Hey, welcome back to the Here's the Deal channel. And the deal is the two words shut up will get you locked in a cage in the land of the freedom of the brave. Specifically from the tyrants in Texas cuz everything's big in Texas, right? Especially Texas police egos. I've got I've got the latest I think on James Freeman from Pink Camera Magic. We're going to look at the arrest of James Freeman from her perspective first. So, let me know if you guys can hear me. Thanks for being here. Hey, this is in the spirit of none of us is greater than all of us. If we get into trouble, we've got a whole community that is ready and willing to help the person who got in trouble out. And there is no reason, absolutely no reason, for a man to be sitting in a cage because another man got his feelings hurt because of what the other man said. And that's exactly what's happening. the protectors and servants, you know, the heroes, the warriors, the ones who are going to have that long funeral procession if anything ever happens to them, whether they're committing tyrannical acts or helping little old ladies across the street, they're going to be seen as a hero, no matter how dreadful their actions while they were in uniform. That's what's going on here. So, in the spirit of none of us is greater than all of us and an injustice that happens to one man anywhere is an injustice that happens to all men everywhere. I want to make you aware of what happened to James Freeman, how it went down, how we can help him. Even if we all pitch in a dollar, how many I don't even know how many people are on this live stream right now, but if we all pitched in a dollar, five bucks, 10 bucks, it could go a long way in whatever equipment was damaged and legal fees and posting bail or whatever. But let's go ahead and look at Pink Cameras Magics. And then we're going to look at this is out of Mckin, Texas. And the McKini Police Department posted on their community page, their community message page on Facebook in response to everybody who's expressed any kind of outrage for what actually happened in McKenna, Texas. Here's Pink Camera Magic's B-roll footage of James Freeman getting arrested for saying two words. And they weren't even uh vulgar. It's just shut up. Ah, here we go. Uh-oh. Thing number two. So, basically, here's the lay of the land here. You've got We're in McKenna, Texas, or Pink Camera Magic and James Freeman are out recording a traffic stop. If I was one of those heroes, one of those boys in blue who want that that 21 gun salute and that hero's funeral, I would be like, you know what, the more cameras, the better. I want my community to see what a good guy I am, what a warrior I am, what a peacemaker, what a hero I am. But that's not their mentality. Their mentality is, oh, you get a 30 ft go officer safety. They're the guys with the Kevlar vests, the years of training, the unlimited backup. They're the guys with the dogs, the helicopters, the cruisers, all the equipment, the guns, and they're the ones who are scared of us. That tells you everything you need to know about Mckin, Texas, or any other police or sheriff's department. All right, that's the lay of the land. They're filming a traffic stop. Oh, he looks even worse. Okay, pink camera magic. Uh, James is out. Cool. Uh, do you have a link? Pink camera. Let us know. >> Way back there. And then he kept burning his mouth. I told him to shut up. Right now, guys, argue Not yet. I think I don't want. >> Okay, guys. Um, >> hold on. Hold on one second. Get that. >> All right, guy. Hold guys, hold on one second. I I've got James on the line. He's trying to uh fix a Bluetooth problem, >> but we're going to try to get him on right now just so he can let us know what's going on. Pink Camera Magic, I really appreciate you being out there and giving us the latest updates. Are are you good, James? >> Yeah, I was on the Bluetooth in the van. There's four people in here, so >> No, that's okay. I got you live right now. Can you can you just kind of let us know what happened step by step and just uh what happened with you in jail and what they did and when you got out? >> Yeah, man. Uh this this was a wild one, Brian. Um so, can you turn it down? It's echoing big time in my um so uh sorry they were watching it too. Yeah. So me and Pink were were recording this uh traffic stop. As soon as we walk up, as soon as we walk up, the cop starts giving directives about, "Hey, step back. Step back." It was one of those cops where no matter where you stood, you could have stood 500 ft back and he would have told you, "Take two more steps or I'll arrest you." It wouldn't have mattered if we were one foot or 100 feet. That's how that's how this guy's mentality was. Right away, step back. Step back. He tells Pink to step back. Then he sees me walk up, tells me to step back. I ask him, "Hey, where where are they? Where do you want me to stand?" Tells me exactly where to stand, which is just ridiculous. But I obey anyways because I don't want to get arrested on this stupid traffic stop. And I can tell he's a psychopath. So, I just obey him. And I walk to where he tells me to stand. And he keeps running his mouth. And I said, "Shut up." And he said, "You could be arrested for that." I said, "For what?" "For telling me to shut up." I said, "You really, man?" And