so we all remember this guy from a few
weeks back right where he called his
toxic guru on the phone for help
but they only hindered the stop which
ended in his arrest
well he's back with another traffic stop
video that feels a little bit like deja
vu but this time he's with his wife or
partner i'm not certain of the dynamics
there where he gets stopped for speeding
and they both eventually get arrested
for being in possession of cannabis
charges which he is still fighting from
his last stop
well this stop goes on for a while
because well he demanded the supervisor
because of course he did
though he probably wishes he hadn't by
the end of the video
there's a lot of standing around and
whinging until he arrives so i'm not
going to subject you all to that
no we're going to start the video from
when the supervisor arrives because well
it's the best part of the video
let's get into it
i'm just trying to be safe that's all
i said that cause i thought

okay but he didn't he didn't give us a
speeding ticket so i'm going up you know
turn around and start following us are

just ran our stuff i was going to do
this i asked him if you know if we're
going to take it we'd be in charge i saw
i asked to call my attorney yes my
brother-in-law so i called him
um and he said you know as far as the
traffic stop he was trying to figure out
what's going on he said to ask for the
supervisor
so we asked for reason no you i said did
you want my supervisor you said yeah
yeah he said he's then my brother-in-law
said ask for the supervisor and ask the
civil rights what can i help you
uh well he's it's it seems that he's
trying to gain the probable cause to
search which he didn't consent to we
asked if we were getting a ticket
right but we were born that's what he's
saying it was marijuana right that's
right we just burned incense the incense
is in the cartoon okay that's that's not
a that's not a uh that's not an argument
that we have on the side of the road the
deputy if the deputy smelled marijuana
it gives a problem
okay i love this supervisor already he's
exactly right this isn't the place to
argue your pseudo-legal theories save it
for the courtroom
i didn't know he's smalling around his
royals are a felony
in the state of north carolina
oils that means we don't write tickets
for felonies

speeding we were going 45 it was 45 back

so then he said we were going 70 70
assume i'm gonna assume and he'd
probably correct me that he did an
opposite lane radar clock and then he
turned around and came up i'm not going
to assume anything yeah
he didn't he didn't say that he did it
so aside from speeding are there any
other concerns or questions you have

you've just had probable cause explained
to you how many times do you need it

vehicle you can search any and all

you're saying if you're speeding i'm
frustrated
nobody if nobody claims anything we're
both going to jail and one of us playing
with them one of us is going to jail
constructive possession
but i i need to that's all our camping

i mean if you do have a specific
question i will answer it i mean but

i just i just don't understand that like
he's not finished so we can make the
correct when he finishes i guess
precautions as far as our power and my

because i don't want you guys to hurt my
mother-in-law said that there was no
problem causing it was illegal so it's

your quote-unquote lawyer brother-in-law
is not on the stop though is it so he
cannot make that determination plus he's
only getting your side of the story
which is obviously biased
trying to keep the illegal stuff behind
me the the real kicker about this whole
thing is you're on federal property
you have a local
sheriff's deputy dealing with this it's
not it's not very difficult to just call
the federal partner yeah i don't i don't
understand this we're just i'm sorry
we're just passing through we're trying
i mean you're confusing me as to why i
needed to be here for this no because
the person's
we deal with a lot of illegality and
when we question it
constitutionally they just continue to
continue yeah and try to trip us up so i
call my brother-in-law and he says call

on because every time we question it
he's trying to get us to say certain
things and i'm like i'm learning i'm
learning too because i just got here

so like i pulled i was like can i see

this guy got stopped and ticketed for
