Officer, you are one of our heroes and warriors in blue, and we really appreciate your service. Can we get a statement from you? >> I did everything that I could not to punch her in the mouth. >> I get it. >> Or taser her in front of her child. >> Can we talk about this? >> No. No, we're beyond that point. Turn around and face the car. Now. >> Is there some law that I'm woefully unaware of where you can be legally robbed if you display the wrong attitude to a cop? >> Attitude goes a really long way with me. But your attitude is what's making you get this ticket. >> And if you don't submit to a cop forcing you to sign a document, you can be thrown into a cage when you haven't harmed another person? >> I'm not signing that. I don't have to. >> Then you can go to jail. >> And it's okay with the masses for all this violence to play out in front of the eyes of a 4-year-old sitting in the backseat? >> Your feelings are not of my problem. >> You're going to traumatize my child. >> Get out of the car. How about of the car? We're going to have a conversation real quick. Get out of the car. Now. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. >> You are son of a >> Get out of the car. Turn around. Get on the ground. >> You are going to traumatize my child. You You are [ __ ] traumatizing my >> Get on the ground. >> Shouldn't all this crap be foreign to us? Unacceptable? Reprehensible? It's April 21st, 2025, and a mom is driving down the road with her 4-year-old in the backseat when her life, liberty, and happiness is interrupted by a Georgia policy enforcer called a police officer who apparently forsook his oath to defend this mom's rights and life. The violent interaction ends with a felony charge. What I want to know is what crime had she committed? The dreadful crime of, wait for it, not wearing her seatbelt and holding her cell phone in her hand while she was driving. Only then can a man put his hands on you right here in the land of the free home of the brave. You may not like her and no, she can't shut the flip up, but at the end of the day she hadn't harmed anyone or damaged or stolen any property. We're going to look at yet another instance of deprivation of rights under the color of law in this case under the color of traffic law, but I also want to hone in on this idea where you can get a ticket if your attitude isn't quite right. And stay with me because I have the testimony of a former officer and a current officer admitting that they will give you a ticket if you give them attitude just like we see in this situation. Let's watch this video together and I'll make some comments along the way. This is the Baldwin County, Georgia Sheriff's Department and the offending deputy is Deputy Harker. >> Hi. >> Hi. >> Driver's license, please. >> Okay, can you tell me why you pulled me over? >> I will as soon as I get your driver's license. Yes, ma'am. >> Because I wasn't speeding. Uh my blinkers worked. >> Okay. >> Yes. >> Two reasons. One, your seatbelt. Two, cell phone while you're driving. I can see straight through the back of your window. >> Okay. >> No seatbelt while you're driving. You can't be on your cell phone while you're driving. >> Okay. >> Simple. >> Well, I just I just got back from the tire place, so I was pulling out of Mavis Tire, so that's why I didn't put my seatbelt on. >> Why didn't you have it on before you started driving? >> Rule number one with cops, only give them what you're required to give, and number two, shut the front door. Stop confessing. >> Got it on? I'll save it on before you start recording. >> Okay. All right. >> All right. I'm not going to stand here and argue with you. Sorry. You're getting two citations. Attitude goes a really long way with me. I was going to give you a warning. >> Okay. >> I really was. You seem to not care though. >> No, I really don't care. >> Okay. >> You already gave me a ticket now. >> First of all, I really don't believe the cop. I think he was going to give her tickets anyway, but we do know that cops respond negatively to attitudes they don't agree with because they have thin skins and fragile egos. And they routinely give tickets for bad attitudes. If you don't believe me, maybe you'll believe former Chicago officer Dominick Izzo, who gets a confession out of Officer Ted Stern with regard to giving citations because of bad attitudes. >> Do you agree that I mean it's 2024 and we still have a never ending supply of videos of even like traffic stops where cops sit there and they violate somebody's first amendment. Do you agree that that problem, that