What's up? Get out of your your your car. >> arrested. Stop it. Stop >> You're you're under arrest. >> STOP. NO, STOP. JULIAN, PLEASE. >> HEY, WELCOME BACK TO THE CHANNEL. I REALLY appreciate you joining. I want to let you know before we start this video right here that when I do these videos, when I produce this content, it's not necessarily because I think the people who are being victimized by cops are outstanding or noble or righteous or in some cases even worth defending. But what is worth defending are unalienable rights. And when these cops trample the rights, we've got to put a spotlight on it. This comes out of the Patterson, New Jersey Police Department. And this guy immediately approached the vehicle and right off the bat wants to make the occupants of the vehicle insecure in their persons by asking for license, registration, and proof of insurance. All they were doing was they were parked in a park after hours. And this cop could have actually de-escalated and said, "Hey, you know what? Uh it's after hours. You shouldn't be in this park right here. Want you to go ahead and move along. I'm going to secure your right to be anonymous. So don't give me your driver's license. I don't want proof of insurance or anything like that. Have a good night." But instead, they're on a power trip and they want to get their ID. Let's take a look at this one make some comments along the way. >> I'm calling my mother. I'm not getting arrested. No. For what? If they give me a reason for what? No. >> NO, PLEASE. >> NO. >> JULIAN, PLEASE. >> LICENSE, REGISTRATION, INSURANCE, PLEASE. >> FOR WHAT? >> LIKE the park's closed. You got your pocket there. Open, please. >> So to right off the bat, and he's going to lie about this later. He's going to tell a fellow cop or he's going to tell one of the these guys this guy's relatives that, "Hey, I just told them park's closed and they were like, why why why?" And I was like, "Hey, so I'll just go ahead and get your license, registration, and proof of insurance if you're going to be like that. No, he immediately walked up and asked for the ID. >> I want to I want your license, registration, and insurance. >> This is my father's car. >> I said >> Okay. >> I want >> We're not trying to start nothing. >> Well, we >> Please don't give us any problem. >> I'm not. I just want to make sure everything's all legit and I'll send you on your way, okay? I promise. >> Just stop arguing with him. Stop. It's not worth it. >> I understand, bro. I was just saying, bro. >> We were literally hugging in the back. And as for the people in the car, get a hold of your emotions. Will you shut the flip up? Stop being so childish. Be quiet, understand what's going on, and have a strategy. You know, one time during the course of your life or a couple times, you're going to have an encounter with the cops. You know how the cops are. You know they're thin-skinned. Their egos are bruised very, very easily. You need to act accordingly. Calling your mama to come over where you are. Come on, man. How is it these cops have so much idle time that they can mess with two people in a park after hours? Just tell them to move along and then you guys move along to bigger and better things. >> No, stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. JUST SHOW THEM YOUR LICENSE. YOU'RE DOING THIS TO THEM. THAT'S IT. MAN, DON'T LET US GO. COME ON. >> GET OUT. YOU'RE UNDER ARREST, SIR. >> SIR, STOP, PLEASE. Bro, bro, I don't know why he Bro, he flipped out. He flipped out. And all >> That That's not even on the body cam that we saw. >> He He asked them was He's like, "Look, do you have the paperwork for the car? Can we see it and you can leave?" I'm not sure Bro, he's not He wasn't put The park is closed. You're in the backseat of the car, okay? You know what? Bro, the park is closed, okay? All we were going to do was just look at the paperwork and send him on his way, but you know what? He didn't want to do that. He warned him, "Look, if you don't show me your paperwork, you don't show me your license or ID, you're going to get locked up." "I ain't showing you [ __ ] I ain't showing you shit." Whatever paperwork she had for the car, he put it down his pants. He put it down his pants, bro. Nothing for nothing. And I'm telling him, "Calm down." And "Calm down." And "Calm down." over and over, bro. You really think I want to lock him up for this nonsense? Come on, bro. Thank god that you're older >> Yeah, I really do think that you want to and that's exactly what you're going to do. >> Older or younger? You're young You're younger. Bro, let me tell you, you know what? You're a lot more calm and a lot more mature. Cuz really, look look look like he just flipped out. He flipped out from from the get-go and I don't know why. And he's like, "Fuck you, I ain't giving you nothing." What do you think we're going to do? We're going to back away? Yes, sir. >> You know, let's just go ahead and say it's legal, okay? What the cop did was legal. The cop shouldn't just do it because it's legal. There are a lot of things that are legal that are immoral. And one of those is making somebody insecure in their person if they haven't been suspected of committing a crime. You haven't committed a crime if you're in a park after hours. I don't care what the codes and ordinances are. The cop could have exercised all that discretion we always hear about and said, "You know what? You're in the park after hours. We're clearing out the area. Have a good night. I don't want to see your ID, but I don't want to see you around here after 9:00 or whenever the park is closed." They could have done that. They didn't cuz they don't want to. They're power trippers. They got to have control over you, and they got to find out who you are, and you show them your papers. >> Yes, he's going to call and drive his dog in here. >> You asked him to leave the park, so what is he obstructing? >> When he's behind that motor vehicle, and I stopped him for a motor vehicle stop, and it is >> It wasn't even a motor vehicle stop. They were parked there. He saw them in the backseat. They were parked. He didn't stop them at all. It's not a stop. It's not a traffic stop. >> His obligation to give me license, registration, insurance. >> The the cop is lying. It's what it as far as we've seen, unless there's other body cam, he approached the vehicle and right off