the initiation of force or violence against people who haven't done anything wrong always been against it but on the other side of it not but but and and on the other side of it I've always been for self-defense now we're gonna go over this video right here if you want to see the entire video this is from Easy cameras on when he was doing a live stream just a day ago it's got over 4 000 views it's got 495 upvotes 49 downvotes and the incident in question revolves around the 50 minute and 33 second mark That's the beginning of this so I wanted to give you the context of the story because easy cameras on gets assaulted on camera by somebody who has less strength or I presume has less strength than easy cameras on so the question is is it ever okay to defend yourself against a Woman by laying hands on her we're going to go over this and I wanted to do this live because I want to find out what you guys have to say none of us is greater than all of us we're going to go over a survey that auditing Erie County did and news now ninja which also plays a big part in this so and I just want to be honest with this you know none of us is greater than all of us we don't all have the answers and there are nuanced situations right it's like somebody could sit there and go I would never ever hit a woman I've been TR I've been raised never to hit a woman okay what if the woman had your had your child by the throat or was about to you know do something bad to your child would you would you take some immediate action then it's it's it's very easy to say you would never do something but then when you consider different situations that could arise it kind of makes you stop and think okay maybe I need to rethink here maybe I need to re reset maybe I need to reevaluate so we're going to go over this and I just want to be honest about this I don't have all the answers on this that's for sure I mean I'm I'm in the camp of you know there's it would have to be a pretty precarious situation for me to lay hands on a woman you know knowing that she's weaker but then oh how about this what if it's a woman who could dead lift 700 pounds what if it's a Muay Thai instructor what if she just got done graduating from the Israeli Academy of decam and she's highly skilled and she weighs 20 pounds more than you and can bench press more than you and you know she's got a square jaw and she looks like a dude what about what about then and that there's another question that goes along with that what is oh oh now we won't ask it we won't ask it all right so let's let's get into this it can it can be like there's there's tons of circumstances there's tons of nuance there's tons of situations that you can put yourself into where it would completely erode your black and white stance of I would never dot dot dot so let's just go over some of this and I will be stopping it and I will be making commentary just for anybody who wants to get out of the room right now because you don't want to hear me commentate on this but I've had a lot of people go would you just play the thing all the way through well no because if there's something I want to talk about I'm would say that's a good warning he's doing her a favor hey if you park there you're gonna get affed in other words they're going to tow your car it's going to cost you a lot of money they're and and first right off the bat he's performing a public servants uh public servant's duty he is a good Samaritan saying hey you may not know the streets of New York like I know the streets of New York but let me tell you I've seen time and time again where somebody parks in front of a fire hydrant and it doesn't go well for him besides the point where you know they do have that fire hydrant there for a reason that's so the fire trucks can go by hook up to that fire hydrant and douse a fire so basically I'm warning you and giving you an opportunity to leave so I'm being a nice guy and then the second thing I'm being a nice guy to everybody else on this block right here who could benefit from a fire department hooking up to that fire hydrant so I see nothing but good coming out of the auditor right now those plates the right to record that's what I'm doing the right to record I got thousands of followers watching you right now parked next to a hydrant I'm a delivery person even worse even worse even worse so you standing next to something that's going to stop somebody from getting saved you parking next to something they're stopping somebody from getting saved that is a good point you're parking next to something that's gonna stop somebody from getting saved you're sitting here telling me you're an EMT which we come to find out later she's a volunteer EMT but an EMT nonetheless so she should know the value she should actually know the frustration of fire department personnel when they run up on a scene where somebody's parked in front of a fire hydrant that they can't easily hook up to she should know she should know better and you're an EMT it's illegal in New York no it's not I got a memo you can't do that you can't do that caring people this is such a camera from parking in the wrong spot get up and get out man force it again the plate no on the I guess on the other side of it where do you park as a delivery person I mean can you not park there like for 60 seconds and run in and do your doordash or whatever does anybody know what the law is on that not that I care about the law but I do care about looking at all sides of this if you're a delivery driver in New York I don't live in New York have never lived in New York I wouldn't be able to I wouldn't be the one to go to to explain the congestion or the traffic laws or anything like that but if you're a delivery driver is there a concession uh for delivery drivers like is there a time limit like yeah you can do it if you just you're only there for like 45 seconds or a minute and a half then you got to leave uh other than that where do the delivery drivers where would they Park to make their deliveries I mean if all the parking spaces are taken up does anybody know what the answer to that question is I was on easy live that day was banana says Lotus uh what did good guy say what's up good guy why is he telling her what to do mind your own business well I mean isn't it like a public servant a service if let's say let's say a fire did start while he was on the corner