traveling down the roadway correct welcome back to the here's the deal Channel over the last 12 months I've posted what can be termed right to travel videos where the owner of an automobile on the public roadways challenges the traffic codes of policy enforcers by standing for their unalienable right to travel unmolested currently there are six videos in my right to travel playlist all of them with positive outcomes and by positive I mean that the professional extortioners called cops while they were intent on dragging The Travelers out of their vehicles finding them caging them and impounding their vehicles they ended up letting them go free but these stops don't always end on a positive note and I want you to be aware of that in the case of Chase Allen it ended with his death at the hands of armed traffic agents who were there for his safety of course today I want to show you video that resulted in the loss of Rights time and money for the traveler this video comes to us fifth amendment resisting arrest now because we live in an Empire of Lies public relations gimmicks and propaganda there are several schools of thought with regard to traveling on the public roadways and we really need to be aware of this obviously one way of thinking comes from the road Pirates themselves who troll sorry Patrol the highways and byways looking for ways to keep us all safe that's their cover story anyway turns out that the best way to keep motorists safe from their perspective is to pull people over on the side of busy highways creating a hazardous situation for the cop and the motorist and finding them hundreds of dollars for doing the same things that the cops do on a daily basis the other school of thought is that there are court cases of course not recognized by the revenue generators that testify to the fact that the right to travel in a motor vehicle vehicle or an automobile upon the public streets and highways is not a mere privilege according to the courts it's a right of Liberty the enjoyment of which is protected by the guarantees of the federal and state constitutions the problem enters when these Two Worlds Collide and one party is incentivized to economically terrorize the other party for profit Prestige and accolades I want to know why I'm under arrest why am I under arrest offense you have been yeah that the citations no no no no no no have I been to court I'm sorry have I been to court I don't know oh you don't know what I'm referring to okay the point okay uh the Court decides that right no so whenever somebody is stopped for a traffic wait for you to read this you would understand maybe once again I'm going to try to hand it to him go ahead and put that back in the car I've already told you foreign do you have your driver's license on you sir hey uh I'm at uh Home Depot on University Connor University and uh yeah so he's not a supervisor is he you might want to you might want to call couch you might want okay yeah he's cool you might want to call couch I'm having a meeting with couch you might want to call couch all right anymore and we're we already knows he said he's already knows this one so they've been stalking me and harassing me that's not what I said yeah it is what you said not what I said all right thanks Connor name a badge number oh you know me with the college station police department my badge number is 1455. hey uh my my partner here he has to step out of vehicles the reason you're not stepping what's your probable cause for me to step out so there's case law that says that uh but you need probable cause no that is not true okay okay with it being said my partner has already told you that you were under arrest so you didn't even come out of the vehicle not man under arrest for what I won't I'm you're under arrest okay for for under arrest for driving for trap not driving but for traveling down the roadway correct do you have a supervisor you don't have you don't have a sergeant because that either to be discussing this because y'all been I'm not sure what that has to do with this situation this situation because this is constitutionally protected activity okay so you're under arrest for the charters that we've said if you don't step out of the vehicle you're going to be additionally charged with interference I'm interference sorry well I'm gonna I'm gonna turn my truck on so I can roll up my windows I'm just going to roll up my windows what's that we'll turn your window s after the fact take off on it so what I'm doing I'm not trying to cranking it on obviously ego Checker
