Today we got a video from Real Body Cams and the title of the video is the moment this abuser realized her control was over. >> Why are you putting me a handcuff? >> Cuz you're not listening. >> What did you ASK ME TO DO? >> I SAID COME HERE AND YOU SAID NO. >> GET OFF OF ME. [screaming] >> On September 1st, 2025, deputies in Florida responded to a parking lot. A man called 911 after his girlfriend blocked his vehicle with hers, wedged herself in his driver's side door, and refused to let him leave for work. Here's what the deputies did next. >> No one needed TO PICK FROM HERE. >> COME ON. >> NO. I SAID NO. >> DO NOT TOUCH ME. DO NOT TOUCH ME. >> You're going to go in handcuffs and you're going to GO TO THE GROUND. >> NO, I'M NOT JOKING. NO. WHY ARE YOU GOING TO WORK? I'm >> not joking. >> Why are you putting me a handcuff? >> Cuz you're not listening. >> What did you ASK ME TO DO? >> I said come here and you said no. >> Okay. Why are you yelling at me like >> You want to yell at me? That's how I'm going to yell at you. >> [laughter] >> It's not nice, is it? >> GET OFF of me. >> Well, now you're going to jail for sure. [laughter] >> Why did YOU THAT WAS COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY. >> [laughter] >> I can't. >> Listen. Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, listen. When you deal with these relationships and stuff like that, man, as a guy, you know, I I mean, I feel like I was always taught, you know, leave a everlasting impression. You know what I'm saying? That don't mean be a simp or nothing like that, but have experiences with them or whatever that they probably are not going to get anywhere else. So, even if they do decide to move on, look, you'll always be in the back of their mind. You feel me? And so, this guy, I can already tell that he has left an everlasting impression. if he just trying to go to work and do little things like that, whatever, and she's so hooked and and trying to trying to block them in and she's so strung out on the situation. Listen, it's not it it it's not um he he's done a good thing. I ain't going to lie. He did he did his thing. What's going on, Georgia? Good evening. >> I can't breathe. Sit. >> I CAN'T BREATHE. I SWEAR to God. I CAN'T BREATHE. >> PUT YOUR LEGS IN. >> I CAN'T BREATHE. NO. PLEASE. I'm sorry. >> Put your legs in. >> I can't breathe. >> We will get you EMS. >> 335 working EMS. >> With Alexander secured in the back of the patrol car, Deputy Mccardi turns his attention to the victim to find out exactly what led to the 911 call. >> All right. So, what's going on? So, we've been fighting. This been going on for some time. And we've been trying to work everything out, but it seems like every single day it's an argument and it's a fight. And when I try to leave the situation, she just kind of blocks me in and just doesn't let me go. So, I either want to leave just to calm everybody down, and she doesn't. She just does what she does. So, I literally just stay in the car until she calms down. I don't talk because if I try to talk, she just gets worse. um until she finally calms down and then we can kind of mellow everything out and then >> she's hooked, man. >> But it's been like this for some time. >> So, what happened today? >> Uh today the same thing. It's like an argument what I'm doing, which is I'm usually freaking working and and yeah, I'm trying to go to work. I got a guy guys out there and I'm supposed to be meeting him and I'm not working. She comes over here because I didn't pick up the phone after she hung up on me. >> So, this is her car running. It didn't. There's no collision that I could tell. >> It's running. Yes. She parked like this cuz he's trying to leave. >> Yeah. Well, right. I mean, she's preventing him from leaving. >> So, >> I'm just trying to figure out like I told her. I'm like, we just got to leave each other and work something out. >> You married? >> We've been together for a long 18 years. >> That That's her car. Her car? >> Well, that's my car. But >> it's your Is it registered to you? >> Yes. >> Okay. Well, that makes it easy. >> Is this your property? Yes. >> Okay. Um, will you move it so that you can get the gate closed? >> Does she have to be arrested though? Like I'm >> Well, she's for sure going now. >> All I had to do is try to figure out what's going on. Why were you screaming? >> I try to tell