calling out Denver Metro audits I'm calling up San Joaquin Valley transparency DPN I got a problem with you if I have a personal problem with somebody I'm going to call them I'm not going to air it out on the internet but I feel like we're all mature enough in this community where we can offer one another criticism and I know I say this a lot guys and I'll keep on saying it because I mean it but none of us is greater than all of us yeah it may sound cliche and like meaningless but it's true I don't know more than you you don't know more than me I mean you may know more than me and I may know some things that you don't but that just means you know there's so many things in this life that we're ignorant of but all of each one of us can add our knowledge to the pot to the public pot so to speak and become better people what is what is that glare right there because isn't our goal to set brush fires of freedom in the minds of men and how do we set brush fires of freedom in the minds of men we set brush fires of freedom in the minds of men and women by giving them the message that they need to hear words can change somebody's life you know a word of encouragement for you know think think back when you were a kid you remember and and it's few and far between at least for me it's few and far between where an adult actually took their time and it got down to your level and offered you words of encouragement saying hey I know you're 10 years old right now but in 10 years you're going to be 20. in 20 years you're going to be 30. you're going to be a man one day you're going to be a woman one day let me tell you something that I've learned that you can Implement in your life without going through the struggles I had to go to and experience things and find out for myself boom you know lay it on them give them the knowledge that they need to be a better man to be a better woman to be more equipped to be more organized to be financially successful whatever it is you know one of the things that I tell kids you know we're traveling around a family and I try to you know set aside some time to talk to the kids you know who've got you know the ability to be able to think um but you know like say 12 13 14 years old and go hey one of the key things that you want to do if you get into the workforce is take a sum of money and set it aside and invest that money in something to where you're not going to have to spend the rest of your life working for money you can spend the rest of your life having money work for you leverage your time uh capitalize on opportunities be a I mean the first thing I tell kids is just be a good person do to others what you would want done to you and that's that's kind of a little segue but I just wanted to first of all Denver I did a video the other day called you know uh Beware what was the name of the video it was beware serious serious problem in Denver that's where Denver Metro audits went to Denver Union Station and was just acting in the capacity of a free man with his other fellow cameraman he was there exercising his rights in a public place this is this is key to a free Society guys Denver Metro audits walks into Denver Union Station acting as a free man not as a criminal not out there harassing people not disturbing people's holiday season just walking out there with the camera just recording a public place and the security guards for Denver Union Station come up to him and give him a hard time saying you you can't have a tripod okay fine tripod done done what else you need but then they continue to harass oh we're gonna kick you out of here because you didn't identify yourselves so and then the law enforcers those are the renikops Denver Union Station renikops and then the real law enforcers come in and the first thing that should be on their minds and that's why we're trying to sensitize the masses to the importance of freedom and setting those brushfires of freedom in the minds of men the first thing that those cops should be thinking is I gotta guard this guy's rights because I took an oath and I take this oath seriously but oftentimes you don't see that matter of fact more often than not what you see is them looking for an excuse to take away your rights um and we see this time and time again and it's the rule rather than the than the exception where when the law enforcers come on on the scene they're there to take you remove you from your rights and and they'll they'll they'll scrape the bottom of the barrel to look for any excuse to remove those rights from you so you got Denver Metro Audits and his friends in Denver Union Station acting in the capacity of free men not as criminals but the real criminals the bad uniformed utility belt wearing Denver Police Department come up and treat the innocent people as the criminals so when I said I took issue with some of the things that Denver Metro audits was saying I just said I respectfully disagree my disagreement is not me calling out Denver Metro Audits and this is just one example for example if somebody goes over my videos and goes you know what Brian said right here I don't agree with it and here's why I don't agree with it don't you appreciate that kind of uh uh what would you call that don't you appreciate that kind of I want to go beyond criticism don't you appreciate that kind of construct in your life don't you appreciate when somebody comes along and gives you a different perspective on something that you you thought like this and then they give