be suspicious you're being suspicious right if you're being suspicious you're being suspicious yes you have to talk to me you're doing suspicious stuff because you're doing criminal like activities recording the inside of a private crime is that it's not crime but Isis but it's very very suspicious it's suspicious if someone if you were sitting inside a car and someone took the camera what the hell did you just say someone took the camera take note Americans suspicion is a crime according to NYPD officer Sue Shield number 7496. why are you doing it to encounter okay you know it's too bad that stupidity isn't painful before we get back into the curiously contradictory ramblings of Officer Frick and detective Frack from the New York Police Department as recorded by good guy audits I want to remind you of the findings of the Mullen Commission in 1994 where former judge Milton Mullen was appointed by then New York city mayor David N Dinkins to investigate allegations of police corruption and the anti-corruption procedures of the New York Police Department I'll give you a hint they weren't just allegations they were confirmed realities the report details egregious and consistent acts of criminality and Corruption finally concluding quote today's corruption is not the corruption of nap commission days corruption then was largely a Corruption of accommodation of criminals and police officers giving and taking bribes buying and selling protection corruption was in its Essence consensual today's corruption is characterized by brutality theft abuse of a Authority and active police criminality end quote so when Frick shield 7496 and Frack Shield 1569 walked up to good guy audits he's exercising his right to be press as he initially exercises his right to be silent both of which the officers show great disdain for what are we doing looking for some you all right okay how are you I'm fine how are you doing you concern me because you're recording your vehicle hello hello yes hello hello hello you okay hello what are you looking for hello please don't touch me thank you okay let me ask you a question sure do I have to talk to you oh you're in my vehicle being suspicious yeah that's my question you're being suspicious you should if you're being suspicious yes you're being suspicious yes you have to talk to me yes when do when do the citizens ever have to talk to the police you're just taking your camera into my car accident has ever had to talk to the police you're doing suspicious stuff never yeah never before the fifth amendment okay that you sort of attack okay why do I have to talk to you because you're doing criminal like activities [Music] recording the inside of a private what crime is that it's not crime but Isis but it's very very suspicious it's suspicious if someone if you were sitting inside a car and someone stuck the camera that's what I'm investigating okay you're not being suspicious suspicions of crime yes or a felony it could lead up to a crime that's why I'm asking a question a crime so what do you what is your purpose of doing that now I'm not fluent an idiot but it seems like officer frickenstein here just said suspicion is a level two crime suspicions of crime [Music] but then he admits that suspicion is not a crime but also says that it could lead up to a crime allowed to ask you that okay whatever you want that doesn't mean why are you doing it then taking two five wasn't your business because you're recording my vehicle I don't know how much you pay for that I work for the University plan okay I have a custody for it who funds it though I'm in custody of it because my responsibility if you do something to it I am in custody okay I am responsible who funds it I do you fund it I do I do pay taxes a tiny bit touching the vehicle good luck today let me ask you a question you have a lot of questions we'll answer them no problem what's the main what's the main part of your job what's the most important thing about your job what do you think [Music] but how would you know if you don't ask questions You observe did you see me trying to break into your car I wanted to stop you before you did it maybe I don't know really I don't know that's why I'm asking ahead of time really who's gonna get what are you articulating articulating because you have to try to articulate what you're doing or Ras you know res right reasonable particular that's not a thing no what all right yes no you're invented words hey everybody has the right to say stupid things but Shield 1569 here is seriously abusing that privilege a couple real quick things Ras or Reasonable articulable Suspicion was created in the 1968 Landmark Supreme Court case Terry V Ohio where a bunch of tyrants and black dresses decided to circumvent the fourth amendment in deference to officer safety in other words officer safety trumps individual rights so good guy audits didn't just make these words up as badge 1569 asserts but it is important to note that the Supreme Court did make these words up they just pulled them right out of their despotic derrieres so in this world of corruption Reasonable articulable Suspicion takes the place of probable cause or objective articulable fact from the Fourth Amendment and still Tweedledum and tweedled Dumber didn't know that it's part of their own law thus displaying a new level of ignorance you don't know what res is well obviously