police get called to a veterans hospital
for a man with a firearm they respond
and the man turns out to be a sovereign
citizen with an attitude he refuses
every lawful order which results in Mr
Sparky making an appearance right let's

supervisor there's a pro I know from DEA
there's a process with a an actual
arrest in federal court you have to do a
a criminal complaint and then you have
to do first appearance so we don't have
the judges for it here in Gainesville so
he's trying to make a ruling
so he's going to try to have us do a
hold and then he will
have to do an indictment probably
in there
and you guys

I I don't know I'm still trying to
figure it out
but just to get you up to speed about
why we did what we did
he wouldn't stand up he almost got shot
okay let's review my video he pulled his
gun out and then
he put it down and seat beside him
wouldn't stand up so the decision was
made to tase them because we were within
probably 15 feet
and then I didn't have the one in effect
because he's wearing a jacket so then we
hit him again up front and then tell
them underpower you got them to uh
on the ground handcuff
and there's the confirmation from him
that he was in fact tased in the nuts
so he doesn't have ID but he does have
what looks like a fake Badger and a pair
of handcuffs so he's either up to no
good or he's one of those fake Sovereign
Marshals like Ronnie Davis of bezler and
forensic sorry I couldn't finish that
sentence anyway we all know what
happened to him
it's like no idea on him at all he's got
papers with ID written on it
I have a question for you if you
consider yourself a sovereign citizen

I'm seriously yeah that explains
everything when you think about it
especially when they outright admit to
being a sovereign citizen because you're
basically confessing to be in a domestic
terrorist not a good look interesting