specific problem, is bad for law enforcement? >> Of course. >> Every [ __ ] thing that I accuse people of doing, I've probably done. Everything. All the way from shut your [ __ ] mouth, you're going to go to jail, all the way from [ __ ] disrespecting people, all the way from roughing them up a little bit, everything I [ __ ] did, I accuse other people of I did first, and I'm aware of it. Have you ever based >> And I guarantee you that if every cop was being honest like Izzo's being honest right here, they would say the exact same thing. They routinely, as a matter of practice and profession, abuse their authority because they knew they could and they would get away with it. But wait, we ain't done yet. >> Have you ever based your traffic citation >> [clears throat] >> off of the attitude of a driver? >> Like whether I write him a citation or not? Absolutely. >> Whether you >> Okay, why? >> Of course. >> Why? >> Of course. Um because I use the citation as maybe a a tool. Like, okay, if somebody is remorseful, they're sorry, I'm like, they already know what they did is wrong. Maybe, potentially, right? If they're like, I'm sorry, I definitely did it, screwed up, you know, I'm like, okay, this person knows that the the what they did was wrong. If I get somebody who gets >> So, wait a second. So, what he's saying is you're the you're the judge, jury, and executioner, officer. Are you sorry enough, ma'am? Are you sorry enough, sir? If you're not sorry enough, I got the tyrant twitch going. If you're not sorry enough, I'm going to give you a citation. That's what he's saying. And that's what they do. That's what we just saw in the case of Georgia. And they do this all the time because they do have thin skins and fragile egos, and they will take it out of you up to and including economically terrorizing you, putting their hands on you, tasing you with roadside electrocution, and throwing you into a cage. >> goes, "Oh, this is crap. You're being cheesy. You shouldn't pull me over." I'm like, this person is less likely to correct their behavior. Based on what I know, somebody who's apologetic is more likely to to correct their behavior, not do it again. Somebody who doesn't see that what they did is wrong, they don't even see it as wrong, that's somebody who's unlikely to correct their behavior. Maybe this citation will teach them, "Shit, I probably should avoid doing that in the future." So, that's why I would you know, with somebody who's not respectful, not not agreeing that they did anything wrong, I'm more likely to give them a citation. So, yeah. >> Do they have a constitutional right to be disrespectful to you? >> Uh yeah, of course they do. Yes. >> In other words, this guy's recognizing that you have a constitutional right to be disrespectful to an officer, to have a bad attitude toward an officer, but they still believe they have the right to economically terrorize you, and plunder you, and threaten you, and kidnap you if you disrespect them. And they're going to teach you a lesson by giving you a citation. If you want to see this entire interview, I did a live stream on it about 2 years ago. I will leave a link in the description. But, let's resume with this traffic stop. >> Attitude goes a really long way with me. I was going to give you a warning. >> Okay. >> I really was. You seem to not care, though. >> No, I really don't care. >> Okay. >> You've already gave me a ticket now, so >> And it's just as easy for me to go back and delete it and not have anything and just write you off as a warning, but your attitude is >> So, this whole time, all along the way, he could exercise officer discretion and let her off and not economically terrorize her, not write the citation, not continue to abuse her, and inflict this psychological torment on her, but he chooses not to because that's what psychopaths do. >> But, your attitude is what's making you get this ticket. >> Well, I have trauma towards cops, so >> What trauma you got towards me? >> And well, your attitude wasn't really that good, either, because I asked you why you pulled me over, and >> you I would explain it to you as soon as I got to your vehicle. >> you said no, you said, "Give me your license." So, that's what set me off. >> Okay. Well, this is all recorded. >> Yeah, and I'm recording you, too, actually. Yeah, because I'm traumatized. Yeah, so >> She's basically saying, "You gave me attitude. That's why I'm resisting." And the cop's like, "Well, you resisted, and you gave me attitude. That's why you're getting a citation." >> Okay. >> All right, well, the