The reason I stopped you is because you were honking at me and following at an unsafe distance. >> No, I wasn't. >> Okay. Do you have your driver's license on you? >> I sure don't. You're cheap as hell coming down here whether I got call them or your fat ass is bringing them down here. You have no business pulling me over. You I didn't do nothing wrong. I was behind you. >> HE'S [screaming] NOW GOT his child stepping out of the car to scream FOR HELP. >> HELP! >> BUT, YOU DON'T have to do that. >> Cops have a lot of power over the lives of regular people. Think about it. With a single false charge or a false report, which they're writing all the time, they can literally make your life a living hell. And I don't know if you've thought about this, but what's the worst, most evil thing that a cop could do to a parent? Call government services on their children, which is exactly what America's Sheriff Mark Lamb would do. >> I would call CPS for the child. That's what I would do. I think CPS needs to be involved with this type of behavior and parenting. >> Now, I got to tell you right up front, I don't like Joel. He's probably a bad neighbor. He appears to be unstable. He looks like he's a control freak. He might be a bad parent. He might be a domestic abuser. Seems like his elevator got stuck somewhere in the basement. He's got no de-escalation skills, and Joel is kind of a liar. >> She's got me [clears throat] by the throat! >> Joel. >> SHE'S GOT ME BY THE THROAT! >> TRY AND >> SHE'S GOT ME BY THE THROAT! >> STOP. >> SHE'S GOT ME BY THE THROAT! [screaming] >> JOEL, NOBODY'S GOT YOU BY THE THROAT. >> SHE'S GOT ME BY THE THROAT! >> COME TO THINK OF IT, no de-escalation skills, liar, domestic abuser, unstable, control freak, Joel displays all the signs of being the ideal prospect for the profession of law enforcement. But, Joel does have a saving grace as he berates this female officer. He's not a cop. Therefore, there's still hope for him. Now, I covered this video when it first came out, but today we're going to go over the inside baseball view because we get the commentary and mentality of former Sheriff of Pinal County, Mark Lamb. At the end of this video, you don't have to guess that these people are psychotic. You're going to know they're psychotic. And I'm talking about every single one of them from the top to the bottom. Make no mistake, a stream can rise no higher than its source. Let's watch this commentary by former Sheriff Mark Lamb, and we'll make some comments along the way. >> Pull over. Get out of the car and scream for help. Scream for help. >> He's now got his child stepping out of the car to scream for help. >> Help! >> But you don't have to do that. >> All right, everybody, welcome back. We got another video for you. This one comes from Midwest Safety, and it is pulling over the police doesn't end well. Uh I haven't seen it. Let's go. >> to the curb for a civilian following behind honking their horn and flashing their lights constantly. After the civilian passes, the officer initiates a traffic stop. The insanity that follows is something the officer could have never expected. >> I stopped you is because you were honking at me and following at an unsafe distance. >> no, I wasn't. >> Okay. Okay, do you have your driver's license on you? >> Okay. Now, the reason she pulled him over, let's just get this down. You were honking at me, which is not against the law. It's not a violation of any constitutional precept, and you were following too close, which is very subjective, and you she never says how close is too close, and never actually articulates the regulation that governs that. >> I sure don't. 23 town, who's that come back to? You better call your [ __ ] chief right now, you [ __ ] >> Oh, okay. >> Well, I have the right to [ __ ] pull you over. You were on the phone >> No, he doesn't have the right to pull her over and in many cases, for example, in the state of Arizona, the hands-free law that says you can't use your phone while you're driving, there are exceptions for police officers. Now, I'm not saying she was on it for the right reasons or wrong reasons, I don't know, but what I can tell you is there are carve-outs in that law for that. >> And you were >> Carve-outs in the law, that means rules for thee, but not for me. See my shiny badge? See my pleasing uniform? Well, I don't have to abide by the laws that I'm going to stick you with. >> We're doing something wrong. >> So, you were So, you were trying to pull me over? >> Did you see Did you see the lights flashing? >> Okay. Sounds good. >> Get your [ __ ] chief on the phone. >> No. He's not coming. >> Yeah, yeah. >> And you're not free to leave. >> Yeah. >> I'm