I gave you my name. What's your name? >> Uh, I don't answer questions. >> You're going to answer my question. What's your name? >> So, what brings you up here today? >> So, you're going to continue to step towards me? >> I am. >> Okay. Well, I'm going to step back again. >> Okay. >> Get the heck out of here, man. >> I got you. Can Can we step over there and talk for >> without the camera on? >> Uh, no, sir. Now, I I had to keep the camera on you because for my safety, y'all are kind of dangerous. >> Did you steal the car? >> Have you lost your mind? >> Police are doing all kind of crazy [ __ ] now. >> Touching kids and everything else. Touching kids and everything else. >> Hey, welcome back to the channel. These cops from Winder, Georgia are going to demonstrate once again that tyranny isn't just a harsh rule. It's the slow, deliberate strangling of the human spirit by a single law enforcement will that is somehow convinced itself that it knows better than the people it crushes. And you'll be able to see that truth play out in the face of this guy, this guy, definitely this guy. And even though he's passively involved in this interaction, you'll even see it in this guy. But he's very quiet and only makes a cameo appearance as he sits back learning from the tyrant wrecking crew of the Winder, Georgia Police Department. This video just serves as another piece of documentation to show that these police officers are not there to serve and protect us. They are not there to ensure that our rights remain unmolested. They are there to extract your information, demand your papers, and you don't even have to commit a crime for them to take those first steps down the path of tyranny. And I really appreciate this cameraman, whoever he is, for standing his ground. We're going to take a look at this together, and I'll make some comments along the way. >> Hey, sir. >> Can I have your information? >> You can't. >> Say again. >> You can't. Please back up for me. >> Can I have your information, sir? You can't. >> What's your name? Bash number, sir. Off. >> That is And let me just back up real quick. That is the face of a guy who is used to getting his way. What are you talking about? People always give me their ID on demand. I always ask for the papers of the people and they always comply. Look at my badge. Read my face. I claim to be the servant, but you are my servant because my actions speak louder than words. This guy is completely thrown off guard. And really, if we want to be free, if we want to maintain any semblance of freedom that we think we have, we need to see more of this. Once again, watch the progression from smug and confident to shocked, appalled, and dismayed. Because I'm telling you, these guys are always accustomed to getting what they demand. >> Hey, sir. Can I have your information? >> You can't. >> Say again. >> You can't. Please back up for me. >> Can I have your information, sir? >> You can't. >> What's your name and badge number, sir? >> Officer Royals 150. May I have >> uh I'm going to step back just a little bit and just to let y'all know, y'all are being live streamed on the internet, but uh I'm going to step back. Uh what's your badge? What's >> your name, sir? I gave you my name. What's your name? >> Uh I don't answer questions. You're going to answer my question. What's your name? >> I don't answer questions. >> You're filming an investigation that's going on. >> Okay. >> Wait. Once again, he's going to answer your questions. Let's play that again. >> I gave you my name. What's your name? >> Uh, I don't answer questions. >> You're going to answer my question. What's your name? >> I don't answer questions. >> You're filming an investigation that's going on. >> Okay. Well, I am in public property. I have every right to film. >> Okay. I just want to identify who you are. >> Uh, am I under arrest? >> No, you're not. >> Am I being detained? >> No, sir. >> Thank you very much. What's your name and badge number, sir? >> I'm officer Lopez. >> Uh, badge number is 162. >> And what's your badge number? >> Corporal Wall 137. >> All right. >> So, what brings you to the PD today? >> Excuse me, sir. I'm going to talk to the step dealer. >> Okay. Please don't. >> What brings you to the PD today? >> I'm just going to walk back. >> Do you shake hands? >> I don't. >> You don't shake hands? >> I don't. >> Okay. So, what brings you over here today? >> I'm going to step back, please. >> That's an intimidation tactic and a power move. They know exactly what they're doing when they do it. They're using their badge. They're using their uniform and their perceived authority to intimidate a man out of exercising his rights. >> Please don't. >> What brings you to the PD? >> I'm just going to walk back. >> Do you shake hands? >> I don't. >> You don't shake hands? >> I don't. >> Okay. So, what brings you over here today? >> I'm going to step back at least 5 ft. Please don't step towards me. Go ahead. Thank you. Just so I can get camera angle and stuff for my sake. >> Okay. >> So, what brings you up here today? >> So, you're going to continue to step towards me. >> I am. >> Okay. Well, I'm gonna step back again. >> Okay. And uh just let y'all know y'all are being streamed on internet. >> That's wonderful. As ugly as I am, that's probably not really >> Well, I mean, you know, but yeah, man. I'm just out here taking pictures of >> filming in public. It's not a crime. >> It's not a law. I'm >> That's the third time he walked into this cameraman's space. >> Not breaking any laws. >> Sure. >> And I'm just out here um >> just asking you what your interest in the W Police Department or