This short video has everything you need to properly identify the psychological characteristics of a control freak psychopath. Here we have an interesting interaction between detective Cynthia Buckle from the Englishtown, New Jersey Police Department and Johnny from the First Amendment Protection Agency, who is just peacefully standing on a sidewalk recording in a public place. According to the First Amendment, we're going to be on the lookout for the unwarranted confidence displayed by Officer Buckle as she approaches Johnny, as well as the unmistakable disingenuous smile of psychopathy, her expectation of unearned respect, the unnecessary use of an unlawful command, the unexpected shock Officer Buckle experiences when she encounters an uncooperative member of the public who's unwilling to comply. And of course, the tyrant twitch caused by mental discomfort. You will see the tyrant twitch. And of course, Johnny is easily able to unearth and unlock all of these psychological treasures simply by standing on a sidewalk recording in accordance with the first amendment that she is supposed to be protecting. So, let's take a look at this psychological phenomenon and we'll make some comments along the way. >> Got all decked out in their bells and whistles here for a man with a camera. My goodness. He parked in a parking spot. Get out of English Town. How you doing? >> How are you? Nice to speak with you. >> Yeah. What's up? What's going on? >> I'm Detective Buckle, Englishtown Police Department. >> Hold. I I couldn't hear you. >> I said, "Hi, I'm Detective Buckle with Englishtown Police Department. How are you?" >> Sweet. Do you have like a badge number or is there >> 30? >> I'm sorry. >> 30. Do me a favor. Just take your hands out your phone. >> I'm I'm just chilling here. >> All right. Just take your hands out. >> Take your hands out. It's just for safety. That's >> for safety. >> For safety. What? What safety? I'm just I'm just standing here, >> sir. >> I'm just standing. >> Do me a favor. Just take your hands out of your pants. >> I'm just standing here. >> I understand. >> I'm I'm just sitting on the sidewalk with my hands in my pockets. >> It's just for safety. I understand. >> How about we do this, Cynthia? Since you're so concerned about safety, why don't you take your gun, your mace, and your taser, and you lock them up in your patrol cruiser for public safety. >> I'm just trying to figure out what you're what you're doing here. >> Just Just as I told you. I'm just sitting here. around town. >> I'm sorry. >> You live around town. >> Do I live around town? What do you mean? >> You live around here? >> Do you live around here? >> Are you interviewing me or I'm interviewing you? >> I I'm the one here with the camera and the microphone. So, it looks like I'm interviewing you. >> Okay. What's your name? >> What's your name? >> Talk to Buckle. What's your name? >> What's your first name? >> I'm not telling you my first name. >> Is this a consensual conversation? >> There he goes. Did you see it? This is a psychological mannerism that a cop typically displays when they're experiencing inner turmoil, mental anguish, or discomfort. When they display this, you can know that they know that they're on the wrong side of the law. But let's go ahead and continue. >> Speak. >> So, yes, it is. >> You want to speak? >> Is it a consensual conversation? >> Want to speak about what's going on? >> Is this a consensual conversation? You want to speak? >> So, yes, it is. >> You want to speak? >> Is it a consensual conversation? >> You want to speak about what's going on? >> No, I don't. >> Okay. >> You're dismissed. All right. Have a good day. >> Okay. You are, too. >> You're good. >> Sweet. >> Go ahead. >> All right. I'm going. >> All right. So, you're just filming. That's what it is. That's your job. Just filming for >> your eyes don't deceive you. >> All right. All right. No problem. Take care. Right. Have a good day. >> Thanks. You, too. >> Okay. She cannot stand that Johnny would not bow down and comply with her unlawful orders. She's used to everybody else complying, but for some reason this guy just won't submit. What's up with that? try to immediately control the conversation and where she thinks it's going to go because she probably has years of experience of people just rolling over and doing what she tells them to. But let me remind you, a stream can rise no higher than its source and all crap flows downhill. I discovered this little nugget. The Englishtown Police Chief, who Cynthia works for, was charged with conspiracy and computer theft. It says the Englishtown Police Department Chief of Police has been charged criminally following an investigation. Peter S. Cook, 58 years old, is charged with thirdderee computer theft and thirdderee conspiracy to commit shoplifting. An investigation by MCPO, Professional