does a really good job. Very knowledgeable. when you go to his video uh channel and you watch his videos, you're going to learn something and you're going to see how a very calm, knowledgeable, articulate person handles people. Same with Shawn Paul Reyes um and um Leroy Truth, you know, those are, you know, that's holding public servants accountable, which is I think like that's the core, that's the bedrock, that's the foundation of what auditing is. Chuck Bronson. Yeah, exactly. Chuck Bronson's. You cannot beat on the road. It's very difficult to beat Chuck Bronson's bait car. Harvey Freeberg. Yeah, Harvey Free. You know, Harvey Freeberg is one of those guys who actually shows what a public servant is when he goes around with this box of bike lights. Galveston police are incarcerating people and giving people a hard time and economically terrorizing people who don't have bike lights. and they could do what Harvey Freeberg's doing. Harvey Freeberg goes around with a box of bike lights that he bought that his audience helped him buy and he gives away free bike lights front and back. He gives the the the front uh headlight and the rear uh red light so that they can be safe and not be harassed and terrorized by the Galveston Police Department. That right there, that is true public service. Hats off to Harvey Freeberg. Hats off to Chuck, the Chuck Bronsons of the world, the Joe Cools of the world, who I believe uh and correct me if I'm wrong, are out there to spread a net positive effect and actually set brush fires of freedom and goodwill in the minds of men. I think it all goes hand in hand. But, you know, yeah, random Patriot. Oh my gosh, this guy has really Thanks, John Eagle. Thank you for being here. Uh John Eagle is another one who, you know, you look at his content and he is out there trying to dissect what the person who's interacting with the cops did wrong, what the cops did wrong. Let's break it down. Let's look through the eyes of liberty and the Bill of Rights, you know, specifically the Fourth Amendment, and let's try to get a handle on getting some clarity on this stuff. But Random Patriot, tell me another auditor. And and I'm only saying this to kind of identify a group. If you don't identify as an auditor, I just for lack of a better better word, but tell me another auditor who in the past three years has not upped his game as much as the random patriot. I mean, we're talking about documentary style. When he puts out a video, you know, a lot of time, a lot of research, a lot of footwork has gone into that. Who else do you think? Yeah, Bay Area Transparency is another one of those guys who he knows his stuff and you can see Yeah. KL KT News I mean all these people are so talented and bring so much to the table in their own way. That's what I love about the community. nothing. None of us and when I say the community, I'm not trying to corner anybody or anything like that, but I am saying that it's kind of this genre of we want public servants to be completely open, completely transparent. We want to see into you and we want to see why or to what extent you're trying to look into us and our affairs when you really should just be about the business of serving and protecting. That's why I love all these channels. Like you you got to respect also what Lackluster does when he puts out a video. This isn't something he just threw together in an hour or two. This guy had to compile the video. He had to go through all the body cams. He had to put it together, do the picturein picture, create the script, make sure it was succinct and understandable for the masses, package it in such a way where people can understand it so that we can come to our own conclusions and sensitize people who don't understand the right to be secure in a person's houses, papers, and effects, for example, or the right to keep and bear arms, which should not be infringed, so they can get a handle on it and understand it so we can get more people on our side. This isn't about just going out there and be being provocative or saying mean stuff or giving the finger just because you can or just being an ugly person. I just I'm just not down with that. That just kind of it repels me. I just automatically I see it and I just turn it off. Let me know if you guys think I'm wrong. Then YouTube throttles me. Yeah. Well, let's see. I don't I don't know what. Oh, yeah. There's Wow. Did it start throttling me when I just started talking about this or Oh, that's that's the disturbing illusion. I got the disturbing illusion up. I don't know. It looks kind of the same to me. But let me know if you guys think I'm off base. God, none of us is greater than all of us. I learned from every single one of you. I just feel like we should just be h I think I think one of the one of the rudimentary valuable characteristics of any human being is hum true humility. I'm not talking about feained humility. I'm not talking about pretend humility. I'm talking about just true humility. Does anybody want me to continue on? I know I've been talking for two hours and 10 minutes. It's like Brian, shut the freak up. Will you just shut your trap? I will if you want me to. Mark Green, what's up, man? Let me just give some shout outs here. I love all you guys. Jay Sledge, Fab