reason you feel like that is because you're a normal person the reason this shakes you is because you have a heart it doesn't shake law enforcers because it doesn't seem like they have a heart not much of one anyway I wonder there's a couple uh clarifying things I wanted to take care of before we got into this video thank you guys for being here I appreciate it but I wanted to clarify something because a couple people were saying that the links under the video of where we have deputy uh suplex McMaster um fracturing the skull up and breaking the collarbone of Tire Tyler canaris they were saying that I put the wrong Facebook link that it was linking to Paulding County Ohio and so Paulding County Georgia and I was looking at this on my phone I was like man I gotta get back to my computer to find out what's going on here so I clicked on this link and here I'm just going to go ahead and open it in a new tab right here that link takes you to Paulding County Georgia so I don't know what the problem is but apparently there were people calling in a lot of people according to the Paulding County Ohio Police Department sheriff's department they were getting a lot of calls and I'll read you that this is from the Paulding County Ohio uh sheriff's department and the reason I want to read this to you is because we want to make sure if you're if you're going to call and and um you know greet air out your grievance grievance with the officials and the authoritize make sure you're calling the right department now it's no doubt Paulding County Ohio's got some serious internal issues too because why power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely we all know this we all should know this this should be the smelling salts of reality it's like huh if the problem with Society is that there are bad people running amok and the last thing we probably want to do is give some of these bad people a monopoly and force and power that wouldn't be a good idea so Paulding County Ohio sheriff's department not the Georgia branch that still employs Mr McMaster said the use of force video Paulding County Georgia to the citizens to the citizens of Paulding County Ohio there's a video making its way around the internet involving a deputy sheriff and his use of force involving Tyler canaris this incident did not occur in Ohio this is an incident that occurred in Paulding County Georgia my office and this is the sheriff I guess speaking Sheriff Jason K Landers my office has received nearly a hundred threatening phone calls and emails over this incident I wonder what he means by threatening you know you could take threatening certain ways and wonder what he means by threatening this message is simply to clarify my agency was not involved the Paulding County Georgia phone number is 770-443-3010 respectfully Sheriff Jason K Landers so make sure if you're going to air out your grievances with the government in Paulding County it's not Paulding County Ohio but rather Paulding County Georgia and there are a couple updates that I did want to go over on this first of all let's take a look at they are getting ratioed like crazy and well they should the only reason they're talking about about this right now is because this video is making its rounds on the internet uh you know a lot of people are covering this including I think 11 live and we'll we'll take a look at that in a second but the reason they're addressing this is because there is an outcry otherwise they wouldn't deal with it so what does that tell you they're not interested in doing the right thing this happened over almost a year ago guys this happened on in March of 2022. we're approaching March again this is almost a year old and they haven't done anything about it until they heard an outcry from the public you know that they know what McMaster did almost a year ago you know that they know that they could have done something about it without the public even knowing about it and you know that and I know that what they should have done was they should have brought this to the public and say hey you know what we had a bad officer we've already gotten rid of them and he's Behind Bars he's not sitting behind a desk right now McMasters is sitting behind a desk and if you ask me that's the last thing McMaster needs is to sit behind the desk because he's probably going to gain an extra 40 or 50 pounds sitting there so I wanted to show you this right here this is from the Paulding County Sheriff's Office in Georgia this is this is the sheriff this is the criminal Sheriff who's the boss of McMaster who did what he did to Tyler canaris but I want to read you this right here they're getting ratioed and they they actually had a release too let me let me read you their release this is the Paulding County Sheriff's Office release from Paulding County Georgia this is what the sheriff says and you tell me if you see anything wrong in this statement this public statement Paulding County Sheriff's statement regarding March 4th 2022 arrest Paulding County Georgia Paulding County Sheriff Gary gulage Gulag it should be Gulag has sought the assistance of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation or gbi to conduct an outside review of the