Would you shut up? And these police are here trying to manipulate me. Are you going to listen to me? I'm listening to you. >> God damn it, dude. Listen to me, bro. Let me talk. >> Oh my god. >> Oh my god. >> He is a flaming goddamn dense mother. Holy hell. >> Your behavior leads me to believe that you don't want to give us your name for a reason. >> Things are about to get wild and weird in Middberg Heights, Ohio. Would you shut up? And these police are here trying to manipulate me. We all here legally. We drove here legally. We're here legally. Somebody called with suspicions. We're talking to a cop legally. We didn't break no laws. We didn't commit no crimes. I didn't call you. So, I really don't even we really want to speak to you no more. >> Can you pull the window down? >> No, you don't have to pull the window down because we didn't get pulled over. We didn't get blur. We haven't We haven't committed any traffic violation. Are you going to listen to me? Y'all listening to you. God damn it. You're listening to me, bro. Let me talk. Oh my god. >> Oh my god. God, guess what? Okay, come here. I'm gonna reach out for you. What are you doing? >> I'm going to reach out for you. >> What are you doing? >> This police interaction is about as instructive as it gets. It has everything. The concept of dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery. That you should shut your pie hole when you're in the presence of police. That suspicious is a feeling, not a crime. That soliciting a trespass is just plain wrong. That trespass laws are grossly abused and misunderstood by virtually every cop. That when the gloves go on, you are about to be violated. And then there's the Second Amendment and so-called straw purchases. Do you have the right to keep and bear arms in this country or don't you? How about we start from the beginning of the interaction? [Music] >> What's going on, guys? >> What's up? >> So, we we got a call primarily on you or one of you guys. >> The one that just went into the store. >> Yeah. Yeah. you wear jeans. Okay. What What are you guys up to? >> We know. Hold on. Hold on. You don't even have to speak because we didn't do nothing illegal. >> Guess what? We got a call on us probably cuz we're black and I brought my cousin to a gun store. So, we sitting here parked. >> Okay. >> And we didn't do anything. >> I get it. >> So, it's >> So, listen to me. They found it suspicious that she's just going in and out of the store asking about certain weapons. That That's suspicious behavior. That's it. >> Okay. No, >> I'm talking. We talking. >> Go ahead, bro. Let me see. You seem very intelligent. So, go ahead. >> I am. I am. >> She's shopping. She's doing what she want to do. >> So, why isn't she inside the store shopping? >> That's exactly where she was. But hold on. You don't even have to speak because guess what? You didn't do anything wrong. >> Nothing. >> Guess what? We all here legally. We drove here legally. We're here legally. Guess what? Somebody called with suspicions. We're talking to a cop legally. We didn't break no laws. We didn't commit no crimes. So they called in. They could call 30 cars up here. We haven't committed. >> There going to be some cars showing off. Just so you know. >> So go ahead, dude. >> I already know that we ain't committed no crime. We sitting here in the car. And actually, I didn't call you. So I really don't even really want to speak to you no more. I'm sitting here and I haven't broken any law. I have no reason for the cops to be on. >> I thought you wanted to explain everything. Well, I have no reason for for you to be here talking to me no more. You asked me why I was here and I just told you. >> She I told you why we were here. >> Oh, you okay? Well, you asked me why I was here. >> You asked me why I was here and you sitting here shining a light in my face. I'm not right there, dude. So, don't make things any bigger than what it is. >> Tracy, you always got to sit here and the cops is sitting here shining lights in this car like we did something. >> Am I shining a light in his eyes? >> He did. I can't I can't Can you pull your window down? >> No, you don't have to pull the window down because we didn't get pulled over. We didn't get blurt. We haven't We haven't committed any traffic violation. We're not on private property. >> Who's the owner of that vehicle? >> We're not on private property. >> Are you the owner of this vehicle? >> This is a rental car, sir. >> It's a rental. You got driver's license on you? >> I don't have to have I don't have to Do you have a reason to ask for my license? >> The other phones? >> Yes. >> No, you don't have to call nobody. I >> car park. >> Just you y'all be quiet. He's talking to the driver. >> But you can't see, >> y'all. So, let's