to set up this live stream and see if I could do something to help out because I am convinced I don't believe I know that none of us is greater than all of us and you have resources that I don't have I have resources that you don't have and I think we need to help a brother in need now to what extent does he need us I'm not sure but I'm not going to take any chances freaking media was arrested I found out about this through Michigan constitutional Crusader through somebody who posted it on my last premiere on my Grease Monkey videos channel but I'm gonna try to do my best to unpack this thing as quickly as possible and give you all the information that you need to know apparently this is in Michigan and it's in Calhoun County I'll have all of the information for you at the end of this video when this video gets done rendering I'll leave as much of the information as I can in the description and in the pin comment if you decide to call the Calhoun County Sheriff's Department it's always good I don't ever tell anybody how they should be but you can definitely get more flies with honey than with vinegar and so I'll just leave it at that but it's the Calhoun County Sheriff's and the Calhoun County Courthouse where freaking media was rested I'm going to play a couple of these video clips right here this is him actually getting arrested it looks like the time he was arrested according to the clock on the walls about 12 58 or 12 59 and that just happened a couple hours ago Michigan time so here's this resting in for exercising his rights that's lovely that was ignorant of them wow that's the uh Michigan constitutional Crusader that is doing the narration on that apparently according to the Michigan constitutional Crusader did I say Creator sorry about that man freaking media was trying to explain MCR 8.115 that's this right here we may or may not go over some of this but I just wanted to make you aware of it I also have that link in the description in the pin comment when this video gets done rendering to deputies at the Calhoun County courthouse and they arrested him now I I don't again I don't know all the ins and outs I know this much of that that much of a story so I'm giving you what I got Calhoun County Sheriff's Office is 269-969-6450 and that's verified by this number right here also if I remember we're going to go over some of these Google reviews because people have posted some Google reviews and according to right now as of the recording of this video right here they have 37 Google reviews and their star rating out of five is 1.8 which is pretty freaking horrible do not be disrespectful request Michigan constitutional Crusader Crusader but by all means if you have an opinion to express about the unlawful arrest feel free to give them a call now I would call this instead of unlawful I would just and I know this is I'm not trying to get semantical about this or anything but it's unconstitutional the reason I would say unconstitutional is it's a violation at the very least whether whatever you believe about the Constitution like Spooner said whether the Constitution be one thing or another this much is certain it's either authorized such a tyrannical government as we have or it's been powerless to stop it in either case it's unfit to exist that's what Lysander Spooner's opinion on the matter was but no matter what you think about the Constitution we do know one thing we know these cops swore to protect defend and uphold the Constitution which equates to protecting your right to in this case freedom of the press now we know what we're dealing with these days is an injustice system and the one thing that we can point to that it is an injustice system is the fact that they will not allow the Press into the courtroom you got to turn your cameras in all your recording devices off as per this rule right here now somebody might somebody might contend well the reason they do that is because there's possibly jurors and you don't want jurors faces to be recorded because let's say it's a murder trial or something like that one of the family members of the person who was declared guilty but the jury goes crazy and he finds out where the jury lives I can kind of understand this but for the most part even in non-criminal Trials where there would be some kind of you know repercussions for the for the jury it's a it's a constitution-free Zone does that not bother any judge does it bother any law enforcement official who knows that there's a sliver like that there would be a sliver of land anywhere in the land of the free home of the brave whether you would be prohibited from exercising your constitutional right to freedom of the press that should be alarming to everybody that should that should be the smoke signal that indicates ah that right there is a constitution-free zone that is an injustice system the fact that they didn't have cameras rolling in the courtroom during the lane Maxwell trial tells you everything you need to know the fact that the FBI doesn't go search for the people who are in that that logbook Jeffrey Epstein's and Colleen Maxwell's logbook tells you everything you need to know about the FBI the fact that Mike Pompeo the former CIA director I'm not segwaying here this all plays into part the part of the Injustice system former FBI or CIA director Mike Pompeo said yeah we we train people on how to lie cheat and steal we had training manuals on how to do that it reminds me of the glory of the American experiment does it really Mike well that time at least indoctrinating our kids to just be good little Johnny and Susie order Fowler just do what you're told when you see somebody with the Cons with the costume you just comply comply with the authority here let's take your thought bubble and let's embroil you into cognitive dissonance so that all you do is comply we just need compliant workers we don't need critical thinkers so you got a guy here embodied by freaking media who's freaking exercising his right to the freedom of the press and also maybe I should say it in every live stream what are the five tenets the five main tenets of the First Amendment wraps rapps religion assembly petition press speech those are your five