you guys don't have any Authority I'm
telling you what I'm going to do I have
more Authority than
you drop it drop it do not
move my shoulder
yeah welcome back to the valian channel
guys today we head to California
courtesy of resisting arrest TV for a
video where as their title suggests a s
cidia takes a lesson from a Smith and
Wesson which actually turns out to be a
Glock but who am I to get in the way of
a good video title the Rhymes right
let's get into the video come
here do not go do not go on that
car back
up look
you guys don't have any Authority we do
I'm just doing this for my own
protection all right doing what for your
own protection sitting in the car cuz
you guys don't have any right here in
Cordelia cilia is the only city or town
in the United States that does not have
a law or a police we went to a Supreme
Court to win that cannot be
overturned it cannot be overturned this
dude is going to learn the hard way
today that being part of an incorporated
Community which is what I think he's
referring to doesn't put you out of the
reach of law enforcement or arrest
warrants anyways those people they have
victims in there they're choking
somebody to death and I torted it on my
cellone right there on miss
you okay and then they assaulted me tell
tell me this you're Robert correct this
is your car no this is my mother's one
more if you got it a sovereign citizen
driving his mother's car now why doesn't
that surprise
me what is your name Robert correct
Robert Pres I'm a 527 which means I have
more Authority than you guys you guys
know that okay listen to me so I mean
listen to me Robert list going to play
listen to me you have a warrant for your
arrest no I don't you do no I have more
Authority than you guys you guys came
out to Cordelia and you shot me and took
me over to Fairfield who shot you the
officers that came over there and right
now my family is in danger they're
trying to kill my family who is exactly
the who who's trying to kill your family
I know a sovereign Citizen and wannabe
Cartman who thinks he and his family are
being gangstalked what could possibly go
[Applause]
wrong which includes you probably
because police don't have authority here
okay because you don't even have a real
badge
on who is trying to kill your family and
there's I know this okay you need to
step out of the car you're under
arrest and down goes the mini Tire
deflation device so when not if he runs
he won't get very far no I'm not you are
I'm
not hey these cops ain't even real cops
they don't even have gold badges just
him they don't have badges or badge
numbers you're under arrest hey they're
going to try to kill me right now they
don't even have authority here everybody
knows that Robert you're under arrest
they're not even real cops you have to
comply with our request you want to hang
out here I'm going to do the other cuz
you got one forward what you got one for
forward under back for forward full
forward yeah all
right he now in His Infinite Wisdom
decides to inform the police that he
intends to drive to the police station
himself after being warned that he's
under arrest or in other words commit
the crime of evading a police officer
you're under arrest I'm going to drive
to the police station you are under
arrest you have to comply with our
request to the police station myself you
have to comply with the request no you
cannot very slow no you cannot yes I
amve very
slow do not leave you guys are just
trying to kill me I'm do I'm telling you
what I'm going to do I have more
Authority than you Robert you're under
arrest you better respect my authority
do not leave I'm a 527 and I have more
than you when you're reduced to using a
famous line from South South Park has
your legal argument you might have
problems I am a cop and you will respect
my authority yeah right you better get
back to school little boy no you have to
respect me I have more [ __ ] than you
can you hear me after one second you
have to e me out I have more do not
drive stop turn the car off just trying
to kill me turn the car off I'm going to
go to the police station myself I'm
going to
so much for you driving slowly to the
police station
yourself sit down get on the ground get
on the
ground got a gun drop it drop it
down what was that you said about you
having more Authority than him
again keep your arms out to your side
get away from the gun get away from the
gun can't move get away from the gun
can't move I'm dying get away from the
gun I'm trying get away I'm trying get
away from the gun
now Hey listen to me keep your hands on
top of your head do not reach for the
gun
gun what I know about Firearms could
literally fit on the back of a postage
stamp but even I know not to put myself
in the line of fire like the two
vehicles did just then the driver of the
white or green van behind them has more
sense do not reach for the
gun he's got another gun on his
hip ke keep your hands at where we can
see it
they are can't move do not move do you
understand me
yes if you move we will shoot you if you
reach for those guns you understand
me the cop just going to shoot
me I can't see his left
hand left hand out TR left hand out you
broke my
shoulder this might just be the one time
a sovereign citizen is actually being
truthful about having a shoulder injury
seriously though what did you expect you
pulled a firearm on a police officer you
[ __ ] you're lucky this isn't a lot
worse I got shot right there I can't
move my left arm your left hand now can
I use my right arm to do it I can't move
my left
[Applause]

you don't go in there and save
them who's this mysterious they you keep
talking about I wonder also on a
completely unrelated matter I'm going to
go out on a limb and bet that your
family is a lot safer now that you're in
custody what you hear where you hit at
uh in my neck in my back it's in my back
it's in my back oh my
shoulder medic should be here right have
medic come in I had him clear already
have him come in no I had him clear 14

huh right there casings right
there uh I would I'd rope all that off
back off this one um go ahead that yeah
yeah you okay yeah I'm
fine this obviously question from the
card that responded public safety
statement Y what was your approximate
location when you discharge your firearm
it's right there in the middle of the
street all right what was the proximate
number of rounds you fired in what
direction three
firing uh towards the back towards the
where the suspect is now is there is
there a chance it went past that uh all
right do you know if any other officers
fire any rounds I don't believe so no
all right is it possible the suspect
fire rounds at you if so from what
directions no okay are you aware of any
victims Witnesses injured hey Jos Smith
loation besides him the guy in the green
truck might have been there I don't know
he's he's been here pretty much a home
time we've been here so the guy in the
green truck might have seen it all right
are there any uh standing suspects no
are there any weapons evidence that
needs to be secured location he had four
firearms on
him all right you got your body camera
turned off is rolling all right turn off
your body camera turn it off
now okay so according to resisting
arrest TV who I recommend you subscribe
