South Carolina where this solves sit who
we last saw getting arrested in this
video and again in this video gets a lot
more than he bargain for in this one
when he tries to quote unquote educate a
state trooper and charge him 20 ounces
of gold during a traffic stop for again
driving illegally. Right, let's get into
the video. Hey man, where's your
insurance at? Not required to have that
either. Huh?
paperwork says I don't have to have any
of that. No license. No, this doesn't
have anything to do. It's just a
destruction of the record. It's a what?
It's a destruction of the record of the
arrest. It's a proof of the dismissal
because I didn't have any of that
before. I went to court and the judge
dismissed it cuz I proved in court it's
not required. Have it now? No. Why? I
don't have to have it. But you do. You
have to have insurance to operate a
motor vehicle on South Carolina. I'm not
doing any of that. The judge car. The
judge says, "I do not need any of that
stuff." Okay. Who you want to tell your
car? Yeah. The judge said nothing of the
sort. And the trooper knows it. Hence
the words, "Who do you want to tow your
car at the end of your diet tribe?"
Here, you need to fill this out cuz you
violating my rights right now. And I'm
going to sue you. You going to what? Sue
you? You? Not Not the trooper, not the
state. Okay. Mr. Phillips. Okay.
Where's one of those handheld paper
shredders when you need
one? Now, I'm trying to work with you
guys, but you guys just Well, man, I'm
just asking for your insurance and I'm
just saying that the judge has already
said, and this is evidence of just a
description of the record. You got to
have insurance to operate a motor
vehicle on South Carolina roadway. If
that were the case, I would have been
found guilty and had to pay all these
fines, but the judge dismissed it. You
could just simply give him a call. I
think the judge has more important
things to do than explain the
differences between a dismissal, which
happens all the time to many different
people for many reasons, and a win,
which happens when you win a case on the
merits of your argument.
Say, do you have insurance while you on
the road? Judge Cob, please give him
cop. That's who. This is just the
destruction of the record. So, if you
got insurance and took it, then yes. No,
I've never had insurance. I haven't had
insurance and but that's what you just
told me is you took it up there and got
it cuz you brought proof to the court.
No, proof that I don't have to have
which is this.
Also, the state can only impose a fee on
motor vehicles engaged exclusively in
interstate
commerce. And that's not what I'm doing
here.
Downloading misinformation or
disinformation, depending on where you
get it, from the internet and presenting
it as fact without question is the
height of ignorance.

business right along with the state of
South Carolina. So who you want to tell
your car? How to respond to a soft

them that their car is getting

every night we're going to have to get

Why are you guys doing this despite the
fact that it's dismissed? But it's been
dismissed. I proved in court that I
didn't need insurance. You don't have
insurance. I know. So, you won't do it.
And the judge dismissed it. Could you
please just call him and talk to him?

Blackburg Mag. I don't I don't go to the
Blackburg Magistrate. I don't know how
they do business at Black Man. Well, I
just they I do know you have to have
insurance to drive on South Carolina
roadways and your license is suspended.
That's the contract with the state that
I don't driving is a privilege, not a
right. It's always a suspended license
that sends these idiots down the
sovereign citizen rabbit hole. But like
this trooper said, driving is a
privilege, not a right. And no amount of
magic words and incantations will change
that. No, it's a privilege if I contract
with the state. It's right. You have to
have a valid driver's license oper in
the road. So, we can either do the
tickets and you can come back to court
or we can go to jail. All right. We,
like I said, we trying to work with you
here, man. Okay. Well, can I get uh Can
I get your word on something? I mean, it
depend. I'm not going to be the one
writing the tickets. Notice to principal
is notice to agent. Notice agent is
notice to principal. There's your
notice. When I if writing my tickets,
what you going to take me to jail or you
just write me a ticket? That's up to
him. But arrest, where you gonna write a
ticket or take him to jail? I'm trying
to write tickets. Is that all you're
gonna do is write me a ticket, tell my
car? Have a choice. Just write a ticket
and tow my car. That's it, right? So
when I come to court and I beat you
again,
you looking at me, he's the one right
because y'all are on the same team. And
next time it might be you sees me with
no tag cuz there's never going to be a
tag on here. So can I get you word that
you leave me alone? How deluded do you
have to be to ask a law enforcement
agent to stop enforcing the law against
you? But if you thought that was bad,
wait until you hear his solution for
reimbursing any victim unfortunate
enough to get into an accident with him.
I'm not out here causing any harm. I'm
not bothering anybody. So what are you
going to do when you hit when you hit my
old lady with my kid in the car? I'm not
going to hit anybody. And if I did, I'll
pay for it. You don't know that? I I
know I can pay for it. How's that?
I mean, what if she drives a dag on
$200,000 car? Then I guess I'll be
working for you the rest of my life.
Seems like we all have to anyway, don't
we? But I'm not working for you now. So
that's his convoluted plan. Work for
whoever was unfortunate enough to get
into an accident with him until the debt
is paid, whether they agree to it or
not, instead of just buying vehicle
insurance. Sounds like more of an excuse
than a plan. And the judge told me that
as well cuz I asked him, this was
uh Judge Wright
uh this last month when six of these
things got dismissed from the highway
patrol. I asked if he'd give me an
injunctive relief for you guys to stop
harassing me. And he you know what he
said? They don't work for me. But he's
the judge, right? He can't tell you what
to do cuz he don't work for you. You
don't work for him, but I don't work for
you. So, how did how do y'all get to
tell me you want to do state law? I
don't work for the state. This is an
employee employer thing. Yeah, it is.
You're just enforcing law. I I never met
you till the day. I would have known you
for Adam. I saw you at the grocery
store. Right. But I know that I have to
have insurance. I have to have a tag on
my car. I have to have a val license
just like everybody else. You work for
the state. Even if I did. I had one
before I worked for the state. Because
you didn't know these
things. None of you guys seem to know
these things.
Well, like I said, the judge knew it and
that's why he dismissed it. You keep
using that word dismissed. I do not
think it means what you think it means.
That's the That's the two ways that the
trooper here can play it. All right.
It's either you can do it and show up
and y'all can all handle it in the
courtroom or But you going to leave me
alone after that?
If I one more dismissal going to
convince you that I don't have to have
none of this stuff. We'll see. You going
have to see how it plays out in the
courtroom. Who who's who's the head of
uh the highway patrol? The head Colonel
Chris Williamson.
Guess that's who I need to talk to then,
right?
That's who you feel you need to talk to,
sir. I need to talk to somebody that's
going to get the word to you guys that
y'all really can't be doing this.
I think you'll find that they can do
this and no amount of misinterpretations
of the law or of judges rulings will
change that. And if you still want to
speak to someone, I suggest a mental
health professional, but the cure for
stupid doesn't exist. So don't raise
your hopes too much.
I mean, I don't know if you either one
of you served in the military or not,
but you know, I know they hire a lot of
military personnel. What freedoms were
you over there fighting for if I'm not
free to move without permission or fee?
which like I said the Supreme Court says
I mean I said call turkeys if you're
going to do it. Okay.

