On May 8th, 2022, officers received a call of a battery that took place inside a moving vehicle. >> This car, I'm coming. I'm going to grab my car. My my stuff. >> Yes, I did. SHE'S A COMMUNIST and she hit me. >> I am I am out of control for that. >> You can't You shouldn't arrest me for that. >> If I'm arrested, needs to at least not drive. Get her an Uber. >> The only one that I see is intoxicated is you right now. >> Okay, >> that's fine. Let her drive drunk. Let her drive drunk. Let her drive drunk. Don't be walking anywhere. 31 here. >> Let her drive drunk. That's on you. >> She's not, >> dude. Do you understand that she's >> Come over here. Come back to the squad car. >> Don't touch me like that. I >> I don't want YOU TO GET HIT. DON'T TOUCH ME. >> I don't want you to get >> I can walk back. Walk back over here. Walk back over here. >> Walk back over here. No, not the road. You're going to walk over to my squad car. >> No, unless you under arrest. No, I'm not. >> I'm going to detain you for your safety in a minute here because for the military I'm not safe here, sir. Someone's going to get >> I AM NOT SAFE right now. >> Drive drunk. >> Stop. >> Do you understand that I called the cops? >> You're going to get hurt. >> DO YOU REALIZE THAT I CALLED THE COPS? >> YOU'RE GOING TO GET one of the >> That's my phone. >> Do you understand? >> Do you understand that I called the cops of my mom and I took the keys from her? You're doing the wrong thing and you can't arrest me cuz I'll call Todd Cohen and >> Donnie and you're so Don't me. >> Don't give me that. >> Don't touch me. >> What is wrong with you? >> Get in the car. >> Are you serious? You're now detained. No detain. >> You're about to be detained cuz you want to know something that you're hurting. >> You're detained. >> I didn't do anything. >> You're detained. >> Okay. Are you going to keep touching my pit? >> Stop touching my boobs. >> Oh, stop it. >> Then get off of me, weirdo. >> Stop. Put your arms behind your back. >> What the [ __ ] is wrong with you? >> Put your arms behind your back. >> No, I didn't do anything. Can I get some sisters out here? >> Please. >> Stop touching me. >> Stop touching me or I'm going to sue the you guys. >> Would you put your arms behind your back? You have a son and daughter. >> You're putting your arms behind your back now. >> You're so done. >> Put your arms behind your back. >> I don't know how you are. >> Put your arms behind your back. You're resisting. Stop it. >> No, I'm not. I'm protecting myself. >> Couple of problems here. Couple of problems. Listen, it doesn't matter whether you called the cops or somebody else called the cops. When they arrive, they're going to assess the situation. All right? They're going to assess the situation. And it seems like she is the hostile one. All right. And then another thing that I didn't like is that you name drop. It's It's so embarrassing when someone, let's say you have a connection or you know somebody personally or whatever and you get into some trouble or whatever and you start named dropping to the other officer. Hey, I'mma call so and so. I'mma do this. I'm a It's like, man, when this body cam comes out, it's so embarrassing, you know? It's embarrassing. And then the last thing I would say is where she's like, "Stop touching my boobs." Listen, I'mma tell you a story, right? Or not a story, but whatever. Well, yeah, I guess it's a story. So, when I first started in corrections, I started out at a max. The way that it used to be was you would go to your your closest maximum security prison to your home, right? That's where you would start off at. And then from there, you would get transferred out or whatever. You would have to put in a transfer to go wherever it is that you want to go. Now, if you don't live near a max, then guess what? you're going to be trans uh doing, you know, you're going to be uh commuting to work and everything like that, you know, or you got to get something called the flop house, which, you know, it's kind of like um you know, people they rent out, you know, a little like bed or whatever to you or whatever. So, but anyway, long story short, I was at my closest max, right, to my home. And there was a point in time where everyone was putting in their transfers or whatever to see where they wanted to go and stuff like that or whatever. And an officer told me, he was like, "Yo, you should go work at these uh at Bedford Hills, right? Or something like that, you know, a a female spot." And I'm like, "Hell no, absolutely not." Like, and he's like, "Why?" And I'm like, "Because do you know how bad like it's horror stories going on? People getting lined up for things that they never even did." And you know, are there some bad apples? Yeah, of course. You know what I mean? But there's some decent officers that haven't done anything and all you need is a couple of allegations or some women that don't uh like a particular officer. They round up and and put these uh allegations on an officer and there's your job. You're done. You're cooked. Now, in this case right here, there's body cam