Daddy44 says, "Real people are more social than YouTube." Yeah, but have you noticed that people are getting less and less real? More and more disconnected with reality to the point where you'll go out to eat at a restaurant, there's this whole family just sitting there at the table and everyone they're not even talking to each other. It's like, now I'm not saying it's wrong to sit at a table and, you know, to like check your messages or whatever, you know, while you're waiting for the food or whatever, but man, I see it so much. It's like, God, is this really what we've come to? It'd be like bringing a book or something, you know, bringing a book to dinner. It's like you you go to dinner to to understand you further understand the person that you love, you know, whether it's your mom or dad or your kids or your wife or your husband. And can you imagine bringing a book to dinner and just just reading the book while another person's just sitting there reading a book? It'd be so weird. Like you never saw that in the 70s and 80s and 90s before the cell phone craze came along. You never saw people at dinner reading a book. And if you did, you'd be like, why are they going out to dinner and just like isolating themselves and reading a book? So weird. All right, let's turn our attention to All right, since since we just got done with Flock, let me show you a video where it looks like the cops are actually the good guys, but I'm going to show you why they're really not so good. Listen to this report right here. >> I think this these these cameras um the license plate readers, I think it's out of control. I think that he's saying, this is Ronda Santis, the governor of Florida. I think Ronda Santis is saying, "Yeah, I think it's out of control. I think we need to get a handle on it." I think he's saying this because a lot of people have his cons, it's not because he's a man of character, because I don't think any politician is. And this has nothing to do with Republican or Democrat. If he was a Democrat, I'd say the same thing. As a matter of fact, if you're Democrat or Republican, what the hell are you doing? Why are you still participating in this two-party system or this uni-arty system masquerading as a two-party system? You need to get out of that. It's ruining America. It has ruined and will continue to ruin America. But I think that he's saying this because a lot of other people, there's this huge internet uprising against flock security cameras. But what's interesting is they'll get rid of flock safety, but they won't say anything about Axon a alprs. They won't say anything about Motorola or Genetic or the other uh companies that are competing with Flock in this same space who can also have their technology linked up with the Palunteer centralized intelligence dragnet system. So I think he's saying this because it's kind of a popular thing to say because that's what politicians do. They say things that are popular. They don't say anything. They they don't say things because it's right or wrong. They don't say things against the wrong because it is wrong. They don't say things for the right because it is right. They say those things that are popular. And that's what sheriffs and police departments and these police chiefs are doing because it's it's a little it's pretty popular to be against flock these days. >> That was Governor Ronda Santis just last week talking about the use of license plate readers in the state. His comments though led him yesterday to order all cameras to be taken down from state roads. A memo from FDOT says flock cameras are being removed following an increase in concerns around the country. We've also spoken to sheriffs in our >> following concern. See, they should be the spearheading this. It's like we are going to do what is right and we are going to eliminate what is wrong. And we don't care what the majority says. We don't even care what the minority says. We're not here to work for Americans. We're here to work for truth. If it's true, we support it. If it's false and sinister, we oppose it. That's how it should be. You should not be It shouldn't be America first because what if America's on the wrong road? It should be truth first, justice first because you could be America first and America could be completely against justice as we see that it is now and has been for decades. So, it's like I'm I'm not even I don't do this channel for my audience. I do this channel to set brush fires of freedom in the minds of men. Now whether my audience accepts it or rejects it, it doesn't matter. That's my goal. That's what I want to do because I believe that is what is good. I know that is what is good. And knowledge is the enemy of belief and belief is the enemy of knowledge. So these guys don't even have a backbone. They don't even have principles that they go by. They just do what's popular at the time. And if the tide shift, they'll be installing flock safety axon on poles. You know, even worse, they'll put worse things up if the majority calls for it. Truth is not by and never will be by majority vote. Because, you know, have you noticed error travels in very large groups and never reaches a beneficial destination, but truth will walk alone and it will still arrive at truth. So, a lie