her to calm down. She just doesn't seem to want to calm down. >> So, all I'm trying to do is detain her in handcuffs cuz she's screaming in your face. She's pulling away from me. >> I'm used to this every day. >> So, then I'm just trying to get her situated in the air air conditioning. >> Right. Right. >> How messed up is that though? He said, "Yeah, I know. I'm used to it every day." How messed up is that? Who the hell want to be used to that? >> So, we can talk to you. Yeah. And then that's when she >> I really don't want her to go to jail, but you know, if it calmed her down. >> Yeah, we're we're past that. >> We're past that. Okay. >> I'm sure she was talking to you already regardless. I mean, you were Did she know you were trying to call the police? >> Yeah. Yeah. So, she was trying to rip my door open so we can argue like for another half an hour. >> Was she trying to prevent you from calling the police? >> Was she know? >> She wasn't. No, she doesn't she doesn't want to go baseball basically. She knows that she can't she's got like an anger problem. So, she knows that once this happens, you know, completely differently. >> Okay. >> So, >> did she put her hands on you? >> Uh, I'm not worried about that. >> Did she? Yes. No. >> Uh, to to an extent. >> I as in what? >> Well, she tried to get me out of the car. She just kind of bit me a little bit. >> She bit you? >> Yeah. Okay. >> Cuz she can't get me out. >> So, now she's going to go for domestic battery as well. >> Well, I mean, >> you're not you're not pressing charge. It's the state. Okay. So, you guys are together as a couple, right? >> Right. >> So, the state presses domestic charges. We have no say in that. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Even if I don't want to >> 100%. So, that's for you to work out with the SAO later, the state attorney's office. But, we don't have a choice. There's a mandatory arrest policy in the state of Florida. >> Well, mainly when she does this, she hurts herself more than she hurts me, right? To be honest, she hurt your skin pretty good on my hand. >> Uh, no, not really. That's that was just smart. She just literally bit me and hurt. >> Yeah. >> All right. I'm going to try to talk to her. You want to try to get a statement from him? Okay. [snorts] >> All right. You good? >> Yeah. >> MY KIDS TOLD YOU THE KIDS. >> RELAX. >> I [screaming] didn't do anything. >> It's like day and night talking to him versus talking to her. [laughter] You You talking to him. It's all It's quiet, smooth. Soon as he comes back to the car and OPENS THE DOOR. >> [screaming] >> OH MY GOODNESS. It's like It's like one of them small, you know how the small dogs, they always bark like they're big dogs, like the little Chihuahua and stuff like that. It's like that. You got the little Chihuahua just Come on, man. >> All right. I need you to listen, not say anything. Okay. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can will be used against you in court. You have the right to TALK TO A LAWYER. >> FOR ADVICE before any questions or have him or her with you during >> if you cannot afford a lawyer and want one, one will be appointed to you before any questions. [laughter] Please, I didn't do it. I did not hit you. >> If you decide to answer questions, stop the right to answer. >> You also have the right to stop answering any time until you talk to a lawyer. >> Do you understand your rights? >> I don't know what I did wrong. I need to get back to my Do you understand your rights? >> He told you not to freaking put hiccups on me. I didn't do anything wrong. >> Do you understand your rights? Understand your >> No, I don't understand. >> My kids, please. Please. >> Why am I getting arrested? >> I already explained this to you. Domestic battery and resisting without violence. >> It's going to happen. >> You're going to go to jail. >> Why? Well, LIKE WHAT WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN? LIKE I DON'T UNDERSTAND. I NEED MY KIDS. >> She's 10:15 domestic battery resistant window violence. >> HE WANTS ME ARRESTED. >> NO. >> Then why are you arresting me? >> Because in the state of Florida, [laughter] we have a mandatory arrest. Not to mention, you committed a crime. When I got here, you weren't listening and pulling away from me when I'm trying to detain you. >> YOU DO NOTHING WRONG. >> But I don't know what's going on when