right there and the fire department pulled up and because she's in front of a fire hydrant they can't hook up their hoses so they can douse that fire I mean that kind of matters right I thought you put your hazard lights on and do what you got to do quick is that right is that right I don't know I'm completely ignorant New York City is not where we live in New York all right well just let me know guys we'll just go ahead and roll with this but there is the other side of it like you know in all fairness to the delivery drivers where do they Park in all fairs to the fire department probably shouldn't park there play that J DX 4553 y'all know how I give it up man thank you I appreciate it though I do appreciate it though it's even right there because there's a parking spot right there she can't block that Parkway so you know what I'm saying and she's blocking the bike lane now like you got to do better if you're gonna do better do better we run plates and everything we read everybody we support we expose everyone she's really gonna sit here and follow me she moved from there that's all that matters you know what I'm saying because now somebody's safe and she had EMC so she should knew better if you knew better you do better exactly I'm doing right for saving people's lives I'm one of the here I'm a hero that oh I hate it when people leverage their position or their perceived perceived position like that and in a sense she's right I mean nurses and doctors and EMTs especially in the age we just went through are seen as the heroes of society but she's leveraging leveraging this position so that she can show the cameraman that she's got the privilege she's got the right she's exempt because she's a hero all right keep on keep on I love it keep on [ __ ] yourself [ __ ] [ __ ] this is an EMT worker too look how she coming over here all right so so what we have here and this is where the self-defense thing comes in guys I I'm probably not going to show the rest of this I'll just talk talk you through it uh if you want to see it it's it the the link is in the description I just I don't know what the parameters are on this live stream right here but we have a lady who got out of a car lady or guy does it really does it matter at that point who walked up to a guy who did not harm her did not threaten to harm her was just recording her was it monitoring her maybe not don't park in front of the fire hydrant maybe did a little bit of making fun of her or maybe she perceived that she was being made fun of but he didn't lay a hand on her he didn't harm her she you know in the words of Sylvester Stallone drew first blood so what do you do if if people were like let's say you grew up in the country and like a Baptist home and it's like son never you never hit a woman it's like I know like never what if she's about to what if she's about to end my life can I can I like Strike Back Then um what do you say what do you guys say I want to uh I want let me go real quick before I give you what I would have done um which is just one person and a whole sea of people but here is a poll that news now ninja conducted and he says if a woman assaulted a man can he defend himself also if he warns her and she continues should he defend himself or take the beating let her in other words let her just let her violate you uh or defend and 95 out of a thousand votes probably over a thousand because you know how they round down or round up or whatever out of a thousand people 95 said that they would defend themselves against this woman who basically attacked the cameraman you cannot you cannot side the stat sidestep the fact that she was the aggressor you cannot sidestep the fact that she was the assailant she was the assaulter she did the assaulting and he defended himself and um maybe if I go a little bit further in this video he gave her multiple warnings if you continue to do that I will dot dot dot fill in the blank only five percent said let her okay so this is the question that I have of the five percent for how long what if she stayed there on the street corner for 10 minutes continuing to wail on this guy what if she reached into her pocket and looked like she was pulling out uh you know what a pew pew what what about then I mean at what point can you defend yourself Erie County said um he put it a little bit different way and got some different results I mean big different results if a woman hits a man auditing Erie County says is it okay for a man to hit her back are men and women equal or are women built different I mean there's a lot of questions in there and it's kind of hard to do a poll like this when you have that many like scattered questions it's like I don't know what question I'm answering here but according to his poll 20 percent said men shouldn't and 80 percent said she wants to hit a man All is fair so what do you guys say let's go back to this um and I'm not saying any one question was better than the other one it's just that when you do a poll it's good to ask just maybe one question and be specific about the answers or people are a little bit confused but where do you stand in this poll do you think that I guess what I should say is did easy cameras on do the right thing in your opinion because you know here's let's look at it from Easy cameras perspective okay maybe I don't know if he has a family I don't know easy camera but maybe he has a family he has to go home too and he can't afford to go to the hospital with you know for damage what if the lady pulled out uh you know a sharp instrument and laid it at his neck I mean at what point can you defend yourself another thing is when you defend yourself do you have to do do you have to strike or can you restrain you can re you can restrain but another thing she did is she spit on him and according to easy cameras testimony the spit landed in his mouth that's bad that's bad bodily somebody else's bodily fluids you don't know what what they got what kind of these maybe they have uh you know Ebola or something and they spit on you that could be fatal to you if you catch it and you could probably contract it um or you know maybe she's got something else a you know a disease just some kind of rare disease does that put your life in jeopardy doesn't that warrant a defensive posture did she deserve that I would think in the in the realm of fairness and equality you know