extract an ID from not only you but from everybody in the vehicle because he thinks it's his right under qualified immunity but what enabled him in his mind in his little p brain mind would enable him and his partner to pull these guys over it was Terry V Ohio that gives them the right to violate your Fourth Amendment right to be secure in your person's houses papers and facts and in the minds of most cops Terry View Ohio gives them the right to trample virtually every one of your rights and now they can operate under qualified immunity they're not going to suffer any consequences for being a bunch of bogus turd nerdles I've committed a crime or you suspect or you can articulate a crime that I have committed or about to commit sir okay oh believe really it's even more than that they need probable cause they don't need just reasonable articulable suspicion that comes from Cherry V Ohio they need probable cause that comes from the Fourth Amendment and they're there as law enforcers enforcers of the law what is one of the laws that they're supposed to enforce the Fourth Amendment which which really is the checks and balances on them it keeps them from violating your rights it ensures that you have rights and that nobody can trample those rights but that's not the mentality of these cops the mentality of these cops is hey you guys are the peasants even though we call ourselves the public servants we operate under the level of hey you guys are peasants and we are the Masters we're the overlords we are your rulers I'm a specialist I'm a specialist oh you are a right to make every single person in this in this vehicle unsafe and insecure in your person's houses papers and effects in violation of the oath that I swore to protect defend and uphold you came to Bobby Streisand how are you sir how are you doing well man I can't complain if I did you wouldn't want to hear that what's uh what do you mean by improper lane use I was in the center lane yes before the intersection and West you went over and you hit the solid yellow line and and guys that is easy to do how many times have you been driving especially for long distances and maybe you're changing your radio or just you know just something happens you're just daydreaming or whatever and you just hit the yellow line how many times have you seen cops do that and they're gonna sit here and be nitpicky and they're gonna take that as an opportunity to execute their Road piracy and exact economic tyranny on somebody because they touch the magic yellow line not doing anything it's unsafe not putting anybody in Jeopardy but this is their opportunity to kaching kaching to increase the coppers of the state so they can get another Cruiser so they can extract more money out of you so they can make you insecure not only in your rights but insecure in your pocketbook they want it's extract your money your hard-earned money because they are power tripping and telling us the whole time they not paying for it they're just driving down the road as Americans do as Americans have the right have the freedom not permission they have the freedom to do and these guys are molesting their travel this is a fireable offense guys and we need to sensitize ourselves to the fact that anytime they pull you over anytime they attempt to trampoline your rights they should at the very least be fired but stopped me from a cracked windshield nope it gave me a warning but he didn't see cracked windshield until they pulled us over so what we got here is we've got guys who have a profession where they