is still a lie even if everybody believes it. But the truth is still the truth even if no one believes it. And that is far more powerful >> about how they are complying with the state. And that is where we start this afternoon here on your first look at four. And we are following how that order is now impacting counties across North Central Florida. TV20's Anna Alvarez explores the changes we can all expect within the next 30 days. >> Okay. There are several schools of thought when it comes to flocked cameras. But what I heard from each sheriff I spoke to today. The protection of their citizens is their top priority. >> It's the top priority because it follows the outcry. It should have been their top priority before the outcry. As a matter of fact, the people who should have spearheaded the outcry against the intrusion of warrantless surveillance through Flock Safety and all these other camera systems, the people who should have spearheaded it are the people who claim to be there to serve and protect the people. But no, it's the exact opposite. This is a reaction and a response to outcry that's already there. I have to weigh protecting and serving my community and keeping us safe to also protecting the rights the constitutional rights of our citizens. >> It's it's not even their job. It's not a sheriff's job. It's not a police chief's job. We've already seen through Ducheny versus Winn Wnebago County and Gonzalez versus Castle Rock that it's not the obligation. There is no obligation on the part of law enforcement to keep one single American safe. He knows this. He's just playing to the crowd right now. And as soon as the crowd sways in the opposite direction, he'll be singing a different tune. And that's why these people disgust me. >> They balance. >> Governor Ronda Santz is ordering license plate reader cameras removed from Florida state roadways within 30 days, citing concerns about privacy, surveillance, and potential misuse. That order now prompting different responses from sheriffs across North Central Florida. Bradford County Sheriff Gordon. >> Now it's prompting a response from sheriffs. >> Smith says he's turning off all department license plate readers. not just the ones on state roads. >> I have a responsibility and I owe it to my constituents to also protect their privacy concerns and I think we're addressing that. I think this is a short-term stoppage that somewhere down the road we will get it right as right can be. >> Says the guy who I have no doubt is 100% on board with the drug war which isn't a war on drugs it's a war on people. says the guy who I have no doubt if one of his deputies pulled you over and you had an automatic weapon in the front seat of your car, you're not harming anybody, threatening to harm anybody, damaging property, or stealing property, you just have an automatic weapon. That guy would go, "Well, according to the Firearms Act, we need to make sure that you're relieved of that weapon and you go into a prison. Boy, these people are just atrocious." says moving forward he hopes to see stricter regulations to the technology before bringing it back. >> Why would you even have why would you wait for any legislation or regulation do what you think your job is and protect the people and just go have your deputies go and take them all down every one of them. That's a way to to break the breach the contract to move forward to get something better to serve our constituents. Several other North Central Florida law enforcement agencies said information gathered from LPRs can be a critical tool when it comes to public safety. In Marian County, Sheriff Billy Woods has not yet commented on the Dantis order, but just weeks ago, he praised the use of license plate readers after they helped deputies locate a missing child. Now, I have no doubt that these license plate readers can be used to nab kidnappers, to nab people who do bad things to women, to g to get, you know, bank robbers or somebody who just uh, you know, left your neighborhood and ransacked like 10 houses in your neighborhood. I have no doubt that they have the ability to use this equipment and these this technology to do good to actually apprehend criminals and remove them from society. But as soon as you go, well, this thing can be used for good. Well, guess what? It can also be used for to do a whole lot of bad. And I guarantee you, because history teaches us this, and if we don't learn from history, we're doomed to repeat it. History teaches us that if you give this kind of power to psychopathic law enforcers, they will abuse that power every single time, every day of the week. >> LPRs is an asset to every law enforcement in this nation. This >> LPRs are a detriment to the freedoms of every single American in this nation because they they serve as a reminder of George Orwell 1984 warrantless surveillance. >> Girl was rescued because of an LPR and a citizen combined together. And so basically without nuance, he's trying to sell you on the value of flock security, which is in and of itself warrantless mass surveillance. Actually, when I say warrantless mass surveillance, I'm saying that the system and the people who use the system actually treat you as a suspect 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. >> Residents