so, uh, he goes back in his car and he starts doing his stuff again. I'm still recording him. He comes back out of his car to go hand the guy the ticket. He goes, "Thank you for obeying orders." And I go, "Shut up." And that was the that was the point where he decided he was going to arrest me. It was the second time I told him, "Shut up." >> Now, the the the context is you and Pink Camera Magic are just out there to film and record this traffic stop, right? There was nothing else. >> No. Yeah, nothing else. We were on our way to another job. We were on our way to um actually we were we were going to go do a >> I needed to do a um interview with uh Otto the Watchdog um about some of his cases that he's done. So, we were doing a documentary on some of his stuff. So, that's what we were on our way to. And on our way from the hotel to there, we saw this traffic stop and just, hey, let's go film this real quick. And that was why like we didn't care to I didn't care to be like no I don't have to back up. Like that wasn't what we were there for today, you know. >> But >> so after after they arrested you, how long did you have to stay in jail? Did they fingerprint you? What happened when you got to the station? >> Yeah. So when he first arrested me, I I was holding a $6,000 >> out actually until like >> he was he was saying we're taking that. God damn it. Hey, can you turn the the [ __ ] I mean the freaking Sorry, turn the stereo off. It keeps on turning back on. >> Active phone call. >> Oh, >> do it now. >> I'm sorry, Brian. It keeps on reconnecting to my Bluetooth. >> You're good. >> Um, so I'm sorry. What were you saying? >> Uh, just what happened to you when they when they drove you to the station? Did they fingerprint you? Were you subjected to a body cavity search or what? >> I'm sorry. They let me out of the van. What did you ask again? I'm sorry. >> That's okay. After you got arrested and they put you in the cruiser and took you to the station, what happened then? Did you Did you get fingerprint? >> First off, they tried to steal my $6,000 camera and I told him, "Dude, that's that's six grand. That's my livelihood. Um, my job is is to document stuff. Like, so you think you're going to steal my livelihood? Like, I don't know, man. You Anyways, I convinced him to take the memory cards out of the camera and only steal the memory cards and my cell phone rather than stealing about a total of $7,000 worth of stuff. Um, so then he went and gave my camera to Pink. So, they take me to the jail and the whole time I get him in the back seat to admit and I see the camera on me blinking. The camera's on. I asked him multiple times, "Hey, at what point did you decide that I was interfering?" Because he said, "I'm under arrest for interfering." On the way there, I said, "Hey, at what point did you decide I I was interfering?" He says, "It was when you told me to shut up." >> Really? >> I got him I got him to rearticulate it and repeat it three times over. >> Was his body cam on when when you answered that question? >> Yeah. And the the camera inside of the car pointing at me was on. >> Nice. >> Both all the cameras inside of the car were on. Um, so he articulated multiple times at the point where you told me to shut up now. And then I said, "Bro, I I followed all your orders. I went exactly where you told me to go." He says, "No, you didn't." But you see in the video, he actually says as he's about to walk up to the car, "Thank you for obeying my orders. Thank you for complying and obeying my orders." And uh and then I tell him, "Shut up again." So, um, so yeah, I went to get booked in and I told him the whole time I'm like, "Dude, you can you're you're messing up and you can undo this at any time. What you're doing is wrong." And at any point, you could, you know, asked him, "Hey, why don't you just be reasonable, man? You really want to do this? Give me a sight of release. You know, you're just making this as bad as you possibly can." They didn't want to do anything reasonable. Took me all the way to the jail. His sergeant came in, confirmed. His sergeant confirmed, "No, that's a good arrest. we can definitely arrest you for saying shut up. Uh his partner came in and he was a real piece of garbage. Uh none of them were human. They're all soulless. Um, so they uh they booked me in, but then the jail started getting phone calls and people started gathering outside and they put the they put the entire jail on lockdown, shoved everyone else in cells and bumped me in front of everyone to get me processed because they so desperately wanted me out of that jail and all those people out from uh the front of the the front entrance. Um, >> what peri what period of time transpired from the time you were booked in to the time you were released? >> Uh, I'm not entirely sure. I think I was arrested around 11 and I think I got out at I I I it might have been 6 or 7. Um, which the all the jailers were telling me, dude, I don't know what who you are or what you are, but I've never seen this before. >> He said that. >> Huh? He said, "I don't know who you are or what you are." >> Multiple jailers. So, when I got into, they actually booked me into a into a a general population, gave me a cell, everything. He's like, "I don't know what they're doing with you, man. I have never seen