Yeah, I got in a fight. Check my head. Hey, hit me in the back of the head. My head hit the pavement. >> Are you all right, though? >> No, I'm I'm dizzy as I smacked the ground pretty hard. Pretty dizzy. But we rolled around for a while, dude. I was fighting him. Are you going to run from me? >> No, I'm not. >> All right. >> I guess the bigger question, officer, is are you going to harass and terrorize me in the name of protecting and serving me? >> Turn around. I'm going to put you in hiccup. Sorry. >> Turn around. >> Turn around. Do this. [ __ ] I'm not do this. >> I'm not. >> Stop. Stop. Stop fighting me right now. Nicole, you're going to lose. >> Well, how can I put this? The guy fighting the officer doesn't exactly lose. >> Oh, I got to stop. But stay tuned cuz we may talk about the police officer's cardio status. This video comes to us courtesy of the YouTube channel Officer Right Here. And as the story goes, on July 24th, 2026, a Manford, Oklahoma police officer initiated a traffic stop for an alleged defective equipment violation. And because few cops have deescalation abilities, the encounter quickly escalated into a physical altercation. and the driver fall with the cops, fled the scene, and successfully eluded the local police, the Creek County Sheriff's Department, and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. Let's take a look at this unconstitutional roadside piracy operation already in progress. You have your driver's license on you and your insurance. >> Yes, sir. >> Appreciate you, man. Where you coming from? >> Uh, I was came from Tulsa. Got off work, went to the gym. >> Okay. How much weed you got in the car, bud? I could smell it. That's why I was asking. Do you have your card on you? >> My friend was smoking in here, but >> Oh, buddy. That's not smoked. That's That's marijuana. How much is in here, >> sir? >> I can smell it. That's what I'm saying. It's like a pretty strong odor coming off your vehicle. >> I told you someone was smoking in my car, but I did not smoke, sir. Okay. >> There's no marijuana in the car. >> Okay. Do you smoke? >> I do not smoke. >> Okay. When's the last time you smoke marijuana? Let me let me explain something to you, okay? All right. Cuz I can tell you're getting frustrated with me. You're not going to understand what I'm saying. The odor of marijuana gives me the probable cause to search your vehicle. Unfortunately, and unconstitutionally, under current Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals, the odor of marijuana alone can give police officers probable cause to conduct a warrantless search of the vehicle. And of course, this is in violation of the clear wording of the Fourth Amendment, which is your right to be secure in your person's houses, papers, and effects. In the case State versus Roberson, the state's criminal appeals court ruled that the legal status of medical marijuana in Oklahoma does not stop an officer from establishing probable cause based on the scent of cannabis. Now, we all know that this is [ __ ] It's unconstitutional. It is immoral. But order followers like law enforcement agents don't care about doing what's right. They care about pleasing their political masters who write the laws that take away our freedoms. And that's why this cop is there. They are not your friends. They are your enemies. They hate your freedoms and they hate you and your family. >> Okay? That's why I'm asking you and trying to give you the benefit of the doubt here. If there's marijuana in here, just tell me where it's at. We'll be cool with it. All right. If I get in here and I find it and you've lied to me this whole time, there's your options are off the table. Okay. That's why I'm trying to be cool with you. >> All right. >> All right. Hop on out real quick, man. Two nightmare. >> What's What's >> Okay, hop on out. >> I'll tell you where. >> That's all right. We've already passed that point. >> How if if I'm cooperating, >> I I'm I'm telling you the odor of marijuana gives me the probable cause to search the vehicle. So now I'm going to search your vehicle. But if I tell you where >> Stand by. It's all right. Just come on out, dude. Don't make it Don't make it more diffable. >> Am I going to find anything else? >> No, sir. But I'll tell you where to >> Okay. I'm I'm Now I'm ordering you to get out of the vehicle now. You're That's That's disobeying a lawful order. >> I'm sorry, sir. >> You're right. Come on back here. Is there any weapons on you or anything like that? All right. Come back over here. >> Let me pat you down real quick, man. I just want to You can turn around. All right, buddy. Appreciate you, man. Just step back over here. If I'm going to find something else, just let me know. All right? If you talk to me and be honest with me, I'm cool with it. >> Hey, but I got one other vehicle. I'll be 106. >> No, the cop is not cool with it. He's lying to this guy. He'll hem you up for the smallest amount of weed, which is completely ridiculous. If we learn anything from the prohibition days of 1920 through 1933 in America, we've learned that prohibition laws violate our rights. They suspend our freedoms and they empower organized crime rings for whether they're regular gang units or state agents in costumes with badges >> on a vehicle search. Is there anything else in there? >> No, sir. >> What? Dude, just tell me, bro. It's not It's not a problem, man. If you work with me and work with