Yo, what's going on? So, today we got a video from Uncovered and the title of the video is Brady Stripper gets a much needed reality check from police. So, let's get into the video. Let's see what they actually talking about here today on Uncovered. >> Well, you're coming out of a 35 mph zone. And please tell my friend up front, "I'm so sorry. They're going to take me to jail." >> April 27th, 2024, Grace Lake, Illinois. Just after midnight, radar clocks a black Chrysler at 67 and a 40. When the driver finally pulls over, officers discover more than just speeding. >> Hi, Officer Proper, Grace Lake Police. Why are you moving around the car right now? Why are you moving around the car right now? >> Nobody's moving around the car. >> I just saw you jump from the driver's seat to the back seat. Why? >> I wasn't driving. >> Okay, turn the car off. Turn the car off. >> You weren't driving, huh? I just watched you jump from the back seat to front seat to the back seat. Get out. Everybody else, stay exactly where you're at. You're in the front. Put your hands on the dash. Hands on the dash. You, too. Hands on the back seat. >> Can I talk to you over here? >> Yeah, right here. >> No. Okay. Can I talk to you away from the car? >> Sure. Why are you jumping around the car? >> I was scared. >> Cuz your license is not valid or what? >> I'm in classes and No. Yeah. And it will be good in less than two months. >> Okay. How much you had a drink tonight? No. >> What substance abuse? >> No, no, no, no, no, no. It was just my friends. I was driving the mean. What substance abuse class? >> For a DUI. I worked at a club. I quit in January. And right now I'm going through orientation for a job at Raising Canes. >> Okay. Was it for alcohol or something? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> How much have you had to drink tonight? >> Like 2 beers. >> What time? >> What time is it now? >> Oh, like 11 12. It's midnight. >> It's like 9 and 10. >> It's midnight. So that's why you're jumping out of this privacy. >> I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry. >> Well, I see you. I don't know what you're doing. I don't know. >> It's my two youngest dad's car. >> I understand you being nervous about it, but I don't want you jumping around for my safety. >> That's why I parked before I did it. I parked before I did it. So, what's your name? Amanda Rose Pazinski. And it's it's my baby daddy's car. His name is Juan Moore. And he didn't even want to give me the car tonight. And I said, "Listen, you've been gone for 2 weeks on a CDL job." >> Have your notepad. >> I just wanted to go out with my friend. Can you please tell me if I'm if I'm going to go to jail tonight? >> I don't know what your license status is. >> It's revoked. I have no >> It's like the time. It's like life crisis after life crisis, man. >> I got it. >> I'm so sorry. >> Kazinski. >> My baby daddy's car. He just bought it a couple months back and I borrow >> How much have they had to drink to me? Quite a bit. >> No, no, no, no, no. Maybe like he in the front seat. He's my friend. I met him a couple weeks ago. I haven't driven that. >> Switch mine into position one, please. >> I haven't driven it in a couple months. >> Your your car? >> I don't drive at all. I'm telling you, like tonight was the night that I decided to go out. He just came home after a two week being gone and I've had my five kids by myself for two weeks and I he was like, you know, if you want to go out with your friends, you can. Well, first and foremost, main thing I'm concerned about, >> I was just showing them it was a sport. I wasn't speeding to speed. I was just playing and it was a long strip and I'm I I don't normally drive, so I don't know if you guys were sitting there. So, okay. >> I'm sorry. >> Well, you're coming out of a 35 mph zone. >> It's 35 right now. >> 35 right off coming off. >> When you were coming right where I was up in the hill, it's 40. So, even if you go up to 40, I'll give you that, but you're still 27 over at 67. So, my main thing, >> and to be honest, I wasn't even looking at it. I was just trying to show them that when you do that, it smells like sulfur. And I was explaining to them that I told my baby daddy it's it smells like a Cadillac converter is going out and that's what I was showing them. I swear to God on all five kids. You can ask them if I asked them about the smell. I was showing them what it smells like. >> Okay. So, my main concern before any of the other stuff we're talking about is, hey, you're okay to drive. I know you said you're the couple. You mind if we just check real quick and make sure you're good to go? >> Sure. Either way, I'm going to get in trouble cuz I shouldn't be driving, right? >> If it's Yeah. I mean, if you shouldn't be driving, you shouldn't be driving. My main thing is is the safety honest of your decision. My friend has and I told that she drives like she just got a license. She just got a car and she only drives like 15 miles per hour in a 35. And I'm like listen I'll drive. >> It's fine. I'll I'll >> She's an idiot. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. You've had a DUI in the past or DWI, whatever it was. You're in classes trying to get it back, trying to get everything back straight and you're caught driving and drinking again. You're an idiot. Okay, doesn't make any sense. What's wrong with Lyft? What's wrong with Uber? Why do you have to drive? Like, I don't understand that. Especially, you shouldn't do it regardless, but especially if you've already been caught for it. That mean you not you're not a good driver when you when you uh you know, you can't Some people could have one or two and you know, they a they might be able to handle it. They still good. You That ain't you. That ain't you. You already got caught before trying to get your things on the straight and narrow and you messing up again. Don't make no sense. Now, let's watch her fail the field sobriety test because we know it don't matter. You ain't going to pass >> cuz here. So, I'll just have you I mean, you're good actually. Right where >> can I just do like a walking thing for you? >> Let me check your eyes first before we do. So, we'll face this way so I can see you in the light. Can you still see me? >> Yeah. Okay. >> Put your feet together, heels and toes touching, and then your arms straight down at your sides. So, can you see my finger still with my light like this? >> Yes. I >> want you to do is follow the tip of my finger with your eyes and your eyes only without moving your head. Do you understand? >> Mhm. >> Okay. Do you wear contacts at all? >> No. >> You don't wear glasses usually? Okay. Any other health issues? Got it. >> Do I blink a little bit? Take a break. Okay. Still good. All right. Put your uh feet together, heels and toes touching, and hand straight to your side. You can still see my finger, right? Follow that again. Eyes and your eyes only. As long as >> Yep. This one takes a minute. >> It's okay. >> Okay. Maybe do a walk and turn real quick, too. Okay. >> Do you want to do it with your Do you have different shoes you want to wear? You want to do those? Fine. >> You don't want to go barefoot or anything? >> I don't. No. If barefoot would have be worse. >> Yeah, probably in the wet right now. >> Yeah, exactly. I'll be cold as hell. I'm actually cold. Can you grab me my sweater so it doesn't mess me up? Is there sweater in there? Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Stop. It's >> in the driver's seat. >> I'll have Officer's West regret. >> Can you grab my sweater for me? Thank you so much. >> I know. I knew better. You mind if I check your pockets on there real quick? >> No, I don't have check in my pockets. I don't think >> you don't mind if I >> Yeah, it's just some change. >> I'm just going to do it from the outside. >> I have an inside pocket, but it's just some >> Thank you. >> some money. >> Cool. All right. So, we'll step back over here. What I want you to do is place your left foot in front of you. I want you to imagine there's a straight line coming straight out of your toe of your left foot. Yep. Exactly. And then what I want you to do is put your right foot directly in front of your right your left foot. Your right foot directly in front of your left foot. Heel touching toe on that imaginary line. Does that make sense? >> I have many. >> Just Just explaining the starting position right now. So your left foot goes on that line and then your right foot goes in front of your left foot with your heel touching toe. So I just I didn't tell you to start yet. >> I know. I was just trying. >> We'll just No, I got you. So we're just gonna um my heels. I'm trying to make sure if I needed to take them off or if I leave them on. >> I do notice my ankle's a little different. >> Okay. We'll we'll we'll we'll note that. We'll keep that in mind. >> Left foot in front of right foot. >> Left foot on the line. Right foot goes in front of your left foot. Just like I am right now. We'll get just like I am right now. >> I've only been in trouble for that leg. >> I got you. Once you get in that starting position, I'm going to have you put your hands straight down at your sides. Do you understand the instructions? 