sorry, com center, can you go ahead? >> Your chief is coming down here whether I got called them or your fat [ __ ] ass is bringing them down here. >> Oh. Who is this guy? >> for another one, but I'll take one. He's refusing to identify himself. >> I'm asking for your supervisor. >> Who is this woman who pulled this guy over for no reason, Mark? Okay, you don't just get to ask for the supervisor. Let's just get this misconception out there. >> What? >> Just cuz you asked for a supervisor doesn't mean that we got to bring one down there. Most people should Sergeants are too busy to come down and deal with everybody who asks for a supervisor. >> Oh, yeah, they're too busy with all that criminal activity. They're not fabricating criminals out of innocent people under corporate traffic law or drug laws, are they, Mark? They wouldn't dream of going out there and depriving people of their rights under the color of these laws, would they? >> That's not something you typically get. Where we'll call down a supervisor is when we know this is going to be like a handful and we want to make sure our sergeant sees everything and knows everything was kosher in this whole deal. >> Kosher? Oh my god. >> Supervisor can come down but not my chief. >> Your supervisor is going to come here? >> Okay. >> Cuz you have no business pulling me over. >> Okay. But you were trying to pull me over. >> I I didn't do nothing wrong. I was behind you. Can you determine from your mirrors what's safe? Cuz this says right here that may appear to be closer than they appear. >> 10-4, do we have any recent contacts with it? >> Stand by. >> Confirming you said one feeling to identify? >> 10-4, the driver is >> 10-4. >> Scream for help. Get out of the car and scream for help. >> The driver is talking to his own child who's also in the vehicle. >> Scream for help. Scream for help. >> He's now got his child stepping out of the car to scream for help. >> Help! [screaming] Buddy, you don't have to do that. >> Okay. >> I just noticed there's a graveyard across the street. Screaming to the dead. >> He's going to do it because you're not going >> Help! >> Oh, man. >> Help! Help! Help! >> He's actually requesting a supervisor now. If one is available. >> That's not your supervisor. >> Nope, he's on his way. >> Okay. >> We can just >> Sit here and wait for him. >> Now he's going to Now he's going to get arrested in front of his dad in front of his son. Look, he's got to get out of the car. >> Wait a minute. Why would he be arrested in front of his son, Mark? What crime did he commit? What victim did he create? What would be the justification for arresting this guy? You wouldn't happen to have this mentality because you're a tyrant, would you? >> Pennsylvania V. Men's. He's got to get out of the car. >> Because he's got to. The Supreme Court, the black-robed tyrants of the Supreme Court said this is the way it has to be, even though they disregard the Fourth Amendment right to be secure in your person, you got to do it because the supreme law of the land wears dresses, black dresses, and we have to obey them. We're just order followers. We're just doing what we're told. Hey, I'm sorry. I didn't write Pennsylvania versus Mims, but I am damn sure going to enforce it. >> So, and he's got to show ID. Both of those factors may end up getting this guy arrested. >> Which are non-crimes. It's not a crime to not get out of your vehicle. It's not a crime to stay in your vehicle. It's not a crime to not show your ID to some badge tyrant who pulled you over for no reason. It's not a crime. >> Cuz you were doing something illegal. I wasn't. I was behind you. >> Okay. >> Honking my horn at you is not illegal. I'm allowed to honk my horn all I want. >> Okay. Sounds good. >> This guy. What a jackwagon. >> Yeah, this guy. I could totally see Sam Adams and Thomas Paine doing this right here to the redcoats. >> Help! >> Oh, you don't like my horn? HOW ABOUT THIS? >> [screaming] >> HELP! SIR, DO YOU WANT ME >> FOR ALL WE KNOW, THOMAS Jefferson did that, you know, some some version of that before he wrote the Declaration of Independence. Mark. >> Do you want me to explain the law to you? Or do you want my supervisor to? >> The law of I was honking my horn at you. >> No, that you have to identify yourself. >> Uh only if I had committed a crime, which I've not done. >> you the reason. >> No, that's not a crime. Honking the horn at you is not a crime. >> What a >> You do realize that, right? >> You're just getting yourself more tickets. >> What law is honking the horn at you. >> Okay. >> What? Unlawful you dumb [ __ ] fat is honking the horn at you. >> So, the tickets I'm going to give you is for following