sir welcome back to the here's the deal Channel fellow perpetrators we now have the Ohio State Highway Patrol body camera footage of news Nation reporter Evan Lambert being taken to the ground because he dared to be in this gymnasium with other quote unquote journalists in corporate media trying to cover a story about that trained derailment that happened in Ohio and they were trying to listen to what Governor Mike dewine said but here it is right here I'm going to go ahead and roll this the first 30 seconds is silent of course until the body cam audio kicks in but I would really like to know with this officer this let's see does he have stripes on him he has some kind of this this bald-headed guy with the fatigues on the Army fatigues he starts getting really it looks like he gets belligerent with this Lambert guy he starts pushing him looks like he lays his hand on him one of the Troopers has to get in between him and Lambert look at this he's got his hand on his chest being belligerent and again what's interesting look in the upper right hand right here there it says be safe be kind how about be a surf and be compliant that's really how the law enforcement agents are acting here be a surf be compliant do what we say leave the building we know that you're here doing journalism but you know we don't want you to be here now go now before you can go to jail sir you want to go to jail do you want to go to jail do you understand how quickly our lawyers will get mad I don't care let's talk outside foreign please you guys think it's a national park I did not do this see it doesn't matter that he's a national correspondent doesn't matter if he works for a news Nation doesn't matter if he worked for CNN or Fox News he's an individual who has a camera who has a right to be there because it's a public interest story and he's there for the public and these public servants have no right to lay their hands on somebody who's there to exercise their first amendment rights period news Nation it's all being recorded right now because you can't talk to people about doing their jobs oh my God I cannot believe this this is horrible this is what it's like to be a black reporter I'm so sorry Evan I'm sorry thank you Sia I love her sir and not one cop is there again not one cop is on the scene because we always hear about the good cops there's so many good cops there's just a few bad apples spoiling the whole bunch but there's all these good cops no good cop around to say hold on a second why are we removing him from the building why did you go Hands-On why did you put them on the ground why are you restricting his freedom of speech I gotta know because I'm not an order follower I'm gonna ask questions but you can't do that because you got to be an order follower because that's what that job necessitates that's what that profession is all about they just go along to get along and then there's this group mentality and when they get together you're really in trouble thank you very much Evan I'm sorry we have anyone out here you got to record all that I did Sir you want me to shut off no you can keep recording we just need to make sure that you want me to shut it off they should never ever be allowed to to shut it off as a matter of fact there shouldn't even be a shut off Button as soon as they take it off the charger it should run continuously they shouldn't be able to turn off the audio they shouldn't be able to turn off the video they shouldn't be able to redact it in post-production if it's if it's a body Cam and it's on a law enforcer that thing should run until that guy is done at the end of his shift going back to recharge it and upload whatever information that he recorded that that night like for folks coming in yeah okay all right just stay here for right now okay yes sir thank you [Applause] what's that are you coming in for yeah uh press I'm live right now on TED Talk is covered in the governor okay thank you he can come in but the other guy can't foreign he just warned his fellow officer ham recording don't do anything weird don't uh you know don't say something that that might be a little off color that we might get scrutinized don't remember don't forget we're recording you know to watch your feet p's and q's thank you no guns allowed that's a it's a constitution-free zone right there no guns along unless you're unless you're law enforcement there's no guns allowed so in that place there's not a First Amendment right for certain people there's not a right to you know keep and bear arms and the law enforcers will make sure that they uphold those unconstitutional laws come on I haven't seen this yet so I don't know what's going on next looks like he turned it off and turned it back on because there's no audio should not be allowed to turn it off and turn it back on the public should have every piece of information that's recorded on that device the public will edit it if the public wants to edit it because usually they'll edit out the things that we need to see because it makes them look better when it shouldn't all right I wish we could hear what he's saying come on what the heck is he saying we need audio man usually it kicks on by now he's got his audio off wish I could read lips so news now Nation or news Nation report here we go we had we've been waiting before we were up there we had a live shot scheduled to report at 5 15. okay that's locked in stone so coincidence all coincidence the governor literally walks out at 5 50. it's the worst possible time in the world okay but we can there's nothing that we can do about that he's he's committed to doing his live show he's got people talking to him he doesn't know about whether he needs to talk about it okay but let me let me let me let me stop it yeah let me stop I'm just I'm so reasoning why I understand that the reason why he is where he is he was told to leave he refused to leave okay then the building superintendent comes over and says I don't want you here okay the cop should have said if the building's superintendent why do you want him to leave but you don't want them to leave over there that's what the cop should have said if they're going to be honest mediators which they're not but if they were going to pretend to be honest mediators they would ask the building superintendent why do you want him to leave what did he do why is he being trespassed what thing did he do wrong that causes you to want to get him out of this building because if he didn't do anything wrong we're not removing him because if we have to remove him for doing what he's doing then we have to remove them for doing what they're doing but cops aren't Fair I can't speak to that um just because law enforcement tells you to leave doesn't mean you have to leave I mean what are they going to tell you to leave because hey you don't weigh enough or you're the wrong color or we don't like your shirt I mean where sky's the limit when they start coming up with these arbitrary rules the only way a person who's supposed to be in the capacity of a public servant should be empowered to tell you to leave is if you have done something wrong if you've bothered somebody if you've threatened somebody somebody if you've stolen something if you've damaged somebody's property and refused to pay for it otherwise why are you telling this guy to leave but you're not telling everybody else to leave there's no equity in that I just I thought I might just be able to give you some insight and I understand now I understand you guys haven't gone it's just I get it but but when you're told to step out and you can get to the point where the building superintendent's coming over and saying you need to leave I understand it um what if the building superintendent said hey you law enforcement we don't want you law enforcers here you guys need to leave bet they wouldn't leave oh you Governor you need to leave you know the people who really need to be there the people who are actually exercising the right to Freedom press so that they can get out the truth or what they perceive as truth to the general public who's concerned about all these toxins being spewed into the Ohio air because of that train derailment Columbia County Jail thank you I got a real issue with the inequity of this whole thing and I got a real issue with I mean be be safe and be kind be a surf and comply and over here it says be responsible be responsible be reasonable the very things that the cops showed themselves not to be in this right here the very thing that that the school superintendent showed himself not to be nobody's asking any questions nobody has dusted off their critical thinking to find out what in the heck is going on here because it sure looks like you violated a man's rights to exercise his right to freedom of press leave your thoughts about this for the world and the global thought police in the
