see trish woke up during that time and i greeted her did we talk about intimate things like we usually do what exactly did i say holy schmoly and people were trying to get in touch with me with me thanks for people who are reaching out there uh three of you sent cash apps thank you for the cash apps trying to get in touch with me i think joe ramirez was one of them let's see who else josh from accountability4all was trying to call me and i kept hanging up on him because i was trying to get a video done let's see who was it i want to give a shout out to everybody who had my back and not that you didn't have my back if you didn't reach out maybe you didn't know how to reach out or how to contact me let's see who was it who 4chan for prez sent a buck joe ramirez sent 10 bucks and cecilia m sent two bucks so thanks for the cash apps trying to get in touch with me to save me from myself yesterday when i was live streaming and didn't know it so i hope i hope i didn't burp or it's like but anyway i was doing uh i was doing a video for uh the last 60 second youtube short about you know us giving piles and piles of cash at other places while meanwhile here on american soil the good folks in jackson mississippi have mud coming out of their faucets so i appreciate that let's see somebody said something about me spreading misinformation what was that jesus gave me aids it's the screen name that doesn't sound right to me but this channel has been helping spread misinformation lately such as not having a license to drive for example is that misinformation where can i read more about this well you can read supreme court and lower court cases that say that you it's not you don't get permission it's not something that's permissible it's something that you have a fundamental right to do to take your property from point a to point b on the public highways so uh hey thanks fluoride zombie slayer that's a good name fluoride zombie slayer what's up uh what's up auditors of america and steve news now anarchy excalibur brian smith truth seeker for 8.94 we're going to go ahead and get into this this is this comes from uh house bill 3653 and if this is what house bill 3653 says it's bad but let me just let me just stop real quick and ask you a question are you for police departments i don't care if it's new york city police department i don't care if it's the illinois the chicago police department the los angeles county sheriff's department by and large have they been for the american people have they been securing our rights this whole way do they have a stellar record of doing the things that they swore they would do when they put their hand on that bible or whatever they're doing these days and swearing to protect and defend the constitution of the united states which means your individual freedoms from all enemies foreign and domestic or have they rather become the domestic enemies that they swore to protect you from because it seems to me it's not option a that they've been this whole time they've been protecting your rights they've been they've been standing as centurions at the gates of hell keeping hell from coming at you it's more like they've been hell coming at you they've been the ones that are breaking down your door that form the swat teams that do the raids the warrantless you know raids they've been the ones who've been on board in in what 17 19 states now with the red flag laws the first of which ended in a guy's death when he was trying to protect his property at five o'clock in the morning from the cops and what do laws do to cops do laws typically disempower cops or do laws empower cops in my estimation laws including this h house resolution 3653 it empowers them why how does a law empower them because laws are rules and rules are for you to follow if you don't follow them if you break the rules you get punished if they break the rules there's no repercussions for that let me just give you a couple examples and then we're going to get over this uh house resolution 3653 from illinois that was signed by governor pritzker you know and again when i when i go over this kind of stuff i just want to look at it from a balanced view i don't even know everything that's going on with this because as we're going to see it's it's very long it's arduous going through this thing it's 764 freaking pages why did they make it so long it's wordy it's boring you gotta wade through it you gotta figure out what it is you gotta define the terms you gotta look in subsection one two three part a but the reason it doesn't really matter that they made this law that's that that looks like it's designed to constrain law enforcement and give the citizenry a little bit more freedom um who cares we already have we already have uh usc 18 usc 241 that they don't care about conspiracy against rights do you think the cops care about uh a law a federal law in the codes 18 ufc 241 uh conspiracy against rights do you think it can they care that the prescription for violating that law from anybody it just says if two or more persons conspire to injure press threat and intimidate any person in any state territory commonwealth or district in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right they shall be you know jailed or fined or may be sentenced to do you think they care about that well their actions show that they don't do you think they care about 18 usc 242 deprivation of rights under color of law i mean they don't even care if there is a law they'll just be out there making one up against you because they want to get you they want to increase the coffers of the state as they take away your