__ ] and complain and tell me that he hopes I [ __ ] die and hopes I die in a [ __ ] car crash and all this other crap I was trying to get home tonight I have night BLS me and my son me and my youngest son were in a very bad car accident until in September sorry I didn't hear that and I thought I could drive home but I couldn't and so I had to pull over and then he got in the drivers and he would not I kept panicking and I had to get out of the car he would not he was B determined to keep going oh finally we made him get out off here where I don't even know where I'm at and he took us to this the Circle C that's down there and he whipped it in and he was like like he stopped so hard that it looked like we were about to hit the tree my son going into a panic attack he walked off he was go and I try to reserve a room the credit card is in my mom's name they won't let me I try to use ATM their ATM's down I get in the car and I tell him that this trip has been absolutely [ __ ] don't [ __ ] touch my mom and so they started fighting and I I just I can't take it anymore my nerves are shot I've got I've got my 17-year-old my 15-year-old and my 12-year-old okay so they're going back and forth with my 12-year-old in the middle and I was afraid that he was going to hit that's why when they were doing that for that it was going to actually hit my child that's why I was like call the cops I'm done I can't do it anymore okay with uh with him and your son getting in altercation what what happened he was protecting me he was tired of him the way he was talking to me when he put his hand on you well he didn't put his hand on me he just he reached around and did like this but it touched my hand and so or not my hand but my neck and so of course my other son you better quit had had enough yeah okay this is my shy quiet kid that doesn't ever do anything and he finally stuck up for me um minoso if you want to talk to her sorry this off no so it's going to be his case he's going to he's going to work I'm going to try and talk to your son and calm him down a little bit okay what's his [Music] name uh I'm trying to figure out what the actual crime is here maybe disorderly conduct but if she's if the mom is going to say that cuz that's what the officer was really trying to get at like when she did the finger to the to the neck type thing or whatever he's like oh so when he hit you your other son stepped up you know cuz he's trying to piece something together here to get a stronger case because and then the mom is like well he didn't actually touch me but like why did you call us cuz we need a crime here you know what I mean for me to breathe my [ __ ] chest hurt so much okay you need EMS go see my [ __ ] inhaler my chest is on where is it at it's in my mom's purse darker cop came up and grabbed me and as I already put my bag in the car so I was going to let him get me but then that's that's when y'all threw me to the [ __ ] ground and that's when I started going crazy cuz I didn't know what was happening so I was I was looking okay I saw you walk into the car we're called here because of family fighting we're not going to let someone get into a car reach into a car to grab some unknown object we don't know what you do at Point you started to pool and started to yell and cuss and that is constitutes resisting yes sir I completely understand but from my point of view I I just didn't I I've never had somebody grab me like that so I didn't know how to react I okay I don't I don't deal he didn't grab you hard I can tell you that I've seen him use Force if needed I know yes sir but for me I'm not used to anyone touching me like that so I I don't well un I have I have really bad aniet unun you're more likely going to be underr rest tonight main problem is that you know I see the officer there trying to look up different hotels or whatever but the problem is that you have your mom's card on you and that's not your card so you need the IDS got to match the whatever card is on file so it's like what are you doing you know what I'm saying you ain't going to get no Hotel you know what I'm saying maybe maybe like a Red Roof or something something real motel cheap that just wants some bread but you can't you you can't get a hotel room cuz you ain't got no money you got your mom's card on you Hur her and stuff so I'm going to ask you I'm sorry I'm going ask just talking so at what point did your son take off the head seat and threaten you to hurt this one so at what point did he end up cuz he said your son said he took off the we're going to get in cuz we got to move our car so this gentleman can get to his hotel room so if you want to hop back in we're going to pull back out I got vehicle just watch your stuff all right give you the address okay we can if you want to call ahead to and see if they got some uh some availability before you drive over that way is this your phone that's his okay perfect all right I'm going to grab his phone do does he have a wallet um does he have anything you don't want in the car that belongs to him I know I that's his his bag I mean all his stuff is in here like the clothes and stuff there's not yeah there's no narcotics I know you said he had his medical card or something like that that's he said that's his wax that he gets from the dispensary okay got is it just wax or is there other stuff in it I I don't know where's it at in that bag yeah I I don't so this is this is what he was worried about putting in the car when Johnson was coming out we'll check and make sure it's just his medical marijuana he with us I understand he's have to find someone else he's see