have one voice talking. >> Be quiet. He's talking to the driver. I go through this thousands of times. I have no drugs on me. I have no weapons on me. >> I'm not here. No. >> We at a gun store, sir. >> We're at a gun store. >> So, no firearms right now. We're asking if there's any firearms inside this vehicle. >> I'm about to tell you what I want you to do. Start recording this. >> Start recording this. Please don't record this because we at a gun store and I got the cops coming to ask me. No, we not stopping. >> Can you ma'am? Can you What are you reaching for? >> She not reaching for nothing. >> Okay. Yeah. Don't >> I have my but wait. >> I just got here. I just got here. >> No. Officer, why is she not allowed to reach? Let me ask you this. >> People keep guns under this. Don't reach. >> Okay. Let me ask you how bad things happen. >> Am I under arrest? >> No. We are questioning you. >> You are detained. >> I am detained. >> So, how am I detained? >> So, are there any firearms in the vehicle? >> No, sir. Let me tell you how I'm saying. Nobody can just call the police on me and detain me. >> Listen, listen, listen. >> How does somebody call? >> Listen, how does somebody call the police detain? That doesn't make me right to a question. >> Are you going to listen to me? Don't listen to you. >> You listen to me, bro. You keep interrupting me. You keep with the job. Let me talk. Oh my god. >> Oh my god. Stop. Let me explain, bro. >> Let me explain why we're here. Can you stop talking for 20 seconds? >> Customer was something illegal. >> The employee called us >> and said that it was suspicious that a female could exiting the vehicle, coming in out of the store, asking about firearms, then coming back in the car, then she'd go in and ask about a firearm. >> Since I could explain Scott K to you, since everybody's in our business, guess what? This is my little cousin here. This is my wife here. Okay? My little cousin is coming to buy her a firearm for New Year's, her house, or whatever. Guess what? See, I don't I'm not allowed to have a fire or >> This guy is about as foolish as they come. It's real easy. When cops are present, shut the front door. And what is I'm not allowed to have a firearm even mean. I know the so-called law doesn't work like this, but let's say you're an excon. If you did your time and they deem that you're safe enough to be released out into the public, then all your rights should be restored. If they can't be restored, then don't release people back out into the community. She's not coming to purchase. She's coming to look at a firearm. Guess what? >> She goes in there and she's asking about firearms. Guess what? She have the right to come out and say, "Oh, she's looking for her gun. She's not coming out and and doing anything illegal. They came They told what did they tell you? That they didn't have the gun that you came looking for. >> So that's illegal. So guess what? You came out and you came out and got on your phone and got on the internet and start looking for other weapons, >> which is you allowed to do. >> But I just want y'all to keep this recorded. I want you to go live because guess what? This is makes no sense. >> Everybody could pull up on the parking lot and handle their business except for us. >> The employees called. We don't come out here often. So there was suspicious. >> I don't care what you think. They called because today looks like a straw purchase. Do you know what that is? >> No. It's when somebody who cannot own a firearm. You listen listen. I want you look at her. >> I want you to understand this. I'm not a firearm. You just told me that you can't own a firearm. You just >> I never said it. I said I would not be I I have no firearms on me and I would not >> Don't even you just said that you don't. So listen, a straw purchase is somebody >> I'm not allowed to have a firearm. >> A straw purchase is if somebody who cannot legally own a firearm has somebody else who can purchase firearm buy them a firearm. >> So that's not you only have to have this. You don't have to speak. You want to swing by illegal to not shop. So that's why that's why they called because somebody coming in and out of the store on the phone coming back and sitting in the car to them it looks like they're talking to somebody else getting instructions they don't know about fire. >> What's wrong with that? >> They're trying to prevent to prevent a straw purchase. They're trying to prevent a purchase. I understand that. >> Okay. >> Okay. Guess what her name is? Amanda Her birthday is Hold on. I'm going to tell you in your ear. You want me to tell you in your ear? Let me tell you in your ear. Let me tell him in his ear. Yeah. >> Okay. Come here. I'm going to reach out for you. >> What are you doing? I'm