you like a Mountaintop perspective that takes you up one more level it's it's all the learning process no one of us knows everything but every single one of us adding our individual perspective and also sometimes it's a matter of perspective it's like oh man exactly I didn't even think of that thank you I've just become more knowledgeable I've just gained a little bit more experience because of what this person poured into my life through words you know typed words or audible words I've become a better person I've um I've I've honed my thinking and that's what you want it's like when you go out on the battlefield it's like yeah your sword is working but the more you chop into uh you know Shields and and Bone and sin you and it misses and it strikes a tree well that blade starts getting dull yeah the sword is still working but it's not working as efficiently so somebody comes along and goes hey I've got a stone right here here let me let me take a look at your knife and start sharpening that blade and now you don't have to use as much force to chop that enemy's lag off or to split his shield or to to crack his skull or whatever it's like yeah you're yielding this you're wielding the sword but somebody comes along and sharpens it and does you a favor that's exactly what it is when in the auditing Community as long as far as I I'm concerned I want to open myself up to any and all criticism and I understand there's also an element of human nature there in human nature is like who's that guy think he is telling me how to do my stuff I've been I've been doing this stuff for 15 20 years and this guy's gonna come along guys that is not the kind of attitude that we need because you know let let the argument rise or fall on its own merits and let's just become better people it's like if somebody criticizes me and says dude I think you're being an a-hole I think you're being rude I think you need to make maybe you know tone it down a little bit so that you can make the message a little bit more palatable or whatever I'd be like yeah I'll definitely consider that it's like dude I'm not calm so I'm not calling out Denver Metro audits another thing that I wanted to talk about is the word allowed I I I've got to be honest with you and I probably still use the word too but when I hear Auditors go no I'm allowed to be here you're basically saying there's somebody that's a master over me as far as I see it you know if they're if I'm if I'm getting any of this stuff wrong let me know but to me allowance equals permission and permission equals somebody above me or somebody that I think is above me is telling me what I can or can't do when you're when you're a man or woman with a video camera and you are walking in a public place exercising I don't even like to call it god-given rights it's your freedom you're just exercising your freedom as a free moral agent to record in a public place freedom of press well we'll get to the First Amendment here in a second nobody's allowing you to do anything and if they think they do that's pretty pompous I'd say because nobody has a higher claim over your life and property than you nobody on this planet nobody nobody's got a right to initiate unjust force and violence on Peaceful people who haven't done anything wrong nobody and as soon as they cross that line and they do that they do that initiation of unjust Force they say hey I saw I saw Mr Porter video today where he's standing on a sidewalk not impeding any traffic in this mail Karen let's just call him a Darren comes up and he's like dude your sign there's children right down the road there's elderly people eat in this restaurant it's like oh so we're gonna curtail freedoms to protect the children from words what happened to sticks and stones may break my bones but names will never hurt me you know what it's like oh everybody's okay with freedom until we get to the children when we get to the children now we got to consider suspending individual rights for the children for the safety and for security that's why Benjamin Franklin said those who give up a little essential Liberty your Liberty is essential it's not an afterthought it's not something that's minor it's something that's major it's essential Liberty those who give up essential major earth-shattering Liberty for the sake of security and in this case a lot of cases it's politically promised Psychopathic security that never even comes you'll never get that security but you're going to give up your essential Liberty you're giving up your essential Liberty for politically promised security what the frick oh but it's for the children anybody who does that deserves neither Liberty nor security so when somebody comes along and goes oh my God that f word it's gonna it's like I don't I don't even use the f word I I it's it's distasteful to me but if you're driving down the road with your kids and you don't want your kids to say that that word then use that as an opportunity to do two things number one hey kids I don't I don't really want you using those words now when you become 17 18 years old when you become a man or a woman and you're conducting the Affairs of your own life and you want to use that word hey you're free to do it I mean there's taboo and Superstition on this word it's like it shouldn't be there you know I think it's overused but that's just my opinion I don't think you're wrong in using it but look there's a guy out there with a sign the greater issue there is not the word on the sign