Responsibility Unit, revealed that on multiple dates between February 2019 and August 2023, so this is very recent, Cook utilized a law enforcement database to look up information about two individuals outside the scope of any legitimate law enforcement purpose. That may be one of the reasons that Cynthia was trying to bark an unlawful order at Johnny. These people are used to going outside the bounds of the law. The investigation further revealed that while on administrative leave on multiple dates in August and September of 2024, Cook aided a co-conspirator in that individual's commission of several instances of shoplifting from a local grocery store. Cook was served the charges against him earlier this month on a summon pending proceedings to be heard in Mammoth County Superior Court. Peter S. Cook used to be Cynthia's boss, but apparently bizarre behavior isn't just relegated to the police department in English Town, New Jersey. We also got this guy. I'm starting to think maybe Johnny should stop recording on days where it's a full moon. Oh boy. >> It's a free country. >> Yes, sir. >> Thank God. >> Yes, sir. >> Amen. >> Amen. >> Beautiful night. >> I'm sorry. I >> said it's a beautiful night. >> Yes, sir. >> It's a beautiful day. >> Beautiful day about to turn night. >> You think it's going to rain? >> Uh, maybe. Hopefully not. Hopefully it holds out for a little bit. >> I broke my leg like 15 years ago, so I feel like I can always feel when the rain's about to come. >> You know, I had a knee injury myself and I had two arthoscopic surgeries and whenever it's really humid and rainy, that's a real thing. You You can really feel it in your joints. I know. >> Yeah. >> All right, buddy. >> Hey, >> take care. >> You as well. >> Interesting. >> Interesting choice of words. Interesting way to walk up. Interesting way to drive your car on the curb right there. I was just really nice, man. Why do you have to like like >> What's up now? >> I said I just like got in my car. I just wanted to say how you're doing. Like why do you still do that after someone's nice to you? >> What do you mean? You know, like everyone doesn't like appreciate being recorded kind of. >> Are you talking about like your cameras when you drive by everybody with your car and stuff like that or >> That doesn't I don't record. >> Yeah, but you can though >> and it's still a camera. If if you cra if you get into a crash, you can pull up the last couple seconds for sure. Yeah. >> The latest Teslas have nine onboard cameras, eight exterior and one interior, and they are recording the entire time unless you disable it. Yeah, that's fair. That's >> So why do you think it's okay for you and not me? >> You in a car driving right now? >> I'm sorry. >> You're not driving in a car right now? >> No, of course not. No, but I'm using a camera in public. Yeah. >> But do you you don't appreciate the fact that sometimes some people don't like being on camera? >> I mean, >> you just don't. All right. >> I really don't understand. I don't I don't understand the sentiment where you're coming from. >> I was just curious like if cuz I just I I just >> I care about other people. >> I care about you. I want you to make I want hope you're having a good night. >> Awesome. Yeah, me too, man. Like you don't care about me. You don't care about how I feel. Cuz I just told you I don't like being filmed. It makes me feel >> When did you tell me that? >> I don't like being filmed. >> Yeah, but when did you tell me that? You just came up to me and said you free country, right? Which is first of all >> saying it right now. Right now. >> Well, you just called me over to your car, >> right? >> You were wondering after I said hello to film. >> I don't know about you, but when I don't like to be filmed, the very first thing I do is walk right up to a cameraman while he's filming. Right. >> Yeah. It's not like appropriate. >> What do you mean it's not appropriate? >> It's not funny, man. It's like >> No, it it's kind of funny. Yeah, it's kind of funny because you're telling me it's not appropriate to use my phone on a sidewalk. Is that what you're telling me right now? >> It's not appropriate. >> It's okay, man. It's all right. It's not about No, you could use you could you should use your phone and do all creative things and like it's amazing creative outlet. >> So, then what part of that is not appropriate? It's when you um affect other people unnecessarily. That's >> So, does that mean like when you get out of your car and park in a in a entrance way and get up to me and start talking to me? >> Dude, I said hi. >> Oh, okay, buddy. >> There's a difference. >> You have a good day. All right, take it easy. >> Watch out for curbs next time. >> Thought they drove themselves. >> That is Johnny from First Amendment Protection Agency. And there is way more to this video.