5 minutes to do it. Nervous as [ __ ] Like I could have swore it was the other way around, but that's okay. I know I have my left foot forward. So, >> no, your right foot goes in front. I've I've given these instructions quite a few times, so in front. >> Yes. You're going to watch your feet. You're going to look at your feet and you're going to count your steps out loud. >> Nine. And then turn around at nine and walk back. Exactly. Nine steps. >> Nine steps in each direction. Yep. >> Do you have any questions? No. >> You understand the instructions? >> Yes. >> Okay, you can begin. >> So, this is what? >> This is not one. This is the starting position. Your next step is one. So this is what >> one exactly >> 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 and then I'm going to turn around and I'm going to do nine back. So we're going to start four. Oh, it's way easier without the lights. Five nine and turn around. >> Cool. Have you do one more thing here? Um so stand easier without the lights. >> Without the lights. That's why I turn off this way. That's why I turn off the overhead lights. >> Can you turn this way? >> We can turn this way. How about that? Is that better? Face me. Face me right here. Is that cool? Like here? >> Yeah, that's better than feel good about this spot. >> Yeah, that's better than front. I have a stigma to them. >> I got you. So, you're going to have your heels and toes touching, arms straight down your sides. When I tell you to begin, you're going to pick either foot. Whichever one you're comfortable with, raise it approximately 6 in off the ground with your toes pointed out. Can you tell me about 6 in >> parallel to the ground? About a Coke can or a dollar bill. I'm not super picky. As long as it's about >> Okay, I got you. I got you. I'm going to do my right leg. That's right. >> Right. When I tell you to begin, you're going to pick either foot off the ground approximately 6 in. You're going to look at your raised foot. You're going to count out loud in the following manner. 100,00 1,002 10003 and so on until I tell you to stop. today until you tell me to stop. >> Correct. You're going to keep your feet or your um arms straight down your sides. You're going to watch your raised foot and you're going to count out loud. >> Do you understand the instructions? Okay. Any questions? Nope. >> Okay. Give me one second. Let me see if this is You remember the instructions? You don't need a refresh on it. >> No, I do not. >> Okay. All right. You may begin. >> 11,000 12,000 13 1,000 14,000 15,000 16,000 17 1,000 18,000 19,000 29,000,000 >> Okay. So, you feel you're okay? >> Yeah. But did I fail my test? >> It's not a test fail. >> It's not a test fail, but I still need a bus. >> Well, I'm just going to ask you this. See, where you at? If you think you think you're okay after two, you said like 3 hours ago. >> I've only been out for 2 hours. And I mean, I had >> honestly, she didn't do that bad. She really didn't. Like, especially in heels, she didn't do that bad. I mean, the eye test wasn't that bad. The leg raise wasn't that bad. Now, the walking the walking was kind of It was a little whatever. You know what I'm saying? But she didn't do She honestly, we know it's a fail anyways. You know what I'm saying? They all say that. Oh, it's no pass or fail or what? You failed. Okay. Soon as you take it, you fail. It's a lose-lose situation. that taking that uh field sobriety to a lose-lose situation. You don't want to take it. You're going to lose your license. This that dirt. You take it, you fail. Okay. It's it's a lose-lose situation. But uh in my opinion, she didn't do that bad. Honestly, >> two or three drinks at the bar and that I took maybe two swigs of a drink of a a mello to chase my shot with. >> Yeah, I got you. All right, cool. Yeah. I'm just gonna ask you to take a deep breath and then blow in the straw like your balloon >> if I get in trouble. >> It's It is what it is. I mean, it's >> If you think if you think you're good, I mean, >> I totally am, but I shouldn't be driving and I'm in trouble for driving >> just for the suspended thing. So, if that's the only issue we have to contend with tonight, awesome. Right. Yeah. So, if that's the only issue, then great. >> That's the only issue. >> All right. Take a deep breath and then blow straight in there like you're blowing. I have to hold it cuz I have to push a button. So, deep breath in. >> There you go. Perfect. Thank you. Now, mind you, I'm the size of a normal person. >> Yeah, I would say that's accurate. So, where do you think you're think you're okay? >> Yeah. >> Okay. You think you're under a 008? >> Yeah, I can do my line perfectly fine. I'm not seeing double. I don't feel spins. I can close my eyes without feeling spins. I think I'm okay. I wasn't speeding cuz I wasn't paying attention to my speed. I was trying to show them the smell of the Cadillac converter. >> You're speeding on purpose. >> Yeah, I was I was trying to show them the Cadillac converter. I don't know why. >> So, you're