I get here. You're yelling at him in the door and not listening to me. I didn't say you did hit me. I said you were resisting without violence. She's in my car. She's got an abrasion to the shoulder when I took her to the ground. Um you guys can clean her up and just check her out. She said she was having trouble breathing, but she's calmed down now. >> Can you scoot out a little bit so he can take a look at you? >> OH, I DON'T even want to look at me now. >> No, that's fine. Just sit. Just sit just sit your butt down. Okay. >> THE KIDS. >> Stop yelling. >> YOU'RE HARASSING [screaming] ME. >> Stop yelling. >> No. Why? >> You're going to get You're going to get felony witness tampering, too. You want that? >> Why the heck would I? >> Cuz you're trying to talk to him and I'm telling you not to. >> Why am I not ALLOWED TO TALK TO HIM? I WASN'T EVEN SUPPOSED TO GET ARRESTED. >> He's the victim in domestic battery. You bit him. Okay. >> Now you can no longer talk to him. >> Why? You're going to have a no contact order with him because you're arrested for domestic violence. Okay. >> You need to stop talking to him. >> How many times can I tell you? >> What do you mean? >> Stop talking to him. >> No, but you're saying I'm going to have no contact with him. Why? >> You cannot have any contact with him. That's what the judge's order is going to be. You are no longer to have contact with him cuz he's a victim of domestic violence. >> I've tried to leave. >> Do you have any kids together? >> We have two. >> Two kids. >> Two kids. So, we I've tried to leave and then she actually won't leave. Like I'll leave the house and then she'll just find a way to get a hold of me again. >> Talking to him. How many times can I SAY IT? >> YOU KNOW THAT >> he's going to but you need to know it and I'm telling you. So let them >> try to be mean. >> Let them try. >> Ma'am, do you want help from us? >> I don't know. >> No. No. She don't want help from you. All that I can't breathe and all that stuff. Yeah. It's just BS, man. >> What's happening? WE LIVE IN THE same house. What does it mean? Like [laughter] the hair the hair out my >> Alisandra, can they just clean up your shoulder? Take some deep breaths through your nose and out your mouth. Okay. >> Listen, >> let him clean up your shoulder. Just relax. >> Let them care for you. OKAY. >> HOW LONG is it going to take me to get out? >> You got to get booked in first. >> Okay. But how long does that take? >> That depends on how cooperative you are. >> So, I'm not supposed to go home. >> You're not going home right now. I'm saying after I get out. >> Depends what the court order says, but generally speaking, no. You're not allowed to go home. >> How am I supposed to see my kids? I have nowhere to go. >> You can coordinate getting your kids a different way, but you can't have contact with him. >> Hey, >> he has to know. He has to know. >> Enough. Stop yelling. You're creating A BIGGER [laughter] ISSUE. NO, BECAUSE I DIDN'T do anything wrong. >> Can they get some vitals on you? Because you said you got shortness of breath. Can they get some vitals on you? >> My hair. >> But you got to relax and stop yelling, screaming, cuz if you don't remain calm, your vitals aren't going to be accurate. Okay. >> I I don't know if I I'm telling you, I don't know if I can be calm. I never been. >> Here's the first thing you need to do. Stop talking. >> How many just stand still as possible? No talking. No moving. Okay. I need to get some accurate VITAL SIGNS. >> The kids, >> it's unbelievable to me that she's so worried about the kids now when she wasn't worried about that before. You weren't worried about the kids before when you're trying to block them from leaving. And this guy's just trying to go to work. He trying to make some money. HE GOT TO GO TO WORK, MAN. Kids got to eat, right? y'all together. She got to eat, right? Like, man, trying to take care of the household, man. And all she want to do is bicker and argue. Man, this is this is insane. But yeah, she um yeah, you know, Jordan says, uh, "Some men enjoy chaos." And I would definitely agree with that, man. If y'all been together for 18 years, she didn't just wake up out of the blue start acting like this. So y'all been going going at it and going through it or whatever and you not leaving her, you know? I mean, maybe you staying for the kids or whatever