too closely and unlawful use of horn. Those are the two ones. That's further in Um and then I feed on >> I love >> I want to call your supervisor. Once I ask for your supervisor >> Look at Mark's face. He's like I'll tell you what, if they did that to me, I'd beat He'd already be on the ground with my knee in his back and a taser probe in his chest. >> I'm just doing my >> You're supposed to go wait in your vehicle until he comes. >> Okay. I don't have to wait in my I'm not going to. I'm going to wait right here. >> Oh my goodness. I would ask him to get out of the car because now then you say he's refusing to exit the vehicle as well. You start to lay the groundwork for that. Lay the groundwork. In other words, you start stacking charges, right? Mark says, "Okay, now we're going to take away more of your rights and more of your rights cuz you didn't comply. You didn't do what I told you to do. You didn't allow me to control you like I'm used to controlling you like 99% of the time people just roll over. They give me their ID. They get out of the car. They get on the ground. They put their hands behind their back. They never give me any lip or any pushback. Is that what you want, Mark? Is that what you want Americans to do? Is that what America is about, Mark? >> [snorts] >> Oh god. Is it going to be funny when I tell the judge that I was following behind you honking the horn because you were doing something wrong and I just had a conversation with the day officer yesterday. It says that I have the right to do so. >> So, he's clearly a >> I know who you are. >> Yeah, you dumb >> Okay. Perfect. I know who he is. I'm going to go back to my squad real quick and get some tickets. >> You can't write me tickets. I asked you >> I'm going to get some tickets. >> He's super biased against Batman. >> I'm recording. So, what's this stop for? >> So, I was going down Church Street and he was flashing his lights at me like following like this. How close I turned here. >> Uh wait, wait a second. How close? How close? Dakota was crying. Trisha's out and about and he needs extra love and attention these days, so hope you guys don't mind. But, this female officer doesn't describe exactly how close this guy was. It's all subjective. They really have nothing on this guy. There's no reason for her to pull her pull this guy over from what I've seen. But, Mark doesn't seem to care about that. >> He's blaring his horn at me, so I pulled over. He got a hold of me and I pulled him over. For a following too close and to see if he was in distress. He's failing to identify himself. I just happened to know because Kim had said she dealt with somebody who was very uncooperative and I think it's him. Can I take him to jail for not identifying himself? >> We know who he is. >> Wow. I'm going to give him an instruction ticket. >> What's up, man? >> and following too close. >> This is where you have to be careful because you want to give an attitude ticket, but you got to stay you got to let keep your emotions in check. Now, I bet Mark Look, I know I'm harping on the guy, but I bet Mark has given plenty of attitude tickets during the course of his career. Um when you're out there on and in on the traffic stop, you have to be the the stoic in this situation. You can't let them get under your skin. >> Boss. >> Yeah, I just wanted to start working on those and we'll get them out of here. >> While you as a law enforcement agent continue to get under our skin by hindering our progress, by interrupting and infringing on our right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, Mark. >> Yesterday was on the phone with me yesterday, and that's why she's here now. >> Hey, Joe. >> What? >> What's up, man? I'm the supervisor. You want to talk to somebody? >> Yes. Can I get out for a second? >> Just stay put. I can talk to you right here, man. >> Okay. I was coming off of Ellis Street. This dumb came off of [ __ ] Main Street, had no um no uh uh blinker on when she made the turn. She was as well on her phone. I followed her down the road because I talked to somebody yesterday that made it very clear that if I had a problem with one of the officers that I can most definitely make a complaint about it. So, I was following her down the >> This is not the way to make a complaint about it, though. This is the inappropriate way to make a complaint about it. Oh, so we're supposed to take your advice? Oh, there's a right way to make a complaint and a wrong way in your estimation. Okay, got it. >> to figure out who she was, and I was flashing my light and honking my horn, and I'll see you >> her or in front of her? >> I was behind her. >> Okay. >> And now she thinks she has the