this before. I've never seen someone get processed so quick. I've never seen him book them in. Never seen him give him special treatment. They called up there and said, "Hey, give this guy as many phone calls as he wants. Get him out." >> You got You got to fully request all those body cams. That would be excellent footage. >> Yeah, they and and I don't know like, you know, there's part of me that that that assumes that that wants to hope that maybe somebody inside of that jail who was up at the top top saw what happened and said this is BS. But I was and so I was being really cool with them too, like everyone. And I'm just being how I am with normal real people who don't, you know, take life, liberty, and property. I was treating them like they're human, you know, >> right? And and a lot of the jail staff, the nurse, they're like, "Wow, it's so refreshing to have someone just smiling and happy and and I'm like, "Yeah, yeah, no, it's just chatting it up with them." They're like, "Wow, you're so nice. Why did they do this to you?" I'm like, "Well, cuz they're terrorists." Um, but at the point after I saw the magistrate and she told me that she didn't even look for probable cause and that all she was looking for is whether or not I was a flight risk when I I was like, "Wait, you didn't even look for probable cause? That's not what we do here, she said. And at that point, I got mad and I went back out and all of the the jail staff is there and they've all been nice to me and I've all been nice and I've been nice to them. I said, you know what? I'm I started cussing. I'm not going to cuss. I know you don't cuss on your show, but I started cussing at them. Like, you know what? This is BS. This is effing garbage. You guys all pretend that that it's nobody. They're like, it's not our fault. We didn't do it. You guys all pretend it's not your fault. None of this could happen if every single one of you didn't do your job. If you didn't fingerprint me, if you didn't do this, if you didn't do that, you all know what you're doing is wrong. And not a single one of you will stand up and do something about it right now. Send me out the door. No, we can't do that. I said, "Look, I've been compliant. So, what are you going to do if I just flop on the floor right now and make you carry me everywhere from here on out?" And and and one of the uh one of the guards is like, "I'm off at 6. I ain't even going to touch you." He says at 6:00 I clock out and I don't care after that. Uh so I didn't flop on the floor, but I um then saw him walking back to the to the cell and and I was like, "Man, you don't have any problem with this?" And he's like, "You know what? I'm just getting paid." He said, "The truth is though, if we didn't have people coming through the jail, it's it's job security for me. If people weren't coming through, I wouldn't have a job." >> There you go. >> There you go. No. >> Yeah. So, I mean, yeah. >> Incentiv incentivized to terrorize. I don't know if you know it, but McKenna, Texas, uh, Facebook page, the police Facebook page, uh, they've got a release about you. Did you read it? >> I did. Uh, somebody read it to me as soon as I got out. >> Okay. >> I heard they're getting eaten alive on there, though. >> Oh, big time. It's already got just on this one post 95 comments and there's tons of other comments on other posts that they put up there. >> Oh, share it around guys. Take that post, share it on your socials, share it on your YouTube, your Facebook, share it everywhere, man. >> What What are your planning to sue? >> Uh I don't know. Like I don't like fighting government. I don't like being involved in their system. I only want to make videos showing people that they're terrorists. I I don't want to play there. There's no win, right? I I go and fight charge. You You know, but a lot of people don't. I think there's no win, man. Like this cop that put his hands on me today. He'll do it again tomorrow because he's never going to face any consequences. He's not going to get hurt. He's not going to go to jail. He's not going to be prosecuted. There's abs I mean, you talk about lawsuits or whatever. I mean, the taxpayer will pay a little bit of money maybe, right? What's the initial as long as >> what's the what's the initial arresting cop's name? Do you know? >> I don't recall. I'll have to look. It's um on the video that you're watching from Pink. I know that his she gets a good close-up of his name badge. >> So, you'll be able to grab it off of there. >> Okay. >> Um but yeah, I mean I I might if I can get a lawyer to do all the work for me cuz I don't want to play in their system. Um, but and I think more importantly though, people need to I wish people would recognize like there there's no there's no win here. As long as these cops aren't in prison for doing this guy belongs in prison. >> Yes. >> Like like if I did to anybody what this guy did to me, I got mad at you, Brian, cuz you told me to shut up and I take you and you're a lot bigger than me, so ain't going to work. But I'm going to try. Right. First off, I'm going to try to put my hands on you and tie you up. First off, you're going to beat the crap out of me. you're going to defend yourself. But let's say I do get, you know, I got five or six buddies and I do tie you up and I do take you to a a place