the bat, license, registration, proof of insurance. And oh, by the way, the park's closed. You need to get out of here, but you can't get out of here until you give me your information. >> You asked him to leave the park. >> What was the motor vehicle stop? >> Park is closed. >> But what you said you were going to >> Yes, it is. >> But you said you were going to let him go. You said you asked him >> Not a vehicle stop. >> But he didn't even pull in front of him. >> He's not giving me his He's paperwork. He has the right He has to give me that paperwork now. >> So, at what point did you ask for this paperwork and he decided to say no? Because he told me you asked him to leave the park and then he said you pulled in front of him to block him. >> That's not even right. You didn't ask him to leave the park first. You asked for his papers first. >> And for leaving and then you asked him for his >> Why? Why can I say why why why? >> Don't talk to me. >> Don't talk to me. >> Tell my mom to stop talking and get his badge number. >> I got his badge number on video. I got everything. >> All right, get off my face. YOU GET OFF MY FACE. >> WHY ARE YOU MAD AT ME? >> GET OFF MY FACE, BRO. >> Just chill, chill. >> Julian, calm down, okay? >> You want me to open the window, leave it open? >> Julian, please just calm down. >> him alone. Leave him alone. >> You dismissed him. >> No, I said why why can I say why why why? >> Not you. He said that to y'all. >> No, why yeah. Why what do you guys want? What I should ask is leave the park. Park is closed. Why? Park is closed. Why? He's arguing with me. I said, you know what? Fine. Let me get your paperwork. I was going to say, where's your paperwork? Listen to me, my man. Here's a warning. Leave now. I ain't giving you I said actually >> Why do you need his paperwork? Just tell him to leave. And that's it. It's over. >> I ain't giving you nothing. Sir, you'll be Please, my my my partner begged with him. Please, give us your paperwork so we can let you go on your way. I said again, nope. I'm not giving you nothing. I said, sir, you are obstructing. You will be arrested. Nope, I'm not giving you nothing. >> You need to learn self-discipline. Shut the [ __ ] Period. Your mouth is going to get you in trouble. NO, YOU'RE GOING TO LISTEN to me. YOU CALLED ME OUT OF MY BED NOT FEELING WELL. YOU'RE GOING TO LISTEN TO ME. THIS IS NOT BEING A MAN. YOU TOLD ME THEY PULLED you over. You talking [ __ ] to them for what? >> I I didn't talk no [ __ ] to nobody. >> YOU REFUSED TO GIVE THE PAPER >> He told his mom that they pulled him over. >> paperwork. This is her car. She has the paperwork. YOU HAVE YOUR LICENSE. Once they ask for it and you're in the park, IT DOESN'T MATTER. YOU SHOULD HAVE LEFT FIRST. He said you asked what you're looking at. >> You know what I'm saying? Look look at him. Still arguing. >> He's so what? >> I don't believe what he's saying. You got TO GET HIS BADGE NUMBER. It's him. >> We're going to get the badge numbers. They're arresting you. >> Everything is on camera. Everything is on camera. >> Thank you. I think they don't have their story straight, the cops don't have their story straight, the mom didn't get the story right. >> I doubt that. I'm way >> He did not resist anything. He did not resist nothing. >> Why don't you ask him ask her when we asked for his driver's license, did he provide it? Why don't you ask her that right question? >> He refused to >> Can we just talk about a black guy in a Nirvana shirt for a second? Thank you. >> Okay, but he's in the driver's seat. >> Thank you. >> All right. >> And we beg you. >> As long as this on video, listen, as long as you did not don't don't hurt my son. Okay, we're not. It will not. Nobody's going to hurt my child. >> It's hilarious. This guy this kid's mom talking about self-discipline. Come on, Mom. Shape up or ship out. >> We didn't hurt him. We asked him >> hurt him. You slammed him into the [ __ ] tree. >> Frank, we were we were we were >> And he's bleeding. >> There was no blood. >> If it was excessive, if it was excessive, trust the belief. I know how to use a lawyer. Don't worry about it. >> Very well. Very well. >> If it was excessive, that's a lie. >> If it was excessive, that's a >> There's a camera. >> That was only [ __ ] We were going to kill that camera. >> Let's go. YES, WE'RE LEAVING. >> LET'S GO. >> All right. >> Sit. >> No. >> Michelle, enough. >> Enough. >> What you following for? >> I'm giving a warning for that being a public All right, let's go. Aggie, let's go. We're we're we're leaving. >> Come on, man. >> That is a whole mess of ignorance. And both sides. Ignorance on both sides. >> Can I look at that? >> Yeah. >> Unfortunately, they weren't designed for comfort, bro. If you keep moving, you keep moving, they're just going to keep tightening up, man. >> They're not designed for comfort. They're designed for For what? And you keep putting them on people? >> Do you have a New Jersey driver's license? >> I'm sorry? >> Is your New Jersey driver's license >> You have a New Jersey license? You do? You found it? No? You want to show it to him or you don't have it? Okay. Yeah, he said he has one. It's not suspended. >> Is it? It's not suspended or anything? >> Do you know when the last time you were arrested >> I don't want to answer. Nothing he's asking is relevant. >> When was the last time you were arrested? >> I wasn't arrested. >> I'm sorry? >> I wasn't arrested. >> He's never been arrested, bro. I'm sorry? Okay. All right. All right. Um he's never been arrested. All right. I'm telling you. No, bro. I'm not I'm telling you. Let me tell you, bro. It's past that. You're bro, your demeanor changed so much from the park to here. Please calm down. Bro, please calm down. Bro, please calm down. Bro, please calm down and hopefully you'll get out of here in a couple hours. Bro, but you know what? If you're if you're going to be stubborn, it's not going to work. >> So, according to this video, he gets charged with resisting arrest and obstructing ID. >> Bro, bro, please calm down. >> Yeah, please calm down. You have any nicknames or street names or anything? None, right? >> That is where the video ends. These guys were being pushy, ID-thirsty thugs, and these kids couldn't control their tempers or their emotions, and they couldn't shut the front door. I don't take either side right here.