in North Central Florida are also weighing in on the debate, sharing their thoughts on where the balance should lie. >> That's why they need to put cameras everywhere. >> Yeah. in the cities and the countries wherever they can put them interstates wherever they need cameras they should keep them up and put them there. >> But not speechless. You you wouldn't even expect a guy like this to say that we are going to watch this again. That's why we need cameras everywhere. We can trust Peter Teal and Alex Karp and JD Vance and Joe Biden and all the people who exercise authoritar. They need to see US 24 hours a day, seven days a week. And none of this hide in your face nonsense. We need your license plate. We need to couple that with your social security number, all your financial details, what kind of credit card you got, what kind of signals are emitting from your car. We need to find out what your infotainment center is set on in your vehicle. We need 100% George Orwell allseeing unblinking eye. Can you believe this back guy back woods guy said this >> in on the debate sharing their thoughts on where the balance should lie. >> That's where we go. Okay, we got to listen to it again. Let her rip dude without any teeth. >> They need to put cameras everywhere >> in the cities, in the countries, wherever they can put them. interstates. Wherever they need cameras, they should keep them up and put up there >> in the bedroom, in the boardroom, in the bathroom, in my denture closet. we in how many prescriptions you got when you went to Walmart, when you visited that weed store in Arkansas or in um in Missouri and soon as you pass this the line that there's going to be an alert on that trooper's vehicle on his screen on his laptop while he's engaging in distracted driving and driving at 131 miles per hour and pit maneuvering that poor guy and then having them careen into that 73y old and 67year-old man and woman who absolutely were innocent. We need more cameras in more places cuz you just can't trust us. Good old Americans. What? This is why we can't have nice things. This is why presidents and vice presidents and mayors and congressmen and senators and police officers and deputies and sheriff's departments have civil asset forfeiture and the drug war and the military-industrial complex and the prison industrial complex. This is why we can't have nice things. >> But not everyone sees block cameras as a tool for safety. Other residents have taken to social media calling the technology an invasion of privacy and questioning whether widespread >> calling it that's cuz it is >> vehicle tracking is constitutional. Now this new order from Dantes is only temporary and could possibly be revoked by the state's next governor in January in Ocala. I'm Anna Alvarez TV 20 News. >> Several agencies took to social media to address how they will follow that order from the state. We have reached out to every sheriff in our area. Elatcha County Sheriff Chad Scott says 27 license plate readers will be taken down, leaving them with 15 cameras. He says he wants to find a reasonable middle ground, calling the technology useful. Also, it's a set >> a reasonable middle. Guess what? When you're talking about freedom versus tyranny, there is no there can be no reasonable middle ground. Let me show you this right here. This right here from [clears throat] Sheriff Gordon Smith. He says, "Folks, as your sheriff, I work for the people of Bradford County." You You shouldn't do that. What What people do you work for the Democrats? Do you work for the Republicans? Do you work for the Communists? Do you work for the Socialists? Who do you actually work for? Because the Socialists want massive wealth redistribution on other people. You working for those people? The U. Republicans and Democrats want automatic weapons taken away from people because they're all freaked out. Are you working for those people? You should never work for people. That's basically that in and of itself is kind of like a cult of personality. I work for the majority of the people. It's by the way it's impossible to work for the people. That's why we the people is a fiction because there's a lot of people in that we the people who actually want you in prison because you have plants in your back certain plants in your backyard or because you like to, you know, fill your lungs with the smoke of these illegal plants. As your sheriff, I work for the people of Bradford County. What a mistake. And it's not even true. Which means I listen when you raise concerns and it means I follow the law. That's a bad you follow the law, which means you would follow the pre9 pre-1860s uh anti or pro-slave law and anti-free the slave laws. That is bad news on its face. Most laws are unconstitutional and immoral. So you follow the law. That's all I need to know about you. What does this guy say? Appalachic County Sheriff's Office received written a memorandum. Upon receiving this directive, I immediately instructed the commander of our uh innovative policing division to notify both Flock and Axon that all ALP devices located within the right of way of state roads must be removed within 30. Why didn't you do that before? Why did you have to wait for a political parasite to do it? Why didn't you