I'm just wondering what so now we get that as trespass you know that they're going to trespass her but boy cuz just sitting in the car you know in the beginning I'm like well what do they what what so so no no no but here here's my thing there's no way we're not working a DUI round and correct me if I'm wrong she's in the car when I'm here so it doesn't matter where she got she was in control of the car they took the keys that's why you get a statement from them saying they took the keys from her because she was saying she was going to drive off to get it sa public she yeah so they did that for the safety of the public that's why so she's didn't physical control of the vehicle we have witnesses here that say that it took the keys because she was in danger of driving off and this right she's puked she drove here Accord them we get the same say she drove here we're not going to do this really intox someone's doing a du hey guys did they tell you what we need on the statements uh they just told us to start telling statement so so basically she got here how she was acting what made you think she's intoxicated and then basically you guys took the keys because you were worried she was going to drive off in her state right so just make sure you took the key you took the keys from her inside the car outside the car outside the actually uh I believe she was already inside the building when we took over ke I believe all right and I didn't get them it was another person involved who took her keys did did you guys see her drive up here we did not but I mean I have camera footage yeah if if you can get the camera footage of her driving up here that's that's perfect not all right and then just put put that in there and then other than that we're good all right so you don't need to know all the basic okay I kind of you put more I mean too much doesn't hurt it's fine so I came up about halfway through they were they had already all that part had already happened and when I got out here she had vomited all over herself all over the car we were and we were telling her we have an Uber on the way I mean the Uber was here I offered to give her Uber he was here and so she she didn't want to go she said didn't want to go and she said you saw her attitude with no absolutely she said you know and we said you know we'll have to call the police then if because we can't let you drive because you're intoxicated and she said then call the police and refuse to go on the U so okay so I talked to them they someone took the keys inside but they have video footage of her driving up here so they're going to give you the video footage she's going to get the D she going to get resistant she's going to get and and you know why I say we can't do this in cuz to do this in you got to be under the influence of Narcotics and uh alcohol so we're not going to do that while she's in a car and when I got here I mean she was UN uncooperative she had her hand down so I'm going to show me her hand and I told her get out of the car and she was just delivering the whole time Alex was charged with DUI resisting without violence refusal to sign a criminal citation refusal to submit to a breath test and disorderly intoxication all of these totaled a bond of $3,500 she is innocent until proven guilty watch when I get in the mood no time for the F when you see me I see you no FaceTime