whole thing is childish, and this woman should shut the freak up. >> Yeah, but you >> Your feelings are not of my problem. It's your safety. It's your safety and the child's safety. >> And my child's safe. My child's very safe. >> Okay, well, >> I'm not planning that. I don't have >> Then you can go to jail. >> I don't No, I don't have to. >> All right, go ahead and step out of the car. Go and step out of the car. >> You're not going to arrest I'm not getting out of the car. >> Yes, I am. >> Then let me sign it. You're going to traumatize my child. >> No, get out of the car. This cop is choosing to escalate this. He doesn't have to do it, but he's doing it. He could have just issued the summons. He could have just given her the ticket without her signing it. He could have easily done all of this stuff. He could have not even initiated the stop because she wasn't violating the life, liberty, and happiness of anyone else. There's no reason for the stop, but he decided of his own volition to deprive her of her rights under the color of traffic law. This is exactly what's going on here, and the question is are we going to keep tolerating it? >> Get out of the car. We're going to have a conversation real quick. >> You're going to traumatize my child. >> Ma'am, you and you're going to have a conversation. All right, get Step out of the car. You're under arrest. >> Do not touch me. >> Send me another unit. I'm about to be 10-10. Give me another You're going to You're going to get tased. Get out of the car, now. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. All right, turn over Get out of the >> He is. She's right. This is unbelievable. It's surreal that this can happen and people can get away with this in the land of the free, home of the brave. >> Get out of the car. Turn around. Turn around. >> No, not till I'm under arrest. >> car. >> Not till I'm under >> Get on the ground. >> You are going to traumatize my child. >> She's at taser point. Turn around. Get on the ground. >> You're not handcuffing >> I am putting you in handcuffs. You're not going to jail for obstruction. Congratulations. >> I I have not obstructed you. >> You are. >> No, how am I obstructing you? >> Somebody get up here, please. >> I have no record. I am a teacher. >> I don't care what you are. I don't care >> If you want >> Turn around. Turn around before I throw you on the ground. >> Okay, can we talk about it? >> No, no, we're beyond that point. Turn around. Face the car, now. Now. All right. >> I didn't >> You didn't No, we're beyond that point. Turn around. Face the car. Now. >> Do you know based on what this cop just said, that's actually a lie? We can never be beyond the point because they can always, every step of the way, exercise officer discretion. They just choose not to. So, it's not that they're beyond the point, they're choosing to be beyond the point. >> No, we're beyond that point. Turn around and face the car. Now. >> Okay, can we talk about it? >> No. No, we're beyond that point. Turn around and face the car. Now. Now. All right. >> All right. I would have talked to her if you hadn't talked. >> Yeah, we'll talk later. Okay. >> You You are [ __ ] traumatizing my child. >> Get on the ground. Look, stop. Stop. Come on. Stop. I'm behind you. Where is my [ __ ] >> Both of these men are absolute cowards. >> I I I I I No. >> I'm going to fight you. Look. >> She's a girl. >> Get on the ground and face the car and stop. >> I I need I need to call my mother. >> Hey, you know what? I'll let you talk. I'll let you talk to your daughter. Come on. Come on. Come on. >> I need to call my mother. >> Get her on the ground. Come on. Come on. >> Mommy. Mommy. >> All right. No. I got PD number 20 out here with me. She punched me in the face. >> Oh, poor baby got punched in the face while he was trying to put his hands on a woman. >> Abigail. What the >> 31, do you need EMS? >> No, I'm fine. He realized all you had to do was sign that ticket. >> Do you realize that all you had to do was uphold her constitutional rights? >> The whole reason I was going to get you out of the car was to have a conversation with you. Try to be civil. >> Oh my gosh, this is the last thing right here. Look at this. This is the last thing you want to see is your kid in the arms of a state-funded law enforcer. >> Be civil. But you didn't want to do that. >> I recorded the whole thing. You got an attitude with me first. >> no attitude with you. >> did. And we can watch that I have it all on camera. >> Absolutely. But you're going to jail now for felony obstruction. You