This is one unique video because the cops unleashed the canine on this guy. The dog was disinterested, so they surrounded him, tased him, and pepper balled him. And as he's falling to the ground, he deploys his own bear spray that gets all over everybody, including the police canine. >> Tase him up! Tase him up! Here, buddy. Watch out! >> No! >> Watch out! >> What are you doing? >> Let's go! >> Watch out! Watch out! >> Taser! Taser! >> Black guy, I mean, non-existent >> Keep it coming. >> [cough] >> Here, buddy. >> Watch out! Watch >> I can't see, so watch his hands. >> Yeah, get him out of here. >> Yeah. You okay, Carrie? >> Do we have enough people that can see? Leah, can you see? >> Now, we need to get more eyes on videos just like this, because it would be very interesting if something adverse and immediate happened to cops every time they harassed and violated people, which they do on a daily basis. On November 24th, 2025, deputies with the Indian River County, Florida Sheriff's Office began investigating 31-year-old Kyle Young for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, which reportedly happened earlier that day. There was also a risk protection order, you know, those red flag extreme risk protection orders, which is basically gun confiscation, that they needed to serve him, which was tied to a separate robbery case. Family members told investigators that Kyle rarely went anywhere without a firearm, so in their estimation, he was armed and dangerous, and that he had been actually making homicidal threats. So, they tracked Kyle down, and the Sheriff's Aviation Unit spotted him from the air and kept their eyes on him while ground forces converged on his location. One of the main reasons I want to cover this video is because we need to take a close look at the technology that they have available and that they used against this man, the aggressive behavior of the cops during the takedown, and the resources departments deploy, and what happens when humans that generally can't be trusted and that lie all the time have access to these kind of resources. Let's take a look at this and we'll make some comments along the way. Thanks for being here. Don't forget to share this video and don't forget to like this video and subscribe. >> Like I said, he's very odd. He started climbing a tree now, so he's making his way up a tree. And uh he's coming back down. He's trying to balance off of it, so and we're off the tree, barrel, and he's walking southbound now. >> Kyle has no idea he's being surveilled by law enforcement. >> Okay, now he's uh jogging eastbound. Eastbound is on the trail. >> I don't know. Couple of bikes going fast. >> Let me see your hands! Hey! >> Show me your [ __ ] hands! >> Show me your hands! >> Hey, he's reaching. >> Hey, let me see your hands! >> Don't taze me, bro. I am a United States citizen. >> Hey, let me see your hands! >> Hey! Show me your [ __ ] hands! >> Wait, stop it. >> Get on the ground! >> No! >> Got it. Got it. Got it. Go. Go. Go. Crossfire, Donnie. Crossfire. Kyle! >> Is this a woman or did the male cop suck a bunch of helium balloons before stepping out of the patrol cruiser? >> Kyle. Kyle. >> Let me see your hands! >> No. We've got your parent We've got your parents at the station. Mom's at the station. I got him. Listen. >> Wasn't that a little too far away? >> Kyle. Kyle. Listen to me. I got one. >> They got their long rifles. They got their tasers out. This guy is outmanned and outgunned. >> Or I will call in someone much bigger than me. Do you understand? You are done. You are done. You are done. You will all be done. >> Kyle, I talked to your mom. I got him twice. Kyle. I got nothing. >> I understand I'm an interesting person. Man, who threw the party? I had no idea you guys were coming. One, two, three, four. Five, six. They got a bird in the air and they got six people on the ground that I know of. >> Kyle, get on the ground. >> It's a lot of resources. >> this harder than it needs >> A lot of resources for one guy who's not even reported to have hurt anyone. >> needs to be. You're going to get dog bit. Watch that guy. Watch that guy. >> All right, let's go. Let's go. >> Watch him. >> He's It's to unleash the dog on this guy. Dogs can just tear you up. They can tear the muscles off your bones. Change your life forever. >> Hey, let me see your [ __ ] hands. You're going to get dog bit. You're going to get dog bit. You're going to get dog bit. Watch