freedoms [Music] do you think they care about 42 1983 civil action for deprivation of rights you can remind them while they're out in the field in the process of violating your rights of 42 1983 42 1985 18 241 18 242 and they don't care it doesn't stop them at all you can record them they don't care they're going to commit a crime against you because they already have it in their head and why do they have in their head because they have power and one thing we know about power is it's corrosive to the human soul when you have power you want more power and it's not enough and it doesn't matter who gets in the way power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely that is the problem as you put if the problem with the world and we've said this so many times before if the problem with the world is evil people the last thing you want to do is give some of those evil people unbridled unquestioned absolute power and a monopoly on force and violence and brutality so we're going to get into this let me just show you this is ridiculously long i'm just going to look at this 764 pages of nonsense absolute nonsense somebody tried to distill it in this and i couldn't find this kind of stuff i i perused through the bill again this is hb 3653 here i'll put if you want to look through the bill yourself here it is this is from illinoisga.gov this is from their own website i'm going to drop it in the chat room right now there it is right there feel free to peruse for yourself but this is a distillation in meme form uh you know by somebody cfcn news and it says pertaining to house resolution 3653 illinois illinois is non-detainable offenses beginning january 1st 2023 non-detainable offense number one aggravated battery aggravated dui aggravated fleeing arson burglary now if this is true if it's true that uh the cops with this hb 3653 are gonna be you know constrained from actually taking somebody in removing them from society if you're engaged in arson or burglary or aggravated battery you should be removed from society nobody's arguing that who should do the removing maybe we can talk about that but one of the things that i always look at is if you want to protect yourself from aggravated battery or arson or burglary that's on you that's your responsibility it's nobody else's responsibility it's not the cops responsibility it's not your congressman it's not your senator it's not your governor it's not your next door neighbor you are responsible for your own safety and your family's own safety take that responsibility the problem with laws in some of these states like you know specifically in california in los angeles and illinois and chicago and new york you know if you're on times square or whatever the problem is these psychopathic parasites like to take away your rights and then the cops follow the rules of the psychopathic parasites and become the the anti-rights enforcers and then when things go bad as history dictates they do uh the cop just says you know well i have plausible deniability i can just come up to you and say hey that was that was my job i didn't make the law i just enforce them i'm i'm i can get off scot-free i was just doing my job i was just doing what my commanding officer and my politicians told me sorry you don't you don't get a free pass that's not a good excuse you still commit you still made the choice you chose to do the wrong thing because somebody told you to what are you a little child or something so if it's true that you can kidnap and commit robbery and second degree murder and burglary and not be detained that would be a bad thing but i have not i did not see that in this bill could it be in there yes if it is this is not good but there are some things in this bill and i'm not even saying that i'm for this bill because like i said at the beginning of this this broadcast right here 18 usc 241 242 and 42 1983 pretty much covers all the evil that cops can do but then they stand behind their qualified immunity there's terry v ohio police security and safety trump's individual rights with terry v ohio all that should be stripped from them but but since they have it it doesn't matter what other laws they write to constrain the cops they won't be constrained there are a couple of things in this bill on its face that kind of look like it's good now this bill hb 3653 and i don't want to belabor this point i want to try to get out of here as soon as possible but it's called the safe t act safe accountability fairness and equity act now anytime i see a name on this a name like this on a bill it's going to be the the opposite of safety it's going to provide the public with the opposite of what it says it's going to provide it with and just as a couple of examples i usually give is the affordable care act it was absolutely extremely unaffordable and it laid a heavy tax on people who didn't even use you know obamacare or whatever i mean we're talking about with healthcare.gov the website costs the american tax cattle 1.8 not million billion dollars for a website does that sound affordable to you or how about the patriot act when i think of patriotism i think of hey land of the free home of the brave man you can do whatever you want to as long as you're not harming somebody threatening to harm somebody stealing their stuff damaging their property and not paying for it when i think of patriot i think of freedom well the patriot act in 2001 after you know oh by the way today's the anniversary of you know what so happy don't question the government the official story is 100 right day that's what that's what day it is today so happy happy don't question