okay i want to talk about this video it's very simple i'm just going to i'm going to let it run through but before we do this i want to use as a springboard the declaration of independence and a couple of court cases on the right to travel and this is all fundamental but i like going back to the basics as kind of a reset because if we don't have a reset and refresh our minds on the things that we really need to know then we don't have a trajectory we don't have a goal we don't have a destination well the destination in this thing is freedom and along the way we have to continually fight to secure our freedoms because if we know anything freedom is not free you have to fight just like jefferson said you know it's something that you can't let up on it's like i kind of liken it to the analogy of being in a canoe and rowing upstream with your ore as soon as you take the ore out of the canoe the current is going to take you backwards if you want to continue to maintain freedom you don't just have to keep your oar in the water you keep you have to keep exerting energy and effort the price of freedom will always have a price and that price is always going to be eternal vigilance and that's going to take a lot of you know thought a thought process it's going to have to take not setting aside knowledge not setting aside the basics constantly hammering the basics i like what samuel adams said no people will tamely surrender their liberties nor can any be easily subdued when knowledge is diffused and virtue is preserved but if you lose those you're dead you don't even have to be attacked by an external invader because the internal invader which is you already did the job so back to the declaration of independence we hold these truths to be self-evident what truths that all men are created equal that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights that among these are life liberty property in the pursuit of happiness they don't i think the original document had property in it the next thing i wanted to go over just three real quick court cases adams versus city of pocatello the right to operate right here up here on the top the right not the privilege the right to operate a motor vehicle and automobile upon the public street and highways is not a mere privilege says adams versus city of pocatello it is a right of liberty you know the life liberty the pursuit of happiness the enjoyment of which is protected by the guarantees of the federal and state constitutions chicago coach case no state government entity has the power to allow or deny passage on the highways byways or waterways transporting his vehicles and personal property for either recreation or business they even include business in there which would be commerce and there's a different law for that we're not going to go into it but by being subject only to the local regulations i.e safety caution traffic lights speed limits etc and then it says travel is not a privilege requiring licensing vehicle registration or forced insurances wingfield versus fielder right here last one then we'll get into the video the court makes it clear that a license rates to qualifications to engage in profession business trade or calling thus when merely traveling without compensation or profit outside of business enterprise or adventure with the corporate state no license is required of the natural individual traveling for personal business pleasure and transportation did you get that no license according to wingfield versus fielder in 1972 people for a fee and i'm not uh carrying any cargo for a fee okay uh i'm actually just traveling right so those laws are actually for commercial reasons not for personal reasons not for sure i just need to see your driver's and that that harkens back to wingfield versus fielder right here no license is required of the natural individual traveling for personal business pleasure and transportation why because it's not driving you know transporting your vehicle down the public roadways is not a privilege requiring licensing vehicle registration or forced insurances i love the words the wording of chicago coach right and there of insurance for the vehicle okay okay i i don't there's not a crime that's been committed so the speed over here is 65 and yours was confirmed over the speed limit okay you're traveling on a public roadway okay again that is um make sure we're recording this uh that is for there you go that is for a commercial vehicle i'm not a commercial vehicle those speed limits are set for commercial vehicles okay yeah so can am i for you though no you're not free to go okay i need to see your driver am i under arrest technically this isn't a risk you're not you are not being placed interested going to jail okay if i if this is a custodian listen to studio arrests right okay what what's uh what what department are you with texas department public safety okay what's wrong with what's your name i'm trooper taylor trooper taylor yes trooper taylor yes sir okay am i under arrest is this a custodial arrest yes okay can you go ahead and read me my miranda rights please from my window warnings you said i'm under arrest and that totally threw the cop off this is a little unique in that i've never heard anybody say look if this is a custodial arrest i need you officer to read me my miranda rights go ahead and do that very interesting take okay that's the law is that now now i want you to give me my miranda warnings for what reason because you said i'm under arrest that's right like i said it's a traffic arrest it's a traffic stop okay okay the law doesn't differentiate whether it's traffic or or murder okay if i'm under arrest then you are required to give me my miranda rights go ahead and give me my miranda rights okay that totally took this cop off of his game set him back on his heels because i bet you anything whatever whatever his career whatever years the his career spanned he's probably never encountered this kind of request before very all right there's interesting against you in court you have the right to have a lawyer present to it before and during any questioning by peace officers or attorneys representing the state if you are too poor to hire a lawyer you have the right to have a lawyer appointed by the court to advise you before and during any question you have the right to terminate this interview at any time now so now he has the right to remain silent he doesn't have to give any information he doesn't have to give anything to jeopardize his security to be safe in his person's houses papers and effects according to the fourth amendment and he just read his rights you have the right to be silent now give me your information you have the right to stay secure in your person's houses papers and effects now give me the information interesting this this is kind of like a a verbal judo move on the texas cop i need to see your driver's license and your proof of insurance for the vehicle