him. >> Oh, really? >> [ __ ] it. >> The dog's like, I don't want to bite this guy. Watch this. >> [ __ ] that guy. >> Look. >> [ __ ] him. Here, buddy. Get on the [ __ ] ground. Get on >> Good doggy. Good doggy disobeying the cops. >> On the [ __ ] I'm right here. Here, buddy. Flats. >> Dog's got like, I have no idea where I'm going or what you want me to do. Love it. >> Flats. >> Flats. Flats. >> Get on the [ __ ] ground. >> What are you doing? >> Get on the [ __ ] Tase her up. Tase her up. Here, buddy. Flats. Flats. >> What are you >> He's carrying a can of bear spray. >> Taser. Taser. >> Okay, so they're shooting pepper balls at him. They're tasing him. He falls to the ground and pulls the trigger on his bear spray can. Bear spray goes all over the place. Gets over all over officers including the police canine. Love it. They're already coughing. Already coughing. Oh, great great idea throwing that gun. >> Do not move. >> What a gun, man. >> Get your hands >> If it was a one of those Sig Sauer, what is it? P320s, it probably wouldn't discharge. And it was pointed right at the cop if it did discharge. >> Get your [ __ ] hands Give me your [ __ ] hands. Give me your [ __ ] hands. >> We're done. >> Do not move. >> We're done. >> I'll get your head down. >> I got one. I got one. >> Put it in the car. >> Got him. Got him. >> I got it. I got it. I got it. >> Even the guy that the cop right here that just grabbed the gun, this guy right here, even he's suffering the ill effects of the bear spray. And that's why I was saying at the beginning of the video, what if every time the police harass, I don't know if this guy's innocent or not, okay? The reports could be true. He could be homicidal. He could be dangerous. There could be aggravated assault with firearm. I don't know. The investigation needs to happen and uh we need to get to the the bottom of it. As far as I know, if the cops are saying it, then they're lying and they're on a witch hunt and I don't know what the deal is here, but it's it'd be interesting if every time the cops messed with an innocent person, there were immediate negative rami- ramifications for them doing that. Whether a dye pack goes off and dye gets sprayed all over the place and colors the cops blue or red or pink or whatever, or if some kind of a pepper ball exploded in their face. Wouldn't that be just poetic justice? Every time they broke a window, these these, you know, those things that dispense all the glitter, those glitter bombs, if there was a pepper ball bomb that just detonated every time they tried to shatter your window or pull you over for some minor traffic infraction under corporate traffic rules and laws. This is all you'll you'll hear so many cops coughing and gagging and complaining they can't see. Who is this? Is that you, Leon? >> I can't see so >> watch his hands. >> I can't see so watch his hands says this female cop right here. >> I got you. Roll him the other way. >> You okay? >> Yeah. >> Roll him the other way. Roll him the other way. We're going to roll him. We're going to roll him. >> Come towards me. Get it. Get Get it up. >> Look at the Look at the female cop. I got to get out of here so I can breathe. The guy that took the brunt of this bear spray by the way was the guy who sprayed the bear spray, Kyle Young. >> You okay, Carrie? >> Stay on the ground. >> Keep your head down. You're not going to spray on anybody. Keep your head down. Keep your head down. >> Any magazines or anything? >> Magazines behind me. >> Pick me up now and >> No. >> Put water in my eyes now. >> You sprayed us. >> Stop talking. >> Cut it out. You sprayed us. >> Look, these cops are screaming, "I can't see. I got this hurt so bad. Oh my god." But they don't mind spraying you. They don't mind tasing you. They don't mind shooting you or your pet or dislocating the arms of elderly women. >> Do we have enough people that can see? Leah, can you see? >> This is Miss Heaton's hand. Can you see? >> Hey, stand up. Can you turn her around in the chair? Turn her way. Hey, down here. The probes out. Look Look Guys They're all >> They're all suffering and I'm kind of here for it. You know what I mean? I'm kind of here for it. >> Nobody wants to hear you speak. You got Oreo? I don't have any shears. You have any shears? >> Uh-uh. >> Who is that? >> Huh? >> It's Leon. >> Good job, Leon. Good call on that guy. >> Who [laughter] is Who is that? He can't even see his partner. Leon, is it