between a sovereign citizen two parking
attendants and lapd over his illegally
parked rv and bmw which both have those
homemade dlt exempt plates attached
which obviously puts him on the city's
radar it seems this guy lives in his rv
but he chooses to make life more
difficult for himself by not registering
either one of his vehicles
which leads to his car being hooked up
at the end of the video
right let's get into it

uh they told me
that you said something about the bmw
no the bmw was moved yes so yeah we're
not where the bmw's fine
it was cited yesterday for the 72 hours
today was due for tow but i did the
vehicle uh did move so i'm closing it
out as we moved after citation
okay i'm not arguing i'm just trying to
comprehend what's going on so that black
gentleman and that woman right there
came to me and said
you said there somebody said they're
going to tow it i got to talk to them no
no where did they come up with that no
no they were probably uh
they specifically said the white bmw
when i talk to them i want to know
how they would misinterpret such a
simple thing i don't know um as far as
your motor home though it is in
violation okay you don't have any
california plates any id visible okay
we don't have access to your vin number
you don't have california plates so we
cannot enforce your vehicle but you are
in violation of california vehicle code
22651 john okay that's a vehicle that's
illegally parked with no id visible okay
um you are subject to income okay for
that for that uh authority
what's that mean for that authority um
the one i just needed um california
vehicle two two six five one tron which
is a vehicle that's illegally parked
which your vehicle is with no id visible
um
i don't know if now's a good time to get
into a whole thing i did it with
guerrero the last time um
okay get ready he's about to dump an
ungodly amount of sausage word salad
onto these guys
but as you will see these parking
attendants have been around the block a
few times literally so they don't fall
for it
not everyone
is subject
to the vehicle codes
in general especially the one or
including the one you just mentioned
okay so there's a reason why i have the
plates the way i do and it says d.o.t
exempt and that's why guerrero and no
other cops give me a hard time
i'm sorry i'm allergic to
because
there's two different kinds of
registration
there's registering with the state
and there's private registration for
private property and that's what i have
and i've had that for a long time and as
you said the other day you're relatively
new to this tree
so
there's a reason why my plates it's not
just random that my plates are like that
that's all that's something that you
printed out though right you you you
went online you printed it out
and you uh placed it on your hands okay

tagging quotes on his bmw was not
printed out online it looks like it was
made by a five-year-old and stuck down
using packaging tape which is such a
soft set thing to do

california if you have a motorized
vehicle or your motor home you're
required to register your vehicle with
the dmv

doesn't trump federal law
that's why i did it and like everything

requiring registration has nothing to do
with federal law the 10th amendment
grants each state the right to enact
traffic laws as they see fit if you were
legal then your rv would be registered

no the ucc only applies to contracts for
the sale of goods it has nothing
whatsoever to do with the enforcement of

legal would be registering your avi and
car with the state as required by law
and you're about to find out the hard
way why paying the registration fees is
a lot cheaper than towing and storage
fees
so it's not something i just
like you kind of said you just put some
plates on there well there's a whole

exempt you may ticket my property well
that's nice of him if they agree to pay
him ten thousand dollars but if they tow
his car like they're doing now they
agreed to pay him a quarter of a million
dollars
who'd have thought a scribbled notice
stuck down with packaging tape would
have absolutely no effect in law

and now they know about your rv so i
would get it registered before you lose

or in court
he won't listen though that's why i