but isn't it great that we live in a country that actually recognizes and safeguards individual rights isn't that more important than protecting the children from words protecting oh my God you're gonna hurt somebody's feelings with words it's like isn't the greater issue there that we live in a free land or supposed to be land of the free home of the brave we know we know it to be the exact opposite it's landed the the home of the slave a SWAT team can break into this Airbnb that I'm in right now and take me away and overpower me and there'd be nothing that I can do nothing they can they can throw me in a hole somewhere and you guys will never hear from me again same with you this isn't the land of the free I'm a little Brave this is land of the fee because we have the biggest domestic Terror cell that the world has probably ever known called the IRS they have what it takes to take what you've got and as far as a home of the slave if somebody can if somebody can commandeer the the value of your time and laboring energy which is which is every single dollar that you have in your pocket it's just the product of your time in laboring energies if somebody can take that and determine the value of your time and laboring energy you are nothing more than a slave period you're a financial slave you're a debt slave as a matter of fact that's what Federal Reserve notes are they're notes of debt so that's why I say land of the fee home of the slave instead of the land of the free home of the brave and over the land of the free and the home of the No it's it's a lie it's a lie so getting back to this word allowed I don't like the word allowed it's like nope oh I'm allowed to be in this public place I'm allowed to exercise my free no it's not no man can allow you or Grant you permission to do something that you have the right to do as a free moral agent in the first place so when I hear somebody say aloud I'm going to offer criticism on that that's not me calling them out going Denver Metro audits don't ever use the word allowed that's I do not allow you to use the word allow it's not me calling out it's me saying it calling somebody out putting somebody on the spot throwing them under the bus that's not that's not that that's that's me attempting to um you know give my understanding and my knowledge and my perspective because again we all have knowledge we all have understanding we all have perspective and it's all valuable as far as I'm concerned and if you don't agree with it hey let's let's have it let's have a uh let's have a conversation I don't even like the word debate what did I just hit there what is that I'm breaking this thing I don't even like the word debate um I like to have conversations and I like to learn from conversations and it's all about humility and then there's another thing that uh oh yeah yeah um there's another thing about the Denver metro audits that I just disagreed with again this is just disagreeing and we can agree to disagree if I'm wrong about something let me know knowledge doesn't begin and end with Brian Young I know that for a fact but one of the things that Denver Metro audit said to the cop says hey I appreciate your professionalism what if it's criminal professionalism because that's what the Denver Police Department did to them when they basically they trespassed them from Denver Union Station having committed no crime having been Americans on American soil exercising their right to freedom of the press the cops who came on the scene whose oath it is to protect the very rights and freedoms that Denver Metro Audits and his fellow cameramen were walking in the cops chose to initiate criminal activity on them and trespass them from a public place while they were engaged in constitutionally protected activity okay you can call that professional if you want but it's professional criminality and I don't respect it and if we continue to respect it and this again this isn't me calling out this is me offering my perspective and my criticism it's like or we could if if there is a professional purse snatcher in your town who capitalized on targeting women 70 years and older snatching their purses purses but he did it in a very professional gentlemanly Way by shoving a gun in the face and talking now ma'am I don't want to hurt you that's a beautiful blouse you have on I need to have your purse because I need to feed my family very professional very gentlemanly what do we say hey I pray I appreciate your professionalism Mr purse Snatcher you just threatened my my grandmother's life if she didn't hand you the purse but I I really appreciate it no nobody would appreciate that professionalism professionalism is irrelevant it's not the issue it's you you do realize that under 18 I mean there's a plethora of laws that these cops break every single day and isn't that funny because their profession is called law enforcement when they become their own law Breakers and I'm not even saying that law is legitimate or illegitimate legitimate when I make that statement because law is nothing more nothing less and always will be the opinions of politicians or lawmakers backed by the threat of force if you don't do this you're going to be punished if you do do this you'll be punished why because my political Overlord said that you shouldn't do this or my political um Masters said that you should or shouldn't do this [Music] so I don't care if they're being professional that was quite an exhaust system right there I'm