because we're always talking about equality um that if you're gonna be uh you know a jackrabbit in the woods it's probably a good idea not to mess with the mountain lions and and did did the jack rabbits have to go to school to not mess with mountain lions is it is it innately in them to mess with mountain lions and and um and bears or do they just know because they know hey we're smaller we're weaker it's probably not a good idea to walk up to a predator on the top of the food chain you know shouldn't she have known hey it's probably not a good idea to hit a guy especially in New York because he might hit me back so what do you guys think what do you all and I I'm not the end all and be all of wisdom I I don't know like I've never been have ever been in that situation where a woman's hit me and punching me in the face I don't think I've ever been in that situation I've never been in that situation so I honestly don't know what I would have done I would like to think what I would have done was you know grabbed her and restrained her in some way and if I wanted to call the cops which I wouldn't have because you know if you want to make a problem worse call the cops I I would like to think that I would have restrained her but maybe a situation would have called for me doing something uh you know taking it Taking A further step um he shouldn't have walked out into the road and tempted her did he walk out of the road I think I thought he stayed on the sidewalk I I don't think he'll I don't think he left the road did he I mean I don't think he walked into the road um let's see so there's a lot of ones in the room saying that you would we don't know how the victim identified I mean guys we live in such a complex world right now it's kind of it's kind of true it's kind of true we don't know what her gender is she didn't reveal it or he she I don't know man I'm so confused living in living in this day and age is so confusing I I'm I'm I'm kind of leaning toward if you're just standing there not harming somebody not threatening to harm somebody not damaging property not stealing property and not paying for it and somebody comes up and literally attacks you like this woman whether whether they're of greater power than you or not I I can't see how the cameraman is at fault here I cannot see that and there's there's also another situation here there's New York law that really should be taken into consideration because that is where this happened and it says about um there's a Code there's there's Penal Code 3515 says under New York law Penal Code 3515 a person is Justified in using physical Force against another another undefined another person male or female when that person is under the reasonable belief that the physical force is necessary to defend the person or another person from what the person reasonably believes to be the illegal imminent use of force or the illegal use of force how about just immoral I mean it's just immoral to walk up to somebody and strike them when you wouldn't want to be struck yourself there are certain exceptions to this General principle including combat by agreement or in which that what this wasn't it's like oh do you mutually agree to enter into combat with me that wasn't there or instances where the person seeking to use the defense was the initiator the initial aggressor or provoked the attack so I guess in New York under New York law would you say that easy cameras on provoke the attack if you think easy cameras on provoke the attack put a one in the room provoke the I mean like that is so what is provocation who's going to Define that I mean cops say oh you provoked me because you film me but you're simply exercising a First Amendment right that all the cops and all the lawyers and all the congressmen and senators and judges swore to uphold so what's what is provocation I I hate when they do this kind of stuff it's like nope you clearly provoked her so uh she's she's gonna go free and we're gonna put you into okay into a cage got some twos in the to the old cranial structure not good so I've seen and it's I'm not sitting here going oh uh what would cops do I'm going to pattern my life after that I'm just saying if if that woman did this to a cop what do you think the cop would have done to her I consider that kind of stuff if the the woman did this to you what would you have done to her we know what easy did to her as kind of a knee-jerk Cassandra Turner so she pulls out her personal protection device and gets rid of a guy who is holding her up her and her grandson and she's in Houston I was talking to news now ninja how neat it would be if we could do an interview with her because this right here is the answer to the gun control debate the gun control lobbyists the people who want to criminalize the rest of us for having a personal protection device would have made sure that Cassandra would have had to go through hoops and loops and background checks and and all this you know licensing fees and registration and most people can't afford that and most people wouldn't be able to uh a lot of people wouldn't be able to pass a background check so basically you're waiting for permission from the government to do something that you have a right to do anyway uh but the gun control lobbyists the people who want to take guns from you they want to vilify certain inanimate objects and then criminalize you if you happen to possess them because they were used by some psychopath in a shooting somewhere but they would want to keep Cassandra from a personal protection device so what I thought when I was talking to news now ninja I thought it would be cool to the name of her food stand or food truck is Elite eats and cool treats it'd be cool to find her stand and maybe do an interview with her as a pro personal protection device video and say see this right here is the solution to the corruption and criminal pollution in Houston and all over the world because Cassandra did us all a favor by by getting a bad guy off the streets testifying once again to the principle that the only thing that's going to stop a bad guy with the pew pew is a good guy with a pew pew and you know I'm saying that because the algorithms and I know it sounds freaking stupid and I hate it but you know such is the the platform that we have here uh news now ninja says I'll find a way to get this interview that would be just