know that? Cuz you punched me in the face. And you don't seem to care anymore, so you're under arrest. >> Can we talk? We can talk. >> No, we are past talking. You punched me in the face. I just >> You just said you wanted to talk to me. >> No. Yeah, and we've had our conversation. You're under arrest. >> it's fine. >> You're under arrest. >> I would like to talk about that thing. >> There's nothing to talk about. Put your foot in. We are past talking. Put your foot back in the >> to talk to you. And this is And this is why I have problems. >> Put your foot back in the car. You're under arrest. Take it. >> I I need to know I need to call my mom about my daughter. Do you have kids? >> No, I don't. >> So, you don't understand. I need to call my mother. Okay, I need to call my mother. You obviously have no idea about child psychology. You just traumatized my child. >> Well, that's your fault. >> No, it's your fault. I have it all on camera. >> More victim blaming. I traumatized your child by putting my hands on you, but it's your fault. Sounds like a rapist blaming his victim. This cop is clearly an abuser. >> That's fine. Where's your phone now? Is it still sitting in there? >> Why? >> So that we can call your mother. >> Yes. >> Okay, that's all I needed. Hi, this is Deputy Harker. This is Deputy Harker. Harker. Uh I pulled her over for a Look, it's fine. It's fine. I pulled her over for a very simple reason. It was a seatbelt and cell phone citation. Uh I got to the window. She immediately had an attitude. I told her I wasn't going to stand there and argue with her, so I went ahead and typed up her tickets. I told her, you know, she had to sign them. She said she wasn't going to sign them, so I told her she could go to jail for not signing the citation. And uh she said she wasn't going to jail, so I was like, "Step out of the car. We're going to have a conversation." You know, just to try and explain to her why she needed to sign the tickets. And it just kind of unfolded from there. I got cuts on my neck, my arm. So I Yeah, I was Yeah, I had her I had her at taser point. I was trying not to do that in front of her child, but she you know, and I didn't I didn't I didn't tase didn't taser. >> I was trying not to. One hand wanted to do it. The other hand was just holding it back. I was just That's what psychopaths say, guys. That's what psychopaths say. >> Right. Yeah, I have to have to see what's what it is and what it is not taser. >> I would never I would >> Oh god, look, I got a scratch. Look, I got a cut and see it's on my neck right there. I got punched in the face. >> Taser hold her open. >> Oh my god. >> I did everything I could not to punch I'm not worried about, but take a picture of that. Oh, take another one. You got You got 10 of them? >> Take defensive marks. >> Yeah, well, I did everything that I could not to punch her in the mouth. >> I get it. >> Or taze her in front of her child. >> Normal people don't say that because normal people don't think that. Did you hear what he just said? Listen to this again. >> Well, I did everything that I could not to punch her in the mouth. >> I get it. >> Or taze her in front of her child. >> Um I would if you understand anything about childhood psychology, I believe that would traumatize her more than she's already been. >> Okay, well wait here then. >> If the police hurt me, okay. >> The officers uh >> I have it all on recording. I have the video. And if there's not a video on my phone, then he deleted it. But I have the video that will show everything, Mama. >> Baby, listen. The officers are not going to do anything. >> Yeah, there's there's there's nice officers. There's some nice ones here. The one I was dealing with was not. >> Now, I agree. You have to walk in wisdom when you're dealing with full-on psychopaths with thin, fragile egos. There's a There's a line you got to walk, and if you don't, they are going to exercise power and authority against you. They're going to deploy the resources of the state. They're going to call for backup, and they will hunt you down. There's a line you got to admit, as wrong as it is, there is a line you've got to walk, and there's wisdom that you have to have. You have to put on your little kiddie gloves, and you have to handle these guys nice and soft-like cuz they're fragile little eggs, and they could crack at the drop of a hat. >> I've already thanked the other officers for their kindness. I would I do not I do not want to ride with him. >> Well, you don't have a choice in that matter. >> You know, karma's going to come