man if you're a cop and you're gonna walk up to a car with two guys in it you better hope one of those guys isn't james freeman this comes from joe cool's channel shout out to joe cool i appreciate all the work that he does out there but check this out watch this cop come up to i don't i don't know who this guy is but james freeman is recording the passenger side of this vehicle and this cop just comes up with his gun drawn and they're just basically they're sitting there waiting for their car to cool down because the radiator temperature or transmission temperature has gone off the charts so they're just waiting for it to cool down before they can they can move forward again listen look at this he's pulling up behind me the ruckus sir oh there it goes transmission's better as soon as as soon as he comes out it's all better now what shut it he's gonna pull his weapon on them come on up here hey the car's hot man i'm just trying to get some water on him it freezes right here for a second for some reason pull your glasses what are you doing me put your hands down away i'll put your hands on dash what do you do with your gun out man all right there's no point there's no threat i'll tell you this holster your weapon right you know what tell me what to do all right hold your hands on the dash keep your hands on the thing all right one call right okay i'll explain all that to you in a second all right because we're trying to get water right okay i don't know what you're trying to do right now but you guys are you're over here with the door open all right yeah check it out listen look at that is it illegal to have the door open cool man so calm down let's start off you call you put your gun calm down your guns away call and worry about my gun but you're gonna our hands are up you don't tell me what to do put your gun away turn the ignition off it's hot we have to leave it going the transmission is hot okay i'm not moving my hands what are you doing out here this is how people get killed you got an edgy cop with an itchy trigger finger walking up to a car these people clearly haven't done anything wrong he's gonna he's gonna make up this little story about a hit-and-run and his red car and two white guys this is how people get killed whatever i want am i breaking the law enough break any laws i need some water move anytime okay you guys involved in that collision out here no no it came out it doesn't look like males no does it look like a collision take a look at the collision i haven't walked either bro okay we'll keep our hands up here you check the car we're trying to figure out what the hell is going on okay all right that's one thing i'm not fighting away i'm telling you exactly what to do and you're not doing it that's why this came out i don't listen to tyrants man you got your gun pulled look at you that's gonna make me tired bro yes it is we didn't pull a gun on you i don't listen to tyrants the person who's exercising control over two other people against their will and without their consent is acting as the tyrant now in his mind he's got a justification as to why i did it but usually justification just leads to an expansion of police power so he's the guy in control he's the guy acting like a tyrant but he doesn't appreciate being called a tyrant okay listen let's start over man what do you what's your business out here right now anything i want to do a free american citizen exercise any right you're involved in an auto accident right now why don't you take a look around your investigation okay how about this pursuant to the fifth i don't even talk to you anymore how about that fair enough man there you go you do need to give me your license you swore no to the constitution right driver's license for what this is not a traffic stop for what huh for what because i'm on what's called an investigation then you tell me your reasonable articulable suspicion i'll give you whatever you want okay tell me what it is i'll just tell you this he pulled over the wrong guys i don't know who this guy is but he's clearly clued into what's going on knowledge is power and when you have that power and you start exercising it then the people who walked up to your car namely the uniform badge law enforcers who aren't used to encountering that kind of power start waffling so you guys are right red car two white males surveying the prison all right i'm out here on 911 call i'm doing an investigative stop right now okay so i haven't had the chance to talk to you was there a crime his cameras possibly a crime all right so i need your id you got to figure out if there's a crime first possible articulable suspicion 45 can you take your suspicion that we've committed there's no crime man hands are up here until my other nigga's here then i can go back to the message you can do whatever you want man you're above the law we'll keep our hands up here we don't want to get shot or nothing that's not cool man yeah that's not cool coming up with a gun isn't it olson with your back you thought there was another one so you're saying you thought there was an auto accident and so you came up with a gun where's my second auto accident so you thought there was an auto accident so you came up with a your hand off my car man get all the way off look he doesn't want to do it look he still won't take his car his hand off this guy's private property personal property this guy's got a damaged bruised ego and he doesn't want to comply second unit has got to be 40 minutes this isn't called the cops because i'm looking for a host ticket to get some water i'm comfortable that's what it is that the security guard over there yeah yeah can you smell that can you smell the trash the [ __ ] car heating up dude yeah i mean come on i'll go for it i'm out with the red vehicle i got two houses i'm taking pictures of the person out here um right now that's all i got so far doing lawful activities so that's all you got is that we is you're saying now it's not an auto accident but somebody took pictures of a prison i already told you what it is man okay people in the room are saying the other guy is pigs under pressure okay i don't does anybody know his name i repeat myself okay no you told him when it was in fairness so is it illegal to take pictures here's what it is all right i had a crime i have a report of a crime committed because if you because of your non-compliance i have not had any opportunity to investigate it okay i'm going to stand here with you once the other unit gets here i'm having to stay with you guys i'll continue on my investigation all right cannot expect to run into a red car with two white males surveying the prison as i'm on the way to the exact call that i'm out here for okay okay can you tell me any more clearing now all right all right so we'll just hang out so it's the card over i i respect you all right all right rights well thank you thank you let's keep it all right let's get right into my gun at you but i've got my gun out and i'm okay by law more on the title can i clarify one thing then is the is that the the suspicion of crime is it an auto accident or public photography which one would you run so an auto accident well not just an also you'd be a hit and run okay okay cool cool so it has nothing to do with public photography then no okay because you said surveying a prison camp you keep that thing out man yeah i got a camera i'm just trying to clarify because i'm just trying to clarify because it sounds like two separate things surveying a prison and an auto accident i'm trying to put together what you're trying to you know there was that lead up and then there was an auto accident and then there was a hit and run okay so himself is hitting run okay but okay in the present now that we've de-escalated can i put my hands down can i put my hands down now that we've de-escalated all right thank you any guns i'm going to keep my hands up here i don't want to answer any questions you can look through all you want from what you can see i don't answer any questions the right to remain silent under anything i mean you no that's miranda versus arizona come on man come on come on nobody's gonna tell me that you if there's a gun in the car no nobody has to tell you sir i'll keep my hands up wow okay so um uh joe cool put uh james freeman yeah okay so this comes from james freeman and from what i'm being told in the room it's uh pigs under pressure i'm not familiar with pigs under pressure but i'll definitely check out his channel and subscribe but that's the way you handle a trap traffic stop knowledge is power i don't know how this let's see let's see if let's see what this channel is right here james freeman i wonder if it goes to the exact so that video is set to private now i'm not sure what happened with the rest of this but i wanted to show you this video to demonstrate that you want to accumulate knowledge you want to calm be calm you want to be the one to de-escalate because guys whether you're right or wrong if you damage a cop's ego you could get shot you could get killed you don't want that so don't trust that the the badged uniformed uh state agent is going to de-escalate it's going to be up to you and me to de-escalate so you want to have that knowledge but you want to make sure you don't get shot if you're going to walk away like you could walk away right or you could be zipped up in a body bag hey he was right but he's dead so i wanted to show you that this is a good example of how you can talk with cops how can how you can reason with cops how you can de-escalate when cops are just continuing to escalate the situation and make things worse so go check out james freeman's channel and pigs under pressure i guess because i'm not you know i'm just taking what you guys uh take you're taking your guys word for it that this is pigs under pressure i'm not familiar with them but i think he did a fantastic job i think james freeman did a fantastic job and it's always a good day when you can walk away with just a little bit more knowledge and i love learning from guys like this so leave your comments about this also in the comment section below visit james freeman and pigs under pressure i'll put those links in the description below this video [Music]