the official story day but after that day in 2001 only 42 days later they already created the patriot act which brought in the surveillance state which brought in you can't get to your gate in the in the airport now and almost every airport in the nation without going through the blue blue shirts which formerly were the brown shirts of the tsa the department of homeland homeland security came online in 2001 with the patriot act the nsa the spying program was emboldened and empowered and funded so was that patriotic well it seems like the opposite of patriotism to me so when i see a safety it's not it's not about your safety accountability no nobody in law enforcement is going to be held accountable maybe on the surface maybe there's going to be some examples of see the bill's working just so just to keep you lead you along and provide you with the breadcrumbs that you need to just keep on playing the dog and pony left versus right paradigm lie show fairness there's not gonna be fairness equity come on give me a break so that's what it's called the safety accountability fairness and equity act or equity today act so let me just show you this they did a pretty good breakdown here a lot of people are looking at the negatives in this build there's actually some positives but again this is under the umbrella is it doesn't matter the politicians are aligned against you law enforcement is aligned against you and the people are playing this team let me show you this let me show you something see if i still have it up here i'm gonna show you before we get into some of this bill let's see where is my oh here it is let's let's play what this guy says this is orland park chicago illinois republican mayor keith peck pekka warns of the disasters ahead from illinois house bill 3653 criminal justice reform which goes into effect on january 1st 2023 shocking how the democrats are pushing death on american citizens oh republicans aren't pushing death on the american citizens what about the what about the guy the commander-in-chief who gave billions billions if not trillions of dollars to the big farm guy industrial complex for the you know what and he keeps pushing it that's not uh that's not the uh wishing death on the american citizens how about that same you know team r player that same elephant saying that he's four red flag laws or i'll look take the guns first due process second as diane frankenstein is sitting to his oh is he sitting to his left you know going we like that we like take the guns first deep breaths a second they're all working against you listen to what this guy says as of january 1st 2023 the following things will go into effect and people need to be aware of this it abolishes cash bail for almost every offense this includes but isn't limited to kidnapping armed robbery second-degree murder drug-induced homicide aggravated dui threatening a public official and aggravated fleeing and eluding offenders released on electronic monitoring have to be in violation for 48 hours before law enforcement can act they could almost drive to alaska i mean if that's true that that's that's that would be weird that would be weird oh they can be oh they just got out of the zone okay we got to wait for 48 hours we're constrained that's that's weird i didn't see that in the bill could it be in the bill yeah if it is that's stupid that's just dumb before we can even look for them it denies victims or constitutional rights and keep this in mind i wish he came up with some examples and here's how it denies victims their constitutional rights well guess what you're constantly being denied your constitutional rights and you're constantly being victimized when the thin blue line gang shows up how about that businesses and homeowners officers will no longer be able to remove trespassers from your resident residents or your businesses someone could decide to live in your ship well if that's true then what's the solution you remove them from your home or business is somebody he's gonna say if somebody decides to live in your shed guess what you're gonna have to come up with it because we can't do anything we're handcuffed we won't be able to help you out okay i don't need your help i'm a big boy i can handle it on my own i don't need i'm a man i don't need to call other men to help me oh please help me and please send guns make sure men with guns show up so they can help me i'm a man who can't do anything i'm just i'm paralyzed shed and all we can to play this back because i i interrupted too much before we can even look for them it denies victims or constitutional rights and keep this in mind businesses and homeowners officers will no longer be able to remove trespassers from your resident residents or your businesses someone could decide to live in your shed and all we can do is give them a ticket yeah actually that's that's a good uh freedom seed says remove them forcibly and get arrested yeah i know i know it's a catch-22 when you're dealing with government it's a real sticky issue you have to make sure that you're considering all the aspects you have to make sure that you don't get involved in this this groundswell of the left versus right thing because basically what this guy's doing is painting democrats versus republicans and really the issue is is it right or is it wrong i don't care who came up with it it's pretty stupid if somebody committed a crime and you go you know what jail's overpopulated or he committed an offense that really wasn't that bad let's go and give him an ankle monitor you know i have to give deep deep give it deeper thought on that but let's say you