March 4th 2022 arrest in use of force why why why do you need somebody outside you have the body cam footage just like we saw the body cam footage you saw McMaster did to canaris just like we saw what McMaster did to canares why don't you just why did you have to call the gbi why if you're interested in transparency why even do that don't you have moral fortitude don't you have a moral compass you go by if you do then you know the difference between right and wrong and you know that was absolutely wrong and you know what really concerns me about McMaster McMaster did what he did knowing that his dash cam was recording his actions and he still did it and he's still Unapologetic and the thing that really concerns me is how many people if he did that to canaris on video how many other people did he do do similar things to on video how many other how many evil Deeds has he done that weren't recorded that's what concerns me this guy this this Michael McMaster Deputy Michael McMaster has two kids at least two kids and a wife how is he treating them behind closed doors when he knows cameras aren't rolling we know according to FBI crime stats that in the general population of people you know outside of prison cops are 40 percent more likely to be domestic abusers than the rest of us hmm gosh golly I wonder why I wonder why because power corrupts again so they're going to hand it over to the gbi that review is now underway the Paulding County Sheriff's Office will be fully cooperating oops what did I just do I hate that when I click a button in it changes things around so they say the Paulding County Sheriff's Office will be fully cooperating with all requests and inquiries from the gbi at approximately 6 a.m on March 4th 2022 Deputy Michael McMaster of the Paulding County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a suspicious person who is wearing a hoodie in a backpack attempting to break into a vehicle in Evans Mill subdivision I doubt that I doubt that very much I want to see them provide evidence that they actually got a call that somebody with a hoodie in a backpack was breaking into cars in that neighborhood I want to see it because up until I see the evidence I don't believe one word of that short time later Deputy McMaster arrived at the location and observed Tyler Lee canaris walking along the roadside at an entrance to the subdivision Mr canaris who is wearing a hoodie and a backpack appeared to match the description of the suspect that was provided by Dispatch I want to get that dispatch call we need to foil request that Deputy McMaster then approached Mr canaris who repeatedly refused to come repeatedly refuse to comply with the deputy's commands to remove his backpack and place his hands behind his back the guy was shocked that this was happening clearly when McMaster walked up to him and and and turned on the lights and approached canaris canaris wasn't he didn't run he didn't flee he didn't act suspicious he act confused he had to take off one of the take out one of his earbuds this guy was clearly listening to music walking along into the side of the road in peace said he was going to work there was no indication that this guy was actually guilty of anything and McMaster should have read the body language he should have employed whatever they're supposed to be learning in the academy and put two and two together and it's like hey this this obviously isn't our guy hey we got a call that uh there's somebody in the neighborhood that that's breaking into cars they match their description do you know anything about it no I'm just going to work okay can you just kind of prove to me that you're going to work you know he could have done that but he immediately went Hands-On immediately went for the backpack immediately employed the suplex for some reason he repeated refused the command therefore Deputy McMaster used Force to bring Mr yeah what kind of force Sheriff to bring Mr canares to the ground and place him under arrest once arrested Mr canaris was evaluated on the scene by medical personality not real not real quick not real quick they weren't they weren't in a hurry at all to check out canaris Mr canaris was then transported to the hospital by the sheriff's department for medical doing while they're out on patrol we want you to know if they're actually fighting crime if they're actually serving and protecting or if they're actually harming the public no no not going to get that not from the Paulding County Sheriff's Office in Georgia so 11 speak to him directly the sergeant Henson says a deputy make the master is still employed by the department but has been reassigned to death Duty reassigned to desk duty this guy right here this guy right here that guy does not need desk Duty he needs a treadmill reassigned to death Duty AI is still investigating that incident all right let's uh let's do a description of someone let's go to this right here this is another this is another news report gives a little bit more detail and we hear more of that sergeant and tonight with that incident in Paulding County the gbi now looking into an arrest and use of force incident by a Paulding County Sheriff's deputy good evening thanks for joining us I'm Tom Haines and