of wait for it a girl with a camera they closed everything because they think that filming is illegal please protect all your personal I'm not after anyone's personal information I am talking please cure all your info so that it cannot be picked up on film gentlemen ladies at the desks who know what to do down lock it up now cops will be called they're trying to violate My First Amendment right and I'm not gonna let you violate my fourth and threats and intimidation practices will be deployed it's kind of a fun for the whole family tyrannical style Extravaganza right here in Allentown so stay tuned yeah yeah I don't think so that's not a real sign has no law statute let's try this again ma'am yeah excuse me you cannot come in here you just walk past two signs yeah there's no Lawler statute on there it's a constitutionally protected activity sir yes it is no this is the DMV our taxes pay for that building for driver's license center right taxes and stuff don't count if you if you refuse to stop filming we're going to shut operations down and we'll call the police why because we don't allow filming here because there's a lot of private documents out this is a public information that's being exchanged I'm not getting anyone's personal information sir how do you know because that's um because I know what I'm doing in the background I'm not getting anyone's personal information sir I'm here to can I ask you one more time but please stop filming are you here to have anything good this is my business sir are you here to have any business conducted yes this is my business okay jump into The Fray without any kind of knowledge of what's going on and beg Riot girl to leave also okay okay what you get like 10 minutes so I get my ID and go on my way please they're not supposed statute attached to that which makes it unlawful and law enforcement can't enforce an unlawful sign it would have to have a law or statute right here because it's a public building it's not a public building private building there no no DMV is private they're all public that's why there's that's why there's people in here that's right there's a bathroom in here it's a public no this is not a private sector sure this is the public sector like do you realize I'm all the way back here I can't zoom in to get anybody's information smarter than that I'm not here for that I'm not disrupting business I'm not talking loud I'm not getting in anyone's way I have a question yeah since there's no more work being done or nothing is there any way you can let me get my ID and then start filming again because like I just want to get my ID like I drove mad for it to get here I know I did too I did too so like you can just come back in and get the cops should be here in like one second they really will like aren't you worried you're gonna arrest your time no because the law like the first amendment covers this on Free Press right and we're allowed to take film anywhere where like our tax dollars pay this guy is literally asking a person who has nothing to do with opening or closing this department to please let him conduct his business this is how easy it is to mentally disarm people who lack the ability to think critically but he was just saying something about like if anybody in here says they don't want to be filmed right you would have to stop filming if you don't no there's no expectation of privacy in public all right because I seem to think of there says no there's no filming in the places yeah they gotta have a law or a statute attach that for law enforcement to be able to enforce it like that sign could be it could say whites only oh okay you know what I mean law enforcement can't enforce it all right oh there are signs everywhere and must obey or were bad on and then he made a big announcement that she's filming everyone hide your information and we're shutting everything down they're not allowed to do that they're not allowed to research uh refuse service like that you know what I mean they're protecting people's privacy I know but I'm not after that the signage of this but the signage isn't lawful it has to have a ball I'm an independent because disorderly conduct is against I'm not being disorderly and I'm investigating that currently okay what is your first name why do I have to give you my information I don't understand that's a violation of my Fourth Amendment right circumcision of my ID I'm investigating a crime I haven't committed a crime sir okay and that's for me to do if you're investigating that's fine but you don't need my name unless you're gonna write out a report but even then you could just call me good citizen I mean you don't need to fight what will giving you my name do for you we have to identify who you are right if I get charged with disorderly conduct that's going to be illegal because I haven't been disorderly and this is that First Amendment right in a constitutionally protected activity sir and both you guys swore an oath to uphold the Constitution right yeah I'm just saying there's no filming there's no law attached sir did you did you speak to someone else who's in charge of asking permission to film I don't have to ask permission to film in a building that I help pay for okay the government building right which means it's a federal and it's public they can't ask me to leave sir it's a public building business because no no I don't know what you're doing with that film no they don't know who anybody in there is Sir there could be a murderer right there and we don't know there could be somebody with a gun and we don't know you're not gonna let me talk either so I'm not sure what to do you've spoken I'm not done yet go ahead okay are you finished I don't know what that means are you finished yes sir okay okay so they post aside saying no correct but the songs are not liable they're for law enforcement can't enforce them and I haven't been distortedly I have it on camera and I will show you I stand in the back very far away it's an iPhone 11.