video. Oh, you're touching my boob. Whatever. Whatever. You know, this isn't that case. But back then when I was in correction, we didn't have body cams like that. So there was no body cams. That didn't even come that didn't come about in tours until towards the end of my time there, you know? And it's like I'm like why would you I'm thinking to him like I'd rather work around the guys. Pause. No homo. You know what I'm saying? But I'm just saying I'd rather work around the guys cuz I am a guy. So I could handle, you know, confrontation with a guy. You know, if I get in a confrontation with a girl, one, it's unnatural. Like who, as a man, who wants to get a girl together? You know what I'm saying? Like, you know, act right. You know, it's just unnatural. And there's going to come a point in time where you're going to have to, you know, it's not a matter of if it's going to happen, it's a matter of when. You know what I mean? So, um, and I just look at that and I'm like, damn, there's so many officers that get set up and stuff like that. And look at this, how she just throws this allegation out of here. He's trying to handcuff her and she's like, "Stop touching my boob. Stop touching my boob." Like, oh boy. Let's get back to it. >> Put your arms behind your back. >> I know the sheriff right here. >> So, keep keep touching me. >> Sure you do. >> Are you serious? You're done. >> You keep saying that, but you're still not cooperating. >> You touch me again. You're done. You stop it. >> Stop touching me. >> Stop touching me. >> I am being nicer. >> I haven't touched you, have I? >> Then don't touch me. >> YOU >> I HAVE NOT TOUCHED YOU. >> You're going to get us killed in the middle OF THE ROAD. 31. I TOLD YOU >> CUZ I am just literally trying to help my mother and you are >> Get in the car. Get in the car now. >> No, I don't need to do anything. >> Dude, what is your problem? I'm suing you. >> Get in the car. >> I am suing you. IF YOU CHOKE ME TIME, I am suing you. Don't touch me. >> Do you have a reason or sir? >> Get in the car. >> Do you have a reason to arrest me and choke me? >> Yes. >> And battery. >> Yeah. You think so? Cuz you're battering me cuz I'm going to sue and charge you. Don't touch me. >> What is wrong with YOU PSYCHOPATH? >> [ __ ] CAR. >> I WANT THE SHERIFF. >> HELLO. Please [screaming] help. Please help. >> Get in the car. >> No. Ma'am. Ma'am, I haven't done anything wrong. Go get his camera. I haven't touched him. I need touching my boobs. >> Would you help me? >> No. Listen. Can you listen to me? >> Listen. >> Listen to me. >> Can you please listen? >> I don't give a [ __ ] I haven't touched you. >> You just told me you're better. >> Don't ever touch my tick again. >> I've not touched my TURN AROUND. >> YEAH. YOU'RE GOING TO BREAK MY WRIST NOW. >> Are you put your hands behind your back? You're under arrest. >> What? >> Right now battery off. >> Oh, really? Cuz check your camera. >> Turn away from me. Stay right there. >> Okay. Is your battery on? >> Get your foot off of me. >> Be an audio video. >> Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. You're welcome. You just heard me. All right. >> You're done, dude. >> Have a seat. >> Are you serious? >> Don't touch my face. Don't >> turn towards me. >> Stand by. I never touched you to begin with. You touched me in your own life. >> You would not listen and comply. >> Have a seat. >> Cuz I don't need to. I didn't do anything. >> Have a seat into the car. >> You better elbows. >> You're going to [ __ ] >> Stop resisting, >> dude. >> Stop grabbing a hold of me. >> Stop grabbing a hold of me. >> Your feet in the squad car. Stop hurting me. [sighs] >> And you are trying to hurt me. >> Put your feet in the car. Have a seat. >> You're under arrest. >> What? >> Put your feet in the car. Have a seat now. >> No. >> Put your feet in the car. >> This is so dangerous in the middle of the highway like this. This is cuz you're literally in the middle. It's not like you're pulled over to one side so you you have some protection at least on one side because really you would want to have someone go on the other side and pull them on through. But you're in the middle. You're in the middle lane like oh man this is this is a nightmare >> seat now >> I will not you're hurting me I asked you to please let my arms wrap up >> I am short >> that's fine I'm not hurting or doing anything wrong >> I'm I'm short grab it >> I I CAN'T I CAN'T look at my I'm showing you I'm showing you I It's very small. >> I cannot do that. >> I understand that. Okay. What I want you to do though, >> you want to know the officer touch me and I'm >> What I want you to do is put your feet in the squad. >> You're hurting me. I can't. >> All I'm doing is holding your arms. >> I am the commander of the Chris Lake. >> You're the commander. You're smashing my face into this. You're smashing. See right here? Put your feet in there. Have a seat now. Put your feet I basically cannot do. >> Yeah, I just need a wind. I have blue. >> This is my person. >> Yeah, she even admitted to me. So, I'm like arrest. You're under arrest >> for many years. I haven't done any squad car. >> I have not done anything. >> At first, she's I mean she's middle 14. >> I was trying to walk away. in the car. >> Starts to walk across the lane of traffic. So I said, "No, get in the car. You're going to get us killed." >> So then I try escar grab her and then she starts flailing and >> it just escort from there. >> You are hurting me. >> Yeah. >> We're just holding on to your hands, your arms. in the squad car. Now we're Crystal Lake. medicine. Let go of my hand. Let go of my hand. >> Amen. Samantha >> Phil, >> I'm going to talk to her real quick. SHE'S THE ONE >> ALL ON CAMERA. >> YOU'RE too drunk to know that. >> No, dumbass. You put me in the car correct cuz you >> So you may end up having to take her strength to county. She's just she's been charged with egg bat right now. >> Twice. >> I don't know what your name is. Are you going to Are you going to cooperate with us? >> I don't know who you are, but I know that you shoved my face into that door for a reason. >> I'm the sergeant. >> I don't want to talk to you. I don't care. I'm the sergeant. Are you going to cooperate with us? >> Yes or no? >> No. >> Okay. Because if you don't, then we're going to take you straight. >> Call my lawyer. >> Great. We're going to take you straight to county instead of >> Cool. And they're going to let me out and you're going to have to do a whole bunch OF PAPERWORK. DO YOU understand that? I've been I'm a felon. I have been through the system and guess what? I'm telling YOU THAT CUZ I NOT CUZ I'M COCKY. >> YOU'RE ANOTHER one tonight. >> You're getting another felony tonight. >> Good luck, dude. Good. She's saying that as if that's a good thing. She says, "I'm a felon." That's um I wouldn't be wearing that as a badge in of honor. Uh yeah, that's that's not a good thing. That mean you done messed up. Okay. >> Two of them actually. >> You want to know something? Good luck. I DON'T I DON'T have to say [ __ ] dude. You My MAKEUP IS ON YOUR CAR. >> Tired of hearing talk. >> My makeup is on your car. >> Okay. >> My makeup is on your car. So, listen. I'm going to get you out. If you fight with us, we're just going to >> I don't like you. >> I don't care. >> I'm not going to touch anybody. >> Good. >> I don't need to touch anybody like you. Unlike you. I don't need to hurt other people to make myself feel better. >> Okay. We're going to get you. >> Yeah, I know that. Cuz guess what? You have no other way to hold me. It's not your [ __ ] thing. >> It's called the law, bro. Goodbye. >> Goodbye. Goodbye. Goodbye. Goodbye. >> No, we need to get you out. >> Oh, you think you're so cool? No, you're not getting me out. If you could, you would have me in prison, but you can't cuz you're a [ __ ] loser that smashed. >> Do you think you go from the street to prison in a night? Like, that doesn't uh she's a felon. She should know how it works. You know, clearly she probably hasn't been to to prison, you know? She probably just got her felony and left from the county jail or whatever. But, uh, yeah, man. It don't work like that. You got to go through the court process and then you get sent up the road, man. >> My hand, Ed. And guess what? I'm going to get you, dude. >> Put you back in. >> I'm putting you. >> Come on. We're going to take you. >> DO YOU WANT to know you're so sued? Touch me again. I I dare you. Keep hurting me. >> Come on. >> Keep hurting me. >> Come on. >> Do you understand what I'm saying? >> I cannot wait to see you. Keep doing it. Keep doing it. Look at my elbows from these guys. And I haven't done [ __ ] That's why they're letting me go, man. You sure? >> Yes. Did you not demonstrate letting me go? Are you crazy? >> Both of them do better. >> My sergeant's right here. So, >> yeah. Let's just eat better than him cuz he's nothing. That's why he's letting me go. >> All righty. How you doing? >> Want to follow? >> I know. You doing okay? >> No. >> No s. >> Listen, this officer has no idea. He's in for a long night, man. She won't shut the [ __ ] up. [laughter] Oh, HOW YOU HOW YOU GUYS DOING? You listen, you in for a long night with her, man. She can't be quiet for 2 minutes. >> I'm actually doing okay now that I'm probably in your cuz this guy's terrified. >> Okay. Well, come on. We'll work this out. It's okay. >> Can you have him like maybe not touch me ever again? >> Well, I'll tell you why. You put your feet in the little black. >> That's actually I can do that. Can you get his arm off me? >> [ __ ] dirty me. >> YEP. >> STOP TOUCHING ME. THERE WE GO. >> There you go. What's your name? >> Stay right there. >> What's your name, >> dude? Honestly, just I'm done with this. >> What's your name? >> Have him stop grabbing me. >> I don't know what your name is. What's your name? >> I'm not giving him. I don't have to. I'm not arrested. >> Take care of it. Searcher, please. >> Stop touching me. [laughter] >> I'm not doing this all day, dude. Cuz I'm going to sue the county. I'm done. >> Put your hand on the wall. >> Honestly hurting on the wall. I will do that if you ask me to. >> I just we asked you to do