going to do something. What are you doing? Dude, relax. What are you doing, man? What are you doing? Hold on. Wait, Jason, what are you doing? Why are you What are you Why are you so hyped up? Why are you hyped up? Why are you >> Because I am so sick of this, man. The police is in my face for no reason. I have no reason to talk to you. I just explained to you the whole reason why we're here. So, if I could please just get your identifications. They don't want you back in the store. I need to know who you are. Guess what? >> So, if you give you my identification, if you return to the store, they will I haven't broken any law. Listen, if you return to the store, they could call and say, >> "I won't return to the store. >> We want you arrested for trespassing. I need to know who you are. You don't even know who I am. >> This is your advised. You are being advised to not come back. So, I need to know who you are." >> And I won't I never been in there. >> So, I never been in there. >> You're on property. I never You're >> Tracy, would you shut up? And these police are here trying to manipulate me. And I don't And I can play that game. Guess what? I have nothing to lose. I can play the game. Hey, this guy is clearly playing a game with his own life because neither he nor his wife are capable of invoking their right to remain silent. Up to this point, they had committed no crime. They had purchased no weapon. They hadn't broken any stupid unconstitutional gun laws, and they weren't pulled over for a traffic violation. Not to mention, they hadn't even been told to leave the property and not return. Everybody should know that to issue a trespass, you have to first have been told to leave, refuse to leave, and then that's when the trespass sequence can actually begin. The only thing this guy is guilty of so far is not shutting the freak up. And this is where the cop gloves go on. >> I will play the game. >> What is What is your Oh, you can record this. Can you see it? Nothing. Can you step out so we're not screaming through the start? >> Guess what? Record. >> Nobody's under arrest. Nobody's under arrest. >> Touch me. >> Nope. Listen. Nobody's under arrest. >> Nobody's under arrest. I would just so so we're not screaming at each other. Can you please step out so we can peacefully talk? >> I haven't did anything. I don't want to talk. Okay. I just need you to step out so we can talk. >> We need to identify you. >> I haven't did anything and I don't want to talk. I don't I haven't did anything. You're not under arrest. Have you Have you Have you Hold on. I need to identify you and right now you're refusing to identify yourself. >> Do you Do you assume I have broken any law? >> No. >> Do you assume I have broken law? >> I need to identify you in order to trust. >> Do you assume I have broken Listen >> right now? The like I explained to you why we're here. Okay. >> Just recording because I haven't did anything the business and everything like that. >> Let me go real quick. Hey, don't >> I'm not looking for no phone. I'm talking to the cop. >> So, why wouldn't you give out your information? >> I don't need to. Yes, we need your information. >> We need to ident, my badge number. >> Give it to me. >> Give me your ID. >> As simple as that, dude. Give me your ID. We're investigating a suspicious situation. So, therefore, we need to identify all the occupants of this vehicle. Not going to end up recording this. I'm I'm licensing insurance. This is a rental car. I haven't ran the red light. I haven't drove it without my I haven't broken the law. But I'm telling you why we need this guy. Call the cops on me. We need to identify everybody. You don't need to identify me. We need to >> Do you accuse us of breaking the law? All we need to do is identify everybody. >> Accuse us of breaking the law. >> No, we don't. That's what he would tell you. He's going to tell you, >> all of you are being all recording. Can you turn that light off? >> Keep recording. >> All of you need are being advised on trespass. So, we need to identify passing. We're not trespassing. >> You guys did not hear me the first time. Listen. Listen to me. Stop screaming. Listen to me. >> Stop screaming. >> I have been so patient trying to explain everything cuz I don't want to get shot or anything. >> Listen to me. Listen to me. I don't even know your goddamn name. Listen to me. >> Keep recording. You need to be identif you need to be identified >> because if you come back here again, you can be arrested for trespassing. I need to know who you are. >> This is not how trespassing laws work. The cop knows this and anybody who sits down and thinks about this for a second knows this. >> You're still making a big deal about it. I'm not making a big deal. I'm not going to be harassed. I'm going to be treated like a human being. I'm not your property. I'm not in prison. You don't have to pull up on me and say, "Let me see your badge. What's your jail number? What's your inmate ID number?" Sir, >> what is it? >> Oh, and not just supposed to be like, "Here, officer. Here I am." >> What are you talking about? 