right to give me a ticket for honking my horn. I got every right to honk my [ __ ] horn. >> How close were you to her? >> I was a car length behind her. >> Okay. >> She swerved and hit the [ __ ] curb like a dumb with her car over here. >> Yeah, so he could go around me. >> And I was nowhere close to being by her. Did I drive any closer than anybody else than I do any other day in the world? >> No. >> So, I wasn't [clears throat] here, so I didn't see exactly what happened, but she says you're following too close behind her. >> Look at his face. He's like >> I want to see Mark Lamb do that same thing and have that same criticism toward Lieutenant Adderall from Clayton County, Georgia. >> that. >> No, that's not what she stopped me for. >> Uh that is what she said >> She was flashing your lights or what? >> She said I was honking my horn at her because I was trying to get her to stop. I was not following too closely. Can you guys prove it? What is the law when it follows too closely? What does the mirror say when you read them? What does that say? If you guys are so smart. Objects in mirror appear closer than they are. >> to do with the what it in the ticket. >> does. It It is a lawful statement on there. >> do you always have to be so confrontational when you deal with us? >> Because you guys Listen, you This is about >> Says the agency who just confronted him, interrupted him, and are in the process of harassing him. >> A picture transparency. I have been being harassed by my neighbors time after time and >> Okay. Okay. Folks, do you think he's being harassed by your neighbors or this is the tool that they have to deal with? His behavior doesn't stop here. He acts like this at his home. He acts like this with his neighbors. And then they call the cops on him and he's mad because we have to show up and deal with them. He's the problem. He's the problem here. >> Again, you guys >> Yeah, it couldn't couldn't possibly be the cops. >> is allowed to happen. This called me yesterday harassing me and then now she's pulling me over because she's breaking the law and you guys want to write me a ticket because you don't want to sit in front of the judge in front of what you are. >> Talking on her cell phone? >> against the law to be using electronic devices >> Not for the police. >> vehicle. Is it against the law in the state of Wisconsin? >> It's not against the law for the police. See these badges? They grant special rights and here's Mark verifying that. Just not to talk on your cell phone like this. No, it is not. >> Since when is it not to be on your phone? >> In a construction zone, it is if you're on your phone like this. You can be hands-free in a construction zone, but you can be on your cellular device talking on the phone like this. That is not illegal. Okay, for for us or for anybody driving unless you're in a construction zone. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, it's If she's on her cell phone >> I don't care what you guys are doing. Anytime you guys are doing something wrong, this is what it's going to be. And if you guys are going to try to pull me over and give me a ticket for doing something wrong, we can take it to court and we can make this a thing with Madison. >> That's your right to take it to court, Joel. Just like you took that disorderly conduct ticket to court. >> looks like he's on meth. The the teeth like the Yeah, like cocaine or meth. Like this is the his behavior, his energy. And the the the face, the way grits his teeth. Okay, fine. You can deploy the ad hominems all you want to, but has he created a victim? Did he commit a crime? If he did commit a crime, what crime did he commit? We don't want to sit down at the school. They didn't do you any good, all right? Dude, what are you going to do? Not a [ __ ] thing. Because obviously you're letting this fat do what the [ __ ] she wants anyways. She's just doing her job. If you don't agree with it, you can argue it in court. We're not going to argue it out here. What is the law when it comes to traveling too closely in the city? Following at unsafe, unreasonable distance where you wouldn't have time to to break. Oh, so in that fact hit the curb back there, I didn't have time to go around her? I don't know. I wasn't here. Ask a fat she hit the [ __ ] curb. [laughter] I can ask her. What What difference is it going to make? This is the way he talks about women. I promise you he talks this way at home. Look at his child is in the car. I just distance. This is a a turd of a man right here. What is that? That's fake outrage. This guy didn't ask to be stopped. He didn't ask to be harassed. It's the woman who initiated the stop. If you interrupt somebody in