me and work with me, I'll work with you. It's such a problem that you decided to stop an American and hem him up and detain him on the roadside for no crime. If I get in there and I find some other [ __ ] okay, if you work with me and tell me some cool [ __ ] I'll get in there, get what I need to find, get it out, bag it, and we'll be on our way. But if I get in there and I find some [ __ ] you're not telling me about, like I said again, it's off the table, brother. Just tell me what it is. I'm not dumb. I've been doing this [ __ ] 9 years. Is it more than weed? Is there cocaine in there? >> No. What the What the freak, dude? >> What are you getting an attitude for? >> Cuz you're trying to tell me like you're trying to like peer pressure me on your >> No. No, that's not at all what I'm doing. I'm trying to give you a >> I hear that. >> I hear the peer pressure. Like >> No, that's not peer pressure. >> That's not peer pressure. What that is is called my investigation. I'm asking you to be honest with me and I'm being honest with you. >> Okay. So, if I get in there and there's more than just weed, you're going to jail. How about that? How about that? >> Okay. >> Come on, sir. >> No, I'm just telling you, >> dude. Come on. >> That's how we do this. That's how this job works. >> I know how it works. >> Okay. So, I've I've I've detected the odor of marijuana, correct? >> Okay. >> Now, we know that there's marijuana in the vehicle. So, therefore, I have probable cause to search your vehicle now. Okay. That's literally probable cause. And you know for a fact that as soon as this cop's political masters decriminalize all marijuana, if they ever do that, then the cop is not going to pull you over for marijuana. If the political parasites in Washington DC or the political parasites in the Oklahoma legislative branch decide to make those scented trees illegal, they'll pull you over for that. They'll cage you for that cuz their political masters told them to do that. They'll fine you for that. If they made floor mats illegal or fuzzy steering wheel covers illegal, the cops would enforce that because they are nothing more and nothing less than order following law enforcers. And if you don't believe me, just ask a law enforcer yourself, hey, why do you impose such hardship on your fellow Americans? And they'll tell you. They'll proudly tell you. I do it because it's written in the handbook. If it's written in the handbook, I got to obey it. >> It's written in the handbooks. >> And then you tell them, "Well, most of these laws are unjust and they're unfair and they're unconstitutional and they're immoral." And you know what they'll say? But it's written in the handbook. >> It's written in the handbooks. And that's why I say order followers are the most dangerous people in human history because they will do what they're told to do even if what they're told to do is wrong, unjust, immoral, and downright evil. >> It's written in the handbooks. If I get in there and I find a little bit of marijuana that you've told me about, dude, >> they're not pulling people over because they've actually committed crimes. They're not pulling people over because they've actually left a verified complaintant. They're just pulling people over because the law told them this is what you should do. >> You'll be cool. But if I get in there and I find anything other than marijuana, then I'm sorry. I've given you the options to be honest with me. And I take honesty pretty hard. >> Don't be I mean like you're getting all nervous, so just tell me. >> Oh man. >> Okay. All right. So hang tight. I'm going to wait till my partner gets here. So I don't want you running off from me. I don't know you from Adam. >> I know. Well, I know. >> Okay. You probably You You could be a good kid. You could be a bag. I don't know you. That's why I'm saying is I have a job to do. >> All right. >> All right. All right. So, hang tight, man. I'm We're going to wait for my partner. If you want to take a seat right here. >> Are you going to run from me? >> No, I'm not. >> All right. Go ahead and just sit down right here. Right here. Right there. Right there. Turn around. I'm going to put you in a hiccup. All right. >> Turn around. Turn around. Don't do this [ __ ] >> Don't do this [ __ ] >> Stop. Stop. Stop fighting me right now. >> You're going to lose. >> You're going to [ __ ] lose. >> Stop. You're going to lose. >> What are you doing? We're fighting. We're fighting. Come on, dude. >> Don't do that, bro. Get down on the ground. Get down the [ __ ] >> Get down the [ __ ] ground now. You're going to get hurt, dude. I I know. I know. >> You're not going to win. >> Get off me. >> Get off me. >> I am. >> Get off me. >> You're on me. >> Let go. And now you let go. Let go. You let go. What are you doing? >> I don't want to do this. THEN GET THE [ __ ] ON THE GROUND. DON'T DO IT, BROTHER. Don't [ __ ] do it. Hey, stop. Okay, stop. Let go of me. Stop, dude. Stop. Hey, come on, dude. Come on. all over the smell of a freaking plant that the legislators say you can't have. Let's see how long this cop stays out of breath. Manford, he's taking off. He's taking off. >> Cadillac said Cadillac pulling out now. Right now. Going westbound. Cadillac just past you. Right there. We're in Cadillac. Cadillac. [screaming] Got eyes on it. [screaming] Now, keep in mind the guy that they initially pulled over doesn't appear to have posed any danger, any threat