unalienable rights you have them not because you're an American you have them because you're an individual you are a human being and nobody can deprive you of those rights that's why they're called unalienable nobody can put a lien on it nobody can give them to you and nobody can legitimately take them take them away from you but they felt like they could do that to freaking media and now he's sitting in a jail cell so when I watch a video like this I put myself in freaking media shoes I'm sitting in a jail cell I would want some help from the outside and that's what I'm trying to do is use my voice to try to be help if anybody if any of my mods or anybody has a way to um contribute to freaking devices in the courthouse a court must use reasonable means to advise Courthouse visitors of the provision of this rule you know you can't be pressed here you don't have a constitutional right here leave that constitutional right Beyond The Four Walls of this courthouse is what they're saying and he allowed use of portable device electronic device under this rule subject to the authority of a judge to terminate activity that is disruptive or distracting to a court proceeding or that is otherwise contrary to the administration of justice this rule does not modify or supersede and then over here somewhere it says that you have to get that in individuals one of the one of the criteria is that you have to get an individual's permission outside the courtroom in areas of a courthouse or other than courtrooms no one may photograph record broadcast or live stream an individual without that individual's prior Express consent and that's what Michigan is talking about here assumed that that meant they were following mcra 8.115 and that they were going to allow us into the courthouse to record but that didn't happen so freaking was trying to discuss the law or the Court ruling with a deputy who was refusing to understand the language of the Michigan Supreme Court rule gosh that sounds familiar doesn't it you got a law a guy calling us calling himself a law enforcer and a member of the public trying to educate that law enforcement and that's his profession he's supposed to know the law but usually the public knows the law better than the law enforcers because really they they operate in a small parameter there their parameter is oh policing for profit their parameter is roadside piracy their parameter is how can I how can I sit behind this car long enough Drive behind him long enough to find out some minute infraction that I can pull him over for so I can conduct my fishing Expedition that's the that's why they don't know the law because they're busy out there trying to put their hands in your pocket trying to put their hands on you trying to grab their taser and tell you you don't have the freedoms you think you have an American soil no matter what 18 USC 242 deprivation of rights under a color of law says this it just makes you want to pull your freaking hair out and then he decided to arrest him and he has been charged under trespassing and felony school us on law when we're the professionals over here this sounds like bruised ego this has bruised ego all over it and what happens when you bruise the ego of an authoritarian oh you you lose 100 wait till you guys see the video or the audio recording plus the pictures that we took of the judge we actually got pictures of that [ __ ] judge now and the prosecutors you guys are going to get to be able to see a face with this person now boom sucker we recorded you in the courtroom what are you gonna do oh well anyway so wait till you hear the audio this [ __ ] is hilarious yes I'm appealing I already appealed you guys just start to stop the comments in their tracks I already appealed have paperwork for days for all these deals so so basically this is kind of what it appeals look like you have to request the record a transcript of the record then you got to pay for it and it freezes the Judgment so honestly I'll tell you what happened we went into court and it's sentencing day today right so going to court and you know my lawyers that I had hired were like certain we think that you know that's jails a lot when it came time for me to talk I told the judge sends me to whatever you want dude sends me to whatever you want I don't care you're a Trader you're operating outside of the Constitution and you're you're a Trader to the United States how can you not appreciate somebody who comes at you when the judge could just go okay I'm throwing you into jail he's basically do whatever you want to let today let it be known that you were a tyrant you are not standing on moral ground you are not a good person you're operating outside of the boundaries of the Constitution you swore to protect defend and uphold and I'm here to tell you just do whatever you want to that's member of the Mesa Police Department while the defendant is on probation wow what a racket man what a racket our Mesa Police Department shall have no wait Mesa Police Mesa Police wasn't that Daniel wasn't that Philip rails for Daniel shaver wasn't that Mesa Police wasn't it James Boyd who got killed out there in Mesa Arizona by the Mesa Police Department wasn't it Mesa police with Johnny sentencing you appeal [ __ ] everything the trespassing orders to stay away from wherever you were trespassed from you appeal it and as soon as you file that appeal the judgment is frozen what do I mean the judgment is Frozen the judge can say you're sentenced to 20 years and I don't like you but as soon as you appeal it it's frozen so all that time in jail the probation everything is on hold right now until my case is go into a higher Court so now my cases are gonna go into the superior Port of Arizona where the judges actually have law degrees they are actual bar members they actually have you know something that they have to hold up to Watch What Happens a guilty verdict and getting sentencic trial is not the end of the line it's not the end of the line I concur if you haven't done anything wrong take that [ __ ] to trial get found guilty who gives a [ __ ] and then appeal that [ __ ] because obviously where you're at uh isn't working so you need to get out of that Court