for Russ Spencer I'm Courtney Bryant dash camera video of the incident has been widely circulated online over the past week get dash cam of the incident why why are people so slow to call this a crime this is a crime on camera if you or I did something to somebody like this let's say you were driving home at 6 22 a.m and you saw a guy just walking on the side of the road and you decided to do to Tyler canaris what Deputy Michael McMaster did to Tyler canaris they would call it a crime they wouldn't have a problem called in a crime they wouldn't have a problem putting you behind bars but this cop doesn't get bars he gets desk Duty and donuts Fox 5's Denise Dillon talked to Paulding County Sheriff's officials about what we can see in the video the video is disturbing you can see a man being thrown to the ground and it is disturbing but guess who's not Disturbed the sheriff gbi is probably not Disturbed there's guys gbi the Georgia Bureau Investigation FBI CIA uh Paulding County Sheriff's Office in Georgia or Ohio they're all the good old boys clubs we're going to investigate ourselves and we're going to determine that we did nothing wrong or because there's such an outcry from the public we're going to downplay this we're going to give this guy desk Duty we'll give him you know we'll make sure that he's got his pension and we'll tell him to move along and we'll put in a good word for the next Department of the county over so you can get a job and take care of his family hear him moaning in pain Sheriff's officials say when that video surfaced they called in the gbi to take a closer look don't take the back track off um excuse me what am I doing backpack off um can you explain what the before you go on the ground take your backpack off wow County Sheriff's no de-escalation technique at all none non-existent officials confirmed this is dash camera video from Deputy Michael mcmaster's car it was March of 2022 at six in the morning the deputy was when do we get to fight back like look at this just I'm just going to mute this while he's taking him across the street here when do we get to fight back because if this guy didn't have a uniform and didn't have a badge you know how we would treat him like just a common Thug he is a common Thug it's just that other people don't think he's a common Thug because he's got the magical uniform on what would you do I want to know from the people in this room I know it's hard to say what you would do if you were actually there because you know it's easy to talk about an armchair quarterback and all that kind of stuff but what would you have done if Michael McMaster grabbed your arm like that you knowing full well that you're innocent there is no CR this guy is committed no crime and they call this obstructing justice well that why don't we call it what it really is I want to obstruct Injustice the person who's bringing the Injustice to this table on the on the roadside here is Deputy McMaster so what if you fight back I can prove I'm an innocent I can prove I was walking to work I can prove that I live right down the road what would you guys have done would you guys have fought back you know how that goes down but no we submit like little sheep because in the back of our minds we know that hey this is a cop he's got a radio they'll call for backup and no matter no matter how innocent I am no matter how much I can prove that I'm innocent they will view me as An Enemy of the State because I resisted an officer 22 at six in the morning the deputy was responding to a call of a suspicious person breaking into cars in the Evans Mill subdivision when deputies responded to that area they made contact with a male match in that description this video shows death it made contact yeah they stopped and harassed the guy let's just I love these euphemisms they employ to really downplay what the truth of the matter was Deputy McMaster approaching the man identified as 30-year-old Tyler canaris and telling him to take his backpack off and put his hands Beyond his back Sheriff's officials say canaris did not comply Watch What Happens Next can you imagine description of someone trying to break in people's cars oh I'm not breaking anyone's foot there you go there you go [Music] video came out you know we made the decision to get the gbi involved to let them look at it and just give their unbiased third party opinion on what took place and if there were any criminal actions that took place in that incident what in the world let me I'm going to play that again Listen to everybody's making the big fuss about him and it looks like Deputy McMaster was doing his job to me I mean we're out there in certain to Serve and Protect we got to get This Vermin off the street don't we but no they'll probably not look at it like that now because there's this huge public outcry they're getting hundreds probably thousands of calls and thousands more should be coming in people should be Marching In the Streets going hey Tyler canaris needs a massive settlement and he needs it right now we asked the sheriff the bad part is the settlement's not going to come out of mcmaster's pocket it's not going to come out of this Sergeant's pocket let's name him what's what's his name