716. >> You treat me like an inmate. Like I'm in jail. >> No, I'm treating you like somebody who's detained in a suspicious activity. That's what this was. >> That's how this all originated. Listen, we got a supervisor here. We're going to have you step out now again because I don't know if there are firearms. important and frankly it doesn't matter what you think. I think for everybody you don't know for everybody's safety I'm going to have you guys step out of the vehicle cuz I don't know if there's a trust talking to me sir I don't trust you. >> Okay. >> I don't trust him. >> What's your name? >> I don't trust him. I don't trust you. >> I just literally >> I don't trust you. He can't he can't talk me down. So he got to call somebody else to talk me down. This turn to a hostage situation. >> It's not a talk. >> Just come on out of the vehicle. >> I'm Why do I got to get my vehicle? He asked you to step out and if he gives you a lawful order, you have to step out. >> Well, the police ain't my parent. If I break the law, then I have to follow the law. >> You understand? Did he break the law? >> I want to try to talk to you. Please don't talk over me. Okay. I'm going to keep my hands up here. >> Okay, that's fine. All right. Listen to what I have to say. >> Keep my hands up here. I ain't never been through this with the police when I never been flirt. Listen, >> I go through this many thousands of times. >> How are you? >> Good. How yourself? >> Good. >> Um 10, I think. All right. >> Okay. >> Uh, regarding this case, I mean, obviously, do you guys want them uh, you know, warned of, you know, trespassing? They're not allowed to welcome here and all that stuff. >> I mean, that I'll get rid of him. He can make the final decision. >> Is he the manager? >> He's the owner. >> Okay. Yeah. If you want to do that real quick. >> Just want to make sure real quick. Um, trespassing, you don't want him in the store anymore. >> Here's here's the thing. She's coming in here and I didn't >> I don't have too much. We're about to rip them out. That's why it's yes or no. >> Yeah. Yeah, I don't want to be here. >> Okay, well, thank you. >> And that, my friends, is the solicitation of a trespass. The owners themselves didn't tell these people that they didn't want them on their property. Therefore, when the cops rolled up, the people in the car weren't trespassing. In fact, they hadn't even committed a crime. What should have happened is that the cops should have told the people in the car that the gun shop owners don't want you here and then gave them a chance to leave. The cops do not have the right to make you insecure in your person by identifying you unless you've committed a crime. Instead, they choose to escalate. >> He has he has the right to identify you. No, you don't. >> Yeah, he absolutely. >> I haven't broken the law. >> Okay. Nobody's saying you broke the law. What makes you think bro went to college? Bro, what makes you think that have to do with anything? They want to bro. They are not. You guys are identify yourself, dude. >> So now we have to identify yourself. >> So no, you can't just say 21. >> You're trespassing. >> I told you that 10 minutes ago, bro. Okay, cool. Welcome here. Where the owner at? >> That was coming from that. What? Cuz we black. >> Cuz we black, sir. >> I explained to you the straw purchase. >> Cuz we black, sir. >> The straw purchase. Okay, I got her first, last name, birthday, everything. Social security number. Step out. I know her from from >> I need your information. >> Record this. >> Listen to me. >> You is my wife. >> I am packing. >> Stick by my side and just don't talk. >> I am. >> Stick by my side. Can you tell me? >> Step out of the vehicle, please. >> Listen. Why you think he can't tell me to step out? >> You are amping this up, bro. You are amping this up. If >> he pulled me out, that's kidnapping. Cuz I ain't Oh my god. Hey, I'm going to explain something to you. Your behavior leads me to believe that you don't want to give us your name for a reason. Then come out of the vehicle now. Come out of the vehicle. >> You have no reason to have beliefs about me. >> I have I have the right to identify you. Come out of the vehicle. >> I have a broken law. Tell me a shooter. >> We are shooters. >> Keep your hands up. >> Keep your hands up. Step out of the vehicle. >> Thank you. Nice and easy. That's it. All right. You got it. Now we don't find >> You are being