refusing lawful orders. That's why >> this clip is law enforcement exposure gold. This cop actually says he doesn't care if the law is unfair. He's going to send you to jail anyway. If you break that unfair law, >> they're not fair or >> they I don't care if they're fair. They're lawful. They are. And you're going to find out when you end up in jail because of this. I'm giving you a law of order to the vehicle. >> Okay. Then I'm going to give you law of order to step out of the vehicle. Absolutely not. Don't do that. >> I'm not listening to you guys anymore. Y'all ruin my life. >> You're going down a road you don't want to go down. >> I'm going to go down the road. They're real. >> And you're going to go to jail on any traffic stop. I'm legally allowed to make you get out and I'm going to get out of the vehicle now. Go down a road you don't want to go down. You need to call the police. There's four cops here. >> Calling the police cuz you guys aren't down. The only reason they pulled this guy over and interfered with his right to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness is because the protectors and servants of the people say that his tag was not properly illuminated. A huge public safety threat, obviously. Oh, you don't think so? Well, you're just wrong. Now, people mock this guy, calling him Methananiel or Matthew. And yeah, he's gonna make a really, really bad decision in this video, but the reality is up to this point, he hasn't victimized anybody. And there's no evidence that he initiated any infringement on the rights of anyone. In fact, their own body camera footage reveals conclusively that there wasn't even a crime committed on this evening until the cops showed up and committed a legalized crime against him. You and I are going to go over this video together and we'll make some comments along the way, but I want you to tell me honestly who committed the unconstitutional violation against whom? Hey, what's going on, brother? >> You want to turn the radio down for me? >> You want to turn the radio down? Why? >> Cuz I'm so I can have a conversation with you. >> I don't want I don't want to talk. >> What's that? >> I have nothing to talk about. >> All right. Well, do me a favor. Shut the vehicle off. >> I'm giving you a law order to shut the vehicle up. >> Okay. Then I'm going to give you law order to step out of the vehicle. >> Absolutely not. Don't do that. >> Doing this to me. You guys do this to me all calm down and listen to me. >> I will leave right now. You will not leave. You will not leave. Listen to me. Listen. My supervisor is right there and you can speak to him when you get out of the car. >> No reason to spread paragite, man. Tired of this [ __ ] Listen to me. >> No, sir. I'm not listening to you guys anymore. Y'all ruin my life. >> You're going down a road you don't want to go down. >> I'm going to go down the road. >> And you're going to go to jail? >> I will then. I'm not doing this, sir. >> You're going to go to jail. >> I'm not getting out of jail. >> Shut the vehicle off and step out. >> Can I talk to your supervisor? >> When you shut the vehicle off and get out, you absolutely can. >> Supervisor right now. right here. I need to speak out. What's your badge number? And I need to know I need to know the reason for the problem. >> I'm giving you a law order to exit the vehicle. >> Reason why you're asking >> because I'm legally allowed to on any traffic stop and that's what I'm doing. >> I'm legally allowed to do X to you. So, are you saying, Mr. officer that if the political parasites wrote into a law that you should arrest anybody who's hauling rose petals, paper clips, or gumdrops, you would actually do it? Are you telling us without actually coming out and saying it that if they made slavery legal again, you would arrest people who are trying to free slaves? So, you're okay with shoving your conscience down and just doing what the political class tells you? In addition to that, I can totally see this law enforcer acting in the capacity of domestic abuser. >> I want you to make me a sandwich, and that's a lawful order. If you don't comply, I may apply the zip tie. >> This is what you call a control freak, ladies and gentlemen. >> Yes, I absolutely am. on any traffic stop. I'm legally allowed to make you get out and I'm going to get out of the vehicle now. >> You're going to go down a road you don't want to go down >> my supervisor right there and you can speak to him when you get out of the car. >> Get out of the car because now you're resisting. So now you can go to jail for that. You're refusing a lawful order. >> You are refusing law to your supervisor. >> If you put that car in drive, you're going to [ __ ] jail. You can speak to him when you get out. >> I'm not getting out. >> You are getting out. >> Speak to your supervisor. >> You are getting out of the car. I need to I need to call the police. >> You need to call the police. There's four cops here. >> Calling the police cuz you guys aren't them. I did nothing wrong as >> Step out of the vehicle. >> I'm going to leave, sir. