yeah what's going on so today we got a video from Midwest safety and the title of the video is 21 year old woman turns misdemeanor into felony God dang I don't know how you do that man come on man off you have your driver's license registration for insurance I don't have my ID you don't have your ID no Rebecca you own the car correct yes I do it's my vehicle okay now your license suspended my license isn't suspended yes your license was can so cuz you failed to take a glass are you supposed to take no it's not are you telling me cuz I have access to motor vehicle data and we ran your tag and your tag is suspended that expir you have your insurance C no that's it this the one hey where are you at any pro insurance or else that is all iing have your car is about to be told if I don't insurance on it okay that is a criminal offense in the State of Florida the car cannot be on a public roadway if it's not insured okay I am going to let you keep the car and park the car my mom says that she can put insurance on the car real quick what is what do I need the VIN number what do I need to give you put insurance on it real quick you have a you you got a license it's Rebecca's car she can't send you anything she's in the back of the cop car and he has her vehicle station her she's talking to Mom it's it's a driver that was out of control is in the back of the cop car I can't send you anything because her vehicle registration is inet got she wouldn't get out uh yeah it's it's her she's the problem I mean they they didn't really do anything okay uh so the car is not insured her license suspended she didn't believe it and then she made a scene out of it she didn't want to get out the car so she got assisted oh cool to get out the car all right so do you know them yeah the one that got is there anything in the car there's not supposed to be I nothing that's mine that I nothing that's not yours no none of N I was at the house and we were supposed to go walk the dogs so I joined okay the only reason why I'm asking is cuz at your feet in the car there's a weed oh that is a cylinder no sir that is not mine okay what's in it it's whatever they have it's did somebody throw something in the back seat toward you or is that was it just in there it was just in there okay I literally it was just me and I brought my phone what's in the cylinder down here what see all right situation she would be he smashed her out of the car and she hit her head and everything L listen when when if I asked her to step out of the car multiple times she doesn't have the right to refuse it's an order a driver or passenger anybody if they get asked to get out of the car they have to get out of the car you want you see on no what am I being arested uh well uh there's no insurance so that's a criminal violation drivw is there's no insurance yes you have no the vehicle is not insured man what do you mean yes you see like I keep telling you thing you don't you don't believe me there's no insurance on the car and your license has been suspended since 1123 2022 uh last year I did not know about any of that yes so you felt there's a class that you were supposed to take and you didn't take a class uh also you are being charged with resistant arrest and I'm considering charging you with the felony of making a threat to a law enforcement officer when you said you were going to punch me in the face there's no reason for you to pull me out my ma' you don't you need to understand that you're a driver or a passenger you don't have the right she must be she must be brain that violation to remain in your car if a law enforcement officer orders you to step out there was absolutely no reason for you I don't need to I don't need we don't need to have a reason I can pull everybody out of the car well ah hold up pump the brakes I you know I don't know about Florida I'm in New York but typically you know yes they could pull people out of the car but it would be for like you know maybe their safety or something like that it it has to be an issue you just pull up and be like get out of the car no it don't work like that you know what I'm saying so and I I I'm going give him a little pass you know what I'm saying he Hispanic you know I'm saying he probably don't know you know what I mean there might be a little disconnect you know in the translation you know they must they probably a little disconnect so I'm going give him a pass I'm going give him a pass but no the cop can't just roll up and be like get out your car and you just supposed to get out the car nah you gotta n there got to be a reason you know what I'm saying okay so you you you're under that misconcep conception that you have the right to remain in your car but you don't this would have been a ticket that's it and you escalated the whole traffic stop so I'm I'm I'm not throwing the car uh I told uh your sister that she could park it at the gas station and your mom was going to get insurance for it okay is that is that is that good enough and I'm trying I'm trying to do my I'm trying to help you guys out as much as I can but you know you you didn't help yourself what was that you would not have arrested me ma' you you put yourself in this situation in a hostile situation I felt threatened you felt threatened how how cuz you're the one driving with a suspended license and no insurance not me well you you you didn't you said no it's not you didn't say you didn't know you said know it's not suspended and then you said it was [ __ ] and then you said it was [ __ ] watch