just go ahead and take the initiative and do it yourself? Because you don't care about the people's freedoms and you wanted to use that technology against us. You know you did and you know you've abused it. All of you have. Several weeks ago, the Gil Gilcrest County Sheriff's Office voluntarily suspended the use of our license plate readers while we conducted a thorough review. During that review, absolutely no evidence of misuse was discovered. I think that's a lie. At this time, see, over the past several weeks, legitimate questions have continued to emerge. There should have been questions because you should have taken them down the entire time. They they should have never been put up if you actually cared about the freedoms of the people you claim to be protecting and serving. This right here, this this video right here, I'm going to go ahead and show you this video. This video right here will make you blow a gasket. I I felt my blood pressure going up. I felt the the pulsing on my temples and in my neck on this one right here. Owner of a baby donkey killed by police mourns loss and demands justice. This should have never ever happened. Check this out. >> The owner of a beloved family pet is demanding answers after police officers shot and killed the animal she raised since it was born. >> He was still a baby and he was my literal he was my kid. He followed me everywhere just like a dog would. >> Atlanta News First Alani Latang is live outside the Department of Agricultures office in Atlanta which is investigating. So Lonnie, a lot of questions here still need to be answered. >> So the donkey's owner, Heihaw, she says she wants to know how the officers got on her property and what time her beloved pet was shot. Hannah, the owner of Heihaw, says that she didn't hear the gunshots that night, but woke up to that devastating phone call saying Heihaw was family. The >> farm is definitely not the same without him at all. A family is demanding answers after they say police entered their pasture without permission, then shot and killed their one-year-old baby donkey, Heihaw, on Sunday. >> We are very traumatized and shocked. Like, there's no words. I >> I can't even believe she's holding it together as well as she she is. You know, anybody else, you know, given the right day and the right time might really really start taking matters in their own hands. Remember that little squirrel? Remember that squirrel that they killed? Nothing wrong with that squirrel. That squirrel didn't have rabies. And the guy had this trained squirrel and had this massive social media following. >> Kiha's owner, Hannah Israel, says police called her after midnight Sunday, saying they tried tasing, then shot Heiha because he was running toward them, brain or yelling. >> That would been normal for him cuz he's saying hi. That's that's what donkeys do. >> Look at this little guy. How how can you I know it was it was supposedly 1:00 in the morning. It was dark, but first of all, the cops shouldn't have been on their property in the first place. Second of all, you know, he had a flashlight looking for there. Apparently, they were looking for this 12-year-old kid and they ended up finding the kid in a in a nearby church, but the kid wasn't even on this property. There's only two reasons you can enter somebody's private property as a law enforcement officer according to the law. That's if you have a signed warrant by a judge that you can produce to the property owner. Not just say, "Yeah, we got a warrant. Oh, don't worry. We're going to get it." No, you got to have the warrant in your hand. You got to show me the warrant and what it's actually about, what what persons or uh persons you want to take and what places you want to investigate and seize. Second thing is exigent circumstances. If and this applies to anybody, not just a law enforcement officer. If you see somebody who is being attacked, if you see somebody who's in desperate need of your physical help, you can enter onto private property, no duh, and help that person. That's called an exigent circumstance. For example, say a cop is at the door of a house and it looks like uh somebody is, you know, taking a knife and doing this to somebody. He can break into that house and try to save that person. That's an exent circumstance. Other than that, there's no reason for this guy to have been on the property and we got a call or there's been a kidnapping or we got a lost kid. Does not allow you to enter somebody's property and that's what they did. >> That's just being a donkey. Hannah says they spent an hour >> Look at this little guy. Look at this. >> He's saying hi. That's that's what donkeys do. That's just being a donkey. >> Look how how what kind of psycho do you have to be to pull the trigger on something like that? Remember that little dog? that little it was a little Shih Tzu. It was a white Shih Tzu. It was like 13 years old and it was blind and I think it was in Georgia and this cop just just ended this dog's life and the dog was basically walking away. Couldn't hear anything, was kind of wandering around. Ended this little dog's life. >> Hannah says they spent an hour searching [clears throat] the entire property with a flashlight, finding his body in the pasture. Now, >> they