later on or the next day where he tries
to climb on the tow truck and claims the
Detroit police uh violated his fourth
and 14th Amendment rights by Towing it
there is also a mention of four warrants
but the video ends before we find out
what that's all about

department trying to file a report on
the officers who impounded his vehicle
for no registration his argument well
vehicle registration isn't in the
Constitution so they have no right to
cite him or toys vehicle the cop though
isn't having any of it
so you say that I cannot uh put in the
police report because my vehicle is not
coming up
that's not what I said sir what did you
say I said we will not file a police
report if there is not a crime these
officers have issued you a citation but
you did say that my vehicle did not come
up here
unregistered correct why would I have to
register my vehicle with the government
that's the state of Michigan but the
Constitution prompts all that
Constitution says that y'all can't even
issue a license for fee I'm not going to
disagree with you or agree with you sir
I'm just telling you the fact you're not
going to disagree with me or disagree
with you but I have the evidence right
here with me sir I didn't write you the
ticket
you did not write me the ticket but you
are servant of the public I am the
public
vehicle you did not impound the vehicle
so whoever impounded the vehicle I would
like to put a report out on them and
y'all are not allowing me to the
citation
registered it's not supposed to be
registered according to the Constitution

I don't need a license according to the

I do not need registration or insurance
but you're telling me that Michigan law
but Constitution trumps Michigan law
you understand my position but you have
but you have to do everything to cost me

not issue you the person and that
unfortunately or fortunately depending
on which way you look at it is where the
video ends with him referring to himself
as the public which always reminds me of
these free clips where idiots like this
guy foolishly try to convince others
that they speak for the whole country
what the people of Scotland have

and of course misinterpreting the
supremacy clause of the Constitution
where it does indeed state that federal
laws can Trump state law but he left out
the part where those laws have to be in
Conflict for that to happen and they're
crying about those laws in a police