and lock you up for five or six hours. Um, you know, and and treat you like garbage. You know, that's a pretty big deal. Most people would call me an absolute psychopath. You know, they, you know, what kind of person would do that? That's just you're demented. You're sick. >> Um, but when these people do it, it's just I mean, it's just so widely accepted. It's it the reality is though it's sick. Um so I I mean yeah. So I I don't know man. I'm tired of getting hemmed up for for recording cops though. Well, what I was saying before uh we talked before I called you is that if there was ever a time for a cop to shine and show that he is a hero and a warrior and an upholder of rights in the community, it would be when somebody in the community has a camera on him and he'd be like, heck, he'd be stoked. He'd be like, this is my opportunity to shine before a potentially global audience and they can't even do that. >> Yeah. Yeah. You know, I record it. There's another aspect to this too that every cop involved in that, there ain't no way as a human being, neither you or I, you know, first of all, we wouldn't wear a uniform. But if we were in that position, that we would ever put our hands on a guy, if we didn't know exactly what crime he commit, and if we we aren't convinced that the person we're about to put our hands on actually committed a crime, we wouldn't put our hands on him. >> Absolutely. Yep. I was I was talking to one of the cops, the cop who arrested me, his partner came into the jail, and he was chatting with me. I like their boots, by the way, and talked it up with them. Oh, and told him, you know, no, it's all right. It's all right, guys. No big deal. You know, um cuz I I get I get very Stockholm syndromey. Uh, wait a minute. Well, I've realized, man, once they've got you and you're you're in their um you're in their basement, you know, like if I took you and you remember Silence of the Lambs where where the guy kidnaps the women and he puts them in the well and they start trying to do what they can to comply and make it as easy as possible on themselves, right? >> Yeah. Yep. >> That's what I do. I go Silence of the L I put the [ __ ] I put the freaking lotion on the skin, you know? >> Let me let me let me leave this up for you, partner. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Um and and so, you know, I I but I kind of try to take jabs at him while I'm at it, too, though. No, no, man. It's cool. You're a good guy. You're a good guy. But then I try to talk to him about But you realize why you're not a good guy, right? You realize why you're actually a scummy piece of garbage. Um >> well like like you said you you told that cop at any time this guy could just disengage and uh employ that officer discretion we always hear about and they just won't do it. >> Yep. Sure. At any point any of them. >> All right. So did they was there a bail? Did you have to post bail or how did that work? >> Yeah. I went before a magistrate and and she said uh I don't know. She started running her stupid mouth and and uh um said something about, "Oh, I'm looking at your history and blah blah blah." And I said, "Did you did you look at the charging affidavit and see if there's probable cause for the arrest?" And she goes, "I don't do that. I just decide whether or not you're a flight risk and whether or not you make enough money to make bond." And I said, "Wait, wait a second. So, you tell me you didn't check if there's probable cause or not?" I guess someone live streamed that, by the way. I don't know where it's at, but and uh and then she corrects herself and goes, "Oh, no, no, no, no, no. I found probable cause." But at first she told me, "No, we don't do that here. We just we just see if you have money to give us and if we think you might run away. That's it. We don't we don't check to see if the arrest was lawful, if there was probable cause, if you committed a crime. We just want to see if you got money." >> So, what did they shake you down for to get you out? >> Well, she said, "Well, since you didn't fill out any of the financial I I didn't I refused to fill out any paperwork. you didn't tell us how much money you make and this and that, so I'm going to charge you $2,500." And I said, "Well, I hope nobody pays that because you guys are, you know, I hope nobody gives you guys any money." Um, because I did kind of want to stay in there and make them release me without without the ransom money. >> Yeah. >> Here's the problem, though. The whole jail was on lockdown for five or six hours. Every single person in there was seld up for five or six hours because I was there. And what's what's the reason for the lockdown? Were they Were they afraid that there would be some kind of uprising or what? >> They Yeah, they said they said that it was based on people being out front. >> Interesting. >> Recording and protesting, which is really BS, right? It really is like they weren't a threat. They knew that. Um so yeah, that but that's why everybody has to be punished and be in their cells instead of in the common areas. Like that doesn't actually make any sense, man. Um So, so all these people have been locked in their cells all day. I'm in a pod with 70 people and I can hear people whispering, words getting around, "Why have we been locked down all day?" It's