you do because you just invented it reasonable articulable suspicion stop is you should know yeah that's where Ras came from no but there is no area all right so you have problems no you're entitled to go if you want all right then but I want to ask you a question what's the most important thing about your job there's nothing to do with what we're asking I'm asking you because I pay this out I'm the one asking yourself what I'm saying is that if you're going to be recording my car I need to know why why do you know why because I need to know what purpose is why I don't know what you're trying to do a thing about the naval vehicle you don't think you don't find that nothing suspicious at all bro I didn't say what's up let's be free to go all right then I'm afraid to ask you questions too can you ask me whatever you want I told you that already yeah whatever you want obviously I don't have to answer questions okay you just agree that the citizens okay it's America so if you like being here do you want to converse with us what do you want to do I said that already remember let me tell you when I ask you questions you said it doesn't matter what's the most important thing about your job no I'm not going to do this for you I'm not going back and forth you don't you don't care that decision I'm not going back and forth for you because you're trying to okay I'm just asking for your opinion they're playing mind games okay I'm gonna tell you since you don't you want to converse the most important thing about your job is to uphold the Constitution let me sort of protect my rights remember that the First Amendment Second Amendment the Fifth Amendment my right to shut up the First Amendment right to free speech remember that you know what these this is a protected activity photography I'm on a public sidewalk right so it's not suspicious yes it is no it's not if I was praying right here is that suspicious if I was praying right here next to your car is that suspicious okay why because it's a protected activity right same as photography is not that suspicious the difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has its limits I don't think I've ever heard a cop overtly say that exercising a fundamental unalienable right is suspicious yeah we've seen them act like it's suspicious we've seen them freak out when you record them ironically as they're recording you but I've never seen someone clearly lay out constitutionally protected rights as good guy audits just did only to be followed up with well that's suspicious if you have seen this please drop a link if you don't think suspicious that's fine that's up to you either suspicious the Constitution is the highest role of the land right the Constitution is the highest so this one right if you're not doing suspicious why can't you answer my question it's also protected by YouTube yeah you can't even answer the question it's supposed to be protected by answering the question because I'm not going to feed into you I can't answer the question I answered it many times asked me the question in your vehicle why am I requesting reporting everything why do you think part of the vehicle why do you think I'm not going to answer my own question to see if you guys right that's water protect my rights one know my rights know that see that I'm exercising my rights and and respect my rights and protect my rights this is the first amendment protected activity so I think that to see if you guys you know try to violate my rights or you would respect my rights okay okay and you came over here to me right you touched me unlawfully for no reason just kept you on the shoulder yeah but I don't want to be touched you can't just touch people and then you said that photography which is a protected activity is suspicious and it's a crime he said it's criminal activity what you're doing is suspicious suspicion is not a crime [Music] suspicious crime anything can lead to a crime anything well you did what I saw it no I just told you why I'm recording I want to see if you respect my race okay you don't even know what Ras means because it doesn't exist I Gotta Give it to Frack here he says Reasonable articulable Suspicion doesn't exist and guess what he's right but he's right accidentally like that broken clock in grandpa's garage Reasonable articulable Suspicion doesn't exist it's a fictional mental construct designed to poison the minds of the masses and law enforcers into usurping your unalienable right to be secure in your person why are you still talking to me if you see I'm not doing you're talking to me I'm here all right so what's more important police safety or Public Safety everybody's safety everybody's safety everybody's safety yeah because they train you on for me safely right they train you make it home safe make it home safe right everybody so a lot of cops as they [ __ ] the public absolutely okay okay God bless you I just want to remind you that your job is to uphold the Constitution all right now you swore you swore I don't know if you put your hand up but you swore you to go remember so if you see me exercising my rice peacefully respect it I can ask you questions exactly yes you did I got it on camera you said you have to answer me because you're suspicious yeah but you can ask all day the public never has to talk to you okay I could keep asking you it's called the Fifth Amendment