okay so you said i have the right to remain silent correct right you don't want to say anything i just i need to see your driver's license and your insurance anything anything i say can and be used against me in a court law is that correct if i give you my driver's license and i give you proof of insurance you can use that against me in a court of law so why would i want to give that to you i'm going to go ahead and exploit by law no you just said i anything it's like it's required by law now he's uh he's this he's forced the cop into a self-contradictory box and the cop kind of realizes it but he also doesn't really realize the full ramifications of what just happened in the trap that he just stepped into i say can be used against me right so if i give you something it can be used against me okay why would i give you something that can be used against you you told me that no you told me that was a right i have the right so i'm gonna exercise my right to remain silent i want my attorney since i'm under arrest okay and i am going to exercise the fact that i can't give you anything because you can use that against me i'm not trying to use anything against you well you could but you could is the thing that's not true he is trying to use something against him he just said i clocked you speeding which is basically you know treating him as a corporate entity i clocked you speeding now i need you to make yourself insecure in your persons give me your papers so that i can use that against you so when this texas cop says i'm not trying to use anything against you the whole reason he's harassing this man the whole reason he's asking him to divulge his identity is so he can use that against him and issue a citation it's it's it's a lie he's lying to himself or he's outright lying knowing that he's lying you want to read those miranda rights again sir to operate a vehicle on the roadway you are required to have your driver's license okay that is not not according to some court court uh cases specifically chicago coach versus city of chicago it's not a privilege they said they concluded this it's not a privilege requiring licensing vehicle registration or forced insurance i'm not making that up that's what that comes out of a court case this down here in wingfield versus fielder says no license is required of the natural individual traveling for personal business pleasure and transportation they make it very clear and these are just a few of the court cases so what he's saying right there is absolutely not true per court cases it's absolutely not true per the declaration of independence you have unalienable rights one of those unalienable alienable rights according to the courts is the right to travel freely unmolested and without being harassed so this cop doesn't know the law and and the the thing the icing on the cake here is that you don't need a constitution you don't need court conclusions all you need to know is are you a natural man are you harming somebody are you threatening to harm somebody are you damaging somebody's property and not paying for it or are you just traveling freely down the road who cares if you're exceeding the speed limit are you doing it safely are you putting anybody's lives in jeopardy as you travel and take your property from point a to p on the uh on the public roadways those are the questions you gotta ask and an irrational man can talk to another rational man and come to the conclusion of no you're not harming anybody you're not threatening to harm anybody you're not damaging property and not paying for it therefore i don't even know what i'm sitting at your car harassing you for have a good day sir and you're required to if i'm spending if i'm if i'm operating under a commercial reason okay not if i am just traveling i told you i am just traveling in my private conveyance so that law does not apply to me so now you don't have probable cause anymore am i free to go no you are not free to go okay so i suggest you call your supervisor right here because you obviously don't understand the law you're just raiding my miranda rights okay okay listen i need your driver's license and proof of insurance the first we do that fresh we can both get out of here the faster you let me harass you the faster you consent to my edicts which are unconstitutional and not according to court case court law the faster we can get out of here the faster you can let me violate your rights the faster we can get out of here that's what he's saying sir sir i i think i think we're very clear on this you read my miranda right do you want to read them again no sir okay so i am not going to answer any questions i'm going to remain silent that's fine i i cannot give you anything because if i give you something that you can use that against me in a quarter law okay do you understand that sir do you understand that i understand what that if i give you something you can use that against me in a court of law why would i give you something because it's required by law okay i you broke the law you were traveling out of speed i'm under arrest just to give a little grace and mercy to cops and i know a lot of people are going to be you know what's you you can't do that you can't give an inch no just try to try to put yourself in the shoes of somebody who's fully indoctrinated like this he truly believes this is the way it is and there can be no other option this is how life works this is what we have to do i'm just following orders if you put yourself in their position just for a second you can kind of understand because to some level we've all been brainwashed to some level we've all been indoctrinated we've all been in this little cement tomb encased for years and years and years constantly pummeled from all sides from public schools from mainstream media from government sources your neighbors everybody really believes this is the way it is and you can't vary from this at all if you do the entire world will unravel so if we if we just take a moment to try to understand the situation that this cop is in and how indoctrinated he is he really believes this is the way we got to do it this is how we do it and there can be no other way and then we can meet him on the level of humanity and go i understand that this is what you think it is but if you look at even your own court documents even from your own corrupt system they say that we have the right to travel and it is not a mere privilege requiring licensing registration or forced insurances that's literally what this says so maybe it would be helpful if we had a printout like this that actually had you know uh you know some words from the declaration of independence something real simple it doesn't even have to be you know small print or anything just make it big print put it in a little binder i saw this one guy i can't remember what his name is i don't even think he's alive anymore but he used to carry this binder around and just show