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> You are not going to leave. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> The man is right. He did nothing wrong. He committed no crime. There is no victim. There is no verified complaintant. >> My rights like you do every time. >> Step out of the vehicle >> for a tad light. >> Step out of the car. Not getting out for this supervisor. Step out of the car. >> This is going to go really bad for you. You need to step out. >> Yes. >> Yes. >> No. No. >> Yes. Yes. Yes. Do you have his driver's license? >> Okay, cool. >> I want to speak to your supervisor, man. >> You want to talk to him before I get him out of the car? >> I need to speak to your supervisor. >> My supervisor's coming up right now. Shut the vehicle off. >> Sir, I want to speak to >> So, that's two lawful orders you're refusing. >> I am lawfully ordering you. >> That's two that you're ignoring. >> This is not how this works, man. This is absolutely how it works. >> He was asking Listen, >> can I can I talk? Can I talk? All right. Look. >> All right. Look, the reason he was asking to turn the vehicle off is cuz they're going to do a cannon sniff at the vehicle. Okay. >> He was because that's what what we're going to do. He was asking for the car for that reason. >> The reason for it is a tad light that I got a warning for already. This is unfair. >> And it's still not fixed, >> sir. It's It's been for two days. I don't have a job. >> So why why are you refusing to cooperate? >> Because you guys do this to me every week here. >> I've never even seen you. So I've never done a >> say that every single time. >> Do you recognize me? >> Yeah. [ __ ] Never met you before. >> That's why. >> Y'all are going to pull me out and ask me. I'm going to go to jail for I have my card. I have my >> That's fine. I don't care about your marijuana. >> I need to speak to your supervisor, too. My supervisor is not here, so we're not going to. >> You don't care about his marijuana, but you do care about his tag light being properly illuminated. >> That's strange. >> No, you need to shut the big You're a tyant, bro. >> I'm a tyrant. Yes. >> Your power abusive. >> He is absolutely acting as a tyrant. He's acting as an oppressor. somebody who is trampling rights at this very present time in the name of corporate traffic law. And what does 18 USC 242 say? It's the deprivation of rights under the color of law, under the color of any law. This man is currently having his rights deprived by a law enforcer who's supposed to be protecting and defending those rights. >> I'm not using my power. >> I wasn't even going to ask you out of the car until you refused to shut it off. That's the only reason I'm even trying to get you out cuz you won't shut it off. >> The only reason I'm asking you out of the vehicle is not for officer safety under Pennsylvania versus Mims, which the cop just cited. The reason he wants him to get out of the car is cuz he wouldn't comply with his order, his unlawful order to shut the car off. >> So, shut the vehicle off. >> Then get out of the car. >> Okay, that's two law orders you're refusing. You're now going to jail tonight. >> Call the police officers. >> We are the police officers. Police officers have no jurisdiction on the side of the bridge. >> I'm I'm the side. >> You're in the county. >> I'm the county police. Yes. I'm going call the police. >> Who are you going to call? We're here. >> I'm going to call more of you guys here. You guys are not right. This is [ __ ] >> That's dumb. Well, the answer to your tyranny is I want to call more people so that they can arrive and there will be more tyranny against me and more tyrants with guns issuing more unconstitutional orders. That's makes a lot of sense, bud. >> That's complete [ __ ] >> Why don't you just cooperate? Why are you making so difficult? >> Cuz I just have to listen to what you say to do. >> No, that's not >> You have to obey lawful orders. >> Why I'm asked to be >> You have to obey lawful orders. If you feel like I'm not giving you the right order, you can file complaint on me later. >> I'm not filing a complaint later. I'm filing now, sir. >> You have to obey my lawful orders cuz my political master said you need to obey. And if you don't obey my lawful orders, you're going to be in trouble, buddy. It's like a bunch of 2-year-olds running around with costumes and guns. >> You can follow when we're done. >> No, I need badge numbers and names. I want >> You can get all of that when you shut the vehicle off and get out of the car. >> Sir, I'm going to drive away on me. >> You're not going to drive away on me? >> If you drive away on me, you're going to jail. >> If you >> if you want to talk and calm down and have a conversation outside of the vehicle, we can handle it that way. But if you want to continue down this path, you're going to go to jail. >> Can I please speak to somebody