Sovereign citizen gets pulled over for
driving without insurance and
outstanding warrants that stem from his
refusal to pay previous tickets this
leads to his arrest and a right to jail
where he makes some wild claims about
the Constitution and contradicts himself
a lot right let's get into the video

well first of all they're not required
yeah that's a good one however he
wouldn't be wasting his time asking you
for your license if they weren't

driver's license but you do have a Texas
ID card that logic doesn't make any
sense but then again when has the
Sovereign citizen ever made sense

well apparently you got a couple of
warrants out for your arrest for what
all right just some tickets you didn't
pay for where from here from the county
a sovereign citizen with outstanding
warrants for failing to pay traffic
tickets I'm shocked

jail

sovereign citizen openly admitting to

terrorist I mean I applaud his honesty

agreement that I did not enter into
knowingly voluntarily and intentionally
furthermore I reserve my right not to be
compelled to accept the liability of
said commercial contract or said
commercial agreement that I did not
enter into knowingly voluntarily in

just look at how proud he is of that
statement yet he fails to realize that
first of all the ucc's occurred so he
shouldn't even be citing it based on the
Sovereign citizen belief that cords are
not law and secondly the enforcement of
a state law is not a contract or a
commercial agreement and not voluntary
hence why your incubs and on your way to
jail anyway on to his next Whopper
you sound like a well-spoken gentleman

question just from my knowledge here
what does all that mean
that means that the Uniform Commercial
Code I didn't enter into a contract with
the United States government I didn't
accept the United States dollar
as a contract which is what it is so how
do you buy itself
uh well I'm forced to you're forced to
accept the dollar you'll have a choice
oh so accept it but you just don't you
can't accept it but you don't accept it
I don't accept the contract I accept the
payment because that's what people pay
with I don't accept the contract because
I didn't enter into that contract
you didn't enter into a contract because
a contract doesn't exist next you'll be
telling us the federal government moved
away from the gold standard because they
secretly wanted to use their own
citizens as collateral to invest with
I.E the birth certificate and obvious
secret government account that
definitely exists
every law written
since then
was not since winter
since 1933 1933
what did people use before that
United States of America yeah but what
monetary uh
gold
standard
so uh
they abolish the Constitution and stated
the Uniform Commercial Code
are written right under that Uniform
Commercial Code
and that's your reason for not following
traffic laws because the Constitution
was abolished in 1933 and replaced with
the uniform commercial Accord which all
traffic laws are written under for some
reason
that has got to be one of the dumbest
arguments I've ever heard anyway what
other nonsense do you offer us now and
here's the kicker the judge is not
liable
and you can't see this day you cannot
you cannot sue the state no you cannot
see the states and the judge is
protected by the bench as long as he
wears that black robe but the district
attorney who prosecuted I don't think
anybody's Above the Law here no listen
to me listen pay attention I'm not
arguing I'm just I'm not trying to learn
because I hear a lot about this I'm just
curious to learn okay so the judge the
judge is protected by the bench as long
as he's on bench wearing a black robe
anything he says you cannot sue him for
that he's protected by the bench
well that's that's different
but if he gets outside of his conduct
and he's liable but he's protected for
what his rulings are because his rulings
are according to the law according to
State's law that's right according to
the Uniform Commercial Code it's also
according to the Constitution
you could tell this guy really does
believe all this garbage even the part
where he contradicts himself by saying
the Constitution was abolished then when
it suits him it's suddenly and magically
right back where it was to protect the
judge from his own rulings but only when
he's wearing that black rub of course
because you know reasons
but I have not infringed on anyone
else's right to life liberty is a
pursuit of happiness

here's here's the part where
look at that even the cameras adding off
of recording this nonsense