detained. You are being detained. Okay. >> You are being detained here. Here. Come out. Here. >> I'm I just wanted to go Christopher. >> I got you. Listen. >> He's making things complicated. >> I understand that. >> But I just want both kids. >> Hear me out. You seem like you're very reasonable person. Can you hear me out? We got called that you were in and out of the store >> twice. That's it. >> Okay, that's fine. Twice. Nobody's accusing me of doing anything illegal. Do you hear about four cop cars? >> I know. Listen, this is how we do it, though. >> What do you How do you >> It has nothing to do with race, so don't go that way. Don't Don't go that way. >> Talk about them. >> Let's not No, we're not going that way. >> I saw a white man walk out of there and walk back in the same time that I did. >> Okay, let me finish my explanation. >> Let me explain. Let me finish my explanation. That's fine. You can do that. >> I know. It's just for safety cuz I Why are you doing this? So they described you as going in and out. Correct. Two times. >> Yes. >> So therefore, we got called. >> Yes. >> They said that you were going into this vehicle. >> Yes. Cuz this is my cousin. My ride. >> That's it. All we have to do is identify everybody. Nobody did anything illegal. And there's the golden admission by the cop. Nobody did anything illegal. Nobody did anything illegal. Therefore, no one is obligated to show ID. This is an admission that the cops were violating their Fourth Amendment rights. If everybody had just shut the hell up, they would have been better off. Yeah, there's no doubt these people are stupid. But the armed costume thugs are the ones committing the crime here. And they're still trying to violate rights under the color of it. Could be, >> but it could. It could be. It's possible that you might be going in there to buy guns for them where maybe they're not allowed to be carrying. They're not allowed to possessing weapons or anything like that. >> But I told you it was for me, >> right? >> I just moved. I have two kids, right? >> I have two kids. I have to protect. >> But it's always that possibility that you might be buying it for someone else. We're not saying you are, but it could. It could be. >> But it could. It could be. >> That's female. Not valid. She has a valid permanent ID. Tell me the Cleveland address. Oh yeah. >> Perfect. See, you see how easy that was? I've explained to you about 2000 times what what's going on. >> Have fun, buddy. Let's go. >> Have fun. >> Okay. I've explained to you the exact reason why you're here. Yet, you're the one refusing to do absolutely everything. I ain't even went into the store. So, you're being detained until you identify yourself. >> Okay. I'm going to court for >> You are being detained. You're not under arrest. Okay. So, I'm kidnapped. >> So, I'm kidnapped. You You So, I'm kidnapped. You are [ __ ] dead. You're not under arrest. You are being detained. You don't know what's going on with me. I'm kidnapped. Sitting kidnapped. I'm kidnapped. >> Now, whatever you may think of this guy, that's the truth. He is kidnapped at this point. And he's still committed no crime. >> I'm kidnapped. Okay. >> Shut up. Just shut your mouth, please. You have a fifth amendment right. Use the car. Go find what you think I have. >> Use the fifth amendment right and shut your mouth. >> I'm being kidnapped. That's crazy. God damn it. What is your name? Where is your ID? >> Okay, >> one more time. What is your name? Where's your ID? >> You're under arrest for failure to identify yourself. >> There's your get in the car. >> You're under arrest now. Now you got yourself arrested. You were being detained. Now you're under before Christmas. >> I don't give a This is all on you. This is all on you. You want to act on me. You want to act all tough like this. Give me my name. >> No. Oh well. Oh, it's too late now. >> Take my name. Don't do me like that. Don't do me like that, sir. >> Don't do me like that. >> What you doing again? >> All right. Listen, I'm not going to yoke you out of this vehicle or nothing. >> I'm not I'm not refusing. You ask for my information. I don't have to step out. You ask for my information. >> I can get your information. I would >> That's what I'm about to do. Let me send his mother his information. I mean, let me send her my location. >> Okay, that's fine. >> All this is out of proportion. >> Do you have an ID with you? >> No. Okay. >> Are you an Ohio resident? >> Yep. >> Okay. Where do you live? >> All right. Tracy, you want to step on out? >> All right. >> Let me get my money first cuz I grab my money so I can buy myself. >> Everything is every We don't want We don't I know. We don't want you reaching. So, here. >> I'm You're good. You're good. Just come on out. Cameras and