five times. >> No, he's hurting. >> Okay. Well, just hold your hand. >> I will put my hand on the wall. Put all your hand on the wall. >> Do you understand that? >> Stay there. Hand on the wall. Look. Hand on the wall. >> I will literally put my hand on the wall. >> Stay there. >> I can only go this far. >> Hand on the wall. There you go. >> [ __ ] dude. >> I can't do that. Easy enough. >> Do you have anything on you, >> dude? It's like I don't want problems. >> Do you have anything on you? >> I understand. >> No, dude. I have nothing on you. >> Put your hand on the wall. >> Keep it on the wall. >> Are you serious? She's pulling you in front of me. >> Another wall. >> That shows how confident this is, >> bro. All that moving on the freaking wall, man. Yo. Yo, that is not happening in corrections. Like, like what they're saying is right, you know, uh, put your hands high on, you know, put your hands on the wall, you know, and all that stuff or whatever. All that moving around, taking your hands on the wall, man. Yo, you would grab them and pin them right up against the goddamn wall like, "Yo, you better be easy, man. Real easy." I'mma tell you one time. Keep your hands on that wall, man. You know what I'm saying? See, and this is what I was saying earlier with my earlier story when I was looking for transfers and stuff like that. Um, it's unnatural to do what you got to do being a man and you're dealing with a a woman who's the inmate or suspect or what it's it's no. It's just a no. Like, you know what I mean? But all that moving around, yo. Oh, man. It it's it's completely different. Like, what? You better you better stay real still, man. >> This is sad. That's on you >> again. Absolutely no. Does that make >> And her having her hand that low is also a bad thing because the reason why you want their hands up high is because they lose the leverage. Like raise your hand, right, and push off. You You're going to have less power when your hands is up high. When her hands is down low like that, man, she could push off and elbow somebody or whatever. Like, nah, bro. Nah, bro. Uhuh. And you got to do that with everybody. You got to treat everybody the same. You know what I mean? You do that with everybody because you don't know who's going to be the wild child. You know, this inmate could be cool, right? The next one could be cool. The next one after that could be cool. And then the next one after that could be off off the rocker. You know what I'm saying? So it's like you don't know. Like that's why you just got to run a strict program, man. This is too loose, man. I'm not going to be continuing to frisk nobody with her hands like that. I told high on the wall. Put them back. Spread your legs. Like Yeah. Take your shoes. >> American. Okay. >> Sure. >> Thank you for asking me like a gentleman. in there. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> What about you? >> Put your stuff in here. I >> have no idea. She's on the ground. >> You're going to throw on the ground. Henry officer on our frequency. >> Oh, no. You're fine. I've been doing this a long time. You're never going to hurt my feelings. >> No, I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings. That's the thing. That's it. But this time, it's actually not. >> All right. >> Well, you want to start again? I don't know what your name is. >> Sure. My name is Samantha. You're not a curious. Kick this foot back for me. >> Sure. >> Lift it up. >> Can I just put my hands right here? >> Yes, that's fine. Lift it up. Lift this up. >> Your officer [ __ ] me up so much. >> Lift this up for me. >> Look, she's not even looking up. She could elbow her right in the face, man. She's not even The one that's Pat Fris isn't even looking up. All that movement. Oh my god. It It's just And I'm sorry. You know, these are police officers. It's different with corrections. Whatever. You know, they're different. But man, yo, look. She doesn't look at her hands. Not one time. Like, look up. Look up. >> You're not so curious. >> Kick this foot back for me. >> Sure. [snorts] >> Lift it up. >> Can I just put my hands right here? >> Yeah, that's fine. Lift it up. Lift this up. >> Your officer [ __ ] me up so much. I'm a little >> this up for me. >> Samantha, that wasn't me. >> It was you. It's all on camera. >> I was in the car. >> Officer Midas. >> Can't forget that one. >> M I E T U S. >> All right. Yeah, you got another one that actually cares about their own rings. You got your ring. >> Samantha, you got to take I will >> smash my lip. >> I understand. You got to take those rings off. >> Please, can you just go away? Your officers have me here. >> So, look, you got to take your rings. I'll put them in here. Okay. >> Am I your best? >> Yes. >> Uh, yes. You are under arrest. >> Okay. For what? >> Um, I don't listen out there. >> Two counts of aggravated battery to a police officer. >> Can you please tell me what >> two counts of aggravated battery? The woman was charged with battery [music] and battery on law enforcement. Looking for answers as the world goes by. Watching the reality hit the screen.