So, so this tells me they didn't even go to the owner's door. They didn't even inform the owner that we killed your beloved donkey. What the hell? >> By an orange cone. >> Oh, it felt like so long. Yes. And it was so devastating to find him laying there. >> How are you not How are Maybe she's just all cried out and she's so in furious about what the cop did. >> Says she bottle raised Heihaw since birth inside their home. The baby donkey did petting zoos at their Ellbury farm. He never knew a stranger. Cedartown police say one of their officers is now on paid leave after they say the officer shot and killed the donkey >> that was in its own pasture. >> Police say that officer was assisting Pulk County police with searching for a missing child. Police say the child was later found at a church near the pasture where Heihaw died. >> I cannot imagine the grief and frustration that the tragic loss of Heihaw has caused. >> He should not be dead. The whole circumstances literally say that Heihaw shouldn't have died and donkeys lived to be about 35 to 40 years old. Like I thought I would raise my future kids with Heihaw. >> I thought I would raise my future kids with Heihaw. But now I can't. Why? Because a psychopathic power tripping law enfor I was going to raise with my future kids. >> But instead he's gone. So it's very devastating. Hannah is calling for better training and protocols when responding to properties with animals. Hehaw's family has hired a lawyer to pursue legal action >> because it's not okay to to enter someone's property and then shoot their He was my kid. He wasn't just a livestock animal. He was literally my child and it's just been devastating emotionally. >> I bet. I bet. >> The investigation is ongoing at the Georgia Department of Agriculture. The family has set up an online donation for Heihaw's legal expenses. You can find that link on our website. >> Oh gosh. What is it? What What is it? I want to promote it. What? Let's see. Heihaw uh donation page fundraiser Hannah Israel. Oh, here it is. Oh no, that's the that's when they found him. I did not see that. My bottle baby donkey. Hehaw. Oh, this this right. Oh, that gets you right there. See, I can't even read this. All right. I'm I'm I can't read that. They got Wow. Thank god they got $118,000. But that doesn't I bet she'd give it all back if she could have Heihaw back. I know I would. Yeah, they're scared of everything, says Rue. Yeah, Kelsey says, "But Brian, officer safety, don't you feel safer with Heihog gone?" Oh, yeah, for sure. I just posted this is the link. Let's see. He Oops. Yeah, there it is. Heihaw donation link. Gosh, I'm sick of using the word psychopath. I'm sick of using the word infuriated, but I am infuriated at these psychopaths. Along the same lines of entering private property, I want you to see what this old sergeant says about his presence in these people's garage as he trespasses on their property and believes that he has the right to do so. >> A Montgomery County deputy constable with nearly 50 years in law enforcement is under an internal affairs investigation and a family is now demanding accountability. Video posted on social media shows a precinct 3 sergeant standing inside a Woodlands couple's garage without permission while trying to serve a court notice and claiming there are no trespassing signs don't pertain to law enforcement. KPRC2 News reporter Bryce Newberry has the story you'll see only on two >> after hearing knocks on their >> he claimed I'm I'm in your garage cuz I'm old. It's getting too hot and I felt like I had to stand in front of this fan or I'd pass out. But guess what? You standing in front of the fan so you don't pass out does not grant you the right to trample my unalienable rights. Sir >> front door. Christian and Masha Doyle found a Montgomery County Precinct 3 deputy constable inside their garage. >> What are we doing in our garage? >> Yeah, why are we in the garage? >> Yeah, >> I just told you I was standing by the fan. >> The couple said they immediately had questions, wondering if he had a warrant or permission. >> There's a no trespass sign right there. >> Ma'am, I'm a police officer. about 30 seconds into the interaction. >> Look, th this is this is the display of the entitlement mentality that they truly have courarssing through their bloodstream. Look at his look at his face right here. Ma'am, I'm a police officer. Don't you understand that this badge and this uniform truly does grant special fairy tale rights? How do you not understand that? >> There's a no trespass right there, >> ma'am. I'm a police officer >> guy. He's just he is completely shocked. He's taken aback that anybody would dare suggest that he doesn't have more rights than they do. >> About 30 seconds into the interaction, he introduced himself. >> There I am, Sergeant David Whis. >> Serving them a notice to appear in court for a contested eviction case and making this claim about two no trespassing signs on their property. >> That the trespassing side doesn't pertain to law enforcement. >> Are you allowed to walk in our garage? It's open to the [laughter] >> Oh god. Oh, wait a second. I keep interrupting. Oh, we're going to watch this twice. Listen. Tres no trespassing signs does not and it cannot possibly in