know you gave him an ankle monitor and you go okay you got to stay in this zone if you if you go out of this zone your ankle monitor is going to alert us but then we can't do anything for 48 hours why would you even make a law like that that's dumb i don't care if you're a republican or democrat that's stupid i mean if that's given if he committed an offense that actually created a victim you have to decide what level of force is required to remove them and whether or not it's legal okay so this is a massive threat to the residents of orlando park cook county and illinois okay so if it is a massive threat what is the what's the solution the solution is hey why don't we put out a public service notice and just tell everybody hey guess what we're going to drop all these freaking stupid gun laws we got go out and get yourself a firearm we're going to drop all the taxes on all ammunition because it looks like you're going to have to fend for yourself but no they want us they want to stay in the position of savior i don't care if it's republican or democrat they want you to think that you need them they want you to think that you need their security force their police forces they want they want the vast majority of us to think hey let's just lay down our arms why do we need firearms we have the police department that's the stupidest thought in the world so getting back to this right here here are a couple of the things couple of the highlights police accountability police accountability is always good that's why we have first amendment auditors out there with cameras because we're trying to lend transparency to the landscape of corruption and most of that corruption is coming from police departments if you question that just look at the mullen report from what was it 1982 1992 1993 they this guy was commissioned to see if he could find any corruption was there any corruption at all in the uh in in police departments and the his his bottom line conclusion was well there was this other commission and you know it was pretty bad back then what they revealed now what i've revealed is light years beyond that in terms of corruption he unearthed so much corrupt corruption it's like you wonder if the reason the police department exists was just to be corrupt we're not just talking about getting with drug dealers during drug busts and pocketing a little bit of cocaine we're talking about up to and including murdering people for money and for drugs requires reporting on deaths in police custody that doesn't seem too bad to me requires police to provide a predicate offense for resisting arrest okay yeah it's like okay tell tell the court officer why you put that person in jail for resisting arrest or tell us why you said it was obstruction of justice when that cameraman was literally 20 feet away from you using a zoom lens as you pulled that person over because they wanted to make sure that road piracy wasn't at work here that is a reason for why an arrest was occurring in the first place expands police training on use of force and crisis intervention as well as first aid training that seems like i mean like if you're going to have a police force you want them to be trained to de-escalate you want them to be able to look at a crisis and go okay how can i get involved in this and chill things down instead of me arriving with all my fellow bandits and making things worse that sounds like a good idea requires statewide standards and services for officers to receive regular mental health screening see one of the reasons i'm against all this kind of stuff is because it requires money money money and where's that money going to come from where they're going to reach deeper into your pockets it's like hey we made a law great what's it going to do it's going to make society better okay good i'm i'm for making society better what's that going to cost me oh don't worry about it we'll just put it on your tab even good things require that the government steals more money for you to from you to bring those good things into being that's still theft it's like oh my my next door neighbor has a little boy his name's johnny and johnny uh you know lost the use of his legs and now he's paralyzed from the waist down and the neighbor is like oh man i i feel sorry for a little johnny but you're sleeping at night and you hear a crash you know in the front of your house somebody just broke down your door and now they've got a mask on and they've got a gun and they're like give me some money okay uh here's some money what's this what's this all about i got i gotta give my my little son crutches i gotta buy him a wheelchair and i don't have the money but i knew that you had money so i'm gonna go i'm gonna steal your money and do something good with it is it good that this guy wants to provide a wheelchair and crutches for his little son johnny who's paralyzed from the waist down yes that's a good thing to provide that service to johnny what's not good is that you just stole from your neighbor to do it it's still theft guys is it good that we need police accountability yeah how are you going to bring police accountability about oh we're going to steal a whole bunch of money from you to make sure that we can enact this law well that's criminal activity so basically you want to do something good by committing a crime to do it and then they go well the ends justifies the means right the means is the theft the ends is we're going to make society better yay society's better and then everybody applauds the theft like okay well wow i guess that's okay no it's not it's not okay that's why i'm against all this