guy in today's video i call him the
angry gopro cyclist out of lake stevens
in washington state he somehow believes
it's illegal for the police to pull him
over for an unsafe lane change the video
starts as the officer walks up to the
cyclist
i'm fine what do you need

15th down there you come right up to the
fog line without stopping so when you're
riding a bicycle you need to stop when
you come to a stop sign you have to
follow the rules of the road like
everybody else you come off the 91st on
the 20th street and just whip right out
into the lane there that's why those
cars are honking at you they're honking
at you because i had to go around you
because you
turned right in to the bike lane
i'm going to need to see uh your
bike plus parking yeah
no i'm going to need to see uh
your supervisor because this is
i need your supervisor i need your id i
need your supervisor okay
no you will bring him and i will give
him the id because you're not you're not
acting right here can you send me a
supervisor yeah
so you will give your information to the
supervisor but not the cop who stopped
you that's kind of petty and the sort of
behavior that can get you cuffed
and what's the point in asking for a
supervisor anywhere when the supervisor
wasn't there to witness the infraction
oh and get used to this guy continually
asking for a supervisor even though the
officer has just requested one in front
of him

because you are refusing to cooperate
which you are legally obliged to do a
bicycle is a legal road vehicle just
like a car this means that bicycle
riders have the same rights and
responsibilities as drivers

what i can address is the officer who
was calm and professional throughout the
whole stop same goes for the supervisor
and the additional officers
next time maybe video the whole
encounter i mean that's what gopros are
designed to do