any universe pertain to law enforcement officers >> and making this claim about two no trespassing signs on their property >> that the trespassing sign doesn't pertain to law enforcement. >> Are you allowed to walk in our garage? >> It's open to the public. >> It's not sir. It's not. That is our constitutional right. >> How old would you say this guy is? Like 65 or 70 years old. And he truly believes that an open garage door in a subdivision means it's open to the public. If I see your front door open, it's open to the public. And of course, I can walk through it and nobody has any right to say anything. I'm a police officer. Don't you understand that? I'm going to try that in my neighborhood to to all my neighbors. Anytime I see an open garage door, I'm going to go, "Oh, it's obviously open to the pro public. I can just, you know, if there's a there's a chair in there, I'll just pull up a lawn chair, just kind of rumage through their stuff. I mean, it's open to the public." Listen again, >> law enforcement passing signs on their property. >> The trespassing side doesn't pertain to law enforcement. Are you allowed to walk in our garage? >> It's open to the public. >> It's not, sir, it's not. >> That is our constitutional right. Video shows the sergeant turning back into the garage, writing something down for another 30 seconds or so before walking back to his car. >> We have rights in this country. It's extremely tyrannical. >> While the Doyles empathize over a hot summer day in Texas, they say this crossed a line. >> It scares me that that is the I guess mindset that they're taking that that doesn't apply to me that this badge I can do what I need to do. Courtney Vincent is a civil rights attorney and says the longtime officer calling the garage open to the public is incorrect. >> The garage itself, especially that it's an attached garage is considered to be curled and that's part of the property and he can't enter the property unless he's serving a warrant or has exent circumstances. >> I just didn't want to pass out on your porch. >> Oh, sir, please. >> There's my cell there. I'm sorry if I offended you in any way. The Doyless aren't just offended. They want a public apology and accountability. >> Just cuz you're wearing a badge does not make you untouchable. >> The Doyles say they've filed complaints with Precinct 3 as well as federal and state agencies. Now, Precinct 3 confirms internal affairs investigators are taking a look at all of this. The agency says it's committed to ensuring all matters are reviewed thoroughly and objectively in line with policy in the law. >> This cop right here should be investigated. >> I'm sorry. This guy right here, D Weiss, how many people has he trampled with this mentality? There's no telling what this guy has done. And really, and I'm not exaggerating here, the sky is the limit. He thought, I mean, and they were recording. He's got a body cam, which is probably activated. And he said on camera, knowing he was on camera, it was open to the public. I can do this. I can disregard every trespassing sign cuz I got a badge and a uniform. I come with the authority of the state. You can't tell me I can't do that. He's not acting. He really believes this. This isn't about being [clears throat] scenile. This isn't about having, you know, suffering from Alzheimer's or something. This is the mentality that not just Disse, all law enforcement officers have. They truly believe that they're above even their own laws while they hypocritically label us as sovereign citizens and gaslight us 24 hours a day, seven days a week as they surveil us with their warrantless surveillance flock safety systems. Let me know what you have to say about this in the comments section below. I really appreciate you guys being here. Kelsey Whitlatch is here. So is uh Nea Bird Reynolds. Gregory's here. Somebody said something about Desi Freeman. Did they actually catch Desi Freeman recently? I have not even been keeping up with that. This is in uh Australia if I remember right. Did they Australian police May 26? Wait a second. Is there an update on it? Oh, is it Desi with an I? Des I two arrested during investigation. Where's the Somebody said Desi Freeman was caught. We were talking about this guy's been on the run for a long time. Let me just do this. See, Desi Freeman. Sorry, this is new to me and I really am interested in this case. Uh, was Dizzy Freeman caught? He is dead. When when did it happen though? Aiat. No, Desi Freeman was not arrested. Alive. He was shot and killed by Victorian police on 30 March. Wow. In March. Really? How did I miss that? Desiberg Freeman, a self-described sovereign citizen, was the alleged shooter of the these police on August 26, 2025. So, he was at large from August 6, 2025 until March 30th of 2026. Detective leading senior constable Neil Thomas and Senior Constable Vadim Deart Hotart. God, can you imagine your name being constable Vadim Dwart Hoart were killed and a third Well, man, third officer was injured. Yeah, but what were they doing? Were they initiating unjust force and violence on Desi when police attended his property to execute a search warrant? Police located him at a remote property after a standoff. $1 million reward had been offered. Later inquiries examined