to take a look at the mccurtain County Sheriff's Department Facebook page let's see who was it that said it was under my pin comment it's Beau Kane says read the mcsd Facebook page response and I hadn't yet so I go over the mccurtain County and by the way this is just just to get you up to speed if you haven't seen it this is from my last video or the second to the last video I don't know which one it was days are flying off the calendar like crazy it's this one right here hidden hidden might catch a sheriff plotting sheriff and some council members plotting the murder of two journalists who formerly had said things that the sheriff's department didn't like apparently apparently or allegedly is that what we're supposed to say to keep our butts on legal hot water by the way if you want to support this channel uh and you want to bypass the Super Chat the cash app is well I thought the cash app was up there I don't know cash app And subscribe star up there and the links are in the the uh description below but I wanted to go over this because this is really important if if there was a plot by the sheriff and a couple Commissioners four people in the room supposedly if there was a plot to off some journalists because of some journalistic work that they didn't like that's a serious problem and that doesn't necessitate that the people who plotted stepped down from their position but rather they'd be met with some serious Swift Justice in my opinion so I'm going to go over this I'm going to read this from the mccurtain county Facebook page I've got the link as the first link in the description so you can follow along if you want to but the mccurtain County Sheriff's Office says and by the way it's this one of the sheriff was in the room this guy right here last name clarity he was in the room and he's the one who offered his uh excavation services to get rid of the bodies and the other guy said no you don't have to do that because the holes are already pre-dug we don't need any excavation everything's all set it's Plug and Play so we're going to read this and we're going to go over some comments but we're going to do it in a roundabout way because because the the mccurtain County Sheriff's Office does not love the First Amendment and they don't want to hear from the constituency they don't want to hear from the citizens they don't want to hear from uh fellow Americans they turned off the comments to this press briefing right here this statement can you guys hear me okay what's up John Eagle reluctant profit how you doing enforce the Bill of Rights Travis is here Daryl unvaxed America on VA double X America Sammy's here are you kidding me is also here so can you guys hear me okay I don't want to go on without unvaxed them yeah it sounds okay I've had Mike problems in the past in the last 72 hours they say they have been amongst the most difficult and disruptive in recent history this is a very complex situation and one we regret having to address actually it's a very very simple situation there's no complexity involved in it the reason they want complexity involved in it is because they want to appeal to the Oklahoma security of communications act title 13 to get their butts out of a sling and get out of hot water in my opinion in my opinion there is and has been an ongoing investigation into multiple significant violations of the Oklahoma security of commissions act title 13 chapters 176.3 and 176.4 which states it is illegal to secretly record a conversation where they're plotting the murder of journalists in which you are not involved and do not have the consent of at least one of the involved parties so they're making this mountain out of this the the mountain is actually the plotting of murder the molehill is the violation of some security Communications Act and you kind of expected them to do this because this is law enforcement and they got to be evasive and they got to come up with excuses of why they engaged in criminal activity and why they shouldn't be the ones to go to jail for it if it's all as it appears could the journalists have doctored the audio yes could we be horn swaggled and Hoodwinked by the journalists yes could the sheriff's department be telling the truth that these uh recordings were doctored I guess it's not likely because cops and politicians aren't known for telling the truth there's a significant number of victims significant number of victims of this criminal activity and it is taken a significant effort and time to identify them and corroborate evidence then they say many of these recordings like the one published by media outlets on Friday have yet to be duly authenticated or validated our preliminary information indicates that the media released audio recording has in fact been altered [Music] they're not going to tell you how it was altered the motivation for doing so remains unclear at this point so they're they're already trying to set up as a foregone conclusion that the audio recording that the journalists took to the media which identified the sheriff and the Commissioners plotting the murder of said journalists has been doctored therefore we must investigate and this is criminal activity on its face because they recorded us and we didn't know they were recording us in a private meeting when they weren't supposed to be having private meetings from what I understand that matter is actively being investigated in addition to being illegally obtained the audio does not match the transcription of that audio and is not precisely consistent with what has been put into print no no examples multiple agencies are assisting in this ongoing investigation as a result of the press release and keep in mind this press this not this press release but this probably did too but the audio recording and the media publishing the audio recording and pointing the finger at the sheriff and the Commissioners made it all the way to the governor's office to where the Governor of Oklahoma Kevin Stitt made a statement as a result of the press release that went out on Friday a large number of threats of violence including death threats I don't condone any of that that's just ridiculous you got to be you got to be stupid anyway to call up a you know use your phone whether it's a cell phone or a landline or whatever to call up a sheriff's department and start making death threats that's just utterly stupid you know how easy that can be tracked and traced and you be swatted the very next day if not within hours dum dum dum dum