your party then there's no crime
you guys now have the burden of proof
you have to bring forth an injured party
and it cannot be a state officer
in this instance that the injured party
or accuser is the state of Texas they
lose Revenue when you use the rods
without paying your share the officer is
the witness to the crime or infraction
this is not rocket science
but if the light says something you go
against it then you're breaking the law
which means I have not inferenced on
anyone else's right to life liberty just
pursuit of happiness
I am well within the Constitution of the
United States of America yeah but
driving is a privilege it's not a right
driving is not a privilege driving is a
fundamental right I have the right to
free and unrestricted travel anywhere
throughout the continental United States
of America by any means I deem
necessarily
no sir no no sir no sir my coach my
motor car my abortion Carriage by the
Foot
buy a motorcycle by whatever things I
think necessary
wow so many things wrong there I think
the only one you got correct there was
traveling by foot all the others you
need a license for numerous court cases
have ruled and reaffirmed this over the
years also how can you be well within
your rights under the Constitution when
not five minutes ago you claimed the
Constitution was abolished in 1933
yeah unless I'm operating a commercial
vehicle driver's license insurance seat
belt tags and inspection sticker are not
required
are my guys over there in that truck
they're driving a commercial vehicle
that's a company truck and that company
truck has commercial insurance on it and
they have driver's license and they are
legal because they are a commercial bill
yet another lie States issue both
commercial and non-commercial driver's
licenses now why would they do that if
you only needed a license for commercial
use
and so I I have no no
my only remedy and by only means of race
course is to unfortunately
civilly sue you and to see the district
attorney we will take up this case
not going to the district attorney so
you're you're you got classier warrants
so you got to take it up to the JP or
the city judge yeah
and so I'm not sure you're aware of that
but well it is going to go up yes
because the JP or the city judge is
either going to throw it all out
and as soon as he throws it all out then
I'll have to turn around and go file
assembly against you okay and if he
doesn't throw it out then I'll take it
up to the airport I'll take it to the
next appeals court and then it will get
thrown out but there are Judges there
and you don't believe in judges do you I
do believe in judges I believe strongly
in our jurisdictional system okay so so
those judges those judges and up at the
Supreme Court level have heard this case
so many times that they will not even
hear it anymore yeah really in our labor
they ruled in my favor every time
seriously seriously okay give me an
example oh boy this should be good all
right it's a Travel Supreme Court case
ruling in his favor now that's a bold
claim to make I hope he can deliver on
this
oh and I can't think of a case right off
the top of my head I'm kind of rattled
right now but you know
I'll give you that one
well maybe it's just as well you can't
remember them I mean it's not as if we
haven't heard all these cases before
kisses like Thompson V Smith Chicago
motor coach company Dickie V Davis you
know the rest all the usual
cherry-picked cases if any of them were
correct then you wouldn't be in this
situation so

believe you guys are enforcing laws
okay so and I feel really bad because
you guys are uneducated to what the law
is I personally have been to the SMU law
library in red have you
I've read law books you've been have you
been to SUV Law Library

him calling the cop on educated saying
he only reads the cliff notes is
amazingly ignorant especially because
he's the one in handcuffs and on his way
to jail
what are my charges uh warrants how many
you got two four I don't know yet
what city are they out of

and I'm under arrest

charges I'm sorry what are my charges I
have arriving on my charges though okay
you're arrested for the horns what horns
for what
once we get to the jail to find out
they're confirmed they're class C's so
there are tickets
and you said earlier there's some
tickets that need to pay right
so you know what it is
there's tickets I don't play yeah that's
right all of them I don't pay them
typical soft set asking a question he
already knows the answer to and then
brags about not paying his tickets but
because asking these dumb questions is
part of the script he feels the need to
ask them if that doesn't scream
indoctrination then I don't know what it
does
well yeah you've got to be in standard
with some more citations right now
because okay soon you uh
yeah so it'll be any more additional
charges so I I but I have a right to
know what I'm being charged with I'm
gonna
let me know you can't tell me what I'm
gonna charge this I told you warrants
what are they for
you keep talking about protocols
protocol I have a right to know
I'm supposed to tell me before I even
can put the car I want to be in charge
me I'm charged with warrants warrants
what did I do Class C warrants out of
the county that's all I know

in the morning we're gonna set up on my
tickets and then uh I'll bond out of
jail tomorrow
maybe sooner I don't know no
I'm not I'm not eager I've been in jail
before obviously you already know that
you're in my name
um yeah so uh I've been down here I
don't know what the process is I don't
get to see their drugs till tomorrow

it's not the same thing every day
you've been done
I'm there a lot you ever been arrested
down there I've been interested I'm
doing that so you don't know

because I'm friends with law enforcement
I don't have any I'm not gonna be your
enemy
said that I really want to educate you

uh thanks but no thanks I think we'll
all pass on being educated by a guy sat
in handcuffs and on his way to jail who
also thinks he can use a document he
says was abolished at nearly 100 years
ago
because I mean so why is it that some
Sovereign citizens end up killing police
officers
as it escalates
how's that if the officer is trying to
force a law why does he need to die
sovereign
you'd have to ask the courts why that
happened or the psychiatrist I can't
understand why I can't explain my son's
mental state causes them to do what they
did
you know what I'm saying I can't say
what the officer did to did or did not
do you escalate or de-escalate the
situation I can't say what that dude did
to escalate or Diaz I'll give you an
example of situation I'm ignorant to
that okay so I'll describe it to you
all right
officers stopped a van
the officer is talking to the driver he
can come out of the car they're talking
next thing you know the Sun comes out
with AK-47 and kills
both officers
and then they escape and then they get a
shootout when it comes so
that's what I don't understand that was
murder that was yeah
capital murder not just murder
Ed and again you see how I'm fighting
this yeah
I'm gonna go to her to the courthouse in
fact
I'm not gonna do something stupid
I want to go over to my family just like
I want you to go home to your family