what we're doing. >> Uh maybe you'll see it online. Maybe you won't. >> I'm so >> That's fine. >> Yep. I'm an independent journalist just gathering content for a story and >> Sure. >> Y'all guys are being um >> Well, if you're a journalist, then the only person that can release information on behalf of our agency is the public information officer. >> Okay. Well, I don't I don't think I need to speak with her unless I need to gather some more information, but I don't think I do. Uh but you know, you guys did kind of walk up pretty hard on me. >> Sure. uh for filming in public, which is not a crime. And I am and I am on public property. So, uh I'm not trespassing. Uh and I have every right, it's my first amendment right to record anything that I can see. Eyes cannot be trespassed. So, I can record, I can film, I can do anything I want to on public property. >> Okay. >> It's the law. You >> sure? >> And you took a >> You seem you seem like you feel like somebody doesn't want you filming. Well, I mean, how y'all how you guys how you guys walked up on me and then how you continued to to to walk up on me after I asked you, you know, just for my safety, >> uh, if I could take a foot back and you guys, you know, you walked out pretty hard like, you know, and then that officer there, I don't have to give him my name unless I've been suspected of a crime. >> Okay. >> So, I don't have to do either of that things. Uh, I just want to be left alone. >> I got you. >> And, uh, filmed and get the heck out of here, man. >> I got you. Can Can we step over there and talk for >> without the camera on? Uh, no sir. >> No, we can't. >> No. >> Okay. Gotcha. >> No, we can't. I'm sorry. >> There's other citizens here. >> Well, that's fine. They have no expectation of privacy in public, sir. >> Gotcha. >> They I mean, if they want privacy, they should probably stay at home. >> They stay at home. >> I mean, Gotcha. >> I mean, I'm sure you guys answer calls all over the city of Wer, so >> Okay. You most likely >> I don't, but I have to keep the camera on. You >> up on me? No, I just have to keep the camera today. >> No, I I had to keep the camera on you because, you know, for my safety. >> Sure. Let me step over here. >> Y'all y'all look kind of dangerous. Okay. >> At times anyway. >> You seem like you're upset about something. >> I am perfectly fine, sir. >> And that is exactly what you would expect from a cop. He's trying to make something from nothing. Nothing in this man's voice, this cameraman's voice sounded like he was upset at all. His demeanor was calm. He was acting respectful the entire time. There was no yelling. He's just a man asserting his rights. And the way this cop interprets it, and the way a lot of cops interpret it is, you just seem kind of upset. You're so disagreeable. Why you giving us a hard time? Have you ever noticed giving them a hard time means you're in the middle of exercising your rights? And somehow exercising your rights equals giving cops who are supposed to be protecting your rights a hard time. >> Seem like you have some sort of frustration with law enforcement or zero >> that you're upset. >> Zero, sir. >> Okay. >> Not that's good. >> I have no weapons. I have nothing illegal. I have zero things on me. I am just here uh exercising my first amendment right to see if I can record in public and if y'all respect me recording in public. >> I got you. >> So, I mean, like I said, y'all walked up on me pretty strong and hard like I was breaking some type of law and asked for my ID, which y'all are not going to get my ID. >> I got you. All right, we're all going to go inside. Shake hands. >> Yes, sir. Thank you. Have a good day. >> Have a good day. Happy New Year, sir. You too. >> And that's where this interaction ends. They weren't able to pry him away from his rights because he knew his rights. And unless you know your rights and exercise your rights, you will lose your rights because there are always people like this who are willing and sometimes able to take your rights away. See, another thing we need to understand about tyranny and tyrants is that it's like a mirror that reflects only one face while outlawing all others from daring to look into it or even question it. That's why this guy was so taken aback because he's used to people just rolling over, just complying, just submitting to the request and the demand for the ID. the idea that this guy is supposed to be protecting at all costs. He should know you have the right to be secure in your person and yet he's going to ask you a question that would make you insecure in your person. That's tyranny. That's oppression. Now, we're going to take a look at this interaction from Fulton County. And this guy isn't even a full-fledged deputy. He's a doctor who's a reserve deputy. But watch the tyrannical face that he dons as he puts on his departmentisssued bulletproof vest. He's confronting a tow truck driver who's there to hook up to and take away a repossessed vehicle. And this doctor/reserve deputy wants to assert his authority over the tow truck driver. Even to the point where he felt free to put his hands on the tow truck driver. You physically put your hand on me. >> Yes, because I told you to be trying to walk and you're not from Cornet County. >> I don't have >> No, I tried to back up from you cuz you're getting in my face. >> No, I'm telling you why. I'll explain everything to you. >> You're not explaining, but you got me backed in between two vehicles pushing up on me. Get your supervisor on the phone right now. >> I'll be glad to. I'd be glad to. But you need all that to talk to me when you're not even from