Who is that? I can't see, man. I'm just suffering over here. >> Go take uh Go take Oreo to the car. >> I'm good. >> Yeah, I just Yeah, I just got to let the bird go. >> I'll I'll walk you down. >> God, just Why am I >> getting such enjoyment out of this? I hate the man I've become. >> I'm good. I'm safe. [ __ ] off. >> [cough] >> Guys, you need to put water in my eyes for a second. >> stop telling me how to do my job. >> I understand. >> understand nothing. Shut up. >> understand. >> No, you don't. >> What association trained you, sir? >> Sure. >> What association trained you, sir? >> It doesn't matter. >> Okay, well, I respectfully request that you get EMS to cleanse my eyes. >> way. Stop worrying about that. You should have >> You should have been respectful. >> I respectfully request that you pick me up and let me proceed to my home in my vehicle. >> You respect me and do what I tell you. >> is my parents' home. I live with my parents. I own an asset. >> Huh? >> No. >> He had an iPhone in the >> This guy, who got a direct shot of that bear spray, this Kyle Young guy, is dealing with it way better than any of the cops who got indirectly sprayed. >> The sheets over here? And you want the spray. You better be glad you didn't get shot. >> Likewise. >> Stupid idiot. >> Likewise. >> Likewise. You know, they other people would have shot you, man. >> Hold on. I got to stand >> They they They don't mind saying that about you're lucky you didn't get shot, and when he's like, "Yeah, likewise. You're lucky you didn't get shot." They're like, "What are you talking Wait a minute. We're law enforcement. You can't think that way about us, but we can think that way about you." >> How am I going to >> It's the whole law enforcement mentality here. Whether Kyle's in the wrong or the right, it's the entire mental and ideological framework held by all cops at all times in every situation. >> I heard I bet you're not going to do nothing. >> Yes, sir. >> Guys, get me water from the damn fountain, please. Something. You had a dog on me. >> You sprayed me in the face, bud. >> Sir, now get me some water. Stand up. >> Got his boots and everything, too. >> I got his arms. You get him. Watch the Hey, watch the probes. >> Where are we going? >> Watch the probes cuz we don't want one of us to get shocked like we're shocking him. >> Yeah, I'm not moving. It's on the ground. That's enough. >> Scoot him up. Scoot him up some. Scoot him up some. Just stop. >> Hey guys. >> Well, we're trying to search you and you're being a jerk. >> Can you ask me questions already out here in the free air, please? >> What does that mean? >> You're on a preserve. >> And they told you they're the police and you sprayed them. >> Why did you enter a preserve? >> Cuz you have a warrant for your arrest. >> No, sir. >> Yes, you do. >> I promise you you can't enter a preserve right now. >> Yes, we can. >> Okay, forget it. Get Get some water, huh? >> I'm good. >> Yeah. >> You good now, brother? >> Thank you. >> Peace and quiet, please. Can you please step away just >> that right now. >> Huh? >> You should just stop talking and we'll have plenty of peace and quiet. >> Step right. >> Okay, now watch. We got the dog handler and the dog who've also been affected negatively by the bear spray. >> Sorry. >> The dog starts rubbing his face on the ground. Look at that right there. >> Hey, let's take him to the bathroom. There's a There's a water running water over here. >> It would be beautiful if someone >> [laughter] >> Look at this guy's face, this cop. He is suffering, man, and I just What do you say? What do you say? >> Can I go and grab my truck, please? >> Your what? >> My work truck. It's coming over here. It's pulling up right now. >> Perfect. You're under arrest. >> For what? >> These female cops are worthless. >> That doesn't happen in prison. >> For what? >> Because you are. >> With all due respect, that is not true. >> You stand up. >> Take me to my vehicle, please. >> That's not where you're going. >> What did I do, sir? >> Come on. Let me walk. >> Hey, right here. >> Oh, take me to my vehicle. >> You're going in this one. Here, sit. >> Open the window and I will >> sit. Sit. >> Patrick. >> Sit. >> My name is not Patrick. >> Yes, sir. Sit. >> Open Let me stand and I will go in. >> Go. Use your leg and get in there. >> Guys, what are you doing? >> anybody >> You can tell this kid has a lot of that pepper spray in his eyes and again, he is handling