uh anyway death threats have been made against County employees and officials their families and friends again again I don't endorse any of that that's ridiculous there will be why put yourself in that position why put your family in that position there will be continued press releases from this agency hmm makes me wonder I wonder if there really will be as the investigation comes to a close and findings are forwarded to the appropriate authorities for felony charges to be filed on those involved involved in what plotting the murder no those involved in recording the plotting of a Murder and then I I uncovered this before let me just show you real quick mccurtain County Sheriff's Office limited who can comment on this post well of course they did because they don't care about Free Speech they don't care about what the American people think about this they don't want to hear what you have to say but we're gonna hear what you have to say because we're going to go into the post below it and people are going to be commenting on this post wanting to comment on this post but for before we do let me just show you there there's there's there's there's a wire tape tapping sort of law from what I've uncovered with my limited research in Oklahoma our recorded conversations admissible in Oklahoma generally yes this is from davisbusinesslaw.com lawfully obtained relevant evidence is generally admissible in Oklahoma it is legal to record a conversation if at least one party to the conversation knows about and can consents the recording which is always kind of been a head scratcher for me because you're one you if you're the recording party you're a one party and then the other parties that you want to record are the other parties so of course you're going to know about it because you're the one who pushed the record button unless I'm missing something there in other words if a person secretly records a conversation with another person that recording is lawful if a person secretly records a conversation uh two unaware people are having that recording is unlawful okay okay okay I get it I got it so Oklahoma recording law Oklahoma security of commissions act or osca makes it illegal to record an in-person or telephone conversation without the consent of at least one party or to record a communication with criminal or tortious intent tortious just means like ill intent or wrong intent that means if a party records another party if the recording party intends to use that recording for something like blackmail or extortion how about just for reporting how about you're just using it to say to tell to tell the public what public servants are saying behind closed doors what about that the only intent is to get the information out I don't know they don't really speak to that making the recording itself unlawful breaking the osca is a felony punishable by fine or imprisonment what about um conspiring to murder is that punishable if you're a public servant or do you have qualified immunity and that qualified immunity covers you and keeps you away from all the consequences of it the osca also applied applies to text messages and emails the law defines Wireless communication as any transfer of signs signals warnings images sounds data or intelligence of any nature according to this title 13 176.2 which is what the mccurtain county uh statement actually cites 176.3 actually and 176.4 so what are some people what are people saying about this and that's why I wanted to go live because I wanted to hear what you guys had to say about this I I would like to try to limit the conversation to just this right here just so we can keep everything nice and you know nice and tight let's see wrathgaard says if any of us said what they said we'd be labeled as domestic violent extremists racist terrorists white supremacists and Nazis yeah and knotcs and then we'd most likely end up in gitmo yep exactly but because we're not public servants because we're just the regular citizenry because we're the common folk because we're the lower class on the totem pole and we don't have qualified immunity we'll get treated different than the political and the policing class but I do want to show you that there are comments that are being made about this situation this right here has nothing to do this post right here has nothing to do with the situation and yet if you go to the comment section you see a whole bunch of comments that they probably don't want you to see and they'll probably I don't know if they will but they might because they already have a history of doing this they might get rid of all the comments under all of their posts on their Facebook page because somebody's gonna find one post that they did uh that they didn't delete the comments on and they're going to start commenting on that why because people want to know the truth they want to get to the bottom of it they want to see Justice done and if it's true that the sheriff and the Commissioners conspired against the the lives of two journalists for whatever reason that's that's a public interest story and everybody needs to know what kind of people these are why so they can be dealt with appropriately so I'm just all I'm asking for is Justice this is in my state I don't care even if it was in your state this is in America and this should not be allowed to stand I don't care who you are I don't care what your political affiliation is I don't care what your position is in life if you're a sheriff if you're a governor if you're a senator if you're the president of the United States you should you should be punished just like everybody should be punished on this this person says I look forward to the rest of the mccurtain County Sheriff it's getting deep for y'all good this person says power corrupts absolute power corrupts absolutely turns out that power wasn't as absolute as you thought it was can't wait to see what's under those rocks the feds are about to turn over and it makes you wonder if the feds are going to back off and go oh oh they violated the wiretapping law well we don't care if they conspired against the lives of two journalists let's see mccurtain County Sheriff's Office you're going to make a statement I guess this was before they made this statement that I just read this is from 20 hours ago from three hours ago the sheriff's office is more worried about the video being recorded and leaked than it was what was said in the video amen Barbara people like them should not be in public office I'm sure that