the course of their free travel as they're trying to pursue happiness, you can expect to be berated. Prove to me that I wasn't close enough to hit her because if when she hit the curb, then I would have hit her. Would it have not? I didn't cut you. I'm not going to sit here and argue with you all day, okay? Oh, yeah, cuz you're a [ __ ] dumb, fat, worthless piece of Hang tight and wait till she's done, and you're free to go after that. >> me to take us to the window. >> Well, this is where I would Here's what I would have done. Okay. Not to say that they're doing anything wrong, but what I would have said is let me have you step out of the car, Joe, so we don't do this in front of your child. >> [clears throat and snorts] >> His refusal to get out of the car, you remove him from the car at that point. You because you have a lawful Oh, physical force. We're going to resort to physical force in the initiation of violence because we don't like what this guy's saying, and he's hurting our feelings. Right. Through case law to remove to ask him to get out of the car. Then his refusal, he's the one that escalates the situation, not you. But that's one of the little tricks you can play in a situation like this. It's not even really a trick. It's with within the law. >> No, no. See, do you get that? It is a game with them. Remember, the cops are always saying, "Hey, we're not here to play games." Yeah, they are. This is a trick. This is a game. This is what they love. This is a method of control. They can control people against their will because they're abusing their power. They're using the power of the badge and that uniform and the authority of the state to get you to bend to their will. It's a game to these people. >> And I wouldn't want him talking like this and and and So, I had a guy one time >> Okay. >> talk a little bit aggressive. >> Right. >> I pulled him out of the car, brought him to the back of the car. I said, "How dare you talk to me like that in front of your children? What a disgusting display of parenting I just observed." >> How dare a man talk to another man like that and tell him what he should or shouldn't say. Who the hell do you think you are, Mark? >> I said, "I'm not going to give you a ticket tonight, but you should get back in your car and apologize to your children for the way you just behaved and tell them how wrong you were so that in the future your children don't behave like that to law enforcement. I mean, I scold >> Oh, he didn't finish it. So that your children don't behave like that to law enforcement. You know what? You're an American. You can teach your children any way you want to how to behave toward today's American road pirates. >> scolded him at the back of the car. I doubt it'll work, but Yeah, I can't hear you either, bud. If you know what's good for you, you'll stay in your car and wait till we're done. Did I break the law? Okay. So I'll stay stay put. Don't >> That's a good question. Did he break the law? You're supposed to be law enforcers. What law are you enforcing and what law did he break? Great question. >> Make the situation worse than it has to be, Joel. >> What are you going to do about it? >> Stop. >> I dare any one of you dumb to try to put your hands on me. >> That is dumb. Don't invite cops who want to put their hands on you to put their hands on you. >> Just stop. We don't want to have >> No, YOU STARTED THIS. YOU'RE ALLOWED TO YOU'RE AN OFFICER. >> ANYTHING. >> NO, I WAS BEHIND YOUR FAT [ __ ] officer. >> If you'd be quiet and give us a minute, we'll be done here. >> No, there's no [ __ ] minute, you dumb >> Well, whatever, Joel. Obviously, we we're not going to come to any sort of agreement here. >> So I'm being arrested for this one? >> Yeah, if you continue to do it. But I would just take it for what it's worth at this point. >> Yeah. >> Take him to jail for DC >> It's disorderly conduct. Stop, Joel. >> You doing like to my car or I will smash that window open. >> God. >> For what? Get out. >> For what? >> Get out of the car, Joel. >> Here we go. Oh, where's Mr. tough guy now? >> Disorderly conduct or a ticket? What's going to >> Yeah, where are the tough guys in uniform? These are nothing but cowards with badges and costumes, Mark. >> be a ticket, but now it's not. >> Every one of every one of these cops, and I will say this about any police department, any sheriff's department, if any one of these cops were in Uvalde at Robb Elementary on the day that all all that stuff went down along with the other 376 who stood down and did nothing, they would also stand outside the classroom while the gunman was picking kids off. So, who's the who are the cowards? Who are the