sitting I'm sitting right off a square here in California um so whether they're acting professional or not is irrelevant are they acting criminal they could be professional criminals they could be gentlemanly criminals but they're still committing crimes nonetheless and it's irrelevant whether it's professional or gentlemanly the question is is it criminal and those Denver cops committed a crime against Denver Metro Audits and his fellow cameramen because he they trespassed them uh from Denver Union Station a public place where you're free not allowed free to engage and constitutionally protected activity whatever the heck that means on American soil so I'll read some comments here if anybody disagrees those are the only objections I have had uh Denver Metro audits top-notch auditor the guy is smart he's articulate he can verbalize what the law is he's calm he's respectful he's deserving of respect he's deserving of all the views and the subscribers that he can get as a matter of fact I think he's one of the one of the um up and coming channels that should have over 100 000 subscribers right now I'm sure he's suppressed like everybody else is but in no way was I calling out Denver Metro audits does anybody know is Denver Metro audits in the room right now so I just wanted to make that clear if I ever do a a video where I'm offering some kind of criticism it's not me calling it out but calling them out it's it's me just adding my knowledge to the to the pie hey there's Denver Metro audits good guy Chuck brunson's a good guy I had an opportunity to sit down with Birdman Chuck Bronson and who was it who else was it who was it we had lunch together in in Virginia during that uh it was right before the convict the con job 1984 hit Joe cool great bunch of guys good time constitutional rights is a phrase that irritates me how does that phrase make you feel I I'm not a people think that I'm a constitutionalist I only use the constitution hey what's up Tyran Spain how you doing man I only use the Constitution to throw it back in their face they're the ones that took the oath to protect defendant uphold the Constitution the only parts of the Constitution that I even like you got to admit guys the Constitution is it's it's base it basically seeks to legalize tyranny are there good things in the Constitution that that amen and applaud just natural human freedoms yeah you find it in the First Amendment you find it in the Second Amendment the right to keep embarrassed shall not be infringed nobody's got a right to tell you what you can or can't protect yourself with nobody's got a right to tell you that automatic weapons are illegal and if we catch you with them we're gonna throw you into a cage but the thing I got a problem with the Constitution is and you only need one you only need one and it throws the entire thing in the toilet Congress shall have the power to lay and collect taxes think about that Congress which is the opposite of progress which is made up of individuals those individual human beings who are not higher than you have the power to steal your wealth to to steal from your children's wealth to uh to be Thieves basically of your time and laboring Energies Congress she'll have power energia Co the individuals in Congress will have power and authority to steal your wealth that's lay and collect taxes do you really believe that do you really buy that can you demonstrate that in in reality where and where do I have the right to steal your things without your permission and against your consent what if I do steal your stuff what if I say what if I come to your door every two weeks after you get your paycheck and go I I am going to take 10 of what you've earned in the last two weeks what would you call me you would call me what I rightly would be if I did that I am a criminal I'm engaging in criminal activity how do you know because I'm doing to somebody else what I wouldn't want done to myself I don't want somebody stealing one percent or a half a percent of my time in laboring energy geez that's my time not your time those were my laboring injuries not your laboring energies and who am I to write down on a piece of paper I'm gonna write down on a piece of paper that I'm going to give myself power to lay and collect taxes I'm going to give myself the power to go door to door every two weeks and extract 10 and you know it's taxes are way more than 10 for a lot of people I'm gonna but let's say I'm gonna give myself the power to to take two percent to steal two percent of your time in laboring energies for the last two weeks for the rest of your life and then I'm gonna get all my friends together and sign this document and then I'm gonna I'm gonna make sure that it goes on fancy parchment and I'm gonna have a lot of fancy signatures where everybody else look I wrote it down and I've got 535 of my best buds whether you know we pretend to be against each other at times because we got political parties and all that kind of stuff gotta make it look good right and I get all them to sign my fancy parchment piece of paper that I have the right to steal two percent of all your stuff it's legitimized we sprinkle the magic pixie dust of the legislative process on it and good to go it's a lot now right now now I don't care how much magic and padding you put off top of that stupid document you just signed you're just a human being like I am at the end of the day when it all boils down and the dust settles you're a human being like I am and