who has authority? >> He is. He is the sergeant. He is the highest authority in the county right now. The other night I got pulled out of my vehicle. The guy shows the tag light. He showed it to me and he said he's do you have the right to search my car? And I said tag I don't think so. So I said no respect. And he was like okay. And I got back in my car and I just left. >> Right. And that's what I'm trying to do here. But you won't even get out of the car >> that we both know is out. There have been nothing incorrect to get out of the car for >> I'm giving you a lawful order to get out. So you have to comply with the lawful order. >> No, I'm I'm not doing that, man. Because every time I've done what you tyrants want me to do, you take me to jail. >> You just said you didn't go to jail the other night. You got back in your car and drove away. >> You are a tyrant and you are going to >> You have no idea who I am. You've never met me before. >> I know exactly what you are. You're doing exactly what your fellow thin blue line buddies do. You're oppressing me. You're interfering with my right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. >> I absolutely did not. I asked you to turn the music down to speak to me. >> Right. So, don't say I attacked you when I walked up to the window. Don't lie about me. >> You threatened to attack him. You threatened to pull him out of the car. >> Wrong road. You're going to take if you don't just get out of the vehicle right now. >> AFTER YOU WERE ALREADY AGGRESSIVE with me, I said, "You're going down a road you don't want to go." >> Aggressive. >> How do you see that? That's fair. Search my vehicle. Pull me out of the car for a second. How is that? >> Because you're you're you're not competing. Every single time I talk to you guys, I've been on probation. >> You are not cooperating right now. >> Yes. Because I'm not getting out for no reason. >> You've done nothing. You refuse to turn the car off. >> So you can hold the dog around your vehicle. >> I'm going to have to call for a jump. Why would I do that? I'm not leaving myself without a jump. >> Then if you want to leave the vehicle and that's fine, but you're still getting out of it. >> Vehicle, searching for no reason. I'm not doing >> I wasn't going to put you in handcuffs. >> I'm not allowing a search of the vehicle. I need to search. >> I'm not asking you to search your vehicle. I'm asking you to exit and I wasn't going to put you in handcuffs. But this is where you're escalating it to. >> You guys are escalating. >> No, you're very much escalating this. >> You like this? outside of the vehicle. You can you will get out of the vehicle. >> Close my windows. >> I need you to step out of the vehicle so we can communicate as you've been communicating with him for the last eight or nine minutes just fine without him stepping out of the vehicle. >> That's what you're pushing me towards and I'm trying not to go down that road with you. >> You're right. There's no reason to. You can step out of the vehicle like I lawfully ordered you to. >> You're pushing me to victimize you. If I victimize you, it's your fault. >> Believe denying that request, sir, because it's incorrect way. >> No, it is not incorrect. I promise you, I do this for a living. I do it every night. >> You're the supervisor. >> I am. >> So, what's the right >> I violate the Constitution every night and other people don't have a problem with it. >> First thing to do is listen to what the man's saying. >> I want to not get out of the car, though, cuz that's not right. I've done nothing wrong. >> But you didn't complain anything that he asked you to do beforehand. >> Yes, I did. >> You told you to shut the car off and you said no. because there's no reason to and I wouldn't have left me in they would have left me in custody. I would have told my mom to come out here. >> You didn't tell me that and then I asked you to step out which you refused to do and you've refused multiple times now >> the wrong road and go to jail, >> right? Because you're refusing lawful orders. I am because you're refusing lawful [ __ ] orders. That's why >> they're not fair orders. >> They I don't care if they're fair. They're lawful. They are. And you're going to find out when you end up in jail because of this. >> I don't care if these laws are fair. They're lawful. I don't care if they're unjust. I don't care if they're unfair. I don't even care if these laws are evil. They are still laws and I'm still going to enforce them. I'm so glad that he said the quiet part out loud. We got to listen to that again. >> They I don't care if they're fair. They're lawful. They are. And you're going to find out when you end up in jail because of this. No, I am not. >> I am not abusing my powers. >> There are four officers out here. Well, other than you, sir, I'm refusing to speak to you. >> Take your seatelt off. Get out of the vehicle. I'm >> not doing that. No, >> I'm telling you right now. And you've also already threatened