stuff even if it's good it's funded by evil actions from evil people who don't mind doing evil because they justify their evil by saying we're going to do something good as we do something evil but they don't admit that stealing from you is evil it's all convoluted requires police departments to participate in the fbi's use of force database and strengthens the requirements for the youth use of deadly force this first part doesn't sound good strengthens the requirements for the use of deadly force in other words you gotta if you wanna use deadly force you gotta go through all these hurdles and it truly has to be justified that seems like a good thing to me prohibits chokeholds by police officers i mean use a choke hold if you need it but a lot of times you don't need it so that sounds like kind of a good thing imposes upon police a duty to intervene in the excessive use of force by another officer and to render aid when necessary that sounds perfectly logical to me if a cop is getting out of hand and this is why we always say there's no good cops out there because it's like oh it's just that one bad apple it's like no it wasn't that one bad apple that choked out eric garner it wasn't that one bad apple that shot daniel shaver in that like hallway of the la quinta and it wasn't just phillips philip brailsford who by the way got acquitted it was all of his fellow law enforcement officers who were staying there standing around that didn't prevent the crime from happening didn't restrain the cop so all those guys were bad apples it wasn't just the one guy who committed the evil act it was all the other guys who could have prevented the evil act that makes them you know just as bad so this isn't bad having a cop intervene on the excessive use of force by another officer and to render aid when necessary enhance whistleblower protections that's not a bad thing extends all restrictions of the use of deadly force that apply to law enforcement officers to bounty hunters as well bans the use of certain military equipment and provides guidance on the use of crowd control measures banned certain military what do you mean we mean we can't have our mrap what do you mean we can't have our 50 caliber machine guns and blow holes in aunt sadie's house what do you mean we can't have that what do you mean we can't have all this highfalutin swat tactical gear have you ever noticed they changed from peace officers to police officers to law enforcement and they changed from the good old days where you saw barney and andy and andy andy wouldn't even let barney have a bullet in the chamber it always had to be one bullet in his pocket and then we went from that to a militarized police force like we're in the the you know the sandbox of afghanistan or something requires the maintenance of police misconduct records and requires the use of special prosecutors and official officer-involved deaths expands officer misconduct database removes police discipline from cognitive i'm sorry collective bargaining process requires the use of body cam statewide by 2025. uh wearing body cams is a good thing but you know what even that does not stop the cops from committing crimes i mean their dash cams running front facing rear facing they got body cams on them there's they know there's cameras all around and they still commit their crimes because they can't stop and why can't they stop because that power that we talked about at the beginning of the video that corrupts it blinds your mind from doing rational logical human compassionate things and it turns you into a madman and a menace to society and they don't care if the cameras are running that's not going to offer any kind of barrier protection for society removes the requirement for sworn affidavits for police misconduct complaints okay so it makes it easier for you to complain against the cop but then what do your complaints actually do here's here i'm i'm turning this in right now i'm turning that into the police station we need to we need to uh complain against sergeant wilson who strangled my grandmother to death oh okay sergeant wilson yeah he's the guy that got the award for the best uh the the best officer in the in the county last year last week uh we'll we'll be sure to file this in the old round file there now am i saying that sometimes these things don't go to court and people win no of course and you know sometimes it works out for the benefit of the individual who they call the citizen the individual who's non-law enforcement to actually lodge a complaint and then go to court and then sometimes they win a lot of times it's a kangaroo court though because the system is basically rigged against us sometimes it's almost like it's almost like in a casino if you went to a casino and you heard nobody ever wins in the casino i mean like not even a dollar you don't get anything out of the machines when you're at the blackjack tables everybody knows they're rigged and everybody knows that every time you walk in there 100 of the time you're going to lose casinos don't operate like that they got to give a little they got to give you some breadcrumbs and make you think that you're actually going to strike it rich this time that's how it works that's the psychology you're never going to hear of a casino that never pays out it's like that guy won 25 000 maybe i could maybe that's me tonight yes hey that guy won against that cop maybe i can win yes that's what it's like but you know at the end of the day the house always wins they'll give you this little skirmish they'll give you this little battle but they'll win the war i mean that's it's house rules