y what's going on so today we got a video from police Insider and the title of the video is how going to the bathroom turned into a felony let's get into the video on January 23rd 2023 officers responded to a health clinic in reference to a 5-year-old child who was left alone by her mother for over four 5 minutes the offender did not speak any English and was oblivious to the fact that she had abandoned her child at first we could not find where she was we even came outside to ask a little girl what car and she said she didn't come she came by taxi we didn't even realize mom had been sitting out on the bench so I come over to her I said Do You Realize you've left her for the last 30 minutes we don't know where you've been you weren't in the bathroom she had our key and then she told me hold on I'm on the phone and we're like what and like we just took her now like she does not even care that we is that is that yeah that's her where's um where's little girl the problem is we have her speak Spanish no I asked um I called make sure somebody could talk to her we don't have no there's nobody there's nobody on I get one of the girls that has the girl maybe if you want to say the other girl is it one of your girl Spanish or no she didn't speak Spanish I grab Ariel or if not I have a girl that's with the little girl she she can speak uh Spanish okay I can get Ariel out if you want can you can can we pull out cuz if possible I want to not bring a little girl out um yeah I don't want to bring her out that's what I'm saying but like she doesn't even matter that we've had her like I literally took her back inside side yeah um to make sure that she's okay cuz at some point I figured what happened if this is not really her mom and they kidnapped her you know she kid trafficking I don't know I mean for her not to care like even that guy was sitting there he's like something's wrong with her where's the little girl now we took her back into the office into the conference room okay so she can't go she can't grab her but she has not wanted to grab her she literally I said to her what are you doing she's like no I'm on the phone and I'm like but this is your child how old is the little girl the little girl's like maybe five so she SP English she does speak English let's go talk to her first and is this this isn't like somewhere where someone bring a kid right like so she's not confused right now no so she came into our office needing assistance I said hey you need the urgent care now so I just walked over she did come down she just ask for the okay you want you want to well mean you have to I mean cuz what's going on like why why is your daughter you outside and your daughter's in the building by herself for she said that the kid was never by herself that she left the kid with her and then with someone else another lady well no so she said she knows you but she's not your friend no she didn't even leave the kid with me that's not who I was left she was left with her okay but either way like they don't work for her to for her to just be a b them be babysitters like that's her child and she's leaving her child with a stranger yeah so she said she lived in South Carolina and she came to Florida two weeks ago o and her daughter started school today so she St here because she wanted to go to the bathroom even with a translator the female was having difficulty communicating with the officers they decided to detain her for child neglect and after getting cuffed she started laughing maniacally does she know her daughter at now she said the is with her she said that she must let the she wants to know what's going on I'm sorry problem she she has no idea where her child is the problem Jesus you know it's odd if you look through this because they you know better life or whatever they whatever they they have in their heads or whatever and she finally makes it whether it's legally or illegally or whatever and this is what she's doing with her opportunity over here and this is the problem sit down say there we go close door oh my God so I asked her what her mom's name she told me her mom's name is kman from oh um she has no Mom like good luck getting her get medic cleared yeah good luck with that um but she's not going to answer any of the your questions of The Hil she's now saying that she's pregnant but well I got a couple um Spanish speakers at the hospital I know that what do you want me to do you want me to call I'm trying to get the DCF I I I don't I haven't had one in a while can we call dispatch and dispatch patches through cuz I haven't gotten on call in a while for he wants to explain what's going on yes um what he was explaining is that he received her 15 days ago to help her in the sense of that she her husband in Venezuela was doing drugs and abusing her mentally and physically when she came here they they um in their country they're news reporters so the um he knowing her differently over there and today are two different people she is not sta right right now and he says ISS it's yeah it's a lot of issues and she does have brother and Mom are on the other on on the phone in Venezuela here yeah and mom and brother are saying also she suffers from anxiety and panic attacks yeah and when she gets two yeah yeah yeah and that's and we don't know what's in that Vape you know she uses yet and then she did advise that she smoked some coke so correct correct so they went to pick up from school he asked a friend which is a pastor if they can pick Chloe up with Mom and when they went home a neighbor's dog picked the girl okay so the pastor decided to bring Chloe and Mom here and as he's saying a little bit irresponsibly just dropped them off and left with Mom not knowing