to the community. But now we have at least two officers and two different cruisers trying to chase a guy who hadn't victimized anybody. Now there are other people on the roadway in danger because of the cops. >> [screaming] >> 15. Be advised. Not losing them there. Getting ready to cross right 51. What's the vehicle description? >> Going to be a small sedan. Cadillac unknown color. >> Ready to go. >> 583 23. What direction did you go? I'm going to get south. I'm not sure which way you went. I couldn't see him over the hill. [snorts] Try to go. [sighs] What? >> Yeah, I'm going to go south. I couldn't see. >> Just blew a stop sign and this cop cannot catch his breath. >> Who are we looking for? >> It's a maroon Cadillac. Maroon Cadillac vehicle. Not an SUV car. >> I'm going westbound. >> Not behind you. >> You have three. [panting] >> Negative. What's it >> Mford? What's the uh 28? 35. I think I tested on 48 to 53 going this way. >> [ __ ] the air. He's breathing just as hard, if not harder, than he was when he got done fighting with this guy. >> [snorts] >> 334 advised it. >> Give us an update. >> I believe it looks just like it. It's got a defective tail light. Driver's side defected tag team. Be advised, I'm contin 483. [sighs] >> Just [clears throat] blew another stop sign and he's breathing even harder now. >> I'm going to try and catch up to 334. He believes he's passed it >> now. Just blew blinking traffic lights. Red blinking traffic lights. >> May heard start EMS to my location 4851. >> He just called an ambulance to intercept his location because he's in distress right now. 21 >> 2094 [sighs] passenger side was [sighs] all unit 911 call be advised you went westbound on 50 51st from 48 Eight [sighs] [gasps] [panting] other than if you want [sighs and gasps] to be for head injury [sighs and gasps] for you left on 51 on 51st Street South from Highway 489. You were you able to identify >> Mexican? Negative. I was fighting him in the dollar parking lot. He dragged me by his car. >> Oh [ __ ] >> Yeah. >> You going to check your legs? >> We notify oil in front of case. What? >> This is old 910. I'm out here off the highway with the Manford officer. >> Like I'm good mentally, but >> No, you get get your head rocked, man. You never know. >> No, you are not doing good mentally. When you can pull somebody over and try to hem them up and infringe on their rights, I would say that's a mental problem. We're talking about a mental deficiency. You can't continue to do that thinking it's okay. Dollar General >> down there. Like >> we chased him and then >> Holy crap. All right. >> Oh, [ __ ] I got to sit down. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. You're good, man. >> Yeah, man. >> Hey, if you don't mind, I'm going to take your pulse for real. >> Yeah. You're okay. So I'm here coming up the turn here in just a minute. >> [ __ ] damn, dude. I can't believe he lost him. Oh, I fought that [ __ ] hard though. And then I slipped and I fell on the pavement. Hit my head. >> You're running about 100. You're about 13. >> Slipped and I fell on the pavement. Hit my head. >> You're fought that [ __ ] hard though. And I swore to him he'd lose. But you know what, guys? I hate to admit this, but I'm the one who lost. Look at me. I'm still breathing heavy 10 minutes after the altercation >> and then I slipped and I fell on the pavement. [laughter] Hit my head. >> You're at about 100. >> I I just slipped, guys. That's all it was. I just slipped. >> You're about 130. >> If I didn't slip, I would have won that fight. >> And then [clears throat] I slipped and I fell on the pavement. Hit my head. >> You're running about 100. Get about 130, man. So check out what we know right now on 51. Correct. God damn it, dude. >> Yeah, it's okay, brother. You did everything you could, >> dude. I smacked the [ __ ] out of my head on the ground. >> [ __ ] >> Hey, they checked it. It's not bleeding. >> He ain't bleeding, but he's he's definitely dizzy as hell. >> Dizzy as hell, dude. I had to pull over, so I was about to black out. >> Yeah, >> that piece of [ __ ] dude. >> Who the [ __ ] was it? >> Some Mexican dude I told him. I'm pretty sure he's stowing a gun and some dope. >> But wait a second. Why did you pull him over? Well, he he had a he had a faulty traffic light and then I smelled marijuana. Wait a second. Why did you pull him over? This is supposed to be the land of the free, home of the brave. Man, we don't do that around here. The reason these cops won't say that is because they do the same things. Therefore, there are no good cops. >> Is that a Tulsa? >> Tulsa. >> I'm going to take this [ __ ] thing off. Yeah. >> Oh, [ __ ] my head, dude. That >> hurts. No problem. >> I'm good as [ __ ] [laughter] >> No, we were I was fighting the guy the Dollar General parking lot. They >> just kept saying, "Dude, stop. Please just stop. Just let him go." And then I don't hit my head on the pavement >> and then I wouldn't let him go because I'm a control freak psychopath and that's what we do around here, right guys? You're going to back me, right guys? While the suspect was later located and arrested by members of the US Marshall's Northern Oklahoma Violent Crimes Task Force in coordination with other law enforcement agencies. And of course, nothing's going to change unless we get rid of the long and costly and failed war on drugs, which we all know isn't a war on drugs. It's a war on people.