man it's house rules and one of the first rules of the house is they don't have to follow the rules but you do and that's why you get wins that's why you get them it's all rigged man but it's all cycle it's it's a psyop it's a psychological operation that gets into the gearbox of how you operate it gets into the fuse box of your mind and it starts pushing buttons and pulling levers and and and blowing fuses and then there's a reward system and then sometimes it'll give you a reward it'll award you for your efforts and then there's that dopamine hit and it keeps you coming back from war it keeps you hanging on and maybe i can do it this time it's like those carnival games you know they're not made so stringent that nobody wins but they're made stringent enough where the house wins at least 75-80 percent of the time because if you threw that ring on that bottle every time and the ring rang and they gave you that big stuffed animal that's gonna cost them some money even though even though if you did win every time at those carnival games the the pittance they paid for those animals and the five dollars you had to shell out to throw those rings it's it's it's still going to be in their favor they're still going to walk away with probably 50 but that's the way this operates too the court system they'll give you a win they'll give you 10 wins they'll give you 100 wins man it's going to look really easy but at the end of the day they they end up winning because they're they write the rules they don't have to follow them but you do so detainee prisoners citizens rights uh it looks like one of the things that they say here is it and i again i can't find that in this 764 page freaking bill that aggravated battery gets a pass and it's not a detainable offense can you imagine somebody burning down a business in town and it's and the officer goes well that's not a detainable offense you know they they're protected by hp 3653 oh they kidnapped those kids not a detainable offense i can't even imagine if that is truly in the bill and again i haven't found it i put the link here let me put the link again there there's the link again this is hb 3653 joe amira says uh where i caught where i live cops start at 85 000 and most make over 150 000 a year with overtime amazing that's not even counting benefits they probably get really good benefits too so if this bill if this hb 3653 actually says that you can commit second degree murder burglary arson robbery kidnapping drug-induced homicide drug-induced homicide and it's not it's not detainable it makes me laugh because they will they will detain um you know any number of first amendment second amendment auditors just for having a camera and saying that oh you're you're uh you're involved in obstructing justice well it's like no actually i'm kind of obstructing injustice not not kind of and it's i'm not even actually obstructing injustice it's more like i'm observing injustice but you're calling it an obstruction of justice when what you do is not just if your job is to pull people over and monetarily economically terrorize them because they didn't have a driver's license proof of insurance registration or they were going five miles an hour over the speed limit that's your job to economically terrorize somebody because they did that they weren't harming anybody threatening to harm anybody none of that they weren't creating a victim they weren't engaged in criminal activity but we're going to steal your money anyway and it's always going to be with the implied threat of force because they're it's it's not like a ups guy walks up to you with a brown shirt and he's got a package in his hand these guys are walking up with deadly force they got they got a firearm these are men with guns walking up to your car harassing you not serving and protecting but harassing and collecting they are about to collect so maybe maybe it'd be great if the next time you got pulled over it's like what'll it be officer serving and protecting or harassing and collecting he'd be like what yeah are you gonna are you here to harass and collect from me or you actually did you pull me over because you're you know maybe uh you know maybe i'm dragging something under my car and it's causing sparks and you care about my well-being and you don't mean to blow up is that what it is or are you here to harass me and then issue me a citation where i can be economically uh dinged so that i can't put that 150 that would have gone toward putting food on my kids table is now going to go into the coffers of the state is that what i mean like what's going on here is that did you did you swear an oath to protect and defend don't i have a right to free travel are you going to ask me if i have any firearms in the in the car as though that mattered because you you swore that you would protect you know right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed so this thing is long and this what i'll do is in the it's oh yeah there's here's here's a a little subsection for military equipment it bans the purchase and use of certain military equipment by law enforcement specifically tracked armored vehicles yeah i don't think they need that in tahlequah oklahoma i don't want to see a mrap rolling down the road or coming into my neighborhood you know with uh with little uh like a a machine gun pointed at my house weaponized aircraft vessels or vehicles i'm for them not having that if this bill actually has that in it i okay great that's that's great firearms and ammunition of 50 caliber or higher grenade i don't think we need a grenade launcher chiraq although that's why it is chiraq