what is this Sergeant's name Sergeant Ashley oh they cut it off is that Sergeant Ashley Henson let's see let's see here they may come Sergeant Ashley Henson Sergeant Ashley Henson I'm going to write that down Henson all right let's let's continue on with this gotta turn it over the GPI gbi and see if they see any do you detect anything off kilter off color things that we shouldn't have done I mean isn't that suplex isn't that rear suplex isn't that legitimate isn't that a legitimately a use of force there opinion on what took place and if there were any criminal actions that took place in that incident we asked the sheriff's officials if deputies are trained to use that technique to subdue someone we're aware that of the Optics of this this incident at this point because we have turned the case over to gbi and there is pending potential litigation in the case civil litigation we're going to opt not to elaborate on on that particular portion of the case in the video we're aware of the Optics we know it looks bad they couldn't have looked at that video a year ago and taking this guy off the force off the force God it's not eloquence it's not reason it's forcing like fire it's a dangerous servant a donut servant a fearful master this guy should be behind bars and he should he should be behind bars for the rest of his life in my opinion somebody somebody dropped a Super Chat who was it Harps 666 says thanks for what you do Brian especially when you show Supreme Court rulings because we can also use those rulings in Australian courts I did not know that you can use American Supreme Court rulings in Australian courts not aware of that one thanks Harps canaris can be heard repeatedly saying he was just trying to go to work as the deputy goes through his backpack as the deputy violates his Fourth Amendment right to be secure in his papers and effects are you on camera breaking in the car no I just can't run down I bet you canaris was rushed to the hospital to be treated for his injuries Sheriff's officials say it was later determined he was not breaking into cars but he was charged with obstruction of justice and is still facing those charges wait a second how can you be an innocent person who's attacked by a man with a uniform and still be charged with obstructing justice you're not obstructing justice that's why that's why I titled this thing how dare you obstruct Injustice listen what she says breaking into cars but he was charged with obstruction breaking the cards which means you had no reason McMaster to walk up to him in the first place but you did it anyway didn't you you had no you had no right you had no justification to grab his arm or take his backpack off or go through his stuff but you did it anyway didn't you right why because you you you're an agent of Injustice how can you obstruct Justice when what's being done to you is unjust this is such an upside down world this this really makes you mad really pisses you off I don't know what I did wrong I was trying to explain to you but you want to keep pulling away so now you're under arrest for obstruction McMaster has been with the Paulding County Sheriff's Office for nine years he has been put on desk duty while the gbi investigation is underway they wouldn't have done that to you they wouldn't have done that to me they would have thrown the book at us three Hots and a cots maybe maybe we'll feed you maybe we'll give you water but we're definitely releasing your general population and that's where this guy needs to go a couple of the comments I was looking at a couple of the comments under this video somebody needs to do to that cop the same way it's apparent that he's he has the wrong guy that could have been anyone walking down the road yeah that could have been you that could have been me that could have been your son your daughter your wife your husband somebody that you love with a fractured skull that was deadly assault you dang right it was you dang right it was and that's what the sheriff should be saying it's like no we don't tolerate this kind of stuff even with the public outcry the this the sheriff still can't bring himself to say you know what that was wrong that was evil that was criminal activity he does need to go to jail still can't do it several points to be made about this case this guy had held headphones on when the deputy confronted him he was on his way to work he broke his collarbone and fractured his skull because he didn't want to Cuff up most importantly there were no break-ins I would be interested to know if there was in fact a complaining party I would too I would too you think these guys are here I'm so glad the lights are coming on for people look at this Kamikaze says if you think these guys are here to protect and serve you are insane charges of of obstructing resisting and other things that innocent people get put in on the record should be removed from allowable charges they should have never gone it should have never come to this point in the first place the guy shouldn't those bully cops who like to abuse their Authority if he was confronted by somebody he knew could fight him fight back he'd either run or shoot them he's a freaking coward not a real cop death dude he