a.17. The limit's 08, >> right? And if I wasn't over an 08, I don't think I would be able to pass my >> Well, you're over an 08. You're at 117, which is more than an 08. How much did you You said you had what again? >> I had some tequila with my coffee this morning. >> Okay. And you are this morning. >> Mhm. >> Okay. You have a bait in your car. You're supposed to. I've never driven this car. It's my first time driving it. >> But what are you suspended for? Are you suspended for DUI? Okay. All right. Do me a favor. Turn around. Place your hands behind your back. >> I'm going to >> You're under arrest for the suspension and for DUI. Am I going to have a bond? >> You'll probably go in the morning and talk to a judge. There's not really any. There's not not really. There is not a bond. >> I have an autistic daughter. She really needs me in the morning. >> There's not bond anymore. It's just >> Can I Can I tell my friends that I'm leaving? Can I get my phone and let my baby daddy know that I'm going to jail? >> We'll get your phone. >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. >> I just want to say I said we'll get it. >> Apologize. >> We'll get it. I don't I'm not going to have you talk to them. >> I need to apologize. >> Please don't do that because I invited them out. I want to apologize. >> We'll talk to them. We'll apologize them for you. I don't I don't I got to be honest for a second. >> Janelle, I'm so sorry. And please tell my friend up front I'm so sorry. They're going to take me to jail. I was just trying to show y'all what it smelled like because he didn't believe me that he needed a new Cadillac converter. I love you so much. >> I'll do a quick uh pat down. Also, I did not one. No, we're not coming out yet. >> I know. I have no idea. Don't even ask. I see it on the hood. >> Is that your Is that your Michael Kors purse? >> Yeah. >> I need my phone, though. I need to call my son. He just called me like 20 minutes ago before I left Village Spirit. And I need to call my baby daddy and let him know that his car is here. >> I have your phone. Um, go ahead and put your leg back in and I'll I'll bring your phone with you. It's going right where you're going. So, I'll let you make a call as soon as we get back. Watch your knee for a sec. >> Is there anything else in your pocket or anything else illegal? Five. I don't have >> Okay. If you bring anything in here, it's a bigger deal. So, I have nothing. >> Okay. All right. Very good. >> So, we're now taking a break for my kids for the past two weeks. I've had them straight by myself. >> I get it. Sympathetic to that. Nothing. I don't have anything. I don't carry that. >> Jacket has come off. >> Nothing. I don't have anything on me. >> Okay, good. >> I'm freezing. Can I keep my jacket on? >> Um, I have nothing on me. >> I understand put on the desk for um >> Amanda R. Pakinski was booked on multiple offenses, including driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated DUI, third offense, DUI with a revoked license, DUI with a blood alcohol content over 08 illegal transportation of alcohol, possession of cannabis in a vehicle, and speeding more than 26 mph over the limit. Third offense. Come on. You need a permanent like Uber driver. You shouldn't even drive a car at all. Third offense, your third time driving while intoxicate. Come on, man. Or driving under the influence, whatever you want to call it. That's crazy. I ain't going to lie to you. One time is bad enough. But you get caught three times, you are not a good driver when you had a few cocktails. Just stop it cuz one day you going to kill somebody. And that's just like um uh the lady who got sentenced to life. Um it reminds me of the case for the lady that got sentenced to life um because she had a a DWI. She killed somebody in a in a she was driving while drunk or whatever. Killed someone. She did like five years. She was young though. Did like five years. Got out. Was out for maybe two years. and got in another one. They cooked her life cooked. Got in another one, killed another person while drinking. Like that's insane. But yeah, that's what that reminds me of. But um anyways, I think the officers did a great job, honestly. Um very professional. So I'm giving him a five out of five, man. Very professional. You know, whatever. Even her, she was a good she was a good sport until the end there with the whole jacket thing and everything. But, you know, I I five out of five for me. I I think there was no there was no problems, no hiccups or anything like that. Um, how well do you think the officers did? Let me know in the comment section below and I'm going to catch you in the next video. [Music] See you no FaceTime. Shoot my shot. Green beam 2K. [ __ ] that get a [ __ ] lean.