whether anyone This isn't recent though, huh? I missed what happened to him though. I wanted to address something that somebody had said in the comments section. Let me I don't know if you guys are you guys familiar with the whiskey rebellion. It was in 1791 through 1794. It was this armed resistance in western Pennsylvania to a federal excise tax on distilled spirits. Congress apparently had passed this tax which was Alexander Hamilton's idea to service the revolutionary war debt. So frontier farmers distilled surplus grain into whiskey which was easier to transport and often used as currency and they saw the taxes unfair and dishonest which all taxes are. The resistance turned violent. Tax collectors were attacked. Why? Because they were trying to steal things. That's why. And in July 1794, hundreds turned uh burned the homes of Inspector John Neville. Thousands of armed men gathered. So George Washington first issued proclamations and sent commissioners to negotiate after a federal judge certified that the laws could not be executed because of the rebellion. In other words, they wanted to execute the laws, but they couldn't. He invoked the Militia Act of 1792 and called out about 13,000 militia men from several states. Is that freedom? I mean, we think of George Washington as this stalwart of freedom. Somebody who's going to hunker down and he's going to attack anybody who wants to dare touch that precious jewel like Thomas Payne said. But here he is rallying 13,000 troops to come against a rebellion against tyranny. Amazing. The largest such force until the civil war. He personally led them part of the way. The only sitting president to take field command, then turn the army over to Henry Henry Lee. The rebels, that's the guys, the good guys who were resisting tyranny. And George Washington should have joined that because gosh, isn't that what the Revolutionary War was for? Because King George III's men were basically oppressing and being tyrants to the colonists. There was no battle. Roughly 150 were seized. A handful were tried. Two men were convicted of treason and sentenced to hang. But Washington pardoned both of them and issued broader clemency. The tax was later repealed under Jefferson, but the tax wasn't repealed under Washington. Why not? Because Washington was playing the tyrant. Washington was not acting as a personal desperate. AI said he was absolutely acting as a desperate when you're trying to repel resistance against tyranny, which makes you the tyrant. He enforced a statute Congress had passed, used the statutory process for calling the militia, tried talks first and then showed overwhelming force. So the insurrection collapsed without slaughter. He also used but that's still tyranny and it's it's might makes right and it's wrong. He shouldn't have done that. He also used pardon power. Jefferson Jeffersonian critics at the time called the scale of the response alarming and a step toward concentrated federal power. Now, why would they say that? Because that's exactly what it was. Federalists treated it as proof that the new government could actually collect taxes and suppressed armed defiance of federal law. So the federal government was powerful enough to suppress freedom lovers who were trying to resist oppression and tyranny. Unbelievable, man. So when I say the founding fathers, I refer often times specifically to particular quotes that they say like you know a general dissolution of principles and morals will more surely overthrow the liberties of America than all the force of the common enemy. Then he says while the people are virtuous they cannot be subdued when once they lose their virtue they'll surrender their liberties to the first external or internal invader. That's just true on its face. be virtuous and moral or be a tyrant and immoral. I mean, there's really no middle ground there. And if you think there is, let me know. Uh, let me see. Let me let me just end this by just thanking again the people who made this live stream possible. I guys, without you, we wouldn't even have a channel because, you know, this takes time, takes effort, energy, research to put these videos together. And really, the goal is always to have more freedom because I don't care how much you're making as a YouTuber. I don't care how much land you own, how much gold and silver, how much cash you got stashed, what kind of cars you got in your garage, how big your mansion is. If we lose all of our freedoms, it doesn't matter. I want to set brush fires of freedom in the minds of men. I want people to stand with other people arm in-armm against tyranny because that's the right thing to do. Just remember as we sign off here, the crowd is not an accurate compass. It's only proof that many people can face the same direction and still be lost. You never want to flow with the crowd. Why? Because they're usually wrong, unfortunately. And that's why we have so much tyranny being accepted in all 50 states. I appreciate you guys. Love you. Remember, the price of freedom is now and always will be eternal vigilance and indifference to this notion is the means by which the people have and will secure their own oppression. Let's stop securing our own oppression and let's stop today. I'll see you in the next video.