cowards, Mark? You would have done the same thing, Mark. You would have stood down. >> Joel, you make this stuff worse, dude, by the way. >> did this. This stuff She's got me by the >> Call CPS, and I would call CPS for the child. That's what I would do. I think CPS needs to be involved with this type of behavior and parenting. This is not isolated to this traffic stop. >> Just stop. >> Only a demon would threaten a parent like that. We're going to call government agents and a government agency on your kid as though the government can take care of your kid better than you can. Ain't going to happen. The most the most abuse of children happens when they're in some government-sanctioned foster care or some kind of government agency. A lot of abuse, a lot of neglect. And Mark Lamb sounds like he wants this kid abused and neglected by the government because he doesn't like the way the father acts. >> She's got me >> Joel, knock it off. >> She's got me by the throat. >> Joel might be a bad parent, but he couldn't possibly be a worse parent than government would be. >> She's got me BY THE THROAT. >> STOP. >> SHE'S GOT ME BY THE THROAT. >> COME ON. >> SHE'S GOT ME BY THE THROAT. >> JOEL. >> SHE'S GOT ME BY THE THROAT. >> WHAT THE HELL? >> SHE'S GOT ME BY THE THROAT. >> STOP. >> SHE'S GOT ME BY THE THROAT. >> OKAY, DUDE, YOU'RE ON A CAMERA. >> CALLS IT'S ON body camera, dude. >> Joel, nobody's got you >> This guy would make an excellent police officer. What a liar. >> by the throat. >> SHE'S GOT ME BY THE THROAT. [screaming] >> JOEL, YOU NEED >> DUDE, YOU GUYS ARE DOING THIS OVER NOTHING. >> WE'RE GOING TO DO another search. >> Dude, you're lying to me. >> You're the one that's pushing their boundaries. >> No, I'm not. >> You're the one that's being a jerk out here. We're not doing anything to >> How am I BEING A JERK? >> Because of the way you're acting. >> Dude, I JUST GOT PULLED OVER FOR NOTHING. >> NO, not true, Joel. >> For nothing, Joel. She explained to you why she pulled you over. You just don't agree with it. That's the problem. >> Is that sufficient? >> So, is it is it this going to be lawful by a judge that you guys are arresting somebody for a >> You'll have your day in court. You'll have your day in court. >> All right, let's go. >> When it's our final warning >> Push me again. >> Knock it off, Joel. >> Knock it off, Joel. >> He body checks her. I just got to see that again. That's hilarious. >> Push me again. >> Knock it off, Joel. >> Knock it off, Joel. >> Clearly, he is The way he has talked to this lady is disgusting. >> She stepped on my foot. >> No, you didn't. >> Yes, I did. >> You're lying. >> Stop hurting me. >> Battery? >> There we go. >> She hit me. >> Joel, get in the car. >> Nobody's hitting you. >> We're not sitting on >> You're about to get >> Stop. >> Put your feet in. >> JOEL >> THERE'S MY FOOT. >> WE'RE JUST TRYING TO GET YOU IN THE CAR. >> NOPE, THAT'S on camera. >> It is. >> Oh, please. Get that definitely was not a choke. It's pushing him in and the guy removed it as quick as he put it on there. >> feet in, Joel. >> No. >> Yeah, Mark, it's just regular kidnapping. It's regular abuse of power, but there's no there's no throat. Come on. >> No. >> Stop doing it. >> Then put your feet IN. >> STOP. >> WE DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO PULL you out. >> Dude, you guys are harassing me. >> Joel, slide in your feet, please. >> So, I almost head butt you. >> Do it. LET'S DO IT, THEN. >> RUN, DUDE. >> YOU'RE GOING TO GET TASED, DUDE. >> YOU'RE ABOUT TO GET TASED, DUDE. >> DUDE, I'M AND WHAT MY KID? >> NOW, WE GOT TO CALL CPS FOR THE KID. >> Jesus Christ. >> I told >> I told my neighbor cuz I told MY KID TO STOP. I TOLD MY KID TO STOP. >> ROLL MY WINDOW DOWN. >> NO. >> I'm going to tell him to stop. You hurt him. He has disability. >> Look at the Look at what he did to his child. Oh, this guy should be get charged with contributing some type of child abuse. There's >> [laughter] >> reckless There's There are some charges for this as well what he's done for his child here. >> Stop. >> This guy's so out on a limb. Who initiated the stop? Who walked up to who? Who started what? Now the child's getting detained. >> Oh. You stupid stupid >> And now to the jail. >> You think the judge is going to be very happy this all started over honking my horn? >> I don't know. >> You think my lawyer's going to be happy with Cuz I can tell you right now it's not. >> Lawyer's not taking this case. >> An officer remained with Joe's child until his grandmother arrived to pick him and the vehicle up. Joe was charged with resisting obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct, [music] and battery to a law enforcement