Gwynette County. You're Fton County. >> That's right. >> You're Fulton County. >> That's right. >> No jurisdiction in Gwynette County. >> Hey, you about to find out. >> Well, I know what you about. Don't do not touch me, >> sir. >> You have no reason to touch me. You have no reason to touch me. I'm getting between out between these cars and you cuz you're acting awful aggressive. Aggressive. >> You're acting awful aggressive over something that ain't got nothing to do with you. Now you own this place. >> Now you own it. >> And I just told you. Yes. Absolutely. >> You own the school. >> Yes. >> Yes. Okay. Okay. And your name is >> since you're you're representing >> Dr. Hall. >> Dr. Hall. >> There you go. >> Now you're a doctor. >> So you're not a police officer. You're a doctor. >> There you go. >> What's your badge number, sir? >> 3393. >> Okay. >> Dr. Hall. >> Dr. Hall. It' be Officer Hall. represent respect my right then if we go in there. >> Well, we going there >> Sergeant Sergeant Hall. >> Well, officer County officer to me >> and I do own the school. >> Okay. Well, that's great, sir. >> That's great. That's great. I'll be glad to leave with this property. I'll be glad to get off your property with this property. >> I simply told you to place the car down and do not conduct do not conduct. Here you go. Get close to me again. You do not have to get close to me. Yes. >> You do not. Why you keep walking up on me? >> Because >> Why you keep walking up on me? >> Because you you want to do what you want to do after talking to you professionally and talk to >> These cops really think they have more rights than you to the point where they will walk into your space, get within inches of your face, provoke you, and if you do anything about it, they will ball like babies immediately call for backup and deploy all the resources of the state against you. No, you told me what I had to do. This that and the other. You own the place this that and you keep stepping up on me. >> No, you already put your hands on me. You already put your hands on me for no reason. >> Did you get your supervisor on the >> And then you keep getting closer to your supervisor on the >> Well, I can't with you keep acting aggressive, sir. Would you keep acting? Yes, you have. You already pushed me up against the car. >> No, you step back on my property. >> No, I just told you it's repossessed. No, I just told you car is repossessed. I told you no conduct. I don't care what's going on with any of these cars. >> Is this your car? >> This is a >> Is this your car? >> No, it's not my school. >> Okay. I mean, it's picked up. It's raised in the air. It's repossessed. Look up your It probably is his car. Repossession laws, >> sir. >> Look up your repossession law. This don't even pertain to you. This car is not even yours. >> Sir, are you getting your supervisor on the phone >> when you back up enough that I feel not threatened? >> Absolutely not. >> So, you got to stay up on me. >> Get your supervisor. Why you got to step up on me? >> Sir, get your supervisor. >> Back up if you keep stepping up on me. >> Why you keep stepping up on me? Don't show business. >> Could you tell your sergeant if you're with Oh, your security. >> Appreciate it. I'm just stepping in my truck, reaching in to grab a camera. I don't need you up on me for that. Then I do am going to file assault charges. >> Excuse me? >> I am going to file assault charges. >> You going to file what charges? >> Salt charges, >> sir. >> Unwanting touching. You know your laws, right? >> You don't know your laws in a minute. What if I want to know that they can make as I said you can you can trespass me >> not to enter my property at the G after I done got the vehicle I'll be glad to leave you're the one keeping me here >> for repossession do not conduct your business on my property >> okay >> do not >> it was already conducted so all I can do is leave now I cannot put it down >> yeah get I cannot car down and get off my property >> so did you steal the car >> did you steal the car >> have you lost >> Did you steal the car. >> Have you lost your mind? >> Police are doing all kind of crazy [ __ ] now. >> Touching kids and everything else. >> Doing a lot of crazy >> touching kids and everything else. >> Wasn't that in Fton County? >> Yeah, I'm here too. Set this down a second. Come on. Just record. Everybody can't see good right now. >> The tow truck driver tries to grab his other camera and one of the cameras goes dead. So, I don't really know how this ends, but I wanted to just show you this because this guy changed when he put on his jacket with his badge. He changed. Power corrupts. We know this power corrupts or tends to corrupt and absolute power corrupts. Absolutely. And when you give these guys power, they really believe they have more rights than the rest of us because they believe that badges and uniforms grant them those special rights. And then they walk with this pride and arrogance that is just disgusting and corrosive to society. You know, people say, "Well, I'm sure he's a nice guy." No, you can be sure that they're not nice guys. Good men do not do this to other men. They wouldn't dare do that. They wouldn't even think of doing what these cops do. So, no, tyranny isn't just a harsh rule. It is the slow, deliberate strangling of the human spirit by a single law enforcement will that has somehow convinced itself that it knows better than the people it seeks to crush. And make no mistake, these men seek to crush us because it makes them feel better. That's how insecure they are. Leave your thoughts about this in the comments section below.
