Let's see what this cop gonna do. >> Hands out the window. HANDS AT THE WINDOW. OPEN THAT DOOR. HANDS AT THE [ __ ] WINDOW. >> Now >> hands out the window. >> Unlock your door. >> UNLOCK YOUR [ __ ] DOOR NOW. >> OPEN THE GODDAMN DOOR. KEEP IT. Keep it. >> All right, let's go. >> This is crazy. 833 took off again. And she stopped again. Open that door. You're going to get tased. >> You're going to get [ __ ] tased right now. GET DOWN ON THE GROUND. >> GET ON YOUR FACE. >> GET DOWN ON THE GROUND. >> Get down on the ground. >> Okay, coach. >> Go ahead. >> Wow. >> 269. Subject in custody. >> I got her. She's in custody. Yeah, I guess they don't do pit maneuvers there or nothing cuz every time they kept stopping, they kept stopping on the side of her, giving her that leeway, the opening just to drive forward. So, I guess they don't really, you know, this ain't like um what's some other spots where they be doing all the all the all the um the highway chase like Arkansas and stuff like that. You know, those types of places they going to Yeah, they not playing over there. But here, I don't know where this at, but yeah. Oh, I think it said Illinois in the beginning. Wait, where where is this place at? Yeah, Waterlue, Illinois. Yeah, they Yeah, they don't do no pit maneuvers over here, man. Cuz Yeah. >> Yeah. >> I didn't even see where they spiked the car. Amazon packages. >> I like the car. >> Oh, do that. Woo! >> You ripped the entire door handle when you grabbed it. >> I know. I didn't realize it. >> Don't matter. County 269. Copy the suspect. >> Last name Adam Norah Tom Oceanora. First name is Meline. Mary Adam David Edward Lincoln Ida Norah Young. Middle initials E. Edward. Date of birth 8 01 1997. 0801 97. Female [clears throat] Illinois. brake lights on this thing. >> Is that what the stop was? >> She's valid and clear. >> Makes no [ __ ] sense. >> She had a bunch of open for >> It's switching. It's solid right now. >> It's like a Charlie horse. Wow. >> But up here, >> she wouldn't get out of the car. >> Yeah. When we had her stop out the first time, she wouldn't get out of the car. She said, "The door's unlocked." So, I tried to open the door, but I have I had the door handle in my hand like out. Honestly, if I was a cop, that would be the worst I I would hate to pull people over. I ain't going to lie, because it it's like you don't know what you walking up to. It Well, I mean, at least during the day it's all right. you can see. But at night, like pulling somebody over on the highway at night, man, I would not want to do that. I'm not even gonna lie. I would not want to do that one bit. Nope. Well, not one bit, man. Y'all ever seen that body cam video where I think uh the person the person ended up uh unal alive in the officer and stuff like that or whatever on the highway and stuff. It's like, yo, and it was at night, too. like that that like [snorts] nah man and then just left him there and stuff like I I forget that came out a few years ago but nah I would not want to do that. >> How far back did she stop the first time? >> The right where that Jeep is right there. >> Yeah, >> right there. That's where she stopped and then she took off as soon as I tried to open the door. Yeah. She's clear and valid, so it makes no sense. >> Whoever's dude, whoever is in this car, they [ __ ] smoke a [ __ ] ton. You see how much cigarettes are back here? >> It's her. >> It's her. When y'all pulled her out, she had a cigarette in her hand. Like, oh god, cigarettes. O I don't know how people do that. cigarettes. It's like, you know, my bad if you smoke cigarettes, but like that that is like the only people that's smoking cigarettes nowadays for real is like you you know I' I've traveled and stuff so like you know you see a lot of like Spain you know they smoke like you know other parts of the country they smoke a lot but like as far as the United States a lot of people smoke in the United States too but like Really, you don't see it that much with the younger generation. Like the younger generation, you not really seeing cigarettes. Like that's nah. [laughter] Let me get a pack of Newports. Like nah. Let me get a pack of marble lights. Like what? Like nah. Absolutely not. Like it stinks. It's, you know, at least, you know, people might make fun of people that do like vapes and stuff like that, but there's different flavors. You know what I'm saying? So, it's more, even if you're doing it around people, it's more like it it doesn't ruin somebody else's clothes. Like, that's like my number one like absolutely not turn off. Like, like, let's