Mama talking too much you know what I'm saying and I get it but uh they they didn't even ask about no medical car no nothing you know what I'm saying and now this could possibly turn into something else because now they're going to search his bag and see what he got in there to try to you know they trying to make this case as strong as possible and because honestly this is a weak ass case this case is weak I ain't going to lie the resistant yeah it might stick but it it's weak it the whole thing is weak you know what I'm saying that's why the one cot was like well what did he grab and try to threaten you to hit with like they they need something they searching for something like cuz this is weak so so how it works being domestic cuz you guys are family reside together your family by Blood there's going to be a no bond status fo he goes out there meaning he won't be able to get out tonight till he sees a judge tomorrow when the judge releases him there's normally no contact door to put in place meaning he's not allowed to be around usually 500 feet with you he's not allowed to communicate with you have third party communication or sort like tell hey Grandma can you tell Mom this that violates it but so let me let me let me explain I know it's a lot and so basically with that if he violates it he gets arrested again puts back in jail on a no bond status and it's another charge added to the the domestic so I I I know so let me let me finish finish the explanation the judge determines what is the no on the no contact order he could say hey we're not going to do all this or he could determine everything it's all up to the judge so do you have enough money for a lawyer well sorry does he have enough money for a lawyer cuz he's an adult work huh he only does door Dash so he'll more likely more than likely qualify for a public defender and so with that he'll need to contact this public defender and see what can happen with the no contact order and getting it lifted so that's that's CU go about it the right way don't go about it the wrong way because God forbid let's say you guys say I'm I'm going to I'm going to still talk with them and you're in the car and get pulled over and you're all together he's going to get arrested it'll show up um and also for his court cases he may not have to come back every time but it's going to be in Lake County unless the the public defender can get it relocated up to Tallahassee but it's more likely going to be done in Lake County because that's where the incident occurred so if he has to come to court it's probably going to be at the courthouse in tar Lake County throw up I know it's a lot we all live with m I I understand and so this has nothing to do with us we have to follow this this is the procedure the no bond schedule for domestic is every time that that's that's done the the no contact order that's determined by the judge we have no control over that so in other words be careful when you get the police involved with your kids you know what I'm saying if it's something that you absolutely can't tolerate yeah of course and he's threatening you or hitting you and stuff like hey it is what it is hey I can't deal with you so you going to go up in The Slammer you know but if it's something that you can tolerate you know what I mean then cuz this is a cluster [ __ ] honestly this is a mess because he's an adult she's a single mom the kid lives with her but they're not going to be able to have contact because of this whole mess so it's like it's really it's it's a [ __ ] show it's it's it's honestly a [ __ ] show because the kid is oh you know I don't know I I I don't know man but this is really this is really a cluster [ __ ] yes ma'am would my brother be allowed to get him or still consider yeah no no no it's only only the victim so it would be you and him so your brother could get him and do that okay no he like I said he has as9 so did inhaler and breathing machine or anything does it have his name on the medication yes it does no cuz the box is at the house oh so no but the jail has nurses there 247 as well so they have nurses on stff it does take a while so they have they have medication and stuff on hand and if anything arises Waterman Hospital right across the street want so if it doesn't have his name on the medication we can't take it know how long he's going to be staying at least overnight but if there's no contact then how would he be able contact tell me and then you could put he yeah he'll get all his property back will this phone be charged no I can't say if it'll be charged or not it depends on if it's off or how charged it is at the jail to let him take numbers out of the phone so when he gets processed after his fingerprints are in he'll be able to make phone calls from there how doesn't even know our phone numbers so they'll let him use his phone to write the phone numbers down oh okay yeah but I would highly recommend him not call you guys which aosa will tell him because if he does that's all a jail record a phone call and like he said it's going to be another charge so yeah it may not be immediately but if the judge issues the no victim contact and again the judge I've seen it rarely happen but the judge will made the no victim contact where like he he can still communicate with family the suspect was charged with two counts of domestic battery as well as resisting arrest without violence just a complete mess dude like was it necessary to call the cops I don't know but the fact that you did it it it's going to be tough you a single mom this is who he relies on oh y this is going to be a tough one boy get