you can do it all day I can do it all day tonight and I tell you you can ask me whatever you want but you can't demand me to talk to you [Music] everybody else's life you understand you have freedom of speech right now I mean the same whatever you want but once you have policies that you have to follow policies are different from Freedom don't you have a case you get in trouble yes freedom of speech I'll get in trouble within my department doesn't mean it doesn't mean I'll get in trouble outside of it right now as a public service once you get out of that uniform you exercise your right so what if he was exercising rights taking pictures with your family and the cop comes and says you're being suspicious because you're taking pictures in public that's not reasonable all right then so how is you you coming out to me saying I'm suspicious reasonable because you're filming the vehicle that's fine I fund it it's part of the property everybody here that pays taxes in New York funds the NYPD doesn't mean you could do whatever it doesn't mean you could jump into it right I don't know what you just said it was yours you guys utilize me we pay for it you utilize it while you're at work I can't utilize it because I don't work for they want people but I don't know but I don't know you I don't know what you enjoy doing in the vehicle that's it so I'm just asking a simple question you don't answer that's fine it's on you this is the kind of guy who if he was a vehicle mechanic would say well I couldn't repair your brakes so I made your horn louder he apparently can't comprehend that writes Trump feelings they felt like good guy audits was being suspicious while exercising is right so they initially said that suspicion is a level two crime and then they backed off and said that suspicion can lead to a crime these cops are living examples that if you make something idiot proof somebody's gonna come along and create a better idiot that is you gotta have reasonable articulous you gotta articulate a crime you understand there's no time suspicion's not a crime it's not a crime but it could lead to a crime asking you questions that's why you couldn't detain me all right because I prevented it you know he doesn't even know what Ras is now I like good guy Audits and I've made this mistake many times before with Reasonable articulable Suspicion but I came to realize that Terry V Ohio seeks to obliterate the Fourth Amendment so we got to understand that here good guy audits is actually arguing in the cop's favor by standing on Reasonable articulable Suspicion these cops are able to articulate what they believe to be suspicious and that's enough to satisfy Terry V Ohio but what blows Razz out of the water is the superior articulation of the Fourth Amendment probable cause why is this Superior to Reasonable articulable Suspicion because probable cause must be supported by oath or affirmation particularly describing the place to be searched and the persons or things to be seized and a warrant must be issued in other words for these cops to detain anybody they don't need suspect efficient because anybody can say anything is suspicious what they need is single or objective articulable fact that's probable cause supported by oath or affirmation that a crime has been or is being committed we got to move away from Terry V Ohio and walk in the freedom of the fourth amendment I just want you guys to upload the Constitution that's it with me thank you I need your card yeah I'll give it to you it's the right to know that you know what that is right Officer LeBron I need your card there you go you gotta produce a card either that or write your name on his card all right take care next time don't do things like that don't tell me what to do I'm afraid that means don't do that okay don't tell me what to do things like that because then you are going to question don't slap your dog don't do that don't beat your wife no don't do that don't eat I don't know have a good day that's the ego right okay have a good day I'll stay here all day that's fine I'm here all day too you want to play that game so what made you feel like you have to tell me what to do what makes you think that you can tell me what to do I'm a free citizen free America land of the free so why do you feel like you have to tell me what to do right I was being respectful saying God bless you have have a nice day stay safe right and then your ego came up hurt right now that's no I'm I'm trying to no you're not trying to understand you're trying to get attention so if I'm not committing a crime that means I'm free that means you have money here cause you don't leave authority over you're fine but it looks like you want to be here though I'm your boss no you're not I am not I am who do you work for who do you serve you're a public servant that means I'm your boss I pay your salary courtesy professionalism respect you understand you haven't been courteous you have no respect I was about to walk away you had to say some slick [ __ ] do what you want to do so shut up no I'm not gonna try it no you're not going to tell me to you need to because you're at work I'm not at work you're at work and your body cam is on and I'm recording so why not be on your best behavior when dealing with the public that you you work for why not respect all right no professionalism no courtesy and no respect take care