because of that guy right there. >> Who is he? What is he? >> Yeah. I love that. >> And I And I heard one guy walking by. He's like, "I don't know. I guess that dude's famous." And so they lock down the jail or something. For real. But but at the same that makes me really unsafe, right? Like there's 70 people in there. Some of them are not criminals at all. Some of them are, you know, almost none of them have been convicted, but some of them are actually criminals. And someone would be happy to bash my skull in for making them sit in their cell for 5 hours. And so at first I was like, "Yeah, don't bomb me out, guys." And I get back in there and I start seeing everybody looking at me. I'm like, "Now go ahead. Bomb me out, guys." Well, it's a good thing that those cops are filled with respect, integrity, service, and excellence. Could you imagine how bad it would turn out if they didn't have that in them? >> Yeah. >> I'm I'm read I'm reading the side of his patrol vehicle right now. >> Yeah. Um I I guess someone went down to their lobby, too, and they've got um a constitution posted in their lobby. >> The whole thing is just so ridiculous, man. You can't even make this stuff up. All right, man. I'm glad you're out. I'm glad you're safe. Um, anything we can do for you? I'm going to go and post your cash app and your PayPal. You got any words for anybody out in the audience? >> Uh, yeah. I got to say thank thank you guys. Um, I I got pushed through there really really quick and that was actually because of everybody on the outside. Um, you know, they they really wanted me out of there. It's because of you guys. So, everybody who showed up, everybody who was calling, and uh everybody who's had my back, man. and you as well, Brian. It's I don't know. It's uh I haven't really been through an arrest like this in a long time. And it was Man, it felt really good to have so many people behind me come outside and see like 20 people out there. Uh I can't I really can't thank you guys enough. It makes it it lightens the burden a lot. >> Well, we're glad you're out, man, and we're glad you're safe and everything went well. You uh enjoy time with the family tonight and sleep well. >> All right. Hey, thanks, Brian. >> All right, brother. Take care. Bye. Guys, I am so encouraged about how we can stick together in times of people's needs. This it's just super humb humbling. Let me just read real quick the Facebook post from the community page on the community police department um site. It says, "We're aware of the public attention surrounding the public attention." Can you imagine the outcry? This already has 95. It's got a,000 comments now. We're aware of the public attention surrounding a recent arrest involving an individual recording a traffic stop. Texas law allows people like allow like they're the parents to record. No, you're free. You are free to record or you're not. This is the land of the free, home of the brave or it isn't. Texas law allows people to record officers in public as long as it doesn't interfere with their duties. Texas Penal Code 38:15. Citizens, you're not a citizen. You're a free man or woman on the land. May also record their own interactions with the officers under this Texas Penal Code. Officers have a duty to ensure while this cop is shaking somebody down, threatening them, terrorizing them. This armed BA bandit, this road pirate is extorting them. James and pink camera magic walk up to offer the people what the people want and that is transparency for from the McKini Police Department. Offers uh officers have a duty to ensure each encounter is safe and controlled. If someone's actions interfere with that ability, officers may take lawful enforcement action, including arrest. Transparency and accountability remain our priority. That is freaking BS. First comment has 79 likes. For officer safety when they're the ones with the guns. Amen. Jennifer says over 30 ft away and he said shut up. Sounds like the officer got his feelings hurt. A gang protecting a member of their of their gang. Shocking. Looks safe to me. Texas is becoming California. And that's another thing. You would think if if you were if you were safe in any state in the union, it would be Texas. But it does look like Texas is even worse on some level than California as far as how tyrannical the police department is. Released the camera footage where he was in back of the patrol car when the officer admitted he arrested him for telling him to shut up. I really hope that gets foyer requested because that needs to be seen by every single American and everybody around the world. Guys, I appreciate you tuning in. I I have left James PayPal link and his Cash App link under this video. When this video gets done rendering, I'll make sure that I pin it in the top comment. So, if you want to support James, you can. But I am grateful to you guys. I know James is grateful to you guys. I know James' family is grateful to you guys. You guys rock. You totally came through. None of us is greater than all of us. Remember, the price of freedom is now and will always be eternal vigilance. And indifference to this notion is the means by which the people have and will secure their own oppression. Let's stop securing our own oppression and let's start today. I will see you guys in the next video.