officer. While the suspect never sued over this matter as promised, court records indicate the suspect has been repeatedly sued in court for injunctions against abusive conduct, failing to pay rent, repeated issues of failing to pay child support, [music] disputes over child paternity, failing to pay rent, and civil evictions. >> This Okay, this guy is just a just a first-class turd troublemaker. >> Now, it may be that he is. Maybe he is a first-class garbage pail human being, but he's not worse than cops. At least he's That we know of, at least he's not out there initiating violence and aggression against people and threatening to take their kids away. >> Okay, not paying child support, uh doesn't pay rent, gets all these injunctions. So, there's an order of protection is when you have a relationship with somebody like a domestic An injunction is typically going to be for neighbors because this guy's behavior, this is a crazy straight across the board. But, this guy has one thing after another where he is just a menace to society. >> Speaking of menace to society, what if you're an armed menace to society? Walking around with your gun, uh executing roadside tyranny against people, economically terrorizing them, forcing them to do things they don't want to do, threatening them, cuffing them, fingerprinting them, body cavity searching. At least Joel's not out there body cavity searching people that we know of. If he is, then he's worse. He's just as bad as the cops. But, I doubt Joel's out there doing that. >> In 2023 and 2024, the suspect was prohibited against engaging in conduct or contact with certain victims he had previously targeted. The suspect also has an ex- >> Jeez, look at this. This guy has a problem. But, the problem Here's the thing. The judges don't ever do anything. And so, look, you just have one thing after another after another. At some point, you've got to hold him accountable or this behavior is going to just as It gets worse and worse. He's going to get more and more violent. >> extensive criminal history listing dozens of suspected misdemeanor and felony charges. In the incident presented in the body cam, the suspect ultimately pleaded guilty to resisting or obstructing an officer twice. The matter was fully adjudicated last month and he was sentenced to 12 months of probation, required to write a letter of apology, attend anger management, and work to obtain full-time employment. >> Okay, so he doesn't have a job. So, he has nothing better to do than just be a menace to society. Just like a cop. Is a total menace to society. The problem is they're getting paid to be menaces to society. And who are they being paid by? The society that they've become menaces to. That's the crazy crazy dichotomy we find ourselves in. This is the amazing tyranny that people continue to applaud. People like Mark Lamb. >> 12 months probation. >> These judges. 12 months probation. He's got to do anger management. How many >> times have I talked about that? Write a letter of apology. Oh, yeah, that's going to do a lot. >> In a society obsessed with standing up for yourself, why do so many people come >> Oh, Mark Lamb is very very impressed with what Officer John says at the end of these Midwest Safety videos. >> through self-advocacy with public tantrums. And then this guy actually goes and uses his own child to instigate an already bad police interaction. Some people don't wake up wanting peace. They actually wake up looking for conflict like it's oxygen and they're running out. And when you've been >> That is so true. Nailing it. >> a cop long enough, you recognize it before they even speak a word because it's all in the eyes. What hit hardest wasn't the insults. Officers get called every name in the book and some no one's even heard yet. What hit hardest was the child because there's a special kind of heartbreak watching a child get taught that fear is a tool [music] and disrespect is a strategy. Now my >> Amen to this, man. I couldn't have said it better. You know, I did the Midwest Safety, what they say at the end of the videos. I oftentimes we don't but lately, man, spot on. >> I opinion kids don't learn by lectures. They absorb >> What what what what are you saying there, Mark? What are you You didn't even complete your thought. >> or behavior. When a child watches their own father turn a traffic stop into a street corner performance, they don't see strength. They see and quickly learn instability and they carry it into their lives and it just continues on. Cops never get to wait for harm to happen. If someone's ignoring lawful orders and flinging unstable emotion anywhere it'll stick, that's when intervention becomes