say I meet a girl, right? Well, I I you know, you know, spit my game. you know what I'm saying? You know, spit my game and um getting to know her, whatever. And then if she just pull out a pack of marbles, I'll be like, "Oh, nah. Yeah, I'm good. I'm good. I'm good. It was nice knowing you. I'm not doing Nah. Nah. Can't do it. Can't do it." Because cigarettes is like that [ __ ] stinks, man. Like and even like people that I've, you know, growing up going to school, stuff like that, you had just certain kids that smoke cigarettes, but the vast majority, nah, they was smoking like weed, stuff like that. Yeah. But even me, like that's not my thing or whatever. But people my age definitely that has become more, you know, popular and stuff like that or whatever. Um, you know, personally I don't like that stuff neither. Like I don't like smoking in general, but if I had to pick one between weed and cigarettes, yeah, I'll go with the weed. Like, if that's the only two choices to be around a person that does one or the other. All right. All right. You know them cigarettes. Oh, man. That's nasty work. I don't know how people doing that. >> Is your back camera on, Roland? Okay. Just in case she has some [ __ ] on her. You might want to take this. I don't know. Do you need this? You want this? >> This was in her hand when we pulled around that. >> Oh, dude. She's still just like >> just a blank stamp. >> She's got She's got to be so high. >> Yeah, >> she got to be high. Yeah, she's still just looking straight forward. >> She had to eat dope or something while she didn't chase. >> Yeah. >> Look at that front tire. >> Yeah. OB, I got it good. >> Yeah, >> just the one tire, huh? >> Just the one. >> Let me take a picture of that. >> Yeah. Did you uh Did you throw it at her car? >> No, no, no. >> They had it set. >> It looked good. >> I remember. >> All she had I was like, "Well, she's either going to wait this [ __ ] light out or she's going to go for it." She went >> She went for it. >> And then she really went for it. And the only reason after that car moves, >> oh, >> I almost spike it on a golf person because they wouldn't get out of the game way >> at the fourth street. I'm like waving. I'm like, "Get out of here." They're like, "They're trying to turn on the on the market or on the Rogers." Like, "Could you move?" Like, "Get out of here." >> And they still didn't move. And I like laid the spikes out and they're trying to drive around them. I'm like, >> "Wait, what we got? What we got?" All right. fleeing a looting police officer, resisting a struggling police peace officer. Uh she was found unfit to stand trial and was reprimanded to Department of Human Services. Oh wow. What case was dismissed? She couldn't stand trial. She's a Looney Tune like that. I mean to do stuff like this, you got to be Looney Tunes. But you know this this you know Damn, that's insane. M >> I'll go handle. >> Okay. I'm going to go grab my spikes and I'll head that way. >> Where are they? >> On market >> just north in the island. >> Like right at the intersection. >> Yeah. >> Um >> I can move. >> Yeah, I'll move. [groaning] All right. Whatever. So I'll wait. do all this stuff. >> Nah, nothing happens. Yeah, nothing happens. Yeah, man. Yeah, them cigarettes, man. I used to work around a whole bunch of cos that smoke cigarettes, man. And it's like, especially in the summertime, it's like, you know, you you might be working on the housing unit, but everybody go outside. Like, it might be four cos to a floor, and each one has their own, you know, unit of inmates. So it could be 45 inmates, 60 inmates, whatever, right? And you know, in the summertime, people used to, you know, go outside just to get some fresh air instead of being out inside all the time. So people used to use that as a like a smoke break in a way like, you know, go outside, smoke, you know, Sergeant or whatever. He won't really trip that bad. You know, if your house is good, he won't trip cuz you're not supposed to do that. But he SGE wouldn't trip. You know what I mean? Cuz SG probably a smoker, too. But I used to just go out there and just, you know, chitchat with the guys. They be like, "Yo, you want a cigarette?" No, I'm good, man. You know, but I just chill, hang out, and then uh I got to cut it short. You know, they might be out there for a little while, but I got to cut it short cuz uh yeah, I can't be smelling like smoke, man. Like that's it. Cigarettes. heavy, but you make it feel so light. Yeah. You make it feel like light. [music] Just keep it [singing] [music] late. Don't be shy.