this way better than any of those trained warrior hero law enforcers. >> What are you doing? >> Hello. Get your leg in there. Get your leg in there. Watch your face. Watch your leg. >> Breathe. >> Get your >> Everybody breathe. Get your leg. Inhale. >> Face away from me. Yes. >> They could give him water. They could do that. >> Despite continued commands to surrender, Kyle Young refused to comply, unleashing bear spray [music] on K9 FA and several deputies before he was finally subdued with a taser and taken into custody. >> we'll look at it again. I don't see him as unleashing bear spray on anybody. They were pepper balling him and tasing him. For all we know, his fingers seized up while he was had a hold of that trigger and when he went down, that spray just kind of went everywhere. It didn't look like it was directed at anybody. We'll look back at it though. >> A firearm was recovered on the ground beside him. Young was taken to Indian River Hospital for medical [music] clearance, then booked into the Indian River County Jail. He faced a lengthy list of charges, [music] resisting an officer without violence, eight counts of battery on a law enforcement officer, >> Give me a break. Eight counts of battery on a law enforce That is a lie. That is Did you see eight counts of battery on a law enforcement officer? Is Are they counting the bear spray on that? >> or a firefighter and maliciously harming an emergency services canine. He pleaded not guilty across the board, [music] but on February >> Well, I didn't see anything This is all a lie. This is another reason I wanted to go over this video right here. This report is a lie. According to the body camera footage, this is a complete fabrication times eight times nine. >> 3rd, 2026, the case reached its conclusion, not with a verdict, but a determination [music] that Young was mentally and physically unable to stand trial, and all charges were ultimately dismissed. >> Good. They should have been dismissed. Let's take a look at the deploying of the bear spray, the initial deployment. Because I didn't see anything malicious in that. I saw a guy who's being attacked by at least six to eight law enforcement officers. I saw him falling to the ground. I saw him spraying the bear spray. Let's take a look at this one more time. >> Taser up! Taser up! >> Here, buddy. Stop. >> No! >> Stop! >> What are you >> No! >> Watch out. Watch >> Taser! Taser! >> Okay, he was shot by the pepper ball first over here. And then he was shot Maybe that's a taser. This is a taser. He was shot by at least two tasers. You can hear pepper balls hitting him. >> I mean, I'm a United States citizen. >> Okay, so then he falls to the ground, but it doesn't look like the bear spray was directed at anybody. He just fell to the ground because he was being tased and electrocuted. There's the bear spray kind of going this way, not toward any cop in particular. Looks like it mostly went in his face. He goes down. He's just spraying it up. Maybe he was trying to defend himself, but I didn't see anything malicious against the dog. By the way, the dog is way over here. So, if he's 6 ft tall, that's 6 ft 6 ft 6 ft. He's about 12 ft 12 14 ft away from this dog right here. And they counted that as one of the charges. That's how malicious cops can be. And that might be why they dropped the charges because when the prosecution saw the video, they're like, "Why did you put eight counts of battery on a police officer for the guy clearly went down after you tased him. Two people at least two people were tasing him. At least one person was pepper balling him. The guy was in extreme pain. He was distraught. He was being attacked. What did you expect him to do? I mean, I wouldn't even hold it against him if he directly sprayed a cop or the police canine to try to defend himself. He was definitely being attacked by a lot of people. Now, was he guilty of the original charge? I don't know. But what I do know is the cops definitely lied on this report. Let me know what you think about this. What do you think would happen if adverse and immediate repercussions happen to cops every time they interfered with a person's rights? Do you think things would start changing because from the policy perspective, ain't nothing going to change. What if at the very least they got sprayed in the face with bear spray every time they violated somebody's rights and dishonored their oath to protect and defend the Constitution.