the case may be. But listen, when relationships are are starting to sour sometimes people just stay because of because of kids. But really, you got to you got to leave, man. Because the kids would be I hate to say it, but they would be better off in two separate healthy households, you know, going to visit daddy, going to visit mommy versus staying together in one toxic household. >> Hey, stop talking. >> This isn't fair. I didn't do anything wrong. >> You need to calm down. going to be accurate. >> GOING TO TAKE ME AWAY. YOU'RE GOING TO TAKE THEM AWAY FROM [screaming] ME. >> Stop yelling. Uh, >> YOU'RE TAKING ME AWAY. >> STOP YELLING. >> I [screaming] DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO YOU. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. >> Stop yelling. >> You want me to go to jail without see my >> You're going to jail regardless. That's not changing by you yelling at him. Okay. So the faster you accept that >> the kids he has to be there. >> I will let him know about the kids. No, it's >> it's GETTING A BLOOD PRESSURE. But as you relax the more you move. [crying] >> What's your last name? Alisandra. >> I want my kids. My kids. I'm going to calm down. I need this thing off. It's like squeezing my arm. It's like so >> stay still. So, it's going to take longer as it tick. [snorts] >> Like, I don't even know what you're doing. >> Get in your vital signs. >> That's not GOING TO GO DOWN. I'M GOING TO JAIL. I'M NOT GOING TO SEE my kids. So, like, YOU WANT ME TO HAVE A FREAKING HEART ATTACK IN THE FREAKING CAR? LIKE, WHAT ARE YOU CHECKING FOR? I don't understand. I don't NEED THIS. I'M NOT TRYING TO BE A PROBLEM. LIKE, I JUST DON'T KNOW WHY I'M GOING TO JAIL. WELL, I KNOW YOU said it's because I got I bit him, but if he didn't want me going to jail, why am I going to jail? >> The state of Florida presses charges in domestic battery situations. >> How long does that usually take? >> And I live with him. >> I know. >> Okay, so >> slide your feet in. I'll explain everything on the way to jail. >> Do I HAVE TO BE IN THIS? >> I CAN'T GO TO THE hospital like in the ambulance. >> I don't know if I'm going to calm down. I'm being serious. The only reason I called them is because you had a cut to your shoulder and because you SAID YOU HAD TROUBLE LIKE WHEN I'M comfort now I just don't know if I >> So if I'm telling you I'm having problems in the back, you're going to get out. You're not going to let me die. >> Don't you die. >> Slide your feet in, please. >> So over dramatic. >> Can you talk to me then? >> I will absolutely tell you everything that's going on, but I need you to remain calm and worry about your breathing. >> All right. So, he you're under arrest for domestic battery and resisting without violence enforces a no contact order, which is a vi which is a pre-trial release, right? It's an agreement of your release out of jail is that you're agreeing you're not going to have any contact with him whatsoever. Okay? Direct, indirect, third party. You can't have any contact with him. Can't you can't call somebody to have contact with him. You can't go to the house except for generally there's a onetime pickup. Does that go away >> after the case is settled? Going on to prevent you trying to tamper with a victim because he's a victim so that there's no witness tampering. You're not to have contact with him. So I told him he's going straight home to to to take care of the kids because of the no contact order that'll likely be put in place as well. He said, "Okay." Even to try to help her out and get things sorted out. I said, "Yes, there the whole point of one of those getting put in place is to so that it expedites things and that there's no interference with any [laughter] kind of the testimony or any of the facts of the case." After the arrest, she was charged with battery by intentional touch or strike and resisting an officer without violence. She was initially held without bond, but later posted a $3,500 shy bond. She ultimately entered a plea of no contest to the charge of resisting an officer without violence, and the judge adjudicated her guilty. As part of the resolution, the prosecutor dropped the battery charge. She was sentenced to 12 months of probation. Additionally, she was ordered to pay $1,322 in court costs, supervision fees, and trust fund assessments. [music] [music] >> [music]