you don't have the right to steal my stuff just like I don't have the right to steal your stuff and if I transgress that then I have committed I've engaged in criminal activity and this isn't about belief this is about knowing and if you're honest with yourself and you're not a psychopath and you haven't completely lost your mind you know for a fact you don't want somebody coming in and stealing the stuff that you you you work for if you say that you don't mind it you're a liar or you're it's mentally demented or something I don't know what's wrong with you but you got some kind of problem you're not normal no I don't mind it if I sit on to sit at the bus stop and somebody comes along with a baseball bat and and cracks my kneecaps and hits me over the head and takes my wallet yeah you do yes you do if you truly don't mind you're you're a liar if you say you don't mind I mean if you say you don't mind you're a liar if you truly don't mind you're you're I don't know that's that's probably a word I can't say here but Congress shell getting back to the I'm not that's why I'm not I can't be a constitutionalist because that means I would have to let go of morals that means I would have to walk away from principle that means I would have to trash everything that I know not believe but know to be right right Congress does not have the power to land collect taxes and nobody can give you the right do I believe in certain do I do I do I know to be true certain things in the Declaration of Independence yeah we all have inalienable unalienable nobody can put a lien against your rights why because you're a human being they're a human being they don't have a higher claim over your life property than you you can demonstrate it you can articulate it you can write it down you can say it you can broadcast it you can you can ask probing questions or whatever and if they're not a liar and they're not mentally demented they'll say the same thing that you're saying yeah Congress doesn't have the power to steal any not one percent not a not one tenth of a percent of my wealth because that's wrong and we put people in prison for that it's like rape what is rape you're forcing somebody to have sex with you against their will they don't consent to that but you're forcing them to do it anyway that's a crime why because you wouldn't want that done to you if somebody throws you into prison and I call it a rape cage somebody throws you into a rape cage you don't want to be raped so why are you going to rape that woman you don't want to be murdered you don't want to be stabbed so why are you going to stab that guy and murder that guy you know you don't believe it's wrong you know it's wrong because you can demonstrate it's wrong by just asking simple questions and if they're not honest with you they're liars and if they're saying that they truly don't mind being hurt and murdered yeah go ahead and bury me alive yeah do whatever you wanted to with me then you got something wrong with you man you got something wrong with you that's why I don't call myself a constitutionalist but I do use the Constitution to these law enforcers because they took an oath and there are redeemable things in the Constitution and not only I only focus on the First Amendment the Second Amendment the Fourth Amendment the right to keep uh you know to be secure in your person's houses papers and effects that's just right let me ask you let's test the Fourth Amendment and see if it's true and I'm just talking about certain aspects of the First Amendment this this warrant thing going to a judge and getting a warrant stuff you know that's all debatable but the first parts of the first uh Fourth Amendment the right to be secure the freedom to be secure don't you want to be secure if you sit down and you watch a movie with your family tonight don't you want to be secure in the fact that nobody's going to be busting down your door nobody's going to be legally sanctioned to bust down your door and take your family away and to you know to the cattle cars yeah you want to be secure you want to be secure in your person you don't want to be messed with you don't want to be harmed you don't want to be stolen from you want to be secure in your house you want to know that when you go into your house that no government agent has the legal um you know blessing of the government to come in and harm you in any way you want to be secure in your persons your houses uh effects you know your papers things on your computer you don't want to be spied on if we ask you that question do you want to be secure and your person's houses papers effects you're of course going to say yes and unless you're a liar or a psychopath course I want to be secure in my personal favorite effects that's what makes it right everybody who's not a liar and a psychopath is going to answer the exact same thing because you don't want that stuff done to you it's the Golden Rule that's there's only one law in the land guys it's the Golden Rule due to others which you would want done to you that's how you know when these cops kick Denver Metro audits out of Denver Union Station that's how you know it's wrong because they wouldn't want that done to them if they were honest they wouldn't want it you don't need the First Amendment you don't need the Second Amendment you have the right to keep and bear arms 260 years ago whenever the Constitution was written you had that right then you had it 460 years ago you had a 1060 years ago why