for you. You were a police officer at Putnam, correct? >> Karma just doesn't come fast enough, though. Nope. >> Well, if I recall, there's another video of somebody and you did the exact same thing with them. Do you know the video I'm talking about? >> Nope, never worked in Putnam. >> But that was you on the video as well. But, you know it was wrong what you did. And that's okay, cuz karma's real and karma's going to come and get you. And I have it all on video because there's no law that says I have to sign that ticket. There is no law that says that and I'm going to show the judge the video. >> Actually, there is a law under Georgia code 40-13-2.1. According to them, according to their own laws, you are required to sign a traffic citation to acknowledge receipt and confirm your obligation to appear in court or handle the ticket. And if you don't, they believe they have the right to take you to court. So, there is a law. They have codified it. >> What you should have did, you should have just handed me the ticket. I did not have to sign it, but you were just mad because you got disrespected and your big cop ego got hurt. >> That's true. >> And then you put your hands on me. You asked me to get out the car and I said no. And then you put your hands on me. >> That is true. >> And that's okay, cuz the judge is going to see it all. >> Yeah, but the judge is going to take the cop's side, guaranteed. Nine times out of 10. >> But, is there a law that says I have to sign the ticket? >> Yeah. >> Is there? Okay, you don't want to answer now? Yeah, cuz there's not. And you did the wrong thing. >> Actually, there is and he still did the wrong thing. Even if there's a law that says you can legally do something wrong, if you do something wrong, it's still wrong even if that thing has been legalized by the political parasitic class. >> But, that's okay, cuz the judge is going to see that. Your little ego just got hurt and you got mad. That's That's why guys like you Y'all are Y'all are narcissists. Y'all don't need to be cops. >> That is true. That's true. >> But, y'all do it to because it stems from some childhood trauma y'all have to make y'all feel big and bad. Y'all become a cop. >> They You know, a lot of times you see that they were bullied in school and now they have positions of authority and they can become the bullies that they once despised and they can get a hefty paycheck for it. >> Can you tell me the charge I have? How is it felony obstruction? Okay, it's going to get dropped. Because I don't have to sign the ticket, do I? There's not a law that says I have to sign that, is there? >> She's super confident in her ignorance. >> No, there's not. You can't You can talk then, but when I ask a question, you don't want to say the truth to you can't talk. And that's why it's going to get dropped because I didn't have to sign that ticket. And there was no reason for you to ask me to get out of the [ __ ] car. >> That's true. >> So, yeah. Put me down for felony obstruction and it's going to get dropped. And please never have kids. Please don't. >> Get By the way, get out of the car, the command to get out of the car is an authoritative, authoritarian control technique. I want you to do this. Oh, Pennsylvania versus Mims. Look, it's legal. You got to obey my word. >> I did not punch you in the face. And there are not 31 cuts on your arm. >> That's my badge number. >> I was probably the best suited for that out of the rest of them. >> I did not punch you in the face. But I have the recording from the other side of the phone, so it'll see you have it at the front. I have it from the other side. I did not punch you in the face. But yeah, you got to make it look bad. I hope you get fired. If I punched you in the face, then why isn't there any type of marks on your face? Okay, that's not punching in the face. That's scratching you. >> And that's scratching you and maybe punching you in defense of your initiated attack. >> What? >> I felt like I got punched. >> You didn't get punched. >> I felt >> Do not touch me when you open this door. >> I wasn't planning on that. >> Good. >> Oh, really? >> Honestly, I don't know whether to believe you lied about getting punched in the face. >> All right, I do have a question for you real quick. Because we didn't search you, I need to know if you have anything in your pockets or anything like that before we go in there. >> I don't have to answer that. >> Well, it's to keep you from catching any charges if you have something in your pockets. I'm just trying to give you the opportunity to