the people court cases and some court cases that he won i think i've even highlighted him on this channel before i can't i just i wish i could remember his name but if we can meet them on the plane of humanity and mentally get them out of their uniform step out of that state functionary mode and meet you on the plane of hey i'm a natural man you're a natural man you're making this claim that absolutely is not true if i've if i've not left a victim if i'm not harming somebody if i'm not stealing their stuff then really you have no reason to be standing here at my car harassing me and wasting my time so id okay let me see some identification i i can only i give you a verbal id okay let's do that okay if you say i'm under arrest then i'll i'll give you a verbal id i don't see how i could be under arrest when i haven't broken along what's your verbal id okay first name is edward that's e-d-w-a-r-d correct yeah jim says in the chat room um cops are so in their thin blue line bubble we all have our blind spots in life we all do and we have to admit that it's the wise person that admits he doesn't know everything and he also admits that some of the things that i think i know i might be wrong about and i got to be try i got to tweak this thing that's that's what the journey of life is all about to try to be a better person today than you were yesterday and to strive to be a better person tomorrow than you are today so yeah we all do have blind spots there is everybody has cognitive dissonance at work in their brain somewhere some irrational thought that hold that that causes them to try to hold on to two contradictory things at the same time this guy the reason some of his um you know facial expressions is like a horse looking at a new gate is because he's encountering something he has probably never heard before what do you mean read you your miranda rights just because i pulled you over well i'm having you do that because you're saying that you arrested me and in your own code books being under arrest it doesn't matter if you're under arrest for murder or for speeding you have you have arrested me you've blocked my right to travel as a human being so go ahead and read me my rights what are my rights since we find ourselves in this situation right here we're staring at a new gate it's like what the frick are you okay i'll read your miranda rights now the guy the the the operator of this vehicle the drive the traveler in this vehicle is telling the cop hey um you know you just basically hung yourself by reading me my miranda rights because one of those is i have the right to remain silent i have the right not to incriminate myself which means i have the right not to give you the information you're requesting because you just said i have the right to not give you the information that you're requesting okay so do you have a driver's license sir i'm going to exercise my right not to answer any questions okay just as you read my miranda rights do you have proof of financial responsibility for the vehicle i'm i'm going to exercise my right not to answer any questions okay all right let's see what we get all right sir am i free to go no okay all right so do you have any suspensions any warrants on your license right now sir i'm gonna exercise my right not to answer any questions okay all right sir well here's the deal back there at fm 523 your speed it was confirmed at 92 miles per hour okay speed limit here is 65. so you already receive a citation for your speed today okay do you have insurance for the truck sir again okay redundancy repetition it's just unfortunately in this life it takes doing that sticking by your guns all right so we'll just sign here on the x and sign in here it's not a plea of guilt it's a promise to make contact with the court we're gonna make contact with judge davis here in engleton all before february 6. can i say that yes sir that's another thing too they expect you to sign it without reading this whole long thing it's like what am i really signing here let me let me take a look at this give me a minute give me five minutes give me an hour you're wasting my time i'll go ahead and waste your time as long as this guy's tying up this cop he's not out there uh you know committing road piracy and economically terrorizing other people on the roadways take your time don't feel rushed sorry i disagree with this okay you're not gonna sign it uh i like my attorney now since i'm under arrest okay so are you gonna sign this enough i would like my attorney center okay all right sir well this has all your information on it and what you need to do to be able to contact judge davis okay there's a phone number enough address on there okay all right sir we'll just be safe driving okay and slow it down a little bit now i haven't read a lot of these comments down here but i suspect that one of the reasons that it has such a high dislike versus like ratio it's got 366 dislikes and 631 likes i suspect it might be one of the reasons is because hey at the end of the day you lost you still got your citation but what did he do he planted number one he planted a seed in the minds of this in the mind of this cop it's like hey you gotta understand when you are detaining somebody you are arresting them when you're arresting them the law doesn't recognize why you were rested the point is you did get arrested so go ahead and read me my rights one of those rights is i have the right to remain silent and not incriminate myself and not say anything that you can and will use against me in a court of law you said that i didn't so i'm just going to take what you said hey i got the right i'm going to go ahead and retain those rights and keep my information from me some people might say well why not just just go ahead and submit just take the citation so you don't have to spend all this time doing this stuff the price of freedom is eternal vigilance it's eternal resistance it's standing for your rights if you lose your rights when you're trying to retain your rights that's a different thing than losing your rights because you just gave them up you just gave them away the reason we lose our rights so easily is because we don't stand for them we don't fight for them we don't resist the tyranny that's coming against us so i don't see this as a loss i see this as a net gain for one thing this get this was an interaction between two individuals now it's a learning experience and it's a learning exercise and it's a learning example for a whole bunch of people because now it's on this channel it was on trent's channel from freedom from government and now the potential for millions of people to see this so that they can fight and resist for the sake of their rights and their children's rights it just expands exponentially so that's what that's what i appreciate about these kind of things right here what i'll do when this video gets done rendering is i'll put in the description of the pin comment