to drive away from the scene multiple times. >> You're a retirement off. >> Get out of the vehicle, sir. >> Get out of the vehicle. >> No, sir. I need a I need an officer that will speak to me peacefully. He is not being a servant. >> What do you want to speak to him? >> Be a peaceful servant and help me. And he's going to run the dog and search me and pull me out my car. >> I never said I was going to search you. >> Yes, you did. No, I didn't. >> Want to run your camera back? Yes. Yeah, absolutely. I never once said I was going to search you or put you in handcuffs. I asked you to get out >> because you're lying about me and I have you on camera. You absolutely are. >> I never once said I was going to search you over. >> You want to try to see if you can talk him? >> I'm really trying not to break his window and yank him out of the car, but I'm going to. >> All right, man. >> No, it's not. >> I'm trying not to break his window. I'm almost there, though. I'm almost about TO BREAK THROUGH AND conquer my own will. I don't want to break his window. [laughter] Let's hear that again, too. >> I'm really trying not to break his window and yank him out of the car, but I'm going to >> All right, man. Look, man. >> No, it's not. >> I pulled you over for a tag last night. Okay. >> Yes, I did. Because I listen all >> this manpower, all these resources over a freaking tag light. >> Got to do step down. >> I really don't want her down this road, but now he's starting to drive away. Refusing, you know, refusing to shut the car off. Extremely hostile. When all I did was ask him to roll his car, turn off. This is the only supervisor we have on ship. >> You want do you want me to position my truck in front of him so he can't back out? >> Let's put a car in front first. >> We're going to have to really box him in though. Otherwise, he's going to ram something. When I bring out front, I'll pinch the back of his. We can do that while he's talking. >> I'll let you pull around first. All these cops stand around. Oh yeah, man. We really We got to box him in. He's He's public enemy number one. Have you he considered the spike strips? What did he do? Oh, he didn't have a properly eliminated tag. Oh my god. We got to put this guy behind bars. Maybe for the rest of his life. That's horrendous. >> Cuz I don't want to get that right there. Exactly what he said. asked him to do the car was the car off and he was going to tell you put your hands off the car. He was going to walk the dog around the exterior of the vehicle and that's what he was going to do. That's exactly I was standing right there and then you decided that you wanted to carlation why this car resisting >> arresting you're resisting. >> So I'm under arrest. You never said that. >> Okay, you are now. You're under arrest for resisting you by multiple lawful commands. Sir, I'm done at >> You have >> You have and now I'm lawfully telling you that you're under arrest. I need you to shut the vehicle off and exit. >> What's that? >> I'm going to go ahead. >> Is that us? >> They were trying to break this man's window. They're trying to damage his property. They were putting this guy's life in jeopardy. So, what is the normal knee-jerk reaction when somebody's trying to attack you? Uh, try to get away if you can't fight. So, what's the guy going to do? He's going to try to get away. >> Back up. Back up. BACK UP. BACK UP. BACK UP. BACK UP. 1403 just took off. >> Ah, damn it. >> Let's go find him. We have his ID. >> And it was at this point that we realized that these cops are not part of the state patrol in Arkansas. It's a Charger. >> There's no reason to go chasing after him. We're going to lose the dope. I guarantee there's dope in the car. But I mean, we can't go 1031 on that. >> Definitely not from Arkansas. >> He didn't intentionally try to ram us, so we just on it. I'm going to drive that way to see if he's around, but the house >> Oh, yeah. Do you have his address? >> Yes. I >> should have tried this. You pop the bottom corner on the older cars like that and it usually shatters right away. >> It wouldn't matter. He was going to do whatever. >> Yeah, he's going to do what he's going to do. Dude, I just bought this thing. Let me >> I didn't think you were going to mute this because apparently everybody's gonna call crap. >> Just blow my window. >> Now they look on his ID. They find his address and they go to his home and that's where the action picks up from there. >> Sheriff's office means don't run. Come up. Talk to these people. >> I saw you peeking through the blind. Step out. What's his name again? >> Jacob. Sheriff's Office. >> If cops come to your door, by the way, you do not have to open that door under any circumstances unless they produce a warrant or unless they enter on exit circumstances. >> Now, pop quiz for you. Let's see if you can identify the apparent chain smoker. >> I don't know. >> He needs to turn himself in ASAP. >> He just ran from us. We have his ID he gave to us. He is going to jail. He needs to turn himself in immediately. >> He had a cop car. >> Authoritative. >> Yeah. He's about to catch a warrant for his arrest for multiple felonies. We We need him to turn himself in immediately if you can make contact with him and advise him to do so without harm to himself cuz he he almost got himself hurt real bad. >> Can you call him? >> I would recommend it. >> It's all right. We'll show up here tomorrow and we'll tow his car. Involved in a felony. I hope he liked his car cuz he's not getting it back. As soon as we find that it's getting towed, >> it just is the person I'm trying to reach. >> Where does he where does he frequent? >> All I know he just goes to a paka. I don't really know. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> There's got to be somewhere else. Someone's house that he goes to. >> He almost hit several of us. He was borderline about to get shot because of what he did to us. Is extremely serious. His car is getting towed. He's being arrested for multiple felonies. >> He was borderline about to get shot. Even though not one cop life was jeopardized when he pulled away, he was borderline about to get shot because his tag light was not properly illuminated. So much for living in America. >> The dope that he had in his car that he threw. I'mma find some way to charge him for that, too. Sorry to bother you. Have a good night. >> Hey, Jacob home. >> Yeah, you can borrow him. Come out here. >> We're We're going to go in again. >> The inside of the house is redacted per Florida law, but officers would follow the father inside the house with the police report stating they made contact with the dad who advised Jacob was home. They would go on to follow the father inside the house to retrieve Jacob on the warrant with Jacob ultimately refusing multiple lawful commands to lay on the ground. They would go on to place Jacob on the bed and he started to roll around to try and get away from being handcuffed. As Jacob was rolling around, they ended up on the floor adjacent to the bed. And while attempting to gain control of Jacob on the ground, he would continue to roll around and resist. Jacob would begin grabbing at Deputy F's face, cutting the back of his neck and his wrist with his fingernails. In the process, Deputy F would go on to strike Jacob numerous times until another deputy would pull out his agency issue taser and discharge it in order to gain compliance of Jacob. Together, they were able to gain control, but Jacob continued to be uncompliant during the walk back to the vehicle. You >> bust my face up like that, bro. Well, I didn't even I didn't even bite you guys. >> Man, you ate one. >> I ate one. I ate more than one, bro. Mother got a Terminator hand. I did not resist you. >> Why the [ __ ] You punched me in my mouth and tape up. >> No, I'm not talking you guys. >> God damn, >> bro. Just cuz you don't hurt me a do I was doing anyway. >> You going to get out? >> Yeah. >> I'm Your bond has been revoked. >> I didn't do nothing. >> Well, your bond has been revoked. >> It doesn't matter. I can still sue you guys. >> [ __ ] Have fun. >> I'm going to I'm going to definitely >> You can You're right. You're just going to lose. I'm not going to lose. >> I can definitely sue you. >> You can. You can't. It's just not going to go anywhere. >> It is definitely going to The more money you have, the better. >> And y'all tased me for no reason. This is [ __ ] You see my face? Look what you just did in the face, bro. You punched me in my 10 times. You hit me 10 times a mouth and I didn't resist. >> So, we have badly resisting wood. Also, >> I did not resist the officer at all. I was trying to turn around lay on the back. He kept hitting me in the mouth. >> That sounds a whole lot like further. How >> lean up against the car? I >> can't get up, bro. >> You don't have to hurt me to get arrested me. >> I ain't never in my life met some Y'all are like super trooper pieces of [ __ ] >> You remember last night when you kept saying, "I bet you're wrong. I bet you're wrong." I was right. >> Huh? >> A pro in his ass. >> Yeah. Ying tased the out of me. >> Get out. >> You're going to yell at me to get out after you put me in there. >> Get up. You want to probe? Get back in. >> Just can't get out. >> Can't get out. >> What the heck? Get out. >> Stop moving. >> Can't just work, man. Y'all are >> No, he doesn't. >> Get in the car. >> There's a hand that went on my face in the second game. Did you grab your face? >> Yeah. >> Wow. As a result of his actions, 24year-old Jacob was given a total of five charges. Resisting an officer with violence, fleeing or attempting to elude, leaving the scene of a crash involving property damage, resisting an officer with violence, and battery on a law enforcement officer. >> All because of an improperly illuminated tag light. This is definitely deprivation of rights under the color of corporate traffic law. Our rights should never end where corporate traffic laws, gun laws, or drug laws begin.