because it's a human right it's a human freedom to defend yourself by any means you choose to and nobody has the right to infringe on that right how about that but I will always hold law enforcement's feet to the fire on the Constitution because they're the ones that score the oath it's like what about the First Amendment here you don't see this as a violation of the First Amendment that's why I'll use 18 USC 242 deprivation of rights under color of law are you are you familiar that you're actually transgressing a United States code 18 USC 242 the language couldn't even be more clear as a matter of fact um from the perspective of natural law 18 USC 242 I don't know it's pretty close to perfect you know nothing's perfect but it's pretty close you know you're violating that don't you officer I like some of these Auditors that go uh you know like if it's if it's officer Maxwell it's like they just call them by the last name come on Maxwell you work for me or like um dang who correct me who who is it who was it that uh told that cop in Alabama I'm your boss or something like that and right then the ego got damaged that cops writing stuff down he's like you ain't the boss of me it's like I am by your own admission you're calling yourself a public servant well who are you serving the public if I'm the public that makes me by your admission not mine that makes me your master isn't that strange that public servants are walking around incarcerating Masters writing citations out to Masters caging Masters isn't that a little bizarre isn't it a little upside down is it the servant's role to cage a master is it a servant's role to economically terrorize a master that's a little strange they should call themselves what they really view themselves as we're not public servants we're public overlords were public Masters were public tyrants just call it just just call us bay to Spade there's none of this these euphemisms Donnie Darko 2727 says can't have a war to hold a voluntary Union together there you go it's exactly right we have a monument in Washington called the Lincoln Memorial people literally think that Lincoln was a great guy Lincoln is the cause of over 614 000 deaths guys think about that almost three quarters of a million deaths are probably more because there's civilian casualties and everything but I'm talking about just the the Confederate Union Soldiers 614 000 people died this is in the 1860s and and the excuse for Lincoln was gotta hold the union together we got we gotta if we're gonna hold this Union together I don't mind spilling a bunch of blood I mean truckloads of blood we're gonna have this though that's tyranny man he was incarcerating journalists in the north for offering criticisms of Lincoln he was he was into censorship he was just a roving raving tyrant when Goose uh who was it Goose Captain GB Fox Captain GV Fox was a captain of one of the vessels and Lincoln sent a party down there to create a false flag scenario Fort Sumter which actually sparked the war because you know the thing that the first thing that needs to fall if you're going to start a war the first thing you need to pull the rug out from under is the truth the first casualty in any War including Lincoln's you know war of Northern aggression whatever you want to call it it wasn't civil but the first thing you got to do is you got to pull the rug out from under truth truth has to be replaced with lies that's the only way you can get into the minds and hearts of the people and bring them on board with your little battle plan truth becomes the new hate speech truth is the first casualty in any world when truth takes a dive open it's not even an open door for war just Tear Down the House war is coming war is coming that's why we need to sensitize ourselves to what's true what's Noble what's right what's the principle thing what does tyranny look like what does freedom look like what is freedom does freedom mean oh you allow me to be in this public place no no allowance no allowance I'm not I'm not a kid anymore I'm not living under the roof of my parents you won't allowance you gotta work for it boy Donnie your grandchildren can live in I think that's I bet you anything if we if you pulled everybody that would be the general tenor of why we do what we do I want to Freer less tyrannical better world where where I can reap the benefits of my own labor without having to be concerned about somebody extracting my time in laboring energy somebody I don't even know in Washington's District are criminals I want it to be a better world for me for my children for my grandchildren your grandchildren and the way you do that is you broadcast the truth you don't engage in euphemistic activities and and promote politics and the two-party system that keeps us in the hamster wheel of tyranny it keeps people literally calling for tyranny that's why I hate politics and that's why I always say politics is the clever and deceptive art of using euphemisms lies emotionalism and fear-mongering in order to do average uninformed people into accepting and even demanding the chains of their own enslavement that's why I hate politics that's why I hate government government is and will always be slavery it'll always be mind control so when I offer up a constructive criticism it's not because I'm not on the auditor side it's because I absolutely am on their side and let's let's hone our crap let's start sharpen our swords so that when we swing we don't have to swing as hard it's as
