cops like the one in today's video

acknowledge common law as a jurisdiction

which is no victim no crime so if you
can produce me a victim
then we have a crime
the police do recognize common law they
just don't recognize your magical
fantasy version that you've just willed
into existence
much of new zealand's law such as its
common law tradition and constitutional
framework has been inherited from the
english legal system
basically judges make legal decisions
based on previous judges decisions as
well as on statutes written law passed
by parliament so this no victim no crime
bs is a fantasy that only exists in the

unfortunately but this one was more
about how the police shut him down and
their reactions to his words solid than
the outcome of the traffic stop
though it's always a bit suspicious when
the video cuts off before the stop ends
it's like they are trying to hide the
end results so they can control a
certain narrative
he even ignored comments from his
supporters asking him about the outcome
so make of that what you will