walk. >> Okay. >> Do you have anything in your pockets or bra or anything? >> I don't have to answer that. >> She should have been silent early on. This is the posture she should have taken like 15 minutes ago. >> I don't know. If they find something on you, it's another problem for you. >> Okay. >> All right. I'm trying. >> You don't have to answer that. >> No, I'm No, I'm genuinely not scared. That I can promise you. >> All right. >> You're fine. >> Yeah, you probably It's going to get dropped. And you forgot Yeah, it's getting dropped. That's good. But yeah, I'll have him meet you. >> All right, there you go. >> I'm sorry, y'all. >> All right. >> She walks in like she's walking into Walmart. >> Yeah. >> I need to talk to you to see what you got. >> Huh? >> I told you to come out. >> Um Um a seatbelt violation and a phone ticket and a lie for obstruction. Only obstruction. A lie that said I punched him in the face. Do you see any marks on his face? No. >> [laughter] >> I said what? Because uh he wasn't right. Let me have him. Do When someone when a cop asks you to sign a ticket, do you have to sign the ticket? You have to sign the ticket. >> So, you So, look, this is how these work. Okay? This is a summons for a misdemeanor offense saying that you will show up. That's why you sign it. >> So, you don't have to >> Hold on. Hold on. If you don't sign it, it's basically telling me "Fuck myself, and you're not going to come to court." So, this now works as a warrant. I take you to jail on this. >> And those are the words of an order follower of law. They gave me these codes and ordinances and rules and regulations, and I'm just going to enforce them. I may not agree with them, but I'm just an order follower. I don't write the rules. I just enforce them. I just follow orders. >> This All this is is when you sign it, it says "I'm going to show up and pay my my ticket." That's all it is. >> But, there's not a law that says you have to sign it. >> This is literally the warrant that keeps you from having to go to jail if you sign it on the side of the road. >> So, she's here because she refused to sign the ticket? >> She's here because she refused to sign the ticket. >> God, what a bunch of cowards, man. What a thought. >> I was bleeding in the car. And then I could have brought it back, right? I could have signed it and brought it back to court. Correct. >> No, that's not how that works. >> I'm talking to you. Okay, well, I don't know what he said. He got punched in the face. You didn't see a mark? >> I mean >> What if he was bleeding in the conversation? He said he got punched in >> I mean, I don't see a mark. >> Yeah, but >> And I'm bleeding. And I'm bleeding. >> [laughter] >> Scratch, all of the punch, the salted, all of this happened? >> My lip. >> Oh God, and what do we have here? We have a Bible with a ton of reference tabs in it. You know, the Bible that says "Do to others what you would want done to you." And yet these cops continually live a pattern of doing to others what they wouldn't want done to them. And how do we know they wouldn't want these same things done to them because when they drive drunk or they get caught by the cops out on a traffic stop, they want leniency. They pull out their badge. Can you do me a favor, officer? Can we talk about this first? Can you turn off your body cam? So, they end up violating the first and most important rule or commandment of the land, the golden rule. >> Is it? I see like a little red mark. I see like a little red mark. >> Uh-huh. >> Oh, so I didn't get punched in the face. Okay. >> Oh my god. >> 31 to 58. >> What are you saying? You've been saying that you've been punched in the face and you didn't really know you were punched in the face until just now? So, that means because you didn't know it beforehand, you were just spewing lies? >> Apparently, aside from the uh scratches on my neck, I did get popped in the mouth. So, I had two jailers look at my face and they said it was popped. >> Like any anytime I've been handed a ticket to sign, it's like, "Yes, sir." >> Who do they have working at this correctional facility? >> Yeah, anytime they tell me to sign a ticket, I just say, "Yes, sir." Cuz when I'm not here doing the jailin', I'm just a bootlicker. >> So, she was charged with felony obstruction plus the seatbelt and the phone tickets because these cops aren't protectors and servants, they are revenue generators for the state. Weak, cowardly enforcers in the jail, weak, cowardly enforcers out on the road. Leave your thoughts about this in the comment section below.