rhetoric is through the Sheriff's Office and County officials they are only going to going to hire like-minded people the record oh yeah yeah people are laughing about the comment that the recording has been altered by the way if you have if you don't know what we're talking about let me go and play you some of this recording this is the sheriff right here and this is one of the sheriff's employees here's what here's what the sheriff and at least two other council members and this chick right here with Sam terrorist Department in Louisiana because it's all market around yeah yeah but here's the reality if the hair on his last head her swim handheld or any of those people that really were behind all that with the hair on their hair got touched by anybody who who would be the bad guys who would be blamed for it they everybody in the room knows exactly what they're talking about they're considering ending the life of at least Chris Willingham Chris Willingham is the son of Bruce Willingham who is the publisher of that that local Gazette newspaper there in Idabel Idabel Oklahoma but look at what they said let's just break this down in what context would this ever be right how could How could a wiretapping law override what was recorded as people conspired to plot against other people's lives Jennings says this is these are Jennings is a council member uh Manning is this chick right here that you just saw this chick right here that's Manning and they all know what's what's being said this Jennings guy goes I've known two or three Hitmen they are very quiet guys let me ask you have you ever personally known a hitman is that normal what do you mean you know hit Ben because you know when you're if your uh profession is a hit man you don't tell everybody you're a hit man as a matter of fact it's best that people don't know you're a Hitman there is a famous Hitman who was it he ended up going to jail but he lived all his life nobody knew he was a hitman including his wife including his kids until he got jailed the FED surrounded him he got uh he got caught in some kind of FBI sting I can't remember what the guy's name I saw a documentary on him a couple months ago does anybody know who I'm talking about Hitmen don't want you to know that you're a Hitman how does Jennings know a Hitman I've known two or three it's it's enough to say I know one hit man but to know two or three hitmen why do you know yes Iceman thanks writes on the Iceman he would just go out and he would do his hit and he would come back home and he was according to right here but I can assume in my head if any hair on their head got touched by anybody who would be the bad guy in other words we can't let something happen to them because we would probably be implicated to which the sheriff says who would be blamed for it and then they go on they go on and say this right here I'll just let you listen to the recording then we'll talk about it did you hear that did you see that what comes around goes around uh Jennings says I know where two big deep holes here uh are here if you ever need them the sheriff says I've got an excavator Jennings says well these are already pre-dug what are they talking about what are they talking about this isn't even they go on a racist rant here too but this is the kind of stuff that should be investigated and would be investigated if you said it you would guys I'm telling you swat would have already been my at my house this morning I would have already been in zip ties I'd already been sitting in a cage waiting for arraignment if I had put if if I if it even looked like I used my cell phone or whatever to plot a murder let alone a secret recording of public officials in a private meeting so a couple more of these uh this this person says the recording has been altered hahaha well looks like you don't get to investigate yourself looks like the FBI is getting involved you should be concerned with what was captured on the recording all of you should be immediately terminated arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law but the sheriff wouldn't know anything about law why you always lying so this is what's going on in mccurtain County let me see do I have anything else here let's see maybe I'll play the other two recordings they had some racist here's the here is Bruce uh Willingham he is the publisher of this local newspaper and he's one of the guys that the sheriff and the Commissioners were talking about getting rid of him and his son so let's listen to one of these other recordings right here also discussed barbecuing body parts and stuff like that and uh Kyle was out there today all the Molly Park oh she come apart Mr bark bodies and uh man yeah have you ever had barbecue yeah insane I'm hungry you know what we're gonna do now right in fact goes now what she goes she's got a preheat the oven 350 degrees for 15 minutes and she went it was and then the medical examiner actually said hey what's going to look at the face because you're going to go with me go eat barbecue and then they bemoan the fact that it's not like the good old days yeah yeah exactly James Barton says FBI are just as bad or worse than them I know it's you got the you got the foxes investigating the other foxes and telling the hands we'll get back to you when we find out what's going on it's the planning and plotting phase but the actual putting boots on the ground and making sure this plan is implemented phase how many people have disappeared at the hands of for example the New Yorker Chicago Police Department we know NYPD just from nap Commission in the 70s and the mulling Commission in the 1990s and 1994 that the New York Police Department was corrupt from top to bottom in all public officials who are supposed to be having a public meeting and assured the public that there were no private meetings and the reason the recording was being recorded by this journalist is because he wanted to make sure that there were no private meetings being conducted by public servants so this is a completely different area right here and they're trying to throw up the smoke screens and bend the glass and and shift the prism so you can look at this whole thing a different way and look at the journalists as though they were the ones that were criminals because they're the ones that put the recording device in there when they're the ones that are the criminals talking about criminal things to people who are supposed to be trusting them to protect and serve them if I sent you this