partially because they have i don't even know if they have grenade launchers i don't know bayonets can you imagine just these troops coming at you with bayonets grenade launchers m raps 50 caliber weapons tracked armored vehicles weaponized aircraft and vessels we're coming to your door we're coming to your door this can't be good they're coming to my door with all this weaponry this can't be good law enforcement agency must also publish notice of any request for property from a military equipment surplus program wait a second i thought they couldn't oh yeah i guess there's other military surplus they can get that's not in concert with track armored vehicles weaponized aircraft firearms and ammunition over 50 calibers grenade launchers and bayonets i guess there's other military equipment that would be a little bit less imposing they have court reforms police licensure saying that these cops can't be you know involved in you know criminal sexual abuse and decent solicit any of this kind of stuff so so am i to assume that they can currently be involved in that right there and still be cops in the state of illinois i mean like why would they put this are they are they actually saying that there are cops on the force that were involved in criminal this abuse right here or solicitation of a little person or aggravated assault are they saying that man i can only assume if this is kind of a reform bill that they're actually telling the public that there are currently people on the force that were involved in this they have this in their background that's kind of weird delivery of cannabis on school grounds there's some of this stuff that's not even criminal activity profits from prostitution uh okay so let's see what is prostitution that's two consenting adults agreeing on a particular transaction with a verbal contract you know this it's amazing what the government's gonna get in the way of so there's court reforms prohibitions of military equipment in law enforcement departments detainee prisoners citizens rights i think one of those is they're dropping the um the excessive bail or they're dropping the monetary fee to get somebody out of prison let's see several measures in hb 3653 are aimed at reforming detainee and prisoners rights and to ensure illinois criminal justice system is fair for everyone increases services and programming for pregnant prisoners adds new detainee rights when in police custody including the right to make three free phone calls the ability to receive or retrieve phone numbers contained on their cell phones requires conspicuous notice of these rights in police stations and booking rooms prohibits people with less than four months on their sentence from being imprisoned and allows them to be diverted to electronic monitoring or other doc facility or program okay so facil uh prohibits people with less than four months on their sentence from being imprisoned ends prison gerrymandering makes changes to streamline the criminal victims compensation proc process promotes the use of co-sponsor models codifies that the use of force by police as punishment or retaliation is prohib prohibited creates new requirements in the event police execute no knock warrants police accountability i i would say reporting deaths on in police custody is is an important thing so i'm going to leave i'll leave all the links in the description and in the pin comment when this video gets done rendering here's the link that i just read from and of course you have the link to the actual 764-page bill but i don't see like there's some good stuff and there's some bad stuff but let me reiterate even if it's good stuff that necessitates stealing a whole bunch of money from the people of illinois so that they can enact these laws because that's what a law is what is a law it's the opinions of politicians backed by the threat of force uh supported by funding that comes from taxation which is theft so let me get in the let me get in the oh don't don't forget to hit the like button guys and and again some people would go what you're for this bill guys i'm not for any bill this again this is hb 3653 it's not that i'm for or against this bill i'm actually against politicians writing more laws that's going to steal more money from the people and empower the police i see this empowering police if you want to empower yourself don't rely on the police don't rely on politicians don't rely on senators and congressmen in the in the governor or the government empower yourself the problem with them that the problem with empowering yourself is if you live in an area where empowering yourself is against the law then we got some issues because now you've become an enemy of the state because you you know what they will consider you a criminal for exercising your rights look how many first amendment otters have been thrown in jail just because they're exercising their freedom of the press they're exercising their right to be press and yet they're treated like criminals by law enforcement and by politicians it's literally utterly criminal so thanks for being in here guys don't forget to hit the like button let's see if we can get up to 400 likes before we end this video uh share this video with everybody you know if you think it's valuable for people to take a look at and um you know let's just let's just keep on fighting for freedom i want to be free the price of but freedom always has a price tag and it is eternal vigilance and indifference to this notion like jefferson said is the means by which the people have and will secure their own oppression i'll see you guys in the next live stream