understand that law enforcement are not
required to sign random questionnaires
downloaded from the internet that
demands 20 ounces of gold, about $64,000
for every right you feel the officer
violated.
Okay. So, the first one is going to be
operating uh without registration. So,
it's
$155. Uh you have a court date of
September 21st, 2022. 2 a.m. 312 each.
Okay. Your next one's going to be
uninsured motors. That's
355. Same thing, same court date. 61 be
210 a.m. at that address. And your last
one is driving under suspension first.
It's going to be 64750. Same address,
same time. Okay. September 21st, 22 10
a.m. You got a question for me. What
happens if I don't take that?
It's up to you. I mean, you you already
know. So, I just need to tell. Do you
want it or I didn't want you to stop me?
Why don't you know your court date? It's
up to you if you want to take. So, I
don't got to take that. I can't make it.
You can't make me take it? Why was I
explaining to you? Okay.
You want I'd like for you to sign that.
You don't You don't sign your stuff,
man? Huh? You don't sign You don't want
to sign that? I don't have time to
completely go over it. I don't know what
it is. Oh, it'll take but a few minutes.
I gave you my name and everything else.

Again, this is the notice and
questionnaire he wants the trooper to
fill out and sign. He downloaded it from
the Freedom from Government website. I
don't think I've ever seen one of these
filled out.
It's not personal. Well, it's about, you
know, it's getting pretty personal, man.
Like I say, like the judge told me,
y'all don't work for him. I don't work
for y'all. So, how how is this a
two-sided thing like this? Yeah. No,
like I said, all it is is the law.
That's not the law. Unless I'm under
contract with that business, which I'm
not. And I I'll beat that, too. I ain't
worried about it. But y'all getting on
my nerves with this right here, man. You
know, I got life. I got I need to
do.
I got I need to do today. So, what
am I supposed to do now? Well, you know,
maybe you could start by not blaming
other people for your own poor life
choices. And maybe you could follow that
up by dropping the delusions of
grandeur. I and millions of other
drivers around the world managed to
understand the need for a license,
registration, and insurance.
Whatever you want to do. I said, I
understand where you're coming from. You
got the right to run all the way all the
time you want. Only thing is when you
hop in a vehicle, it's no longer a
right. It's a privilege. You can walk.
It's not a privilege. It is. If I have a
license, it becomes a privilege. If I
register this with the state, it becomes
a privilege. But until all that's done,
it's a right. And the Supreme Court,
even the Blackburg Magistrates, back
this up. That's what I said. He
dismissed those charges because he knows
what I'm saying is true or correct.
Like I said, I on our end, we haven't
got that.
So, like I said, if if it does, if this
is a violation of your rights or
anything else, I'll stop it. Like I
said, cuz I'm not about that. Okay. So,
what's it going to take for me to get
that into your skull? That it is a
right. It won't be you. It have to be
Supreme Court. The Supreme Court's
already said it. I just showed you.
Well, I said it ain't got I just
showed you the Supreme
Court. But I I'mma take it cuz I'm going
to forget the I'm taking it under
due rest. I got like I said I said
there's no hurt feelings either. You're
mad. I understand. No, I'm not mad.
Well, you're getting I'm disappointed.

and the lack of education for you guys.
Yeah. Cuz no, you know, nobody knows
this. We've all been lied to, right? But
you guys can be in trouble for this. You
you you can get sued personally. Not not
the troop or not the state. Mr. Smith.

your stuff? Like I said, I feel like you
want if you want to attack me and my
family, I not It's not what I want to
do. I just want you to leave me alone.
But you won't. Like I said, I'm just
trying to do my job. That's not
personal. It's not your job cuz I'm not
contracted with your business. That's,
you know, please, by all means, why you
sitting around doing nothing on the side
of the road? Get on your computer, look
stuff up,
brother. I got you. So he said it's just
the wormhole cuz I got to I got to
separate, you know, what's snagged and
what's You know what I mean? You got to
learn the facts first though, right?
Right. And I got to go by what I'm being
taught. You know what I mean? And you
need to teach yourself.