duty. >> Everything that he's saying applies to police officers. And yeah, sometimes intervention becomes duty when the cop has gone way out on a limb, is being completely unlawful and unconstitutional and immoral, and it defensive force is sometimes required. >> I don't believe this guy even learned a lesson, but loud never equals right and crazy never equals courage. And in this world, staying level-headed keeps you free, losing control gets you handcuffed, a record, and a judge deciding your future. Because loudmouths never win, they just fast-forward their downfall. >> Oh my god. Bravo. Well said. Um This guy is the he he was the author of this entire thing. >> How can you be the author of the entire thing when a guy is calling you out on your hypocrisy by being on a cell phone or by running over a curb and driving erratically? That's why the guy started flashing his lights at the cop because the cop would have pulled you over for doing the same thing that he pulled the cop over for, but you can't do that because law enforcement is a special class of people with special privileges, you understand? >> behavior was aggressive, was hateful in nature, had a child in the car, following too close, flicking his lights, honking his horn, gets pulled over. >> Let me ask you something, Mark. Did Joel approach the law enforcement officer with a gun or did the law enforcement officer approach Joel with a gun? >> You tell me. He aggravated this, was disrespectful to the woman. Not that that's what got him arrested, ultimately is disorderly conduct and uh just horrible parenting. And unfortunately, that child will grow up most likely hating police. He was fighting with the police over there to where they were having to >> Unfortunately, the child will grow up hating the red coats. Unfortunately, the child will grow up hating the Gestapo who wants to see a papers. Unfortunately, the child will grow up to hate the gulag guards. >> It's subdue the child as well. So, clearly this behavior is being taught and he's a menace to society. Literally, he's just a mean, nasty person. >> He can't possibly be even close to being as much of a menace as law enforcement. And if you doubt that, again, look up the Knapp Commission from the 1970s spearheaded by Frank Serpico, who was a whistleblower about all the corruption in the NYPD. And then 20 years later in the Mollen Commission. Just look up how how much of a menace to society just the NYPD was. And that's not just was, they are a menace to to society currently, just like all law enforcement agencies are throughout the country. >> person all around to his neighbors, to his ex-wife, to police, to everybody. And uh Yeah, I mean, this was pretty satisfying to see him actually go to jail and pay a price for it. So, let me know what you think. Did he get uh what he what he was due? Could a Could a little uh uh years ago, a nice uh punch to the face or slap across the face corrected some of this before he got to this level? >> So, violence is the remedy in Mark's eyes. What the heck? >> I don't know. These cops >> If we punch people in the face, that'll teach them to be kinder gentler people, more respectful people. >> showed extreme patience. Kudos to the female uh uh >> This is Mark's mentality. And this isn't just Mark. This is the mentality of everybody who's law enforcement. Something happens in in their heart. This this dark matter takes over their hearts when they become a part of the thin blue line gang. It's It's very psychologically interesting. It's as interesting as it is terrifying. >> A A cop who pulled him over, her behavior, you know, her her patience with him, but he in the end an arrest was what needed to happen on this. >> That's like saying the rapist was so patient with the woman he was raping. The murderer was so patient before he took that knife to his victim's throat. He was being so patient, but the you know, the victim was such a loudmouth. They kind of got what they deserved. As of the recording of this video right here, Mark just uploaded his video about 6 hours ago. It already has 110,000 views. Mark got more views in 6 hours than I will get all week. Why? Because people love tyranny. They love people who are tyrants. They love applauding and bowing down to their oppressors. This right here is a major oppressor and he's got an oppressive mindset and people are all for it because they're bound up in Stockholm Syndrome, cognitive dissonance, they're locked in their own echo chambers and it's just a really bad thing going on. But like I said, I don't particularly like Joel right here, but at least Joel is not a cop. So there's hope for him. But he displays the qualities that cops possess.
