Today we got a video from Uncovered and the title of the video is Karen explodes at city hall when police deny her demands. >> Oh my god. Oh my god. They have my bank card. You're taking my banking information. >> On January 9th, officers responded to a city hall in Florida after a woman's demand for immediate attention quickly turned into a chaotic meltdown. >> Please assist the city manager trespass. >> No, I don't. >> What's the problem? The problem is just lower YOUR VOICE. YOUR POLICE officers harassed me on court and I haven't BEEN ABLE TO GET ANY RECOURSE BECAUSE OF WHICH I HAVE TO PHYSICALLY REMOVE ME BECAUSE MY VOICE IS not being heard. >> Are you GOING TO LEAVE? >> NOT. NOW I'M TRESPASSING. I WAS NOT trespassing on the fourth. >> Now I am. >> Now you're under arrest. Now you're under arrest. >> I don't know why you're yelling. It's too early for this. Come here. Come on. >> You're going to We'll take 10:00. >> You have a seat right here. Okay. P. You have stuff in your hands. Can I take that? >> Just the cords. >> We're going to put this in your pocket here. All right. >> Yeah. Thank you. >> Why Why are you Why you doing this? >> Why you making us do this? >> I am not making you do this. You have chosen to do this. You scream. >> I am allowed to express my anger with those with whom I have contention. >> I did so with a private firm with whom I have a civil dispute. And your police officers arrived on scene and decided to side with that party. They decided to take witness reports that I was no longer there. >> All right. >> And that was Do you think this is the right way to go about this? I have tried to do it by going to the police department and >> Oh my god, the yelling is just insane. Too much. Too much, man. Too much yelling. complaining and then by coming to city hall and spending my day off talking with Miss Galia and then making an appointment to talk with the chief police chief who wanted to make me wait till next Friday which indicated no responsibility was going to be taken for inappropriate behavior. IT WAS INAPPROPRIATE. YOUR POLICE OFFICERS arrived to a scene to a private party with whom I have a civil dispute. And they chose to take a report that I refused to leave when I was not there. And they chose to follow me and issue me a trespass order when I left. I stated the condition under which I would leave. And I left when that condition was met. That's not trespassing. Their fear that I could come back AND DO IT AGAIN WAS SPECULATION. The police officers are not allowed TO MAKE AN ASSUMPTION. >> THEY'RE NOT ALLOWED TO make an assumption that I'm coming back. >> They're not allowed to make that assumption. And they did. >> Oh, we're afraid she's coming back to express her anger again. >> Listen, we can't be >> They're not allowed to do that. >> They took my name and hunted ME DOWN IN MY HOME. Do you have my >> Do you have my Oh my god. >> Oh my god. They have my card. They have my bank card that they took out of my wallet and they are they are they are taking my banking information. >> You're taking my banking information. >> Do not hook your [ __ ] leg on me, >> DUDE. YOU'RE TAKING MY BANKING INFORMATION. >> I owned a weapon. >> What is your first >> I can go through your bag and get it. I get it. I'm trying to be >> is my first time and I am very angry and I don't feel that I should have to continue to answer the same questions over and over and over. >> So, here's the thing. I know you've done with them. >> I've had to answer the same questions over and over and over and the information isn't even remembered. And then they say, "Oh, who's there? Let me see. >> Oh, he was allowed. He wasn't even there. So, he wasn't allowed. He wasn't." So, I'm tired of it. I'm tired of it. >> Sure. Here's the thing. Okay. >> No recordings. >> A couple things. >> No recordings. No recordings. Everything is on record. >> Oh, no. No recordings up there in the office where the where your employer in the city told me they're not taking responsibility. When I said I wanted to record it, it was time to go. >> So, what >> So, here here's what's going to happen from here. Okay. I have a female officer here. She's going to do a search. Make sure you don't have anything on you. You said you haven't, but she's going to check. >> I've never had a weapon in my life. >> That's fine. Do you have any drugs or any [singing] tricks to her? >> No. No, nothing. I have a tampon. >> What? Wait. Oh god. [snorts] >> Oh boy. I paused it right at the Oh man. But anyway, u like I was going to say, um yeah, this is no drugs, no nothing. This is her normal attitude. This is how she normally is. not under the influence of anything. Now, this is this is scary. And um I don't know who's the man that puts up with this, but uh more power to you, man. >> Standard question we have to ask. >> Yeah. Okay, great. >> All right, >> so that's fine. My next question I'm going to have for you is your bag that you have here. Did you drive here or did you work here? Okay, so the bag, the jail will not accept the bag. Okay, I can take a small purse, but not the briefcase. They won't accept it. You have two options. I'm willing to work with you on those. Okay, I'm going to give you your options. You can make the decision. Okay, option one is we can find your car and I will put the bag in your car for you, secure it, and bring the keys with you. So that way when you get out, you can come back and your bag will be secure. If you do not wish to do that, option two is that bag will be put in the property evidence. You have to make an appointment Monday through Friday 8 to 5:00 with my property and evidence technician to be able to retrieve your bag. >> That puts me in a very bad position. >> I understand >> because I'm in an argument with police. And I am now thinking about leaving my property in one or two places. >> That's why it's better in my opinion to secure it in your car. >> Yeah, but my only security in my car is all you guys. If one of you guys breaks in or I can't get any >> everything on recording as well. >> Yeah, but you guys don't have to give me the reporting or especially if one of you does something to my car. >> There's there's a process that you're welcome to go through and I'll be happy to >> report. No reason to think you'll be having the integrity. No reason to think that. You just met me. Sorry. Your employer grant me the opportunity to prove. >> You can't you can't have integrity. You can't have integrity when your employer doesn't. I mean, >> I'm sorry you feel that way. >> I mean, my my concern is with the employer, but I guess >> Keep talking about it. Come on. Step out for me. >> I guess we'll go ahead and put something in my vehicle. You can't