everything. Just undo your seat belt. >> You don't trust this. We don't trust you. I get >> Leave it. We have to empty your pocket. Just leave it in there. >> Okay. We have to We have to just >> Not if I go to jail because I need my money. >> Tracy, let's go. >> Okay. She's got >> Don't make things any more difficult. >> Why you coming after me for no reason? I'm not making stuff difficult. >> Here, let's I'm going to hold on to these for a sec. Exactly. I'm not >> doing anything wrong. >> So, you have a warrant. >> I know that from uh from uh I don't got no warrant for Garfield. >> Well, whatever it is, that's the reason why you're being detained right now. I know that it's a traffic from uh Rocky River. >> It's just not a high level of intelligence to know that you have a warrant and then walk into a gun store anyway, especially if you know that gun store owners tend to have tight relationships with local cops. >> He is a flaming goddamn dense mother. Holy hell. Go ahead. Talk to me. And and can you bring stand there? Stay there. >> Can you bring my supervisor back and all the officers present back? >> Okay, talk to me. What's up? >> Can you bring all the officers back, please? Just present, please. >> I ain't about to try to beg out of trouble or nothing like that. >> She has her driver's license on. >> Let me just bring you all guys to my understanding. >> Let me identify you for a second. >> My name is Walter. >> Walter who? >> Walter. >> I got Walter. You got to have to spell your last name. >> For what? You could have done that. We were right there. >> Check this out. I honestly I tried some that I seen on TV, bro. And I ain't even going to lie to you. >> I ain't going to lie to you. I know I have a warrant. >> So So that's why you were consuming your identity, right? >> Yes. I know I had a warrant. >> So what is a warrant for? >> It's just for driving. It's for driving. >> Driving. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Listen, I know I have a warrant, right? So at the time I'm like, I didn't break the law. I didn't get caught driving yet. >> But we we got called to investigate. So therefore, we got to identify you guys. >> I know. So >> regardless, dude. >> So in my head, in my head, look, check this out. >> And we've explained this. >> Check this out. It's Christmas time. >> Me and my wife, we got three kids. I got you 13. >> You know what I'm saying? >> No one said you guys did anything illegal. I'm with you on that. >> But her going in and out of the store asking for certain weapons. >> Hold on. >> It does make it seem like maybe she's buying a gun to someone who shouldn't probably have a gun. >> She's going. So this is the reason why we got called. It's the reason why we made contract with you guys. >> In my mind, dude, I seen some on YouTube, man, that a dude stood up to the cops because he hadn't broken the law and he didn't give his ID and and and and I look look where I ended up and look where it ended me up at. And >> comp. It's called compliance. >> It's called compliance. Now, at this point, I'm thinking this looks like a police propaganda video where cops are trying to convey the message, "We can stop you for any reason and demand ID and you must comply. If you don't comply, we can put our hands on you and shackle and cage you." He saw videos on YouTube. People these days are starting to be conditioned to think that if you stand up for your rights, you must think you have a YouTube law degree. Then they degrade and dismiss those who stand up for their rights when it's just the right thing to do as the law enforcement agents do the wrong thing. In my opinion, blaming people and calling them YouTube lawyers simply dismisses those who are actually on to the cop schemes. >> It's called compliance. >> And and I ain't going to lie to you. >> I'm complain I'm normally the complaint guy, but I figured if if if I can stand my ground and keep my wife from I know she had a warrant, you know. I knew she had a war. I knew something. >> Right. Protect traffic. It's not necessary if they're going to come and take you guys. >> Yeah. I know. It ain't it ain't even necessary like you know but the car too because >> right but now now you catch another charge dude. >> Yeah the car so I'm getting I'mma get a charge right now >> for obstruction. >> Y'all going really charge me man. >> You put us in a bad situation right there. >> Can you bring your can you bring your your supervisor over here like it's Christmas time. Let me just tell them exactly where I'm coming from. >> He's right there. >> Let me tell him exactly where I'm coming from. >> Yeah, >> I know. Look. And that's that's exactly what I deserve cuz the the other cop, he ain't even want to roll the window. But look, >> I ain't no bad dude.