miss it. It's got traffic lights on. >> Turn around. Face the car for me. >> All right. Do you have anything on you that's going to pull me sticking? >> No. >> Okay. No. No earrings in your pocket? >> No, I should have nothing in my pocket or anything. No, I don't have anything in my purse. >> All right, I'm going to be searching you. Okay, >> this is my big Christmas business card put in one of those pockets for me. >> Yep, they're in there. >> Okay. >> Nothing else in there. >> I'm just going to pull these up just a little bit. >> I think there's like I'm not sure exactly what's happening here. >> Yeah, me neither. I have some sort of very serious problem with my digestive probably dying. I have trouble keeping my pants up. Okay, that's This is what I did this morning. >> Got you. Okay. Faux pockets. >> Yeah, faux pockets. >> Those faux pockets. >> Real pockets in the back, I think. Yes, ma'am. I get you to lift up there. Right there. It's good. Hang tight. Hang tight. There's just something in here that's a little pokey. Could be dirt. Could be something. Not. Trying to figure it out. Okay. Step forward a little bit. Okay. Spread your feet for me. I have you do is you want to tuck this underneath here. What's going on here? You're all hooered up in the air. That's okay. So, what's is this like a >> It's I'm using it as a belt. It's a scarf that uses a belt, but it's through the loops once and then not through all the loops a second time. So, you have to undo the knot. >> No, no, no. It's fine. I It's just kind of want that on or off for the trip. >> Well, keep my pants up early without it. These are my smallest pants and they fall down without you. All right. >> So, I put it on this morning to try to be decent. I definitely didn't plan on getting arrested. >> I plan on talking about how much compensation you all owe me for harassment. >> Hey, listen. Listen. >> But now, apparently the last couple months in my life, we're going to have to I got to get the lower half. >> ACLU. >> Okay. I got to get the just the lower half. All right. >> Go ahead. There's nothing down there. Go ahead. >> Okay. Don't want to hear about how you fellow police officer harass people. >> Well, don't turn. Don't turn. Don't turn. Okay. Just don't turn. It's not good to turn. >> Don't like people having a voice in society. Poor people aren't allowed to be angry at the employers that discriminate and mistreated them. >> You good? >> Go in there. Make a demand. >> Do you want to sit down? >> Hey. >> No, I'm done. >> You okay? You want me sit down? >> Wait, >> let's swap these cuffs out real quick. >> I'm not going to hurt anyone. I never threatened to hurt anyone. I never threatened anyone personally. I state what my intentions are. I follow through on my intentions. I have made no threat to anyone. >> Yeah. More than one. >> It's just amazing to me how different it is like for police officers than correction officers. Like just looking at this image right here, you see that the officers are dealing with her, right? And she's supposed to be facing the car like or the the SUV. She's supposed to be facing the SUV. And that's it. You stand still, legs, you know, spread apart, you know, shoulder width apart, whatever. You know what I mean? And you stand still. All that moving and and shaking and and turning your neck and all. Oh man, you would get dumped on your head at like super fast. It's so different inside the prison versus out here. And I get it because they're dealing with the general public out here and stuff like that, but that's what you you you turned on me and you don't know what they what they could be doing and stuff like that, you know. Now, the only thing that I would say that kind of works, you know, in her favor to not like would not get to not get tossed on the ground and stuff like that is because she is cuffed behind the back. But if she wasn't cuffed behind the back, you know, which and correction, a lot of the times when we're path frisking inmates, they are not cuffed, you know, so they either got their hands on the wall or whatever, you know, or stuff like that, you know, they're not cuffed yet, you know what I mean? So, but man, just flinching and turning all that moving and shake like you got to hold them still, man. Because the way I used to do pad fris, I would have always had one hand on them and then the other hand I would be going down checking, you know, checking your chest, checking your pockets, seeing what's going on. But one hand is always grabbing grabbing your shirt in the middle of your middle of your back, you know, grab your shirt, press you up, you know, we going to get it done. But all that moving and Oh man, boy. >> Oh no, we're switching out. Okay, the first time feels good. I was I have a serious mental illness from being abused as a child and I don't like to be I don't like to be mistreated. >> Face forward. I don't want to face the car. I was there a law against >> See, look. She's like, I don't want to face the car. Is there a law against [sighs] I could n I can't be no cop [laughter] being in the public eye like that? Nah bro I don't like to be mistreated. >> Yeah I'm pretty sure that's what I said. Let's hop back in here real quick. Okay Facebook is there a law against looking an officer in the eye and speaking to Okay. >> Yeah. So he got discriminated against and mistreated as a woman as poor person. And then and then ter my employment terminated here. >> You can take them. They have this little false. There's nothing in them. >> You want to check? You're >> good. I see them. >> There's nothing in there. >> There's nothing in there. >> I would never hurt anyone. >> I know. >> I pick up bees and save them by the thousands. And what? >> Get those cups. >> I got them. >> You got them? >> Yeah. >> They go to Msina. >> I'll bring them up >> up in the commission meeting. >> Get those back to him there. The suspect was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and obstructing justice. Leave a like if you >> Yeah. I mean, you know, I I give cops a lot of credit, you know, when I speak cuz I got a couple of friends that are cops and they would be like, "Man, I would never want to be a CEO." Like, they they can they think about it so differently. Like they're like, "Man, I could never be a CEO and this and that." What? And then cos are like, "Man, I don't want to be no cop, man." Like that. You You got the public eye on you like that. Like, no, no, no, no, no, no. It's just so crazy how they are very similar, but it's two completely different worlds. And for the most part, one, if you come from one world, you don't want to do the other. And the same vice versa. It's It's funny how that works, man. >> [music]
